Jambi batik has certain characteristics, its motifs or designs are related to the richness of culture and nature by reflecting Jambi's social/culture, depicting Jambi's resources and having historical value. One of them is in Merangin Regency, especially in Muara Jernih Village, Tabir Ulu District. The UP2K PKK Team of Muara Jernih Village took steps to explore local wisdom by producing batik. The batik they produce has its own regional uniqueness with the Kepayang Mabuk batik motif, Lukah Enjab Tigo batik and the Tugu Perjuangan Perang Bukit Palumun batik. This batik has begun to be widely liked and worn by residents, this will certainly be a high economic value for the PKK mothers of Muara Jernih Village who dare to take creative steps to explore the potential of the region into a productive business. However, in its development there are several problems that become obstacles in producing and introducing the existence of the batik. The identified problems concern capital, production management, labor and batik marketing. This is where the importance of increasing productivity lies. Productivity is the main goal in industrial activities. Productivity reflects public awareness of the impact of productivity on economic growth, living standards, and competitiveness. This is what drives the PPM Team from FEB UNJA to conduct a Productivity Improvement Training for the UP2K PKK Team in Introducing Batik Khas Muara Jernih Village, Tabir Ulu District, Merangin Regency, because one form of village economic development is by developing the potential and local wisdom of the village.

This research was conducted to design Plaza Utama Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District to fulfill the space needs and requirements. The design of Al-Amin Main Plaza Living Lab and Industrial Park in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District can create the flexibility of the desired space and shape. Plaza is a word derived from Spanish which has a meaning related to “field”. Plaza can be described as an open space for the public (public space) that can be found in urban areas or a region. Sustainable architecture, also known as green architecture, is an architectural concept that seeks to minimize the negative impact of the building environment with efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and development space and ecosystem at large. The development of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park is adjusted to the plans and concepts that have been made. The detailed design of the area to be created must follow the rules of the concept of sustainability and local wisdom. Every building that will be built in this area must have an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient concept. The design of the Main Plaza of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park follows the rules of sustainable architectural design. This is shown by the use of environmentally friendly materials and designs that are in harmony with the environment. The design concept of the Main Plaza of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park also refers to the masterplan of the area that has been made before.

The design of building connection bridges in the main plaza is a crucial step in the development of urban infrastructure that allows pedestrians to move conveniently and efficiently between various important points in an area. This study aims to determine the design of building connection bridges in the main plaza of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District will function for pedestrians. The material of this research is the location of the site in Sampe cita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency with the parameters observed are the physical conditions of the design location and non-physical conditions. The results of this study explain that the Facilities and Infrastructure of the Al Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed Use Building Connection Bridge consists of circulation connecting the Mixed Use building and Viewing Deck and the design direction of the Al Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed Use Building has met the criteria.

MSMEs have a large contribution to regional income and state income, play a role in reducing the unemployment rate because of their labor-intensive nature, this business can absorb a lot of workers. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can improve the standard of living of many people. The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial literacy and risk mitigation on the sustainability of MSMEs. Using quantitative methods of data analysis, Determinant Coefficient Test. The sample taken was 96 respondents who were MSMEs in Jambi City. Financial Literacy and Risk Mitigation together have a significant effect on sustainability. It is proven that the adjusted R square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.443 or 44%. Shows that the influence of Financial Literacy and Risk Mitigation on the Sustainability of MSMEs has an influence of 44% and the remaining 56% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

