Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kemasantani Village have considerable potential in developing cassava-based products using MOCAF flour, particularly Antari chips. However, limited brand identity, unattractive packaging, and the underutilization of digital marketing have constrained product competitiveness and revenue growth. This community service program aimed to strengthen branding and optimize digital marketing strategies to support MSME revenue growth. A qualitative participatory approach was employed through surveys, interviews, observations, documentation, and direct assistance in brand identity development, packaging redesign, and social media management. The results indicate improvements in product image, packaging attractiveness, and market reach through digital platforms. The integrated application of branding and digital marketing successfully increased consumer engagement and led to an approximate 35% increase in MSME revenue within a three-month period. These findings suggest that strategic branding and digital marketing are effective approaches for enhancing competitiveness and ensuring the sustainability of locally based MSMEs in rural areas.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the residential spatial system of the Marori and Mengge ethnic groups in Wasur Village, Merauke, South Papua, in the context of their involvement in the eucalyptus oil industry as a leading tourism product of Wasur National Park. A rationalistic qualitative approach is used with the main theory of behavioral setting to examine the relationship between behavior, local culture, and spatial structure. The results of the study indicate that houses not only function as domestic spaces, but also as places for the production of eucalyptus oil, especially at the packaging stage. The overlapping use of space causes space invasion, changes in function, and the emergence of high spatial flexibility. The space of the house undergoes a temporal functional transformation, adjusting to the intensity of economic activities and cultural rituals of the community. Private, semi-public, and spiritual spaces experience shifting boundaries, which have an impact on social relationship patterns and living comfort. This study also found that social structure, customary values (Boan/marga), and division of customary areas play an important role in the formation of the spatial system. These findings are expected to be an important contribution to the development of residential architecture based on behavior and local wisdom, as well as community-based conservation area management. This study also highlights the urgency of preserving the culture and existence of indigenous tribes amidst the current of modernization and the threat of extinction.

The unavailability of intake and exhaust valves for 500 cm³ diesel engines manufactured in the 1980s has created difficulties in maintaining and operating agricultural tractors. This study aimed to manufacture replacement intake and exhaust valves using SUH 35 austenitic steel according to the original engine specifications. The production process included design preparation, material selection, raw material measurement, forging, machining, heat treatment, quality inspection, and packaging. SUH 35 steel rods measuring 12 mm in diameter and 105 mm in length were used as the raw material. Forging was performed to form the valve heads, producing exhaust valves with a diameter of 30 mm and thickness of 2 mm, and intake valves with a diameter of 35 mm and thickness of 2.5 mm. After machining, the final dimensions of the exhaust valve were 29.5 mm head diameter, 2 mm thickness, 105 mm length, and 7 mm stem diameter, while the intake valve measured 33.5 mm head diameter, 2.5 mm thickness, 105 mm length, and 7 mm stem diameter. Hardening treatment produced a hardness value of 40 HRC. The manufactured valves met the required dimensional and mechanical specifications. The production cost was IDR 100,000 per unit, with a processing time of approximately 60 minutes per unit. The results demonstrate that replacement valves for 500 cm³ diesel engines can be successfully reproduced, enabling the continued operation and maintenance of older tractor engines.

There are chances for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to boost local agricultural economies and increase profitability due to the rising demand for value-added dairy products.  This study uses the Hayami approach to evaluate the value distribution along the production chain in order to investigate the economic potential of cream cheese production in Samarinda, Indonesia.  In-depth producer interviews, cost documentation, questionnaires, and production process observations were used to gather primary data.  Identifying the main cost components and evaluating value generation at the processing step were the main objectives of the investigation.  The results show that processing adds a substantial amount to the total product value, with the acquisition of raw materials and packaging being the main sources of expense. Maximizing by-products like whey, implementing cost-effective packaging, and optimizing input sourcing are all ways to boost profitability. According to the report, local cream cheese makers can become more resilient and competitive by focusing on specialized markets, improving branding, and fortifying supply chain integration. These observations serve as the foundation for business plans and regulatory suggestions meant to promote long-term expansion in the artisanal dairy industry.

This study aims to analyze the role of marketplace in encouraging digital internationalization and product development at PT Bungas Food Nusantara. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with company management, observation of activities on the marketplace platform, and supporting documentation. Waste management issues in boarding school environments represent one of the environmental challenges that require educational, participatory, and sustainable solutions. Students’ activities that take place continuously throughout the day within the school and dormitory areas contribute to the increasing generation of domestic waste, including plastic waste, disposable sanitary pads, cosmetic packaging, and other household waste. On the other hand, waste management practices in schools are still predominantly conducted manually, resulting in less effective and poorly organized environmental management systems. This community service program aimed to support sustainable environmental education through the digitalization of the school waste bank assistance program at SMA Putri Luqman Al-Hakim. The program was implemented using participatory and educational approaches consisting of observation and problem identification, socialization and education, implementation of waste bank digitalization, as well as monitoring and evaluation stages. The activities included waste segregation education, the application of the 3R concept (reduce, reuse, recycle), and assistance in using a digital-based waste deposit recording system through online spreadsheets and simple applications. The results demonstrated an improvement in students’ understanding and participation in school waste management activities. Furthermore, the implementation of the digital system contributed to a more organized, transparent, and easily monitored waste bank administration process. The program also played a role in fostering environmentally responsible behavior and improving students’ digital literacy. Therefore, the digitalization of school waste banks can serve as an alternative strategy to support environmental education and sustainable school environmental management.

Prescription waiting time is a key indicator of pharmacy service quality that directly influences patient satisfaction and hospital efficiency. Data from the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Pelabuhan Jakarta Hospital show average waiting times of 30.49 minutes for non-compounded medications and 35.93 minutes for compounded medications. Although these figures are still within national standards, they have not met the hospital’s internal targets, indicating inefficiencies that require systematic improvement. This study aimed to analyze prescription waiting times and identify waste in outpatient pharmacy services using Lean Hospital and Continuous Improvement approaches. A qualitative analytical method with a case study design was applied. Data collection involved participatory observation, in-depth interviews with key informants (head of pharmacy, pharmacists, and technicians), and document review. Analysis utilized Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), identification of Value Added (VA) and Non-Value Added (NVA) activities, bottleneck analysis, fishbone diagram, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).The findings revealed that service processes were dominated by non-value-added activities, especially during prescription receipt, verification, packaging, and dispensing. Major wastes included waiting, motion, and overprocessing. Contributing factors were uneven staff distribution, suboptimal e-prescribing systems, incomplete prescriptions, and lack of standardized procedures. The proposed future state VSM demonstrated potential improvements in reducing waiting time and enhancing service efficiency.
