Security of electronic medical records (EMR) data is very important in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive patient information. This study aims to conduct a security analysis of the EMR application used at UPTD RSD Besemah Pagar Alam City using the Penetration Testing method. This method is carried out to identify, exploit, and provide solutions to potential vulnerabilities in the EMR application system. Penetration Testing is carried out through several stages, namely information collection, scanning, exploitation, and post-exploitation, using tools such as Nmap, and OWASP ZAP. The results of the study showed several vulnerabilities in the application, including SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and weaknesses in authentication management that could allow unauthorized access to patient data. In addition, exposure to sensitive data that was not properly protected was also found. Based on the results of this test, several recommendations were made to improve system security, such as updating security patches, implementing encryption on all sensitive data. By implementing the recommended mitigation steps, the security of the EMR system at UPTD RSD Besemah is expected to be significantly improved, so that the risk of data leakage can be minimized. This research provides a real contribution in strengthening the security of electronic medical record applications. and is expected to be a reference in improving security systems in other health care institutions.

Archiving is nothing new for agencies. The movement of documents and other documents in and out of government agencies certainly requires filing. The storage carried out at the Samarinda City Regional Civil Service Agency Office has not been fully effective for the existing archives, because some of the archives carried out are still done manually. As a result, archives can easily be lost before archiving or data management is done, often requiring manual intervention. Storage usage causes errors in storing data and retrieving data. This website-based archive system is indispensable, this is because it can be used to make changes to data, such as reducing the amount of paper used and changing the way data is stored (going paperless). This archive website system was created using the Vscode application. Where the Programming Language used is PHP and SQL, with Xampp used for web server operations and SQL for database management, by sending letters paperlessly will minimize errors that have occurred so far. While the software development method or system design uses the Waterfall method. Waterfall methodology is a type of application development model that is integrated into the classic life cycle. The purpose of making this website is to create a website system that processes email archive data in an easy-to-use way.

In the era of information technology advancement, web applications have become a means of seeking information. However, with technological progress, they have become increasingly vulnerable to cyber attacks such as SQL Injection and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This research aims to implement the Teler-waf Web Application Firewall (WAF) to protect web applications from such attacks. The research methodology includes the implementation of the Teler-waf WAF, analysis of web application security, and testing the speed of attack detection. The results show that Teler-waf is effective in preventing attacks, and its integration with Telegram bots provides real-time notifications to system administrators, enhancing security responsiveness. This research contributes to strengthening web application security and understanding the role of the Teler-waf WAF in addressing cyber threats.

Increasing fruit consumption is one of the challenges of public health. To address this, the authors developed a mobile application that allows users to scan and find information related to fruit. FruityFit is an application that can help users to get nutritional and processed information related to certain fruits that can increase users' interest in fruit consumption. This research focuses on constructing the back-end component of the FruityFit application. The design adheres to the REST architectural, leveraging the well-established ExpressJS framework for developmen. To realize the system, we implemented it using a suite of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. These services include Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL, providing a scalable foundation for the back-end infrastructure.. The final result of this research is a REST API that has been running well and documented to help the front-end consume the API.

Executive Information Systems (ISE) have become an integral part of modern corporate management, providing executives with relevant and immediate information to support decision making. This journal discusses the implementation of the Executive Information System in the employee payroll process using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment and SQL Server database. This research includes the design, development and implementation of an Executive Information System application for the employee payroll department. The system development methodology focuses on requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, and implementation. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used as the primary development environment, providing powerful tools for building intuitive and efficient user interfaces. SQL Server database is used as an integrated and secure data storage. This application is designed to manage payroll information, including employee personal data, salary history, salary deductions and bonuses. The advantages of this system include the ability to provide real-time information to executives, increase the efficiency of human resource management, and support faster and more accurate decision making in the context of employee payroll.

Information technology is growing rapidly from year to year. In the field of education, learning processes based on information technology are no longer unavoidable. Online learning is a scheme called e-learning that has the effect of transforming traditional education into a digital system. In this study, the data collection method used was interviews, observation and documentation to obtain information or data related to the research focus. The design of this application system uses an approach with the waterfall method which consists of the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing/verification, and maintenance stages, with a web-based programming language including HTML for display design, PHP for creating dynamic websites and SQL as a data storage container. . The results of this research are that this e-learning application can optimize students' understanding of learning, images, animation, audio and video and the teaching and learning process continues when students or teachers are unable to attend..

