Healthy children are in perfect condition both physically, mentally/psychologically and socially (free from disease, weakness and disability). In order for children to grow and develop optimally, children must also be accustomed to healthy living behavior and the Childhood Phase is the developmental phase from the age of 1 or 2 years to 10-12 years, this phase is further classified into two, namely early childhood (small children) between 1-6 years, and later childhood (big children) between 6-12 years. According to the Ministry of Education and Culture, reading mastery is not mandatory for PAUD age children (3-5 years) because this skill will only be taught formally at elementary school level. Children should actually start being taught to read maximally at the age of 4-6 years. Because, this is a golden period for the cognitive development of the brain. In other words, they can absorb lessons and imitate quickly. Brain gym or brain exercise is a touch that can stimulate the work and functioning of the brain optimally, namely further activating the abilities of the right and left brain, so that cooperation between the right and left brain hemispheres can be established. This can improve memory in the child's brain to learn to read.

This study aims to determine the level of difficulty of student learning on the structure and function of plants and what factors cause it. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were observation, written tests and questionnaires. The results showed that the level of student learning difficulty in plant structure and function material was in the high category and the causative factor was from the school environment with a percentage of 33.4% (high). The factor causing students' learning difficulties in the structure and function of class VIII plants at MTs Wahid Hasyim 02 Dau is caused by school environmental factors with high influence categories.

Tenaga Kerja Asing yang masuk ke Indonesia pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 memicu adanya persepsi positif dan negatif dalam dunia ketenagakerjaan. Kedatangan TKA ini dalam rangka alih teknologi atau alih pengetahuan kepada para tenaga kerja Indonesia. Di sisi lain, banyak tenaga kerja Indonesia yang mengalami PHK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan, menginterpretasikan dan memberikan eksplanasi terkait dengan pemberitaan yang ada di media. Data penelitian ini adalah teks yang berasal dari dua media berbeda tentang Tenaga Kerja Asing yang masuk ke Indonesia pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan fokus kajian SFL (systemic functional linguistics) dengan ancangan analisis Fairclough melalui deskripsi teks, interpretasi, dan eksplanasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bukti-bukti tekstual yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan ideologi dan perbedaan fitur linguistis pada dua teks tersebut.

Changes in cognitive, physiological, affective, to behavioral and social functions to cause the risk of violent behavior. This KIAN aims to provide an overview of Mental Nursing Care for Schizophrenic Patients at Risk of Violent Behavior. Violent behavior is a response to stressors faced by a person, this response can cause harm to oneself, others, and the environment. The function of the strategy for implementing violent behavior is to control the emotions of the hallucinations experienced by the client.

Microsoft word is a word processing software in document creation that is the mainstay of Microsoft. In this software there is a track changes feature which functions to track changes made by the reviewer in carrying out the review work. The purpose of the training is to train students in using the track changes feature in Microsoft Word. The training conducted at the Polbangtan Yogyakarta-Magelang hall is a form of community service, especially students. The stages of service are 1. socialization of the track changes feature in Microsoft word; 2. carry out training on these features by students; 3. evaluation of training programs. The result of community service is that post-training Polbangtan livestock department students are able to apply the track changes feature in Microsoft word software.

This research is to find out how the understanding of good governance in the DPRD of Fifty Cities Regency is in the context of Supervision of the formation of Regional Regulations. This study used a purposive sampling technique where the researcher selected 9 key informants from different fields and then this research was analyzed by quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that good governance is basically a concept that refers to the process of achieving decisions and their implementation that can be accounted for together. The importance of understanding good governance is something that must be fulfilled by every member of the DPRD so that the optimization of the supervisory function can run effectively and efficiently. Unproductive in formulating regional regulations, it is necessary to have optimal monitoring and in-depth evaluation of the outputs of regional regulations which will be a reflection of the government in being responsible for the results of these regional regulations. For this reason, it is necessary to have the participation of all stakeholders, including the community.

