Every activity is bound to be presented with obstacles, this research describes the obstacles to the solutions suggested by the researchers. Based on the research results, extracurricular activities are divided into 2 (two) parts, namely mandatory and optional extracurricular activities. This is in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 63 of 2014 concerning extracurricular activities in educational units. One of the extracurricular activities that must be implemented at every level is the Scout Education extracurricular as implemented in the 2013 curriculum. Scout Education plays a role as a vehicle for complementary activities in the learning process with the aim of forming and developing student character. In the implementation of Scout Education extracurricular activities there are 3 (three) models, namely the Block Model, Actualization Model and Regular Model. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely the research results are presented descriptively.

The factors that influence students' motivation to participate in extracurricular activities are the focus of this study. These factors may originate within the student (internal factors) or from without (external factors). Students' needs, hopes, and interests are all internal factors that can influence their interest in and participation in extracurricular activities. However, external factors include things like family, the natural world, and social equilibrium.This study aims to shed light on the most influential factors influencing grade eight students' decision to participate in extracurricular activities. This study combines descriptive methods with quantitative estimation. Data collection software that makes use of angkets. This study's sample population consists of the sixty-five students that participated in the pre-exam activities at Class VIII of MTsN 2 in Pasaman Barat. This study used a non-probabilistic sampling technique called "total sampling," in which the entire population was sampled because the study's population was less than 100. This study used SPSS to conduct a thorough validity test, replicability test, normality test, homogeneity test, and factor analysis on the collected data. The research results show that the factors that influence students' motivation to participate in pramuka activities at the eighth grade level at MTsN 2 Pasaman Barat are as follows: the first factor is students' expectations, with an eigen value of 4.532, or 20.601%; the second factor is students' family environments, with an eigen value of 2,453, or 11.150%; and the third factor is students' school environments, with an eigen value of 4.532. That's why hope is the most important of those other twelve factors.

This research is based on problems regarding students who are less interested in participating in extracurricular activities, students in the process of participating in extracurricular activities are less enthusiastic about following directions, and lack the ability to focus. With this, the problem can be formulated from this, namely what are the factors that influence students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities at SMPN 4 Bukit Barisan District. The aim of this research is to reveal the factors that influence students' interest in choosing scout and tahfidz extracurricular activities at SMPN 4, Bukit Barisan District, 50 City District. This type of research uses field research which is descriptive quantitative using factorial analysis. The key informants were class VII students and class VIII students, as well as supervising teachers in extracurricular activities. To collect data, the authors conducted interviews and questionnaires (questionnaire). After the data is collected, it is processed and analyzed. The result of the research is that students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities at SMPN 4 Bukit Barisan District. Factors that influence student interest are intrinsic factors which include ability, temperament, character, physical structure, teachers, facilities, peers, habits. . The results of the analysis obtained are the matrix component values ​​for the ability variable (0.852), temperament variable (0.727), physical structure variable (0.835), teacher variable (0.849), facility variable (0.816), peer variable (0.851), parents (0.821 ), habit variables (0.812). From the results of this research it can be concluded that the variables are willingness, needs, motivation, family support, school environment. So the researcher concludes that the most dominant factor influencing students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities is the factor that has the highest value, namely ability variable (0.852). This shows that most students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities is influenced by the students' own abilities, so teachers should always arouse students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities through developing the factors that influence them in each extracurricular activity, especially the students' abilities.

Traditional wedding receptions in Indonesia are very diverse, it feels incomplete if a wedding celebration does not use the traditions or customs that apply in the area, such as the Sebarin Dui' tradition that applies in the middle of Pramuka Island Community, Seribu Islands Regency, Jakarta. This unique tradition is very interesting to discuss because the Sebarin Dui' tradition originates from a mixture of customs from other regions which then merged into the traditions and customs of the Thousand Islands Community. This research aims to find out how the Sebarin Dui' tradition is at the traditional wedding of the Thousand Islands Community, and to find out how Islamic Law views the Sebarin Dui' tradition at the traditional wedding reception of the Thousand Islands Community. This research uses qualitative or descriptive research, with data collection techniques using field research, namely through observation and interviews with research subjects or informants. The results of this research are that the Sebarin Dui' tradition at community wedding receptions on Pramuka Island, Panggang Island Village, Seribu Islands Regency, Jakarta is the Sebarin Dui' tradition which aims to express gratitude and share good fortune with local residents and to entertain the guests present. So the Sebarin Dui' tradition carried out by the people of Pramuka Island, Panggang Island Village, Seribu Islands Regency has fulfilled the requirements to become a tradition or 'Sahih Urf' (does not violate Islamic law or Sharia law).