A mixed-use building refers to the combination of several different functions in one building, such as residential, office, shopping, and recreational functions built on one site. Designing the structure of a mixed-use building requires careful planning and consideration of various factors such as functional needs, aesthetics, and energy conservation. Additionally, the design of mixed-use buildings includes various functions in one area. The floor slabs and roofs use plain reinforcing steel with a strength of Fy = 240 MPa (Ø8mm). Concrete cover is taken as 20 mm. The design results in several types of slab thicknesses according to the working loads that must be accommodated above them. Below are the moments acting on the floor slabs and roofs. Reinforcement calculations are carried out using the capacity strength design method according to SNI 2847-2019. The concept of capacity design refers to controlling the formation of plastic hinges at predetermined locations. The SAP2000 program can directly calculate the feasibility of structural dimensions and the required reinforcement area from the input program results. In the SAP2000 program, the concrete regulations used are those of the American Concrete Institute ACI-318-05/IBC 2003, which in some aspects differ from Indonesian concrete regulations SNI 2847-20219. Adjustments need to be made to comply with Indonesian regulations. Internal forces from the SAP2000 program are selected from load combinations that produce the maximum field moments and support moments at the column faces. The population growth that aligns with the increasing diverse needs will lead to an increase in waste or residues, both from consumption processes and the results of activities carried out, in the form of garbage. The purpose of this study is to understand the planning of the waste management system at Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park. The research material is the site location in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, considering and taking into account the existing waste management system. Littering will affect the activities of the surrounding community, which can ultimately lead to disease. The data used in the study of the management system involves several data collection techniques, namely, field observation and document analysis, direct observation in the field to observe waste management practices, such as collection, sorting, transportation, and disposal. Based on the results of the study, it is explained that the general activities of waste management planning at Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park include containment, collection, transfer, and transportation of waste to the landfill. In terms of waste management planning at Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park, it will consider the needs of people, the amount of waste generated, containment, and the TPST of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park area, as well as effective waste management.

This research focuses on the design of a Mixed-Use Building, referring to the process of planning, illustrating, and developing a concept or idea for a building or physical structure. The study aims to understand the design of the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed-Use Building in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District. The research material includes the site location in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, the needs of the academic community of Panca Budi Development University for research land, and the potential for area development as a tourism facility, such as a mall and other buildings that will support the activities of the area and the surrounding community. The results of this study indicate that the facilities and infrastructure of the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed-Use Building consist of a cafe, coffee shop, meeting room, viewing area, and toilets and that the design guidelines for the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed-Use Building meet the criteria.

It is widespread in society to see the division of labor between women and men based on gender. The daughter helps her mother, and the son helps her father, showing that a woman is more productive in housework. Gender inequality is generated by discriminatory behavior against women caused by this injustice in the division of roles. However, this is different for single women. Until now, they still have problems carrying out responsibilities that must be done, such as running work and taking care of their families. Based on these events, single women experience feelings of fear, known as fear of success. Because of the fear of the negative consequences that may occur if successful, fear becomes a mental barrier to achievement. Every woman must have dreams to achieve, but inadequate circumstances and societal demands make her afraid to succeed. This study uses qualitative methods and is a type of phenomenological research. Theme-driven analysis is used in theory. The information in this study is collected from three single women selected through purposive and snowball sampling. The results of this study show that single women who have experienced fear of success experience the following: fear of themselves, pessimism, doubt about living both roles, pessimism, and difficulty starting new things due to environmental factors.

The quality of microorganisms in the air describes the health condition of the microbiology laboratory environment and its pathogenicity can cause infections in humans, such as infections of bacteria in the microbiology laboratory. Microscopic identification by observation directly use the colony counter. Pay attention to the shape of the bacteria and count the number of bacteria that grow, after that document the results obtained in the research and analyze them using descriptive analysis. The air quality in the laboratory is a sign of whether the air in the indoor area is good or bad. There are several types of microorganisms contained in the air, there are types of microorganisms that are often found in the air, including bacteria, fungi and viruses. Factors that can influence the presence of microorganisms in the air consist of temperature, air flow, humidity, lighting and the type of microorganism itself. In this study, samples were taken at a central point in the microbiology laboratory, and the results did not show any bacterial growth, so the air quality met laboratory standards. The absence of living microbes in a laboratory area is caused by sterile conditions and the sterilization process.

