Marriage at an early age remains widespread, especially among communities with limited education and financial resources. This study aims to analyze the impact of early marriage on harmony in household life. The research model we employed was a library research design. The approach used was descriptive qualitative through literature review, referring to scholarly sources and secondary data from reputable journals published in the last five years. Findings indicate that the mental unreadiness of both parties (husband and wife) who marry at an early age can lead to instability in household life and increase the risk of marital failure or reduced family harmony. Young couples commonly face challenges in maintaining healthy communication, making joint decisions, and coping with financial pressures, all of which contribute to domestic conflict. In addition, emotional immaturity and limited life experience are also primary causes of disharmony within the family. Therefore, there is a need to improve education and public awareness about the importance of age maturity and mental readiness before marriage in order to create stable and harmonious households. Thus, it is necessary to increase education and public awareness about the importance of age maturity and mental readiness before marriage, in order to create a stable and harmonious household.

Human rights are fundamental rights inherent to every individual from birth and are guaranteed under statutory laws and regulations. These rights are universal in nature, inherent to every person, and must be respected, protected, and fulfilled by the state as well as all elements of society. However, in practice, various conditions continue to trigger human rights violations committed by both individuals and state officials. This phenomenon indicates that the protection of human rights still faces numerous challenges in its implementation. This study aims to examine the relationship between law enforcement officers and civilians, determine the extent to which the actions of law enforcement officers can be categorized as human rights violations, and analyze the mechanisms of oversight and accountability in handling cases of human rights violations. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method to obtain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under investigation. The data were analyzed descriptively to illustrate the relationship between law enforcement officers and civilians within the context of human rights protection. The findings reveal that power asymmetry is one of the main factors contributing to the abuse of authority by law enforcement officers. This condition subsequently increases the potential for human rights violations and underscores the importance of effective oversight and accountability in ensuring that law enforcement officers perform their duties and exercise their authority in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Sharia financial literacy is an important aspect in supporting inclusive and sustainable economic development. However, the level of sharia financial literacy among Indonesian society is still relatively low. This condition creates opportunities for Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) to play a strategic role in improving young generations’ understanding of financial management based on sharia principles. Therefore, this community service activity aimed to enhance the sharia financial literacy and inclusion of students through the SAKINAH (Santri Cakap Literasi Keuangan Syariah) Program at Nurul Abshor Islamic Boarding School, Katingan Regency. The program was implemented using a participatory educational approach through socialization, interactive discussions, simple simulations, and participant evaluations. The activity was carried out through collaboration among the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of Central Kalimantan Province, the Islamic Economic Society of Katingan Regency, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Palangka Raya, Nurul Abshor Islamic Boarding School, the Regional Financial Access Acceleration Team of Katingan Regency, and students of Palangka Raya University. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of the importance of saving, the ability to distinguish between needs and wants, sharia financial management, and knowledge of legal and trustworthy sharia financial products and services. The urgency of this research stems from the knowledge gap regarding contextual factors contributing to the underuse of learning media in rural elementary schools, which has not been adequately addressed in previous research, which has tended to focus on urban contexts. This study aims to examine teachers' perceptions at Sugayang Public Elementary School regarding the underuse of learning media in the learning process, as well as the factors that contribute to it. The method used was a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing in-depth interviews as a data collection technique. The data were then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques according to Miles and Huberman. The results showed that teachers experienced difficulties in using technology, difficulties in creating learning media, and the perception that using media was time-consuming. This reveals an important pattern that the underuse of learning media is a systematic problem rooted in the TPACK gap that is not supported by practical time management solutions. These findings imply that changes in learning practices will not occur simply through the provision of generic technology tools or training; rather, bottom-up and contextual solutions are needed. The novelty of this research lies in the in-depth qualitative approach applied to the under-researched context of rural elementary schools, which has not been studied before. This research contributes through recommendations for the implementation of a peer-mentoring program and the development of a ready-to-use digital learning media bank, thus offering valuable insights for future research with relevant stakeholders.

This study investigates the role of Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the integration of Maqashid Sharia principles and financial inclusion strategies. Despite the strategic importance of MSMEs in economic growth and poverty reduction, many face challenges in accessing formal financial services. BMT, with its dual function of social (maal) and commercial (tamwil) activities, offers a unique platform to bridge this gap. Using a qualitative systematic literature review guided by PRISMA, this study analyzes 30 relevant articles to examine BMT operational models, implementation of Maqashid Sharia objectives, financial inclusion practices, and their impact on MSME performance. Findings indicate that BMT effectively supports MSMEs in capital access, income generation, and business resilience, but inconsistencies in balancing social and commercial objectives limit. holistic empowerment. Integrating Maqashid Sharia principles enhances ethical and sustainable outcomes, while financial inclusion expands outreach to underserved entrepreneurs. Optimization strategies, including strengthening institutional capacity, combining financial and non-financial support, and context-specific interventions, are essential for maximizing BMT effectiveness. This study contributes a comprehensive framework linking ethical, financial, and empowerment dimensions, offering practical guidance for policymakers and BMT managers in promoting inclusive and sustainable MSME development.
