Libraries play a crucial role in broadening the public's knowledge horizons by improving literacy skills. However, the reality at the Samaturu Library in Jambu Malea Village shows that manual management still dominates, leading to various administrative obstacles such as data irregularities, the risk of losing important information, and inefficiencies in tracking daily activities. This condition demands digital transformation to optimize public services at the village level comprehensively and sustainably. This research focuses on the development of a web-based library information system specifically designed to modernize administrative processes to be more systematic, fast, and organized. Built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, this platform offers an intuitive interface for both staff and members. Its superior features include book data management, membership, activity agendas, announcements, and digitizing the borrowing and return process. Furthermore, the system is capable of automatically generating periodic reports to facilitate library performance evaluation. Based on the results of comprehensive testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system functionality was proven to operate optimally according to the required specifications. Direct user trials also showed very positive responses regarding aspects of ease of navigation and operational time efficiency. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of internal management, accelerate the quality of services to library users, and become a major catalyst in realizing superior digital literacy governance in rural areas

This research focuses on the creation and implementation of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to map the position of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The rationale behind this research is rooted in the rapid economic and demographic development in the area, which requires easy access to financial services. However, the distribution of existing ATM points is still uneven, where people in rural areas often have to travel long distances to reach the nearest ATM. The method of creating this system involves the use of the PHP programming language along with a MySQL database. This system aims to present spatial information about the current ATM location accurately, thereby helping the public in finding banking services with high accuracy through an interactive map interface. In addition, this system offers optimal paths to ATM locations to improve user time efficiency. System evaluation was conducted using black box techniques to verify that the menu operations and application procedures function as intended. The findings indicate that the implementation of GIS improves public access while offering data assistance for financial institutions and local governments in developing a more equitable and systematic public facility allocation strategy in the future.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based New Student Admission System (PPDB) Website at MIS Chairul Bariyyah Medan Krio to overcome the limitations of manual registration systems. The method used is Agile, as it supports iterative, flexible, and adaptive system development according to user needs. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The system is developed using the Python programming language with the Django framework and MySQL database. The results show that the developed system improves the efficiency of the registration process, minimizes data recording errors, and facilitates real-time management of applicant data. In addition, the Website also serves as an information and promotional medium for the school that can be accessed anytime. Based on Blackbox testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT), the system is proven to run well and is easy to use. Therefore, this web-based PPDB system is effective in improving the quality of Administrative services at MIS Chairul Bariyyah.

The development of information and communication technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to manage data more effectively, efficiently, and integratively to create consumer loyalty. Efforts can be made using a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Information system to manage customer data and transaction history in an integrated, effective, and efficient manner. The many complaints from several stores in Grobogan Regency, especially Toko Sumber Rezeki, regarding errors in inputting consumer data, data loss, and difficulties in preparing sales reports, prompted the author to conduct this research with the aim of providing practical contributions to MSMEs in managing data effectively by using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) information system. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with a Waterfall software development model that includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP with the Laravel 11 framework and a MySQL database. The system's main features include customer data management, real-time transaction recording, integrated purchase history, a sales summary dashboard, and reports that can be exported to PDF and Excel. The results of this study indicate that the system meets user needs and helps improve recording efficiency and data accuracy. Therefore, the designed system can support data-driven decision-making and improve the quality of customer service at the Sumber Rejeki Store in Grobogan Regency.

The rapid development of information technology requires adaptation across various business sectors, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs). BUMDes Poto Bo’o, located in Wolotopo Village, Ndona Timur District, still manages sales data manually using ledger books. This practice leads to several issues, such as data inaccuracies, lack of automatic inventory updates, and delays in report generation.This study aims to design and implement a basic necessities (sembako) sales information system for the BUMDes. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database.The main features of the system include product management, customer management, transaction processing, tracking of incoming and outgoing goods, and real-time sales reporting. The results show that the developed information system improves transaction recording accuracy, enhances inventory data accuracy, and accelerates the sales reporting process.Therefore, the system is expected to improve the operational efficiency of BUMDes Poto Bo’o, support financial management transparency, and increase public trust in the performance of the village-owned enterprise.

