The problem of accessibility and efficiency of book search is still a major challenge in school libraries, especially those that still rely on manual systems. This study aims to implement and test the effectiveness of an information retrieval system (IRS) based on the Dice Similarity method in the SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Library, West Kalimantan. The research method used is experimental descriptive quantitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as system testing on collection data and library user activities. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, and evaluated using precision and recall metrics. The results showed that the system has a Precision value of 100% and a variable Recall value, with the highest value of 66.66% and the lowest of 14.28%. The implementation of this system significantly speeds up the search process, minimizes recording errors, and increases user satisfaction. The findings recommend the adoption of Dice Similarity-based IRS as an applicable solution for school libraries in supporting literacy and easy access to information. The findings are expected to be a reference for the development of library information systems in educational environments with limited resources.

Currently, stock processing and transactions at Aldi grocery stores are still done manually, making it inefficient. This situation sometimes causes Aldi stores to experience differences in data between the income and expenditure of goods. By creating this application, user errors in recording goods expenditure are minimized. This application has been successfully built using PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Visual Studio and XAMPP. This application aims to make it easier for users to record incoming and outgoing goods and ongoing transactions so that recording is made computerized, and based on the results of black box testing, this application works with the desired output. Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Magetan Regency to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of visit data management. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, utilizing the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The implementation of this system is expected to replace the time-consuming and inefficient manual processes, such as guest book entry and data retrieval. The web-based system allows guests to digitally input their institutional origin, purpose, and objectives of their visit, which are then managed by the administrator for reporting and data analysis.The system development process began with needs analysis, design using UML diagrams, and implementation through web-based technology. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure all system functions operate as specified. The research findings demonstrate that the system effectively reduces data processing time, increases accuracy, and facilitates the management of visit information. Thus, this information system not only provides practical solutions for DPRD Magetan but also serves as a model for similar developments in other institutions. This study offers significant theoretical and practical contributions to the advancement of information technology in the governmental sector

The rapid development of information technology has provided great opportunities for the service sector to improve efficiency and convenience, including in vehicle washing services. This research aims to develop a web-based system using the Laravel framework, which is designed to simplify the online ordering process and overcome queuing problems. The system features user authentication, location-based booking, payment gateway integration for real-time transactions, and an interactive dashboard for service providers. The case study was conducted at Carenmore, a vehicle wash service in Krian. The implementation results show that the system is able to reduce customer waiting time, provide a better user experience, and improve service efficiency. Further development is recommended to add a variety of features, improve interface design, and increase the system's ability to handle larger user loads.

E-commerce is all activities selling goods and services carried out through electronic media. Shrimp Cracker Shop, is a business that operates in the field of selling typical souvenirs. Currently, sales of goods are still carried out manually, namely by buyers coming directly to the shop or by purchasing by telephone. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research provides an accurate description and explanation of the conditions or symptoms faced. The materials used in this research are data obtained from the results of interviews and later the results of the interviews can find out what needs are needed to build a website. System Design Methods in Designing a The system definitely requires modeling so that the results of the system design that you want to achieve can obtain maximum results. What the author uses is Unified Modeling Langue (UML). Which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. In this research the author uses the Rapid Application Development system development method. The software development method in this research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model system development method. After the design is carried out, the researcher draws conclusions namely the e-commerce design of the Manda Shrimp Cracker Shop was successfully created to help promotion and sales. The results of testing the Blackbox Testing software system were declared successful, and the feasibility test using a Likert scale resulted in a score of 93% (very feasible). Overall, the results were successful and in accordance with what was designed.

Construction management is vital for coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure alignment with planned objectives. Factors such as time, cost, and quality demand strict control, as discrepancies between initial plans and actual execution can cause significant challenges. In ship construction, delays in material execution and delivery are frequent bottlenecks, leading to schedule disruptions and negatively affecting project outcomes. Addressing these issues requires effective management and robust risk mitigation strategies. This study proposes a web-based ship construction project monitoring system using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is developed using Extreme Programming (XP), an agile methodology that emphasizes iterative improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and adaptability. XP practices, including test-driven development, pair programming, and continuous integration, ensure the system is reliable, adaptive, and responsive to evolving user needs. Frequent stakeholder feedback and incremental development cycles enable the system to tackle dynamic challenges, optimize resource utilization, and ensure timely project delivery. By incorporating XP principles, this study demonstrates the potential of agile methodologies to enhance construction project management. The resulting system provides a flexible and efficient solution for mitigating delays and improving the overall success of ship construction projects.