A finance company is a company that provides loans to prospective borrowers with certain guarantees such as PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan Branch. In this business, company funds are often embedded because of debtors who are in arrears. Therefore, the company has a field officer who functions to collect debtor's house and make a withdrawal of the financing unit that has exceeded the reasonable limit of the time of payment. The implementation of billing activities carried out is definitely related to the work safety of each field officer. Work safety issues such as beatings experienced by field officers have an impact on the implementation of billing. This resulted in the billing process becoming less than optimal because the officers were worried about their safety. In addition, the work environment also impacts on employee performance, such as lack of work space that makes employees not free to work, relationships that are not good affect the communication process in decision making and document filing that is not neat will affect the document search process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety and work environment on the performance of employees. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were 51 people who were employees of PT. ITC Multi Finance Medan Branch and also as a respondent. The method of data collection is done by interviewing, distributing questionnaires, documentation and literature. Variables taken with a Likert scale. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that simultaneously the work safety and work environment did not significantly influence the performance of PT. Medan Branch Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance, and partially has no effect on performance.

Inventory Information System is an information technology-based system that aims to assist organizations or institutions in managing and monitoring inventory more efficiently and provides an overview of the inventory information system, the main focus of its development, and the expected benefits of implementing this system. Using a manual system for each product written with a book, of course, is not efficient can result in  inventory data easily lost and damaged, easy to occur errors or data loss.  To overcome the occurrence of these problems is there is a web-based inventory information system application to solve the occurrence of errors that are often found in the world of work. Based on the results obtained This research can overcome the problem of data loss, data errors, with the help of this information system can help solve problems that often occur. This information system is made according to the needs of the White Elephant University efficiently and accurately.

The elderly are at risk of experiencing cognitive function disorders due to the aging process. Wapuwan Puzzle (Wayang Punakawan) is a game therapy that was developed to improve cognitive function by carrying elements of the art of wayang punakawan characters that are popular with the elderly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Wapuwan Puzzle on the cognitive function of the elderly. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental with a pre-post design with a control group. The research sample was 38 elderly people using the total sampling technique at the Posyandu Setya Manunggal III. Research instrument using MMSE. Data analysis using Mann Whitney. The results showed that the gender characteristics of the majority of the respondents were female, the average age of the respondents was in the range of 60-74 years, and the education of the respondents was on average not attending school and completing elementary school. The MMSE score of the elderly who received the Wapuwan Puzzle increased significantly than the elderly who did not receive the Wapuwan Puzzle. The results of the Mann Whiteney test obtained a significance value of 0.000 (P value < 0.05) so that it was concluded that there was an effect of the application of the Wapuwan Puzzle on the increase in cognitive function in the elderly at the Setyamanunggal Posyandu III Lempuyangan Hamlet.

Starting from the development of medical technology that is increasingly sophisticated and rapidly growing,researchers conduct medical research, namely about patient infusion handling services. In handling patient infusion, currently it is still manual which is carried out by nurses / medical personnel. Infusion handling services for patients still have shortcomings, namely the process of monitoring and replacing infusion fluids which are often late. If the problem is not treated quickly, it can lead to problems, namely the presence of air embolism in the blood vessels (the entry of foreign objects into the blood vessels, for example air). From that problem, the researchers made a new innovation in medical technology in handling infusions automatically and based on IoT. In this study, the smart online infusion device that has been made has good features and is very effective in handling infusions. This device has 3 main functions, namely: it can monitor the remaining infusion, it can change the infusion fluid automatically and it can indicate a blocked patient's infusion. This device already has a method for processing data with fuzzy logic. Media monitoring has been supported by a website that can be controlled remotely and in real time. Tests have been carried out and the effectiveness of the system is found to have an error rate of 0.2% - 0.7% and has an accuracy of 98%. Thus this tool can be used in terms of handling patient infusion automatically.

A mental illness is a syndrome, psychological, or behavioral disorder in which a person is dysfunctional at work. The problem is that medical personnel or doctors who are professionals in the field of psychology are not comparable to mental illness, especially teenagers. The initial diagnosis by web based and using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. Meanwhile, the main objective of the research is to determine the quality of the web system based on the perceptions of respondents, namely Darul Ihsan Vocational High School students. Measuring the quality of an expert web system using the WebQual instrument. There are three aspects of WebQual that will be measured, namely: usability, information, and interaction quality. Based on the questionnaires distributed to respondents, the expert web system was developed to fulfill the three aspects of WebQual (usability, information, and interaction, with a score of 83.78%, 80%, and 82.97% in the good category.