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi usaha kecil untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing. Toko Dmelz, sebuah usaha kuliner rumahan, awalnya masih mengandalkan sistem penjualan manual melalui media sosial, yang sering menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan proses, dan kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web untuk mengotomatisasi proses pemesanan, pengelolaan produk, dan pelaporan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah, perancangan sistem, implementasi menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL, serta pengujian dengan metode black-box. Sistem diuji menggunakan 10 akun pengguna dan sekitar 50 transaksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi risiko kesalahan, serta mempermudah akses bagi pelanggan dan admin. Secara keseluruhan, sistem informasi ini menjadi solusi digital yang mendukung pertumbuhan, keberlanjutan, dan daya saing Toko Dmelz di era digital.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital pada berbagai sektor usaha, termasuk usaha mikro dan menengah. Pengelolaan persediaan barang yang tidak didukung sistem informasi yang baik berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta ketidaksesuaian data yang berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Toserba Indah Kendal sebagai usaha dagang masih menerapkan pencatatan persediaan dan laporan keuangan secara manual menggunakan buku tulis, sehingga sering terjadi selisih antara data pembelian dan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan barang dagang berbasis web guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengintegrasikan data barang, pembelian, penjualan, serta laporan persediaan secara otomatis dan real-time. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan kecepatan pengolahan data, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta menghasilkan laporan persediaan yang lebih akurat dan terstruktur. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi efektif bagi Toserba Indah Kendal dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial.

Tes psikologis yang handal dan objektif sangat penting dalam perekrutan anggota Kepolisian Nasional Indonesia untuk memastikan seleksi kandidat yang berkualitas. Namun, metode pengujian psikologis konvensional seringkali memakan waktu, rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia, dan kurang transparan dalam pengolahan data dan manajemen hasil. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pengujian Psikologis Berbasis Web (E-Psikotes) untuk mendukung proses seleksi psikologis calon polisi di Polda Jawa Tengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi prosedur pengujian yang ada, wawancara dengan psikolog dan anggota komite seleksi, kuesioner, dan analisis dokumentasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter 3 dengan arsitektur Model View Controller (MVC), sedangkan MySQL digunakan sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. Evaluasi sistem melibatkan pengujian black box dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) untuk menilai fungsionalitas, kegunaan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Tes Psikologi Berbasis Web (E-Psikotes) untuk Seleksi Calon Anggota Kepolisian Republik Indonesia yang diusulkan secara efektif mengotomatiskan proses administrasi, penilaian, dan pelaporan tes psikologis. Sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Hasil evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi, terutama dalam hal kemudahan penggunaan dan keandalan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada bidang sistem informasi dengan menyediakan model praktis untuk pengujian psikologis digital dalam rekrutmen kepolisian. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem pengujian psikologis berbasis web dapat mendukung transformasi digital dan meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dalam proses rekrutmen sektor publik.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based waste collection scheduling system using PHP and MySQL at the Environmental Agency of West Sumba Regency. The main problem faced is that the scheduling process is still carried out manually, resulting in inefficiency, susceptibility to errors, and difficulties in monitoring and reporting. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The developed system provides features for managing data on personnel, regions, vehicles, and structured waste collection scheduling. In addition, the system is equipped with notification features, schedule monitoring, and performance reporting that can be accessed by management. The results of this study indicate that the system improves effectiveness and efficiency in scheduling processes and facilitates supervision of waste collection activities. Therefore, the implementation of this system is expected to optimize and organize waste management in West Sumba Regency.

Fixed asset management is a crucial component in supporting the performance of local governments. However, the Polewali Mandar Regency Government still faces obstacles in managing assets conventionally, such as the risk of recording errors, duplicate data, and difficulties in field data verification which is time-consuming. This study aims to design and build a Web-Based Fixed Asset Management Information System integrated with Quick Response Code (QR Code) technology as a digital solution for real-time asset data collection, tracking, and monitoring. The approach taken for system development is known as the Waterfall approach, encompassing the phases of analyzing requirements, system design, execution, evaluation, and ongoing support. The creation of the system was carried out utilizing the PHP coding language, the MySQL database system, and Tailwind CSS to achieve a mobile-friendly interface. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies at the General Affairs Division of the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. The result of this research is a fixed asset management information system featuring the generation of unique QR Code labels for each asset, category and location management, and reporting features divided into three access levels: Admin, Operator, and Verificator. Based on the system testing results, an average score of above 4.00 was obtained for indicators of ease of use (user-friendly), access speed, and information accuracy. In conclusion, the implementation of this QR Code-based system is proven to increase the efficiency of the asset identification process in the field, minimize manual input errors, and improve accountability in regional asset management in Polewali Mandar Regency.

