Education Is A Very Important Aspect In Efforts To Improve The Quality Of Intelligent Human Resources So That They Can Support The Progress Of The Nation And State In The Future. As One Of The National Development Sectors In An Effort To Make The Nation's Life Smarter, The Vision Of Education Is To Create An Education System As A Strong And Authoritative Social Institution To Empower All Indonesian Citizens To Become Quality Human Beings So That They Are Able And Proactive In Responding To The Challenges Of The Ever-Changing Times. Data Source Sampling Was Carried Out Purposively And Snowball, Data Collection Techniques Used Triangulation, Data Analysis Was Inductive/Qualitative, And Qualitative Research Results Emphasized Meaning Rather Than Generalization. The Descriptive Method Is A Method For Assessing The Status Of A Group Of People, Objects, Conditions, Systems Of Thought, Or Events In The Present. This Type Of Research Tries To Explain Certain Social Phenomena. In This Research, It Starts From Designing A Ladder Diagram. An Existing Ladder Diagram Is Then Made Into A Circuit And Given A Load In The Form Of An Electric Motor That Can Be Controlled With Forward/Reverse. 3-Phase Power Source, Power/Three-Phase Mcb, R/S/T Phase, 1-Phase Mcb, Zelio, Forward And Contact Contacts, 3-Phase Motor As Output From Three Phases, Pb Stop, Pb Forward, And Pb Reverse. The Control Circuit Has Three Main Components, Namely The Zelio Sr Block, Contactor Block And Control Panel. The Three Components Are Interconnected And Coordinated By Zelio Sr As A Pc-Based Control Device. The Zelio Sr Used Is The Sr2 B121fu Type Which Has 4 Output Terminals And Has A Working Voltage Of 220v. System Design Testing In The Research Using The Zelio Plc. A. Simulation In Software. Infrastructure development is one of the top priorities for the Indonesian government to achieve sustainable economic growth and enhance the quality of life for its people. Infrastructure plays a significant role in driving economic growth, as the availability of adequate infrastructure in a region contributes to the economic development of that area. However, it's acknowledged that financing large-scale and complex infrastructure projects requires substantial funds. Currently, government sukuk has become a popular choice for the Indonesian government to obtain funds aimed at financing infrastructure development. Economic growth serves as one of the indicators to assess the outcomes of past development efforts and determine the direction of future development. In other words, positive economic growth indicates an improvement in the economy, while negative economic growth signifies a decline. Funding sourced from foreign debt and infrastructure project development in Indonesia has consistently been a recurring issue over the years, given their interconnected nature. The government has taken various measures to ensure infrastructure continues to progress without adding to the burden of foreign debt for the country. One suitable option that can serve as a way out of the limitations in funding sources is through the issuance of Shariah Sovereign Securities or SBSN by the government.

The changing era has made awareness of democracy and constitutionalism growing rapidly. With these amendments or changes, it is hoped that the 1945 Constitution can become the basic rules of the constitutional system under the conditions of a growing Indonesian state. The constitutional system is defined as the arrangement of elements in the organizational structure of the state that are interrelated. The vast territory of Indonesia requires that the central government hand over some of its authority to local governments. Regional governments specifically have functions, duties, and authorities in managing their own government affairs in their regions. In accordance with their roles and duties, local governments must also be able to handle various cases or problems that could occur unexpectedly, such as an outbreak or corona virus that suddenly attacked the country of Indonesia and resulted in a decrease in people's living standards, especially in the economic, social and law which is also included in the constitutional composition of the Indonesian government. Thus, the central and regional governments in this case have important roles that are interrelated in dealing with problems that occur in Indonesia. This is carried out using the principle of autonomy which is the basic rule of the government in exercising authority in its area. And by using the principle of decentralization, the central government can evenly distribute welfare, quality of life, and progress in infrastructure development in every region in Indonesia.
