Hope is one of the theological virtues strongly emphasized by Pope Francis, especially in the context of a world marked by suffering, crisis, and uncertainty. This article aims to present the Christian theological understanding of hope according to Pope Francis and to explore its relevance for the Church as it prepares for the Jubilee Year 2025. This study employs a documentary and textual theological analysis of Pope Francis’ catecheses, Sacred Scripture, official Church teachings, and the Jubilee documents. The findings show that Christian hope is rooted in the experience of God who accompanies, liberates, and consoles His people, and is grounded in the Paschal Mystery and the resurrection of Christ. Pope Francis deepens this vision through the figures of Sacred Scripture and through existential dynamics such as learning to hope, resisting despair, and remaining vigilant. Hope is both personal and ecclesial, as the Church is called to be a missionary of hope for the world. These insights highlight the importance of ongoing formation in the faith and concrete works of mercy as expressions of hope, especially as the Church enters the Jubilee Year 2025 as Pilgrims of Hope.

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka supports the cultivation of Christian moral values among senior high school students in Christian Religious Education (PAK) classes. Using a library research method, the study reviews various written sources including books, scholarly articles, and curriculum documents to obtain a comprehensive understanding of how Christian values are integrated into PAK learning. The findings reveal that the Kurikulum Merdeka provides wide opportunities for student-centered, contextual, and character-oriented learning through the Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Project. Christian values such as love, honesty, responsibility, forgiveness, and compassion can be internalized through intracurricular, co-curricular, and experiential project-based activities. The role of teachers as moral exemplars is crucial in guiding students’ character formation. The study also identifies several challenges, including the influence of digital culture, lack of role models within families, and limited instructional time. In conclusion, the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka has significant potential to foster Christian character in students, yet requires collaborative support from schools, families, and churches to achieve maksimal outcomes.

This study aims to identify and analyze the socioeconomic characteristics of grocery store traders in Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat (a case study in Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi) and to examine the factors influencing their income. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through direct interviews with 67 grocery store traders at the research site. The results of the study show that initial capital, business duration, business location, and accounts receivable have a positive and significant effect on the income of grocery store traders, while working hours have no significant effect on income. The data analysis further indicates that the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.3742, which means that 37 percent of the variation in traders’ income is explained by the variables in this study, while the remaining 63 percent is explained by other variables outside the research.

This study explores the role of Christian religious education teachers in shaping students’ character within the school setting. Employing a literature review method, the research analyzes secondary sources that discuss character formation theories grounded in Biblical principles and Christian education approaches. Key values examined include love, honesty, responsibility, forgiveness, and compassion, which are integrated into the learning process. The findings reveal that Christian religious education teachers hold a crucial position as educators, mentors, and role models, responsible for guiding students in internalizing these values. Character development is fostered not only through formal lessons but also through teachers’ personal example, the incorporation of Biblical teachings into classroom activities, and the encouragement of practical faith expressions in daily life. This holistic approach ensures that students not only understand Christian moral principles cognitively but also embody them in behavior and interactions with others. The study emphasizes that effective character formation relies on consistent modeling of values by teachers, meaningful integration of religious teachings into pedagogy, and opportunities for students to practice faith-based actions, thereby strengthening both moral awareness and ethical conduct.

The development of science, technology, and the arts (IPTEKS) presents both challenges and opportunities, particularly for young Christians in the Faculty of Languages and Arts. This study explores the role of Christian faith in shaping how young Christians engage with IPTEKS, focusing on the integration of faith-based values in artistic creation, scientific application, and technological use. Using qualitative descriptive methods, the research involved interviews, observations, and documentation from Christian students in various art and education programs. The findings suggest that Christian faith provides a moral, ethical, and spiritual foundation for the responsible use of IPTEKS. In the arts, faith motivates students to create works that serve as ministry and testimony. In science, it encourages knowledge application for service and glorifying God. In technology, faith serves as a moral filter for the positive use of digital media. Key scriptures, including Proverbs 1:7, Colossians 3:23-24, and Romans 12:2, reinforce that IPTEKS should be utilized to honor God and serve others. This study highlights the need for faith development in academic settings, ensuring that young Christians engage with IPTEKS wisely, ethically, and in alignment with Christian values.