Public Relations (PR) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) is a strategic unit that manages various important documents in the institution's administrative and communication activities. However, document loan management in this unit is still done manually, making it vulnerable to data loss, late returns, and difficulty in monitoring document status. This community service research aims to design and implement an integrated web-based document loan information system in the UINSU Public Relations sector. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database, implementing a modern, responsive interface. The system's main features include item/document data management, loan and return recording, and real-time stock monitoring. The results of the community service show that the system is able to improve document management efficiency, reduce recording errors, and make it easier for officers to monitor loan status. This system is expected to become a document asset management model that can be adopted by other units within the UINSU environment.

This study aims to improve the performance of student organizations through the utilization of web technology in information system management. The case study focuses on the Student Executive Board (BEM) of STMIK PESAT Nabire, which faces challenges in data management, internal communication, and activity documentation. The research employed a software engineering approach using the Waterfall development model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, and implementation. The research instruments consist of technical documents such as use case diagrams and evaluative interviews to ensure the system's relevance to user needs. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL as the database. The implementation results indicate that the web-based information system facilitates BEM administrators in managing organizational activities more efficiently and in a structured manner. The findings imply that the appropriate application of web technology can enhance the operational effectiveness of student organizations and serve as a strategic solution for managing organizational information in higher education environments.

The Department of Agriculture, Food, Marine Affairs, and Fisheries (DPPKP) of Central Papua Province faces significant challenges in document archive management that is still performed manually. This research aims to develop a web-based document archive application to improve archiving efficiency and support digital transformation in the government sector. The research methodology uses a software engineering approach with the Waterfall method covering five stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap with main features including document upload/download, category and keyword-based search, and authentication system for data security. Black-box testing results show all system functions operate according to user requirements with 100% success rate. System implementation successfully reduced document search time from an average of 10 minutes to less than 2 minutes, increasing employee work efficiency by 75%. Performance evaluation shows an average response time of 1.2 seconds with 99.7% system availability. This research contributes to government information system development literature and provides practical solutions for archive digitalization in regional government agencies.

This research is motivated by the problem of inefficient manual recording of employee attendance at the Central Papua Provincial Bawaslu, which often causes errors and inaccurate attendance data. The main goal of the research is to develop a PHP and MySQL-based digital attendance system that is able to record attendance automatically, real-time, and integrated. The research methods include needs analysis, database and interface design, program code implementation, and system testing. The results of the study show that the digital attendance system developed has succeeded in facilitating the recording of entry times, exit times, and recapitulation of employee attendance with a higher level of accuracy than manual methods. The implications of the implementation of this system are increased administrative efficiency, ease of monitoring, and the provision of more valid attendance data to support fast and appropriate decision-making within the Central Papua Provincial Bawaslu. Thus, this digital attendance system can be a practical solution in improving the quality of human resource management in government agencies.

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi usaha jasa persewaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Toko Akasa Teknik sebagai usaha persewaan mesin vacuum cleaner masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan data penyewaan, transaksi, dan pelaporan yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi persewaan berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan seluruh proses bisnis secara terpusat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan arsitektur Model–View–Controller (MVC) dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, mempercepat proses penyewaan, serta memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan dan memantau status sewa. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan serta mendukung daya saing Toko Akasa Teknik di era digital.