In today's digital era, most people use smartphones for various purposes. In the laboratory field,  as an innovation in laboratory examinations, and as a form of community service to promote healthy living and change people's lifestyles, medical laboratory technicians play a role in creating medical record applications. The development of this application is based on the fact that patients often forget about the examinations they have undergone, making it difficult to accurately record medical history. The examinations conducted on patients are a benchmark for lifestyle patterns that should be carefully considered by patients. This attention begins with the periodic recording of health history, which should be done to anticipate spikes or abnormalities in the body's condition. The application system, created through a semi-automatic method for recording and reminding examinations, is able to minimize errors or inaccuracies in the examination results in the history, thus facilitating self-control of both lifestyle, examinations, and health. Medical record application software can provide health data from previous laboratory examinations and can provide reminders for the next scheduled examination."

The growth rate of the population has become a problem in the environmental context, both at the regional, national, and global levels. This issue has become a topic with the awareness that an increase in population affects human socio-economic activities that threaten the environment. This research aims to find out the waste management system planning in the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park area. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a literature study research method through a literature study derived from previous research journals related to the title. The results of this study indicate that the waste management planning in Kutalimbaru Sub-District, Sampe Cita Village, in the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park area focuses on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 3234-2008, including activities such as sorting, composting, and recycling. Implementing a new waste management paradigm, such as collecting, sorting, transporting, processing, and disposing, views waste as a resource with economic value that can be utilized.

The goal and main issues discussed in this research are how the Organizational Structure influences Performance in the Livestock Farming Area of Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) Glugur Rimbun. This study uses a qualitative associative method, conducting a review of theories and literature, as well as surveys and observations, and collecting opinions from academic community members, especially professors specializing in Human Resources. The research results state that organizational structure is a framework or arrangement that regulates relationships, responsibilities, and authorities within an organization. In management, organizational structure can be considered the foundation or operational framework of an organization. It is a fundamental element that forms the basis for organizing and directing organizational activities. There are several types of organizational structures that can be applied, and the selection of such a structure depends on the organization's goals, size, complexity, and needs. The choice of organizational structure should consider the organization's strategic goals, size, external environment, and the culture to be established. Moreover, organizations can change their structure over time to adapt to changing needs and business dynamics. The importance of organizational structure is reflected in its operational efficiency. By systematically mapping tasks and responsibilities, the structure creates a regular workflow, avoids unnecessary overlap, and establishes a foundation for optimal efficiency.

Using land for the growing of medicinal plants that may be utilized for everyday needs is known as"living pharmacy." The Family Medicinal Plant (TOGA) is the common name for this Living Pharmacy among the neighborhood. Indonesia's tropical environment make farming there highly viable. Forthis reason, it's critical to utilize undeveloped land to establish a profitable pharmacy. Creating a living pharmacy aims to disseminate information on how to cultivate and utilize herbal plants for enhancing and preserving health. The preparation and implementation phases of creating a functioning pharmacy make up the demonstration approach that is employed.The benefits of operating a living pharmacy in the village inelude raising awareness of which plants are suitable for herbal remedies medication and cultivation methods. Plana Village is located in Somagede District, Banyumas Regency, 25 Km or around 36 minutes from the Nahdlatul Ulama University Purwokerto campus, with an area of 340,646 Km2 and a population of 3,680 people. Based on village potential data in Banyumas Regency, Plana Village is one of the underdeveloped villages where the majority of the population makes their living as farmers. Brown sugar production is a community business in Plana Village that has the potential to be developed but has many obstacles, including financial record keeping which is still very simple, the resulting product packaging still uses banana leaves or makeshift plastic bags, does not yet have a brand and product label, limited marketing scope, channels long distribution and minimal price information resulting in low selling prices which then makes the business considered unprofitable. Based on several of these problems, the aim of the PKM Team is to socialize the implementation of SAK EMKM and marketing mix strategies to increase profitability to realize the independence of coconut sap farmers in Plana Village, Somagede District. The actions that will be taken are to provide socialization and assistance regarding the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM and running a business using a marketing mix strategy, namely by (1) The quality of the products produced by coconut sap farmers must continue to be maintained, (2) Pay attention to prices, where these prices must be higher than production costs. However, prices must also be taken into account according to the quality of the product, (3) The marketing location must be easily accessible to consumers, both physical locations and using digital models, (4) Provide input regarding promotions carried out both physically and digitally.