Background: Hemorrhagic stroke is a critical condition caused by the rupture of cerebral blood vessels, which leads to intracranial bleeding, increased intracranial pressure (ICP), and decreased adaptive capacity of the brain. One of its main impacts is a significant disturbance of consciousness. Nurses have applied non-pharmacological approaches, such as bimodal sensory stimulation, as innovative interventions to stimulate neurological function and indirectly stabilize intracranial pressure. Objective: This study analyzed the implementation of bimodal sensory stimulation in improving intracranial adaptive capacity in patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Methods: This case study involved a patient with a hemorrhagic stroke and impaired consciousness in an intensive care unit. The intervention was conducted for three consecutive days by providing auditory stimuli (voices of family members and nurses) and gustatory stimuli (lemon) five times daily. Measurements included the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and neurological response observations. Results: After receiving bimodal sensory stimulation therapy, the patient showed improved consciousness, as indicated by a consistent increase in GCS scores from 9 to 11 over the three days. The patient's responses to auditory and gustatory stimuli also improved, including mild motor movements, pupil reflexes, and simple interactions such as blinking or opening the eyes in response to sounds. Conclusion: Bimodal sensory stimulation effectively facilitated the recovery of consciousness and enhanced intracranial adaptive capacity in patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Nurses can integrate this intervention into evidence-based nursing practice in intensive care units with active family involvement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kode etik guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) dan keteladanan teologis dalam praktik pendidikan di sekolah menengah. Guru PAK tidak hanya dipandang sebagai penyampai pengetahuan kognitif, tetapi juga sebagai teladan hidup yang menghadirkan nilai-nilai Kristiani melalui sikap, perkataan, dan tindakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka terhadap berbagai literatur terkini yang membahas etika profesi guru, teologi pendidikan, serta praktik pendidikan agama Kristen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru PAK terhadap kode etik masih bervariasi, mulai dari yang melihatnya sekadar aturan administratif hingga yang menafsirkannya sebagai panggilan iman dan tanggung jawab moral. Keteladanan teologis terbukti menjadi aspek penting dalam implementasi kode etik karena guru PAK dituntut untuk menunjukkan konsistensi antara ajaran iman dan perilaku nyata. Implementasi kode etik dalam praktik pendidikan terlihat dalam pengajaran, relasi interpersonal, dan kerja sama kelembagaan, meski menghadapi tantangan etis seperti dilema nilai, tekanan eksternal, serta pengaruh media digital. Temuan juga menegaskan bahwa kode etik dan keteladanan teologis guru PAK berperan signifikan dalam pendidikan karakter siswa, membentuk integritas, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian sosial. Kesimpulannya, integrasi antara kode etik profesional dan keteladanan teologis memungkinkan guru PAK menjadi agen transformasi moral dan spiritual yang relevan di tengah kompleksitas pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pembinaan berkelanjutan bagi guru PAK agar mampu menghidupi kode etik dan menghadirkan teladan Kristiani dalam proses pendidikan.

The method used is an analytical method that analyzes problems using qualitative methods with a study approach. This research relates to data or written material that is appropriate to the topic of discussion. Christ's character education method given to children is not just theoretical, but as parents directly and automatically become teachers who must teach noble values ​​in the family and provide and share role models for children to emulate. Character education is a system of instilling and developing character values ​​in children which includes knowledge, awareness or will, and actions to implement these values, both towards God, oneself, others, the environment and nationality so that they become virtuous human beings.

This community service program aims to enhance the competitiveness and market access of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the implementation of digitalization in human resource management and product governance strategies. The activities were carried out using a participatory approach involving MSME actors, lecturers, and students to ensure program sustainability. The implementation methods included identifying partner needs, planning activities, training on the use of digital applications for HR management, conducting market-oriented product management workshops, and providing intensive field mentoring. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ digital skills, particularly in utilizing technology for workforce management and business operations. Additionally, participants demonstrated increased creativity in product packaging and presentation, making their products more attractive to consumers. The program also fostered the emergence of adaptive local leadership and raised collective awareness of the importance of digital transformation in business development. Overall, this activity demonstrates that integrating digitalization in HR management with effective product governance can strengthen MSMEs’ market position and contribute to accelerating sustainable economic transformation.