The study of the background with the student at clean-up elementary school has not yet formed his character, it can be seen from the student doing his duty to see his friend, cleaning the class being told by the teacher. The purpose of this study is to describe the independent character education through extracurricular scout activities at devotion nusshal elementary school, which is between 666 and its support factors and constraints. It is a qualitative descriptive study. Research subjects are principals and extracurricular scouts. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the implementation of extra-curricular scout activities can establish a student's independent character is seen in the self-reliance attitudes of each student based on the regular exercise and camp exercises. To the performance of independent character education in extracurricular activities the self-forming self-help group of self-supporting values includes confidence, responsibility, hard work, being able to make decisions, being able to work alone, and respecting time.

This study aims to describe the formation of student character through scout activities at Mts Almahfudz Sapuran Wonosobo. This research was conducted using field research using a qualitative descriptive approach, namely a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of statements and the results of interviews, observations, and documentation obtained directly from the field or research area. The results of this study were found in the formation of the character of class VII and VIII students who used the honor code learning model, which is a measure or standard of behavior for members of the Scout movement. In scouting learning a student is trained to become someone who has a leadership spirit and is based on the formation of self-character. As a member of Scouting, the values of a code of ethics and code of honor must be understood and understood by all members of the Scout Movement, they are expected to take an oath of scouting (scout promise) and be willing to carry out scout law (scout law). The words on the promise or the guiding oath or the law of guiding tri satya and keeping the dasa dharma. Thus the authors can conclude that there is influence in scout education in the formation of the character of class VII and VIII students at Mts Almahfudz Sapuran Wonosobo.

Pendidikan adalah salah satu sarana penting untuk menjadikan manusia lebih berkualitas. Manusia tidak mampu berkembang secara optimal tanpa adanya bantuan orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka siswa SMA intensif taruna pembangunan Surabaya, mendeskripsikan pengembangan karakter disiplin siswa SMA intensif taruna pembangunan Surabaya dan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dalam pengembangan karakter disiplin siswa SMA intensif taruna pembangunan Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti berperan sebagai pengamat partisipan selama proses ekstrakurikuler pramuka data diambil melalui observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrakurikuler pramuka yang dilaksanakan selama satu kali dalam seminggu dengan beberapa kegiatanya seperti latihan rutin, jelajah alam, dan persami. Penanaman karakter disiplin terbukti dengan kurangnya disiplin pada siswa SMA intensif taruna pembangunan Surabaya.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis pengaruh kegiatan pramuka di Gudep Madrasah Aaliyah Negeri Babakan Lebaksiu Kabupaten Tegal Tahun 2016 terhadap peningkatan karakter disiplin dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila an Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah siswa kelas XI MAN Babakan Lebaksiu yang berjumlah 319 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random dengan cara Quota random sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 15-20 % dari populasi, dengan hasil perhitungan yang berjumlah 67 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode angket. Metode angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai pengaruh kegiatan pramuka terhadap karakter disiplin.. Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pertama triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan apa yang dikatakan siswa dan guru. Triangulasi metode yaitu pembuktian dengan observasi mengenai pelaksanaan kegiatan Pramuka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kritis komparatif. Pelaksanaan ini dilakukan dalam satu siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1). Kegiatan kepramukaan dapat meningkatkan Karakter Disiplin sebesar 82,30%, yaitu berhubungan dengan pembentukan dan ketercapaian kompetensi warga Negara melalui civic responsibility dalam Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. 2). Integrasi nilai- nilai karakter, dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan tidak hanya melekat dalam kurikulum, tetapi dapat juga diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan ekstra kurikuler, seperti Kegiatan pramuka. 3). Karakter dimaknai sebagai cara berpikir dan berperilaku yang khas tiap individu untuk hidup dan bekerjasama, baik dalam lingkup keluarga, masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara. Individu yang berkarakter baik adalah individu yang dapat membuat keputusan dan siap mempertanggungjawabkan setiap akibat dari keputusannya. Kepramukaan adalah proses pendidikan di luar lingkungan sekolah dan di luar lingkungan keluarga dalam bentuk kegiatan menarik, menyenangkan, sehat, teratur, terarah, praktis yang dilakukan di alam terbuka dengan Prinsip Dasar Kepramukaan dan Metode Kepramukaan, yang sasaran akhirnya pembentukan watak, akhlak dan budi pekerti luhur.Kata Kunci : Karakter, Disiplin, Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, Pramuka
