Background: Duration of labor is a key determinant of childbirth outcomes and may influence the mother’s physiological and psychological state. Prolonged labor is often associated with increased maternal fatigue and emotional stress, which can delay the establishment of early maternal-infant bonding during the taking-hold period. Methods: This study employed a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. A total of 80 postpartum women who delivered vaginally at hospitals and maternity clinics were recruited through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an observation sheet for labor duration and the Maternal Postnatal Attachment Scale (MPAS). Statistical analysis was performed using Pearson’s correlation test with a significance level of p < 0.05. Results: The findings revealed a significant negative correlation between labor duration and maternal-infant bonding scores (r = -0.432; p = 0.002). Mothers who experienced labor longer than 12 hours demonstrated lower emotional closeness with their infants compared to those with shorter labor (<8 hours). Conclusion: Prolonged labor tends to hinder the development of early maternal-infant bonding. Emotional support and midwifery assistance during the labor process are essential to enhance bonding and psychological well-being in the postpartum period.

Signs of danger in the third trimester of pregnancy are important indicators for preventing obstetric complications that can potentially increase the risk of maternal morbidity and mortality. However, the level of awareness and preparedness of mothers in recognizing signs of danger often depends on access to education and the quality of information received during pregnancy. Maternity classes are one of the educational strategies recommended in antenatal care to improve mothers' attitudes and understanding of pregnancy health. This study aims to analyze the effect of antenatal classes on mothers' attitudes toward danger signs in the third trimester at the Galala Inpatient Health Center. This study used a quantitative analytical design with a post-test only design approach. The study sample consisted of 30 pregnant women in their third trimester who were selected using total sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a closed-ended questionnaire based on a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability (α = 0.82). Data analysis was performed descriptively because the distribution of respondents' attitude scores was homogeneous. The results showed that all respondents (100%) had a fairly positive attitude towards pregnancy danger signs after attending the pregnancy class. These findings indicate that pregnancy classes play a role in increasing mothers' awareness of health risks during pregnancy, although they have not yet reached the optimal attitude category. The conclusion of this study confirms that pregnancy classes contribute to improving maternal attitudes and need to be improved through a variety of educational methods and increased frequency of meetings to support stronger attitude change.

The Job Creation Law Number 11 of 2020 brings significant changes to various aspects of employment, including workers' leave rights. This article aims to analyze the juridical application of leave rights after the enactment of the law, focusing on the changes that have occurred and their impact on the relationship between workers and employers. While leave rights such as annual leave, maternity leave, and sick leave are still recognized, detailed arrangements regarding the implementation of leave are left to implementing regulations or work agreements. This flexibility provides employers with advantages in workforce management, but raises concerns about potential reductions in workers' rights. The article concludes that these changes must be responded to with fair and transparent policies to maintain a balance between employers' interests and workers' welfare. The research in this paper uses a descriptive analytical research method. This method describes data from various sources, including statutory regulations, journals, and other sources from the internet concerning events that occurred in society.

Introduction: According to the Indonesian Health Profile (2021), preeclampsia or eclampsia, bleeding, and COVID-19 caused the highest number of maternal deaths in 2021. In 2022, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia reached 183 deaths per 100,000 live births, with preeclampsia as the main cause. One of the most common maternal health problems in Indonesia is preeclampsia, which has a high incidence rate and causes dangerous complications for the mother and baby. Research and prevention efforts continue to be needed to reduce maternal mortality in Indonesia. Apart from disorders during pregnancy, we as academics who continue to be pro-active in community service activities in our field, must also pay attention to post-partum health. The incidence of postpartum blues in Indonesia will reach 50-70% in 2023. According to WHO, around 10% of pregnant women and 13% of new mothers experience mental health disorders, especially depression. Risk factors that increase the possibility of postpartum blues are the mother's young age, lack of support from her husband, and a difficult economic situation. Method: The method used in this activity is lecture and discussion, using power points and leaflets. Target: Women of Childbearing Age (WUS), pregnant women and post partum mothers. Results: After the educational activity, participants asked several questions, such as how to know whether a pregnant woman is experiencing problems, how many times should she have an examination, and what should the family do if the mother seems stressed after giving birth. With the aim of improving the welfare of pregnant women and babies, Family Centered Maternity Care (FCMC) is a midwifery approach that involves the family. This approach provides good social support to pregnant women, which can help them deal with stress and anxiety that may occur during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. In addition, pregnant women and their families are given the opportunity to actively participate in decision-making regarding health care, so that they can take responsibility for their own health. Conclusion: When Women of Childbearing Age (WUS) have good knowledge, attitudes and behavior, they will produce a generation of healthy and intelligent children. Health workers and the public must pay attention to the four Ts: too young, too old, too much, and too close. Antenatal visits and postpartum visits, which are types of physical examinations during pregnancy, are well carried out in first-level health facilities.

The postpartum period is a crisis for mothers due to various changes that occur physically, psychologically, and in family structures that require an adaptation or adjustment process. From the records of the Jepara District Health Office in 2021, data obtained from 127 of 392 maternity mothers (32.4%) experienced postpartum blues symptoms between the ages of 17 and 19. This study aimed to determine the relationship of adolescent postpartum mothers to the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were teenage mothers who gave birth in July 2022 at the Nalumsari Health Center Jepara. The sample is 35 respondents utilizing total sampling. The research instrument used the EPDS questionnaire and was analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that (1) most of the respondents, as many as 20 people (57.1%), were in their late teens (16-19). (2) The incidence of Postpartum Blues in postpartum mothers who did not experience postpartum blues was 14 people (40%), mild postpartum blues were nine people (25.7%), and severe postpartum blues were 12 people (34.3%). (3) the results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between postpartum teenage mothers and the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara (p-value 0.254 > 0.05). The result showed that age was not the main factor in the incidence of postpartum blues; however, it was caused by other factors such as social, psychological, and emotional factors. In addition, a person's maturity level cannot be determined merely by age. It is suggested that mothers who will undergo childbirth should enrich their knowledge about postpartum period psychological adaptation and factors influencing the incidence of postpartum blues by carrying out activities during antenatal care so that there is preparation to undergo the delivery process until postpartum care and baby care appropriately.   Keywords: Teenage postpartum mother, Postpartum Blues Occurrence