Krisis ekologis di Kalimantan Barat, seperti banjir tahunan, deforestasi, dan pencemaran sungai, menuntut keterlibatan berbagai pihak, termasuk mahasiswa Katolik. Gereja Katolik melalui ajaran ekologi integral menegaskan bahwa tanggung jawab ekologis adalah bagian dari iman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat pengetahuan, kesadaran, gaya hidup, dan refleksi iman mahasiswa Katolik terhadap isu lingkungan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dari 34 responden melalui angket daring dan dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki kesadaran ekologis awal dan bersedia terlibat dalam aksi lingkungan, namun belum sepenuhnya konsisten dalam praktik gaya hidup ramah lingkungan. Hanya sebagian kecil yang menerapkan kebiasaan konkret seperti membawa tempat makan sendiri. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara kesadaran dan tindakan, serta perlunya strategi pembinaan iman yang mengintegrasikan spiritualitas dan praktik ekologis. Penelitian ini menjadi dasar awal untuk pengembangan program ekopastoral yang kontekstual di lingkungan kampus dan komunitas kategorial.

The Fangowai and Fame’e Afo traditions are important parts of Nias traditional wedding ceremonies, rich in symbolic and social values. However, modernization, time efficiency, and economic pressures have influenced their implementation. This study aims to describe the social dynamics in the implementation of Fangowai and Fame’e Afo in three villages in Botomuzoi District: Hiligodu, Ononamolo Talafu, and Lasara, with a focus on changes in the form of the procession, causal factors, and the transformation of symbolic meaning. The approach used is descriptive qualitative through observation and in-depth interviews with community leaders. customs, society, and youth, as well as field documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, and their validity was tested through source triangulation. The results showed a simplification of the time and stages of the procession, a reduction in the number of traditional figures, and an adjustment of the number of sacrificial pigs to reflect economic capacity. Symbolic transformation also occurred with the addition of cigarettes to the Bola Nafo ceremony, but the meaning of betel as a symbol of respect and brotherhood was maintained. These changes reflect the adaptation of the Nias people to the modern social context without losing the core values of tradition.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential and development strategies of the historical tourism site “Jejak Bung Karno” (The Footsteps of Bung Karno) in Ende Regency, as well as to design an Android-based digital media to enhance the overall visitor experience. Ende is recognized for its profound historical value as the place where the foundational ideas of Pancasila were first conceived, and it is home to several important sites such as the Bung Karno Exile House and the Pancasila Reflection Park. However, the management of this destination remains suboptimal, particularly in terms of promotion, the application of digital technology, and the delivery of engaging tourist information. The user interface design was developed using Figma software, while user experience testing was conducted through the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) involving 35 participants. The results indicate that the Attractiveness (2.027) and Perspicuity (3.804) aspects received “excellent” ratings, while Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty were categorized as “above average.” These findings suggest that the application interface design aligns well with user needs and preferences. Furthermore, the study highlights that the implementation of Android-based technology contributes positively to the digitalization of historical tourism, broadens promotional reach, and strengthens the identity of “Ende Bumi Pancasila” as an educational and cultural tourism destination in the era of digital transformation.

