The inventory problem that still occurs at PT Indonesia Plafon Semesta is the accumulation of resin and calcium raw materials which results in considerable losses. PT Indofon began to experience a buildup of resin raw materials in August amounting to 16,100Kg and for calcium amounting to 15,200Kg so that each month it soared until its peak in October, namely a buildup of 23,500Kg of resin, and 23,200Kg of calcium. The use of the right method for inventory control problems is Just In Time , which is a management strategy used to optimize the production process and product delivery by buying and producing only when needed and at the right time. Silver Meal Heuristic, a heuristic approach used in inventory control to determine the optimal lot size. The quantity of raw material orders using JIT is relatively more than the silver meal, but with JIT the supplier only needs to send 4-5 times, meaning that the company can save costs. The quantity and frequency obtained from data processing using silver meal is more optimal. However, the cost of raw material inventory incurred is quite large. For a decrease in efficiency costs by implementing a policy of making purchases with Just In Time  (JIT) and is expected to save on raw material inventory costs. So that these cost savings can be allocated by the company to other costs.

As a company engaged in ports such as ship services, goods services, container services, passenger services, and various services related to the port and shipping industry, of course, prioritizing good service. Various activities in the work environment have potential risks that must be identified and evaluated. Systematic, thorough, and structured approaches such as Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determine Control or HIRADC are used to identify problems affecting work processes and risks associated with existing equipment or systems, which can endanger individuals around the port. This research was conducted qualitatively by analyzing the safety risks of workers at ports around Surabaya, East Java. The results showed that there were 7 types of work with 45 hazard risks identified.

Because they aid in the understanding of the actual world by students, internships are an essential component of curricula in higher education. The Independent Campus Learning Internship program, which was introduced by the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology at the beginning of 2020, is the subject of this study. The purpose of this program is to expose students to the outside world. experience working in an environment relevant to their subject of study in order to enhance graduates' hard and soft skills. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine what competencies accounting students pick up from their MBKM internships across a range of sectors. In order to collect data for this study, accounting students in Indonesia who are doing MBKM internships are sent Google forms over social media. Using descriptive statistical methods, the data was analyzed, and 87 out of the 98 respondents made up a viable sample size. The analysis's findings demonstrated that most students had made progress in the hard and soft abilities needed in the job. The majority of students concur that their confidence in working in accounting has grown as a result of their internships, which have also enabled them to work independently on tasks, cooperate with others, evaluate data, and solve problems on their own. The majority of interns who complete their internships receive employment offers, demonstrating the effectiveness of internship programs in enhancing the abilities that businesses and industry deman.

Mental health problems in Indonesia are an important public health problem and should receive serious attention from all governments from central to regional levels. Mental Health Efforts are every activity to create an optimal level of mental health for every individual, family and community using a promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative approach which is carried out in a comprehensive, integrated and sustainable manner by the government and/or the community. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between family social support and independence in mental disorder patients. Method: The type of research used is correlational using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were families containing people with mental disorders. The research instrument is a family social support questionnaire consisting of 14 questions, while the questionnaire about independence consists of 10 questions. Result: significance value or sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000, because the sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a significant (meaningful) relationship between the family social support variable and the independence of mental disorder patients. Suggestion: The family must involve the patient in daily routine activities at home, develop social interactions and involve the patient in managing the environment around the patient so that mental disorders can carry out activities in daily life independently

Scientific literacy is a 21st century skill that every student must have. However, in fact, in the learning process, misconceptions occur which make it difficult for students to think critically in studying inappropriate material. The research method applies qualitative research. The instruments and data collection techniques used were literature studies. The data analysis applied is descriptive data analysis. The problems that usually occur are in the realm of analysis in science learning, one of which is style material. In this material, misconceptions often occur due to the many types of forces being studied. Apart from that, there are also misconceptions about the principles and applications so that students are confused when learning them. This is a problem for students' critical thinking skills which has an impact on student literacy nationally.

Efforts to increase promotion, price adjustments, and product quality, or need to carry out a more effective marketing strategy in accordance with the findings of market research conducted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising attractiveness, product quality, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for Luwak White Coffee drinks. The quantitative approach method carried out is based on concrete research data, which is a numerical value that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool and related to problems, resulting in a conclusion. The population of this study was consumers of Luwak White Coffee drinks at the Virdasari store in SiDate Village. The sample was obtained from subjects 25% of the population of 332 people, obtained 83 respondents. The research instrument used is the primary data from filling out the questionnaire. The results of the study found that advertising attractiveness does not affect purchasing decisions, product quality does not affect purchasing decisions, brand image does not affect purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions. This research analyzes one case of defamation committed by a Media Zein celebrity on social media. Medina Zein was charged with article 27 paragraph (3) of Republic of Indonesia Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Defamation is one of the problems in forensic linguistics that often occurs in the real world and cyberspace. Defamation or defamation can be done verbally and in writing. The aim is to bring down someone’s good name and/or embarrass others. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research contains a general, clear picture and is based on facts that occur in the field regarding what is being researched. This research uses data analysis in which there is an explanation of the perpetrator and the crime he committed. The results of this research stated that sister Medina Zein was found guilty and sentenced on charges of defamation with a sentence of 6 months in prison.

