Cats are one of the beloved animals that require care and development. As beloved animals, cats have their own charm thanks to their different body shapes, eyes and fur colors. Cats whose pedigrees are officially registered as purebred cats. Cats, in Latin Felis silvestris catus, are a type of carnivore. The word cat usually means a domesticated cat but can also refer to large cats such as lions, tigers and leopards. Cats have been mixed with human life for at least 6000 years BC, since cat skeletons were discovered on the island of Cyprus (Arquitectura et al., 2015).  One of the diseases that often appears in cats is feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD), also known as feline urological syndrome (FUS), which is a health problem that often occurs in cats, especially male cats. This health problem attacks the cat's bladder and urethra. Urethral disorders are caused by the structure of the male cat's urethra, which is tube-shaped and has a narrow section, which often causes obstruction of urine from the bladder (VU) to the outside of the body. FLUTD includes several diseases that occur in the cat's urinary tract (Indonesia, 2022).  Knowledge about diseases in cats is one of the problems. Many owners do not realize that their cats are suffering from diseases that can cause death. The cause of the cat's death occurred due to the keeper's lack of knowledge regarding the disease and symptoms the cat was experiencing. Apart from that, the problem is that there are so few doctors available that they are difficult to find, and the information obtained is only in accordance with the condition of the cat when it goes to the vet. If you see other symptoms, like it or not, you have to consult the veterinarian again and it will take additional time and money. This problem can be solved with an expert system that can diagnose the disease suffered by the cat based on the selected symptoms.

Background: Hypertension is the number one cause of death in the world every year because it causes complex cardiovascular problems. Semarang City Department's 2023 health profile data shows the number of hypertension is 24,949. Practicing holding a handgrip is a non-pharmacological therapy for treating hypertension because it stabilizes blood pressure and heart rate. Many combination therapies are used, including combining handgrip exercises with sound waves. Natural sounds will stimulate the hypothalamus, resulting in a feeling of calm and have an effect on the blood pressure regulation mechanism. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds on the blood pressure of clients with hypertension. This research method is a pre-experimental one group pre and post test design and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were clients who were recorded as suffering from hypertension at the Sekaran Semarang Community Health Center. The research instrument uses a digital spygmomanometer and SOP for action. The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and processing of research data. The steps in the preparation stage are literature study, field survey, discussions with lecturers and experts, developing procedures for the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds, expert review, and socialization of the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds to clients and families. The implementation stage is carried out by collecting data on clients registered at the Sekaran Semarang Community Health Center, pre and post tests by measuring blood pressure using a spygmomanometer, implementing actions according to the prepared SOP, observing implementation using an observation sheet. In the data processing stage, a Paired Sample T-test was carried out to assess the effect of the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds on the blood pressure of clients with hypertension. The targeted output is publication in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for this combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds is level 2. The research results showed that 91.67% of respondents experienced an average reduction in systolic blood pressure of 10.69 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of 6.11 mmHg. Based on the Paired Sample T-test, the results obtained were 0.000 for the systolic value and 0.001 for the diastolic value, both of which were smaller than the p value of 0.05, so it was concluded that there was an influence of the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds on the blood pressure of clients with hypertension. . Parents are the main and first educators of their children, because it is from them that the child first receives education. The role of parents as the main and first educators for children is also because heredity they are destined to be parents who give birth. So by nature, inevitably parents who are the main and first responsible for children can receive education. The dedication of parents in caring for children with special needs has a very impact on the survival of children with special needs in the future, the child's growth and development process will be affected if parents cannot determine the right caregiver style. Children who have unique needs need additional care from classmates, parents, teachers, and other family members. In order for children with special needs to reach their full potential, it is important that they should be given support rather than ignored or ostracized.  Children suffering from physical or mental health problems should receive different care than other children.  Similarly, to improve learning achievement and, in particular, to give priority to the improvement of physical and mental growth they must be equipped with the necessary means and facilities for their activities.

Mental health is one of the most difficult problems to solve. In Indonesia, data shows that 6.1% of the Indonesian population aged 15 years and above experience mental health disorders. Many of them are isolated, judged, and socially isolated because of the bad stigma of mental health disorders, because the church has a principle to respect the dignity of human beings who are created gloriously as the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:17). In the teachings of the church, we are called to love them "as ourselves" as in Gaudium et Spes art. 27 by taking care of their lives and the means they need to live and be treated properly. This research aims to show the role of the church for those who are suffering from mental health disorders.