The Feasibility Study of the Revitalization of the Merdeka Field in Medan City is to obtain a Foundation of the Planning and Design Program regarding the Development of the Merdeka Field Area in Medan City that meets the needs of the community as a nationally viable public facility. The feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Field in Medan used primary data and secondary data. In the feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Medan Field, it was analyzed through spatial aspects through Medan City Bylaw No.1 of 2022 concerning Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) and Medan City Zoning Regulations from 2022 to 2042. The result of the feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Field Medan is that the concept planned for the revitalization of Merdeka Square is in accordance with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of the city of Medan by remaining a Green Open Space (RTH) that functions as a catchment area. In addition, the Merdeka Square area also provides Blue Open Space (RTB) which can function as a medium for water storage and prevention of flooding.    

Abstrak – Website yang salah satu fungsinya adalah media penyebaran informasi sudah masuk ke bidang pendidikan. Content management system (CMS) Sekolahku merupakan aplikasi open source yang membantu dalam pengembangan website bahkan menjadi sistem informasi sekolah untuk semua jenjang pendidikan. Terdapat lebih dari 150 jumlah pengguna CMS Sekolahku, tetapi belum dilakukan pengujian sistem. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian terhadap CMS Sekolahku menggunakan black box testing dengan teknik boundary value analysis yang berfokus pada masukan dan data keluarannya. Tahapan awal adalah menentukan bagian yang diuji dan dipilih 8 form yang diujikan. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap bagian yang telah dipilih tersebut. Setelah itu terbentuklah sebuah dokumentasi dan hasil pengujian. Terdapat 26 test case dan dihasilkan 18 test case yang sesuai, artinya hasil yang diharapkan sama dengan hasil pengujian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa CMS Sekolahku sekitar 70% berhasil dan cukup layak untuk digunakan tetapi butuh perbaikan. Penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai dokumentasi hasil pengujian dan referensi.   Abstract – One of the website's functions is to spread information. The website has helped many sectors including the education sector. Content management system (CMS) Sekolahku is an open-source application that helps website development and becomes a complete information system for schools on every level. CMS Sekolahku has more than 150 users however no system test document was found. The research purpose is to test CMS Sekolahku using the black box testing method with a boundary value analysis technique that focuses on data input and output. The first step is to choose which part of the system needs to be tested. Eight forms are selected. Then, the next step, do the test on the chosen forms. Last, the system test document with the result in it is formed. There are 26 test cases, and 18 test cases are successful, which means the expected result equals the actual result. The result shows a 70% of success rate and is quite decent to use but requires improvement. The study can be used as a system test documentation and a reference.

The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falling in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using. Elderly gymnastics is a series of regular, directed, and planned movements carried out with the intention of improving the functional abilities of the body. Appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a gastrointestinal disease and surgical disease that often occurs in society, especially among teenagers such as students. Adolescents usually have poor fiber intake patterns, such as not consuming enough vegetables and fruit, which results in functional obstruction of the appendix and increases germ growth. This is what can cause appendicitis. Facing a situation like this, efforts are needed to prevent the occurrence of appendicitis among teenagers. The aim of implementing this community service is to provide education to teenagers regarding efforts to prevent appendicitis. The method used in carrying out this community service is by providing counseling through lectures and providing leaflets containing counseling material at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School with the address Jalan Captain Sumarsono No. 180, Helvetia Village, Medan Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The targets for implementing the activities are students at Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. The results of this community service have had a positive impact on the parties involved, especially for students at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. Students can increase their knowledge regarding Efforts to Prevent Appendicitis in Adolescents. Apart from that, students can also improve their skills in preventing appendicitis in teenagers by trying to consume foods that contain fiber such as vegetables and fruit to avoid appendicitis.

Study table is one of the supporting learning activities but the current study table design is not in accordance with consumer needs, especially for children. The development of this study table product is expected to answer the needs of custumers or consumers and produce an ergonomic study table. This multifunctional learning folding table product uses the parameter measurement of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The result obtained based on the customer show that there are 7 attributes (customer requitment) and 4 technical parameters ( technical response). In this regard, the product development of a multifuntional folding study table uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method using teak wood. This table also has several features, namely a reading light feature, a glass holder, a storange feature, equipped with a simple design, attaractive practical colors and ideal dimensions so as to increase comfort inusing the folding study table product.