Karya tulis ini, "MERAWAT RUMAH BERSAMA: INTEGRASI SPIRITUALITAS KRISTIANI DAN TEOLOGI EKOLOGIS LAUDATO SI' SEBAGAI PARADIGMA BARU BAGI KAUM AWAM," menyajikan argumen yang relevan dan vital untuk mengkontekstualisasikan panggilan universal Ensiklik Laudato Si' dalam realitas ekologis dan budaya akut di Kalimantan. Menggunakan Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA sebagai metode, penulisan karya tulis ini mengusulkan model tiga pilar yang jelas dan menjanjikan (liturgis, asketis, dan sosial) sebagai paradigma operasional baru bagi kaum awam. Karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan data granular tentang krisis sosio ekologis Kalimantan dan detail etnografis Dayak yang sangat kaya, memperkuat klaim empiris dengan bukti yang dapat diverifikasi, dan secara eksplisit mengartikulasikan kontribusi uniknya dalam lanskap teologi ekologis dan inkulturasi di Indonesia yang jauh lebih luas. Kerangka kerja ini berupaya memberdayakan aksi ekologis akar rumput dengan menjembatani teologi tingkat tinggi dengan praksis pastoral awam yang praktis, menggunakan kearifan lokal Dayak sebagai material arsitektural utama. Temuan dari karya tulis ini ialah menyintesiskan panggilan universal Laudato Si' dengan kearifan relasional masyarakat Dayak yang kaya, kerangka kerja ini menawarkan sebuah jalan bagi Gereja di Kalimantan untuk bergerak melampaui aktivitas-aktivitas yang terfragmentasi menuju sebuah misi ekologis yang terintegrasi, mendalam secara teologis, dan transformatif secara sosial, yang dipimpin oleh kaum awam.

Pendidik memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar dalam membentuk generasi penerus bangsa. Di Indonesia, tantangan dunia pendidikan masih sangat kompleks, mulai dari rendahnya kualitas lulusan, lemahnya karakter, hingga maraknya kasus kekerasan dalam pendidikan. Amsal 22:6 memberikan dasar teologis bahwa pendidikan adalah usaha membimbing anak sesuai jalan yang benar agar tetap bertahan hingga dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran pendidik dalam mengoptimalkan potensi peserta didik di SMP Nasional Plus BPK Penabur Bogor dengan perspektif Alkitabiah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus melalui wawancara daring dengan siswa, guru, dan orang tua, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab pendidik bukan hanya mentransfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga membentuk karakter, mengembangkan bakat, dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif. Optimalisasi dilakukan melalui kurikulum berbasis Kristiani, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta pembiasaan karakter. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara pendidik, orang tua, dan sekolah dalam membentuk generasi yang berkarakter, beriman, dan berkompetensi.

Project Based Learning (PjBL) merupakan model pembelajaran inovatif yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif peserta didik melalui pengerjaan proyek nyata yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Model ini diyakini mampu memadukan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan kolaboratif siswa. Sejumlah penelitian terdahulu menegaskan efektivitas PjBL, antara lain dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi, komunikasi, berpikir kritis, serta motivasi belajar siswa. Dalam konteks pendidikan Kristen, nilai-nilai kerja sama, kerendahan hati, dan kebersamaan yang diajarkan Rasul Paulus dalam Filipi 2:1–11 memiliki relevansi kuat dengan prinsip PjBL. Nilai sehati sepikir, rendah hati, dan menanggung bersama menjadi fondasi penting dalam membangun kerja sama kelompok yang sehat.Namun, realitas di SMA Bhakti Insani menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PjBL belum optimal. Siswa masih menunjukkan sikap pasif, kurang fokus, serta minim kerja sama baik dengan guru maupun teman sebaya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji lebih jauh implementasi PjBL yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai Alkitabiah dalam meningkatkan kerja sama siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara terhadap 80 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan PjBL terhadap peningkatan kerja sama siswa, dengan korelasi sebesar 0,940 dan kontribusi pengaruh mencapai 94%.Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa PjBL dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kerja sama siswa apabila dijalankan sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Kristiani. Dengan demikian, PjBL tidak hanya melatih keterampilan akademik dan kolaborasi, tetapi juga membentuk karakter siswa yang berlandaskan kasih, kerendahan hati, dan kebersamaan