This article explores efforts to optimise the rights of crew in the international maritime contextand take a stand against illegal agency practices that harm them. An in-depth analysis of the ship's crew working conditions reveals labour rights violations and unsafe working conditions. Meanwhile, the role of illegal agents exacerbates the situation. This research urges the government to optimise the rights of migrant ship crew members. By detailing basic rights such as a living wage, safe working conditions, the research investigates the positive impact of implementing migrant worker protection policies. Focus is also given to countering illegal agents by identifying prevention and enforcement strategies that can be implemented. This research provides a foundation for cooperation between governments, shipping companies and international organisations to create a fair and sustainable maritime environment and eradicate illegal agencies that only want to benefit themselves. This research not only describes the challenges, but also illustrates solutions in protecting the rights of ship’s crew members and countering illegal agents in the maritime sector.

Outsourcing means handing over part of the work implementation to another company through a work contract agreement or worker/labor service provider. This research aims to analyze the form of disharmony in legal norms in outsourcing policies in Indonesia, and to analyze the protection of outsourced workers in terms of John Rawls's theory of Justice. This research is normative research using primary and secondary data obtained from literature reviews and statutory regulations related to the issues raised. The results of this research show that the work relationship that is practiced in the outsourcing system based on Article 65 paragraph (8) of Law Number 13 of 2003 states that work relations that initially occur between workers/laborers and the company receiving the work can in certain cases change to work relations between workers/laborers. with the employing company. This shift creates problems because from the start, employment relations only existed between the employer company and the workers/laborers. After the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 27/PUU-IX/2011, the working relationship between outsourced workers/laborers and outsourcing companies can be carried out through a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWTT) or a Certain Time Work Agreement (PKWT), but the implication of the Constitutional Court's decision is that if the employment relationship between workers/workers and outsourcing companies that are not based on PKWTT or PKWT, this will create uncertainty about the employment relationship status for outsourced workers/laborers. Regarding the protection of the uncertainty of employment relations between outsourced workers/laborers, John Rawls stated that it would be unfair to sacrifice the rights of one or several people just for the sake of greater economic benefits for society as a whole. Justice as fairness means that not only those who are talented and have better abilities -in this case permanent employees of a company have the right to enjoy various social benefits more, but these benefits must also open up opportunities for those who are less fortunate in terms of These are outsourced workers/laborers in order to improve their standard of living.

Analysis of marine catches for the economy of coastal communities is an important thing to do. This is because marine catches are one of the main sources of livelihood for coastal communities. Marine catches can make a significant contribution to the economy of coastal communities, either directly or indirectly. Directly, marine catches can provide income for fishermen and other coastal communities involved in fishing activities. This income can be used to meet daily living needs, such as for food, clothing, health, education, and so on. Indirectly, marine catches can contribute to the economy of coastal communities through various other economic activities, such as trade, processing, and tourism. These activities can absorb labor and increase the income of coastal communities. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that marine catches have an important role in the economy of coastal communities. Therefore, efforts need to be made to increase marine catches, both in quantity and quality. These efforts can be done through various means, such as improving fishing technology, sustainable fish resource management, and improving fishermen's skills.    

The development of a potential sector cannot be separated from the relationship between stakeholders and economic actors in the region. Because, in essence, the development of potential sectors is carried out by village communities who work together with policy makers at both the village and district levels to provide guidance, direction, coaching and supervision to the community so that they can help in efforts to raise the community's standard of living (Fatmawati et al., 2020).