The Segitiga Motor website was developed using the Laravel framework with the SDLC Waterfall model approach to digitize the management of customer data and workshop services. The development process includes stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Laravel was chosen for its ability to speed up development through reusable components and its organized and flexible structure. The website successfully integrates key features such as online service booking, customer data management, product catalog, and promotions, all effectively. Testing results show that the system works as planned, enhancing operational efficiency and making it easier for customers to access services. For future development, adding features like analytics and integration with digital payment systems could further improve customer experience and satisfaction.

The programming language used in this web development is PHP using the Laravel framework and the RDBMS used is MySQL. The system development model used is the SDLC waterfall model so that the work is gradual and more structured. This research resulted in web-based drug management at the Jambi City Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD being able to solve the problem of recording incoming drugs from Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Submission of LPLPO files by Puskesmas as official proof of drug needs at the Puskesmas, outgoing drugs during drug distribution activities to Puskesmas, data on Pharmaceutical Wholesalers who partner as drug suppliers at the Jambi City. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk layanan transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan proses pemesanan kendaraan dilakukan secara terintegrasi antara admin, penumpang, dan pengemudi. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam manajemen transportasi. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dan survei, desain sistem menggunakan metode prototyping, serta implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan tiga modul utama: (1) modul admin untuk mengelola data pengguna, kendaraan, dan jadwal, (2) modul penumpang untuk melakukan pemesanan kendaraan, dan (3) modul pengemudi untuk menerima dan memproses order. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, serta evaluasi kepuasan pengguna untuk mengukur efektivitas dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan kendaraan dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam manajemen layanan transportasi dan mendukung transformasi digital di industri ini. PT XYZ is a private company in Palembang that supplies medical devices and equipment. This company conducts performance assessments every year to provide appropriate rewards in the form of gifts, bonuses or incentives to employees. In carrying out the performance assessment process for providing employee rewards, it is still done manually. This process is inefficient because it takes a lot of time, is prone to errors in calculation and it is not clear which aspects of the criteria are important. By using the Weighted Product methodology, this study tries to create a decision support system (DSS) that will simplify this evaluation procedure. This application is made website-based, using the laravel framework with the Iterative system development method. The results obtained indicate that the system can help companies improve efficiency by conducting automatic assessments, providing measurable weights, transparently and using the Weighted Product method for more accurate assessments. Overall, the system developed meets the research objectives.

Organisasi Pengembang Indonesia berfokus pada penyediaan perumahan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR). Namun, pengelolaan data menggunakan Ms. Excel menyebabkan berbagai kendala, termasuk dalam mengelola data anggota, perumahan, produk tagihan, dan laporan periodik. Proses pembayaran manual yang sering terlambat juga mempengaruhi operasional dan reputasi organisasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan sistem informasi berbasis Web dengan Framework Laravel. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem tersebut dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, keamanan transaksi, dan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode Agile dengan pendekatan Scrum. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena memungkinkan iterasi cepat dan umpan balik berkelanjutan dari pengguna. Sistem yang dikembangkan terintegrasi dengan Midtrans sebagai Payment Gateway untuk memfasilitasi pembayaran yang aman dan efisien, serta Wablas sebagai Whatsapp Gateway untuk notifikasi otomatis. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box, di mana setiap fitur diuji berdasarkan fungsionalitasnya tanpa melihat ke dalam struktur kode. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis Web ini memungkinkan admin mengelola data anggota, perumahan, produk, dan tagihan dengan lebih efektif. Fitur-fitur yang disediakan meliputi login, master data, transaksi, pendaftaran anggota, perpanjangan keanggotaan, perumahan, produk, dan laporan. Semua fitur telah diuji menggunakan pengujian Black Box dan berfungsi dengan baik. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, keamanan transaksi, dan komunikasi, serta mengatasi kendala yang ada dalam proses pengelolaan data dan pembayaran di Organisasi Pengembang Indonesia.