The activity of cadres is very important in posyandu activities because if the cadres are not active, the provision of health services and posyandu activity programs cannot run properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities in the working area of ​​the Kenarilang Health Center, Alor Regency. This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional study approach. The study population consisted of 210 cadres, with a total sample of 68 cadres using convenience sampling/accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using chi-square statistical test. The results showed that the variables of knowledge (ρ = 0.023), occupation (ρ = 0.022), incentives (ρ = 0.002), and support from community leaders (ρ = 0.043) had a relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Meanwhile, the attitude variable (ρ=0.492) had no relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Puskesmas Kenarilang should improve training on promotive efforts when providing cadres in increasing knowledge about the duties and functions of posyandu. Village and sub-district governments should always provide appropriate incentives as motivation in increasing the activity of cadres in posyandu activities, and it is hoped that community involvement will always support cadres in posyandu activities.

This memory is closely related to attention and the ability to remember. Memory can be said to be sharp or dull when viewed from the accuracy, thoroughness or outline, or shallowness of the memory content. In this research, the researcher took only one thing, namely memory ability, the sample was carried out on psychology students in semesters 4, 6, 8, totaling 98 students. Using descriptive research methods. The aim of this research is to see a picture of the memory level of Psychology students at the Main Potential University in the morning and evening students because memory is very important for their ongoing learning process. Recall or memory is a mental process that an individual has to code, store, maintain and remember information, knowledge or past experiences in the brain which can be recalled for use some time later. This research approach uses a 6 minute test, then scoring based on morning and evening groups and based on semester level. Tests are given based on each class, the morning class is carried out during the morning class at 09.00 and the evening class is carried out at 18.00. The results obtained were that the superior level of memory was found in semester 8 students at 17.3%, semester 6 at 11.2%, semester 4 at 7.14%. High average memory level at semester 8 at 13.26% and semester 6 at 9.1% and semester 4 at 13.26%. 7 is 7.14% Average memory level is located in semester 6 with 14, namely 14.26% and semester 4 with 10, namely 10.20% and semester 8, namely 3, is 3.06%. Low Average level of memory is located in semester 6, namely 7, namely 7.14% and semester 6. of 6, namely 1.12% and semester 8 of 1 with 1.02%. The highest level of superior memory based on morning and evening classes is in semester 8 of the evening class, 17.34%. These results are useful in the future and need to be improved in upgrading memory to be able to carry out daily learning activities.

Virtual laboratories can provide real learning experiences through computer-aided simulations and activities. Virtual laboratory is rapidly developing its use in science learning because it is proven to provide significant benefits to the process and results of science learning during the pandemic. The limitations of laboratory facilities in genetics learning at the unkhair Biology Education Study program have encouraged the development of virtual practicum strategies and their use in genetic learning with modified free inquiry strategies on the topic of the structure and function of genetic material and reproduction of genetic material. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of virtual laboratories based on student perceptions of the use of virtual laboratory applications and to describe and compare these perceptions with the use of laboratory reality and relevant previous research results. There are five aspects of perception surveyed, namely innovation, motivation, effectiveness, benefits, and presentation of practical procedures. This research method uses a quasi-experimental research design for the characteristics and effectiveness of using virtual laboratories and real laboratories in the Genetics course at the Biology Education Study Program, Khairun University, Ternate on the topic of DNA isolation, chromosomes and mitosis. The results of this study indicate that: the characteristics of Blended Learning practicum in the Genetics course in 4th semester students of Biology study program are: 1) instruction-based practicum; 2) practicum based on data collection and reporting of practicum results; 3) practicum based on proof of concept. The effectiveness of the implementation of genetics practicum in laboratory reality and virtual laboratories based on the perception of student responses is more likely to choose reality laboratories than virtual laboratories. The effectiveness of the implementation of genetic practicum based on the results of the practicum report is known to be not significantly different between the results of the practicum in reality and in the virtual laboratory.