 Peran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di era digital yang membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Kemajuan teknologi yang memberikan akses yang mudah bagi setiap siswa membawa tantangan dalam pembentuk karakternya. Pendidikan Agama Kristen memiliki peran yang penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa di era digital. Setiap nilai-nilai karakter yang diajarkan memiliki pemahaman yang baik bagi setiap siswa di era digital ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam membentuk karakter siswa di tengah era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan membuat deskripsi secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta dan hubungan antara fenomena yang diteliti. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi selama proses pembelajaran, interaksi siswa dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa cenderung lebih tertarik pada dunia digital dan mengalami penurunan dalam hal disiplin, empati dan tanggung jawab. Pendidikan Agama Kristen tetap memiliki peran penting sebagai pembelajaran nilai-nilai Kristen yang relevan dan aplikatif, seperti kasih, penguasaan diri dan integritas. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya strategi pembelajaran yang kontekstual agar nilai-nilai karakter Kristen dapat diterapkan secara nyata di tengah era digital.

Classification codes are an important instrument in the management and storage of archives, serving as a guide to facilitate the retrieval of archives quickly, precisely, and accurately. Classification codes can be letters, numbers, or a combination of both. At the Surabaya Industrial Training Center (BDI), a classification code system has been applied in the filing process. However, as the volume of archives increases every year, there has never been a thorough evaluation to ensure their suitability with the development of existing types of archives and the demands of modern administration. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the classification codes used in BDI Surabaya, especially in supporting the process of rediscovery of archives. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and field documentation conducted for three months. The results of the study show that the classification code structure at BDI Surabaya is adequate to the tertiary level and facilitates the process of rediscovering old archives. However, the existing system has not accommodated some new types of archives, such as student internship archives and business incubator archives. This classification gap results in delays and inaccuracies in the grouping of archives. In addition, the increase in the average archive volume of 34.7% per year further emphasizes the urgency of updating the classification system to be in line with the development of organizational needs. In conclusion, it is necessary to improve the classification code by adding the PP.03.19 subcode for student internship archives and DL.16 code for business incubator archives. It is also necessary to prepare new SOPs, update the archive list format, and train archivists to improve the effectiveness of archive management.

The disruption era, marked by rapid technological development and socio-cultural transformation, presents significant challenges to the spiritual and character formation of young children. In this dynamic context, Christian Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers are not merely facilitators of learning but are also expected to act as spiritual leaders and moral role models. These responsibilities require a form of leadership that is not only rooted in biblical principles but also adaptive to the shifting demands of the digital age. This study aims to (1) identify the core challenges faced by Christian ECE teachers in the disruption era, (2) examine Christ-centered leadership values, and (3) propose an adaptive spiritual leadership model suitable for Christian ECE settings. Utilizing a qualitative approach through a literature review, data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings highlight two main categories of challenges: external challenges such as the influence of digital media, shifting values in society, and increased parental expectations; and internal challenges including limited teacher capacity, spiritual stagnation, and institutional gaps. In response, this research proposes the "Three-Pillar Adaptive Spiritual Leadership Model," which emphasizes: (1) the teacher's internal spiritual formation and integrity, (2) the implementation of innovative and contextually relevant pedagogical strategies grounded in Christian values, and (3) synergistic collaboration with families and church communities as key support systems. This model provides a conceptual and practical framework for Christian educational institutions to empower teachers in forming resilient, Christ-like character in children. Workshop Pra Jabatan Pengurus Orang Muda Katolik diselenggarakan sebagai sarana pembekalan awal bagi para calon pengurus agar memiliki pemahaman, keterampilan, serta sikap dasar yang diperlukan dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab organisasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat identitas OMK Paroki Katedral St. Yoseph Maumere dalam iman Katolik , menumbuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Kristiani, serta mengembangkan kemampuan manajerial dan komunikasi yang efektif. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif berupa diskusi, simulasi, dan kerja kelompok, OMK diajak untuk mengalami proses pembelajaran yang kontekstual sekaligus membangun kebersamaan. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah terciptanya pengurus Orang Muda Katolik Paroki Katedral St. Yoseph Maumere yang kompeten, berintegritas, serta siap mengemban misi pelayanan di tengah Gereja dan masyarakat. Workshop ini menjadi fondasi penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan dinamika organisasi Orang Muda Katolik dalam menjawab tantangan zaman.