The current administration system for apartment buildings in Pontianak city still relies on manual data recording methods, which tend to cause various recording errors such as delays in data processing, incorrect data entry, and difficulties in accessing information. This condition has an impact on suboptimal service to apartment residents. As an alternative to address this problem, it is proposed to develop a web-based information system that can digitize data from various business processes in apartment management. This system is designed using the Laravel framework, a popular framework for web application development. The stages in this community service include in-depth analysis of system requirements that are suitable for the conditions of apartment buildings in Pontianak city, designing a user-friendly and efficient system, building the system based on the design that has been created from manual form recording, and conducting training for apartment managers to be able to operate the system well. This technology transfer has a positive impact on the change in the administration model and it is expected to create more effective and efficient apartment management and is easily accessible because it is online. The advancement of technology in the field of photography has become an increasingly growing trend over time. In the context of Indonesia, the history of photography began in 1840, in line with the discovery of photography by Juriaan Munich, a Dutch media officer. Photography has been a part of people's lifestyle for centuries, ranging from the use of simple digital cameras to sophisticated devices that require specialized skills. Lensa Photography, as a photography studio in Bengkalis Regency, also faces challenges in the booking process. Manual processes through telephone or direct visits often result in scheduling errors. To address this issue, this study has successfully developed a website-based Lensa Photography booking system using the Laravel framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method. As a solution to this problem, the author plans to build a web-based information system for managing interns' guidance. This system will be created using the PHP programming language, with the Laravel framework to ensure reliability and efficiency. Choosing Tailwind CSS as a display framework aims to create an attractive and responsive interface. This system aims to facilitate communication between interns and supervisors, as well as minimize disruption to employees.

Of course, in every government there must be an administrative part, where this part plays an important role in the management of government administration. One of the government institutions that are always tied to administrative affairs is Bawaslu Surabaya. Bawaslu acts as a state agency responsible for managing correspondence documents and election-related information.  Starting from the submission of correspondence to the Mail archive, everything is part of the sub. HR Bawaslu. However, due to the storage and arrangement of files that are still manual, making it difficult to determine the numbering of letters to be worked on, or search for incoming and outgoing files that have been archived. Therefore, in this study will be a solution to overcome these problems by building a numbering and archive management system using the Laravel framework.  Laravel Framework has its own advantages such as, easy to develop, faster performance, data security, data reload more stable, and much more. So Laravel can be an efficient and effective solution for developers in building powerful, large-scale, and easy-to-develop web applications.

This research aims to design a website-based online store by utilizing a recommendation system with content-based filtering. The recommendation system is useful to help buyers get product suggestions that are in accordance with their preferences. The development method used in this research is the Waterfall model with the stages of needs analysis, design, program code generation, and testing. Researchers also use the UML model to help design the system and use the Laravel framework for website development. Based on the results of this study, the online store system designed has benefits for customers, because they can shop anywhere without having to come to the store directly. The recommendation system used also helps customers in choosing perfumes that match their preferences.

Kucing adalah hewan peliharaan populer yang sering kali rentan terhadap berbagai penyakit. Ketidakmampuan pemilik untuk mendiagnosa penyakit kucing secara tepat waktu sering kali mengharuskan konsultasi dengan dokter hewan yang sebagian besar hanya tersedia di perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web menggunakan metode Forward Chaining dan Certainty Factor untuk membantu mendiagnosa penyakit pada kucing. Metodologi pengembangan sistem ini mencakup tahap persiapan, prototyping, dan penyelesaian. Pada tahap persiapan, masalah dirumuskan dan wawancara dengan dokter hewan dilakukan untuk membangun knowledge base. Tahap prototyping melibatkan pembuatan mesin inferensi dan knowledge base, sementara tahap penyelesaian meliputi implementasi sistem ke dalam antarmuka pengguna berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan framework Laravel. Hasil uji sistem menunjukkan konsistensi tinggi dengan hasil diagnosa manual menggunakan Excel. Sebagai contoh, diagnosa penyakit Virus Panleukopenia memiliki nilai certainty factor sebesar 94,62% pada aplikasi, sementara perhitungan manual menunjukkan 95,21%, dengan perbedaan hanya 0,41%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan diagnosa yang cepat dan akurat. Kesimpulannya, sistem pakar berbasis web ini dapat diandalkan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit kucing dan membantu dokter hewan serta pemilik kucing melakukan diagnosa awal dengan lebih efisien.

The Inventory Information System designed for CV Alan Bakery is a solution to the challenges of managing raw materials and bread that was previously done manually. CV Alan Bakery is engaged in bread production and sales shop, which requires efficient and accurate stock management. The system is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool, and implemented using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, as well as MySQL as a database management system. The UML approach was used to visually design the system structure, facilitating a better understanding of the relationships between entities in the system. The Laravel framework was chosen to speed up development, ensure security, and improve application performance. MySQL is used as a database to store raw material data, bread, sales transactions, and inventory-related information. This Inventory Information System helps CV Alan Bakery in automating the process of managing raw material and bread stocks. With this, problems related to discrepancies in the calculation of raw materials and bread can be minimized. In addition, the system allows for real-time stock monitoring, sales transaction tracking, and analysis related to inventory performance..