Pengelolaan data bisnis merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan, khususnya dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang. Dalam mengelola data bisnis, teknologi database menjadi salah satu pilihan yang paling efektif. Teknologi database memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menyimpan, mengelola, dan memproses data secara terstruktur dan efisien. Artikel jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep dasar tentang teknologi database, manfaat yang didapat dari penggunaan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis, serta tantangan dan solusi yang terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi database.Pengelolaan data bisnis menjadi aspek yang sangat penting dalam operasi perusahaan modern. Dalam era digital ini, teknologi database telah menjadi landasan utama dalam menyimpan, mengelola, dan memanipulasi data bisnis. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tinjauan tentang penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis.Pertama, jurnal ini akan membahas tentang konsep dasar teknologi database, termasuk jenis-jenis database, seperti database relasional, database berorientasi objek, dan database NoSQL. The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

Sebagai sebuah perusahaan yang berkomitmen melakukan filosofi Continous Improvement atau Kaizen, CV. Tama Joga Raya berencana untuk memperbaiki sistem informasi perusahaan dengan mengimplementasikan program yang bernama SQL Trade. maka penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai keberadaan pengendalian internal menurut CobIT dari masing-masing subsistem pada pengendalian umum dan pengendalian aplikasi, yaitu boundary control, input control, process controldan output control. Penelitian dalam Skripsi ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif sehingga tidak perlu menggunakan hipotesis dan statistik. Hasil penelitian pada CV. Tama Joga Raya berdasarkan CobIT adalah Qualified.

Klinik adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan dan menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan dasar dan/atau spesialistik yang diselenggarakan oleh lebih dari satu jenis tenaga kesehatan dan dipimpin oleh seorang tenaga kesehatan. Untuk dokumen rekam medis yang sudah tidak digunakan lebih dari lima tahun, dokumen rekam medis dapat dipisahkan atau disimpan. Retensi bertujuan untuk menyeleksi dokumen rekam medis yang sudah tidak aktif lagi dan mengurangi jumlah berkas rekam medis yang terus meningkat sehingga dapat menjaga mutu pelayanan dengan mempercepat penyusunan dokumen rekam medis pada saat dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan sortir seleksi dalam menentukan dokumen rekam medis yang harus disimpan dalam sistem informasi penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis. Dengan algoritma selection sort, pengurutan dokumen dalam sistem menjadi lebih mudah. Metode Sistem dibangun berbasis Web dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan System Development Live Cycle (SDLC). Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Kabupaten Klaten. Ruang penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis masih satu dengan pendaftaran rawat jalan. Sistem informasi penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis dengan penerapan metode pengurutan seleksi yang digunakan yaitu descending dan ascending, dengan mengurutkan tahun dengan nominal besar ke tahun dengan nominal kecil atau sebaliknya. Penerapan metode seleksi pada sistem retensi dokumen rekam medis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext) dengan database My SQL diharapkan dapat membantu proses retensi di Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten dan pelayanan kesehatan menjadi lebih baik.

Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

Bank BJB Syariah Karawang provides Loans and KPR. Loans and mortgages are Bank products in which the Bank provides a sum of money to lend to customers, with interest giving, but only a small proportion of them know the interest calculations or called Sharia-Buying when taking credit, whether it is a home loan or vehicle. The methodologi that the authors use in the writing of this thesis include the method of identification and system design. System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

The implementation of activities in PT Global Indotech Industry has run quite well but has not used a computer-based system to check and calculate raw materials. As the author observed, it turns out there are still problems that occur in checking and calculating the raw material supplies of helmet sockets, such as miscalculating raw material stocks and slow checking of stock availability of raw materials, so that it will disrupt scheduled production systems and can harm the company. Based on the things mentioned above, the author argues that in order to overcome the problem in question, it is necessary to design and implement a system that is integrated between related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005 while system design includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data and database dictionary. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the process of checking and calculating helmet socket raw material supplies for the future can run smoothly and on time.

Inventory is a current asset that has a major role in the accounting cycle. Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is the business of an individual-owned dispensary that is developing in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The problem faced by Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is that there is no minimum stock of goods because there is no warning that the stock will run out. The number of products that are almost entering the expiration date are on shelves and insecure data storage so that they have a very large risk of data being lost because it is stolen by irresponsible parties. This system will alert the user to the remaining stock of existing goods and the expiration date of the goods. The security of inventory processing data will be guaranteed with a password for users so that anyone cannot access the database. This inventory information system will be built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and multi user network using FEFO method as goods storage method.

This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating cash receipts and disbursements. The Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures will be equipped with the use of user log-ins to maintain the level of data security so that not just anyone can misuse the data. The system designed will also be equipped with security of access rights and data storage systems, providing a database using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that holds records of cash receipts and disbursements to be a good report, summarizing the process of moving data from ledgers to becoming cash reports flow, and can document each period's report so that it can be grouped properly. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages, out of 10 R&D stages the author only conducts the research approach to the 6th stage alone. and monitoring cash flow very well. In addition, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

Data collection on employee attendance at a company is a must, with the aim of monitoring discipline, calculating employee salaries, and other needs. Data collection on employee attendance at companies that are used today is very diverse, following the development of technology. The United Tronik Semarang office, which employs relatively many employees, currently uses a manual card attendance data collection system that attracts researchers to make the United Tronik Office the object of research.  Fingerprint is one of the hardware used to support employee attendance data collection which is relatively simple and easy to reach, the accuracy and ease of operation make the fingerprint attendance system more and more in demand. One of the human error problems in the attendance data collection system is attendance recording errors, especially for employees with shift work hours. Arrangement of work shifts in programs built with Visual Basic 2010 can minimize attendance recording errors, because it can set the recording time for employees. To support the ease of data access and shift settings, the researcher uses a Client Server database system with SQL Server 2005 Software.