The development of the times is so fast that the role of education becomes very important in helping students to have a high skilled side.  The use of project-based learning models is one way to help students think creatively. This learning model is often called project-based learning which is included in the independent curriculum. The project-based learning model is designed to facilitate the development of students' creativity skills through the application of real projects that are relevant to the learning material.  This research uses a qualitative method based on literature study. The data contained in this study comes from previous studies that have been documented in the form of journals and books.  The results showed that the application of project-based learning model was significantly able to improve students' creative thinking ability. Students showed improvement in the ability to formulate new ideas, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively. In addition, they developed positive attitudes towards learning, increased motivation, and experienced improvements in the understanding of learning concepts. This research contributes to understanding the use of project-based learning model, as an effective strategy to enhance students' creativity in educational contexts. The application of the findings in this study can help educators and policy makers    

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in economic growth in Indonesia. Positioning Branding or brand identity is very necessary for every business, but in reality, few MSME players pay attention to brand positioning or brand identity themselves. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to provide information regarding the benefits obtained by paying attention to branding positioning for MSME players. By paying attention to brand positioning, MSME players can understand the benefits of their own brand positioning and hopefully be able to compete. We hope that this article can help solve the problems of MSME players in terms of their own brand positioning.

This research seeks to find out how social criticism is in cyber literature, the Whynesia monologue on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data used are three cyber videos of Whynesia monologue literature on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel. This research data was collected using the listening and note-taking method. The results of the research show that Whynesia's cyber literary monologue on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel has deep social criticism regarding the phenomena currently occurring. Through the flow of the monologue delivered, the narrator presents a discourse of social criticism regarding social problems that occur in Indonesia. This monologue presents the importance of social criticism which acts as a tool to maintain societal stability. Strong and courageous monologues in conveying criticism, stimulate thinking about the importance of creating stable conditions in society, where people must express their voice or social criticism regarding problems in the environment. The implication of the findings is the importance of social criticism to maintain the stability of society and the importance of new media such as research objects to revive literary works as a medium for social criticism. Therefore, society must fight so that existing inequalities or problems can be voiced to create stability and regeneration of literary works as a medium used in society.

Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing. Mathematics is a field of study that has an important role in education. Geometry is one of the mathematics materials taught in primary and secondary schools. However, students in PGMI 3 class still experience many misconceptions in understanding plane material by applying polya theory. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze common misconceptions related to plane material by applying polya theory. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research were 18 out of 39 PGMI 3 UIN North Sumatra students. The results of the research show that there are several misconceptions that occur which involve basic understanding of plane material, steps in solving problems with plane material, misunderstandings about what polya theory is like and making mistakes by not putting symbols in solving problems. This research aims to provide important insights into curriculum development and a more effective teaching approach in working on plane material by applying polya theory. With a more effective understanding of the misconceptions that arise in plane shape material by applying polya theory, appropriate action can be taken to overcome this problem and can help PGMI 3 students at UIN North Sumatra to develop an understanding of plane shape material by applying polya theory better.

For the first time in Indonesia, banking regulations have begun to be systematically regulated in Law no. 14 of 1967 which discusses the principles of banking is used as a guideline for the regulation of banking in Indonesia. In 1992, the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia was the beginning of the recognition of sharia banking in Indonesia. Then with the enactment of Law no. 7 of 1992 concerning banking, as amended by Law no. 10 of 1998 explicitly discusses that in Indonesia there are two banking systems, namely conventional banking and sharia banking. The regulations regarding sharia banking in this law are considered not yet specific, therefore it is necessary to specifically establish sharia banking itself in a law, with the establishment of Law no. 21 of 2008 concerning sharia banking. For a long time, banking in Indonesia has made law no. 14 of 1967 concerning the basic principles of banking as guidelines for every bank in Indonesia. In 1992, the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia was the beginning of the recognition of sharia banking in Indonesia. Then with the enactment of Law no. 7 of 1992 concerning banking, as amended by Law no. 10 of 1998 explicitly discusses that in Indonesia there are two banking systems, namely conventional banking and sharia banking. Therefore, Law no. 21 of 2008 concerning sharia banking. The final conclusion in this research is that the public recognizes and prefers sharia banking as regulated in Law No. 21 of 2008 because this law can explain and answer specifically the problems that exist in society regarding banking in Indonesia and with the birth of law no. 21 of 2008 is expected to provide justice and togetherness to all Indonesian people based on sharia principles which refer to Islamic law in order to achieve equal distribution of social welfare.