The SIAP Application is an innovation developed as a solution to support the archiving business process in the Planning Bureau. Currently, most employees still use computers and a web-based cloud system developed by Pusdatin using the PHP programming language as a storage medium for files that are no longer actively used and are categorized as dynamic archives. However, the cloud system does not have a well-structured archive management system, which often causes difficulties when employees need to retrieve archived files. As a result, employees must search for files manually by checking archived documents one by one in the cloud. This process is time-consuming and may lead to problems such as difficulties in finding files and the risk of data loss. Based on these conditions, the SIAP Application was developed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of archive management in the Planning Bureau.The SIAP Application has an advantage in the archiving process, where employees can easily search for archives using the letter number or subject that has been entered into the system. The system will automatically display the required archive, making the retrieval process faster, more accurate, and more organized compared to the previous cloud system.The development of the SIAP Application uses PHP and HTML as the programming languages, with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS as the user interface frameworks, and MySQL as the database. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, problem analysis is carried out using the PIECES method, and system testing is conducted through black-box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure system usability.

The development of bioinformatics has led to the availability of large amounts of genetic data through public databases such as NCBI Gene, OMIM, and Ensembl. However, the complexity of data presentation and the dominance of English language hinder students, novice researchers, and the general public in understanding the relationship between genes and disease. This research aims to develop a simple web-based information system to identify disease-causing genes with concise, Indonesian-language, and user-friendly information presentation. The method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes literature study, needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was developed using a MySQL relational database with a web interface that displays basic gene information, chromosome location, biological function, and gene-disease relationships, complete with simple visualizations. Black Box testing results indicate that all main functions run according to user requirements. This system is expected to improve bioinformatics literacy and become an effective learning medium.

Manual management of sports field bookings is still widely practiced and often leads to scheduling conflicts, data recording errors, and low service efficiency. This study aimed to design and develop a desktop-based sports field booking application that automates the booking process and manages schedules in a structured manner. The research employed a system design and development method using an object-oriented programming (OOP) approach. Data were collected through direct observation of the booking process, interviews with field managers, and documentation of system requirements. The application was developed using the Python programming language with the PyQt5 framework for the graphical user interface and MySQL as the database management system. The results showed that the developed application is capable of managing field data, schedules, bookings, and user information in an integrated manner while reducing recording errors and minimizing scheduling conflicts. The application of OOP resulted in a modular, well-organized, and maintainable system structure. This application is expected to improve the efficiency and accuracy of sports field booking management and provide a practical solution for implementing a computerized booking system.

Administration is an activity that must be managed effectively to support public service quality, and one of the main keys to achieving a good administrative system is the utilization of information technology, which is currently developing rapidly. Administrative activities at the Wendewa Barat village hall are still carried out using conventional and ineffective methods, particularly in population data recording, which relies on manual bookkeeping. This approach is time-consuming, labor-intensive, prone to errors, and incurs higher operational costs. Therefore, an integrated system is needed to manage administrative activities more efficiently, accurately, and systematically. This research aims to develop a web-based population administration system to improve administrative performance at the Wendewa Barat village office. The system development employs the waterfall method, which consists of several stages, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. The system is built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and utilizes a MySQL database for data management. Additionally, jQuery is applied in several system functions to enhance system interactivity, effectiveness, and user interface attractiveness.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan aplikasi E-Archive berbasis web yang mampu melakukan kategorisasi otomatis terhadap surat masuk dengan menerapkan metode klasifikasi K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Penelitian dilakukan di Balai Pelestarian Cagar Budaya Jawa Timur, yang masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam pengelolaan arsip secara manual, seperti kesulitan pencarian dokumen, keterlambatan distribusi informasi, serta risiko kehilangan data. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai basis data, menggunakan model pengembangan Waterfall untuk memastikan proses yang terstruktur mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box untuk memverifikasi bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Proses klasifikasi melibatkan beberapa tahapan, termasuk text preprocessing (tokenisasi, penghapusan stopword, dan stemming), pembobotan menggunakan metode Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), serta pengukuran kesamaan dokumen dengan cosine similarity. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 80% dengan nilai K optimal pada 14, yang menegaskan efektivitas algoritma KNN dalam mengekstraksi dan mengategorikan jenis surat. Sistem E-Archive ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan arsip, mempercepat proses pencarian dokumen, serta mendukung digitalisasi administrasi di instansi pemerintah. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam penerapan teknik klasifikasi teks pada bidang kearsipan, sekaligus menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan sistem serupa di organisasi lain yang membutuhkan pengelolaan dokumen secara modern dan terintegrasi.