The research method is experimental method to test to several subjects according to facial skin problems, interview method conducted with respondents, observation method with respondents that include facial analysis, documentation method documenting each trialThis research experiment used binahong leaves and honey as ingredients for making face masks. Research with experimental methods and produce 3 products with different sizes, because the results of the first and second experiments researchers felt less then the researchers conducted a third product experiment that tested both models that have oily and acne face, whose use is routine once every 2 days and the results of acne and oil are reduced. The third product with a measure of 1 tablespoon of mucus binahong leaves and 1 teaspoon of honey. The benefits of binahong leaves that in addition to being used as medicines can also be used for beauty in the form of face masks binahong leaves and honey.

To create a superior generation, every student must receive character education in order to become an individual who is not only intelligent but also has good character. This research aims to find out whether learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that can be adopted by students. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study type of research. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that students can apply in everyday life, where through this learning, students can be trained to think systematically, logically, creatively and also carefully. And of course, by learning programming algorithms, students are required to be able to solve the problems they face.

This research uses qualitative descriptive, descriptive analysis to see the phenomenon of existing events and qualitative research methods based on philosophy as an instrument, Data collection techniques and qualitative analysis emphasize meaning. Oligopoly markets whose structure consists of two or three or even more control the market 70 to 80 percent of all production or selling value around it and emphasize the price determined. The development of the era of business actors utilizing technology is certainly due to globalization which affects industrial markets in each country to abroad. Oligopoly is very influential in industrial markets because of pressure on prices and new ideas from competitors and supported by digital technology hence industrial market activities to retain consumers. In addition to the effect, business actors get large profits due to increasingly sophisticated information technology. The influence of globalization can encourage large companies to innovate their businesses and be able to integrate in the global market.

This community service article aims to utilize empty land, including rice fields, to explore and develop tourism potential in an effort to improve community welfare. Through direct outreach to village residents as well as intensive assistance regarding methods and strategies in efforts to make Mojogebang village a tourist village. What is done is starting from mapping to identify places that have potential tourist destinations, analyzing characteristics and problems, describing the development of community-based tourist villages, as well as analyzing supporting element systems. The recommendations we provide are as follows. Because Mojogebang village is mostly a rice field area, the most appropriate thing to implement there is culinary tourism in the rice fields, namely food stalls or restaurants or cafes with a backdrop and view of the green and yellow rice fields.

This research aims to determine the use of language styles, describe the diction and message to be conveyed in the poem "Perempuan yang Tergusur" by W.S Rendra. So also the poem " Perempuan yang Tergusur " is a poem with a theme of protest or social criticism. The problem of this research is how the language style in the poem " Perempuan yang Tergusur " is used by Rendra to voice social criticism of the reality that occurred. The method and theoretical basis used in this research is stylistics. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained are that Rendra uses several language styles of similes, comparisons and contradictions to describe the problems presented in the poem.

The pandemic era that occurred in 2020 is a new history in human civilization. The emergence of the pandemic has limited interaction between humans and the surrounding environment. Limited interaction during the pandemic is manifested in the social distancing program, indirectly this program can reduce the sense of social concern, kinship and togetherness between residents. Not only does it have an impact on social welfare, this program will also limit buying and selling activities in markets and local village environments. Thus affecting the level of economic welfare of local communities. The pandemic era that has ended has not been able to restore the economy and health of the affected communities, so various individual and group efforts still need to be made that can increase people's income. Some of the problems above are the background and reasons for choosing Simomulyo Village as our KKN object. Simomulyo village has a very strategic location because it is located in the city center and has a fairly large market. Of course, this condition causes Simomulyo village to receive a significant impact from the pandemic period to the post-pandemic period. To solve existing problems, we and the Simomulyo Village community will work together to maximize the benefits of implementing the waste bank program. The success of this optimization is marked by increased awareness and insight of the village community regarding waste that is ready to be recycled and sold to increase village income. The hope is that, apart from being useful in creating a healthy environment, the waste bank program will also be useful in improving economic and social welfare for the people of Simomulyo Village. This is realized in the form of a waste bank account which is accumulated into cash to ensure the smooth implementation of several village activities.
