Anomalous positioning is an abnormal position of the fetal vertex (with the small fontanelle as a marker) relative to the maternal pelvis. Oblique malposition is a cause of maternal mortality rate (MMR) of 3-10%. Obesity in pregnancy is a condition characterized by an imbalance between body weight and height. According to WHO data, the prevalence of obesity in 2021 was 340 million, with data in Central Java province reaching 6.62%. In Brebes Regency, the figure was 20.51% (2019). In the Bumiayu Community Health Center, data on obesity in pregnant women reached 63 in 2022. This study aims to provide comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum, newborns, and family planning for Mrs. N, 23, with malposition and obesity. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a comprehensive case study approach. Based on the comprehensive midwifery care provided to Mrs. N, 23, with malposition and obesity, the pregnancy outcome was found to be grade I. Her gestational age was not commensurate with her gestational age. Delivery was performed by vaginal delivery. No problems were found during newborn care up to 28 days. No problems were found during the postpartum period. Mrs. N chose intrauterine contraception (IUD) during pregnancy, but her husband did not allow it due to religious reasons. Appropriate midwifery care during pregnancy, childbirth, newborn care, postpartum care, and family planning is crucial for the health of both mother and baby. This allows early detection of risk factors, preventing potential complications, and reducing maternal and infant mortality.

Employee work motivation is a crucial element in determining the quality of public services, especially in the health sector. This study aims to analyze factors related to employee work motivation at the Health, Population Control, and Family Planning Office of Marowali Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 39 respondents selected through the purposive sampling method. The research instrument is in the form of a structured questionnaire, and data analysis is carried out bivariously using the chi-square test and Fisher's Exact Test if the test assumptions are not met. The results showed that the work environment did not have a significant relationship with work motivation (p = 0.129). In contrast, the benefits variable showed a significant relationship (p = 0.009), and workload also had a significant effect on work motivation (p = 0.004). These findings indicate that employees' work motivation is significantly influenced by benefits and workload factors, while the work environment does not have a significant impact. The practical implication of this study is the need for managerial attention to a fair incentive system and a proportionate distribution of workload to increase employee work motivation. Increasing work motivation is expected to encourage the efficiency and effectiveness of public services in the health sector. This research contributes to the development of evidence-based human resource policies in the regional health service sector.

This study aims to analyze the availability of data centers and regional promotion needs in supporting e-government implementation through the Family Information System Application (SIGA) at BKKBN Gorontalo Province. It also assesses how SIGA and its integrated dialog features contribute to public services. The findings indicate that data input in SIGA has reached 100%, covering family planning services, field supervision, and families at risk of stunting, both in monthly and annual reports. However, this completeness does not fully reflect field realities, particularly regarding youth groups outside formal education who remain underdocumented. Despite this, SIGA data has become a reference for regional health information policy development. Overall, SIGA has improved public service efficiency through fast, accurate, and timely data delivery. Yet, the system remains limited in providing interactive, two-way communication between government and citizens. This study recommends enhancing SIGA’s dialog function and engaging underrepresented community groups to support inclusive and responsive public services.

Background: Women's choice of long-term contraceptive methods (LTCM) is influenced by factors such as counseling, knowledge, and healthcare access. Midwife visits play a key role in providing information and guidance on family planning, including LTCMs like implants, IUDs, and sterilization. Previous studies have shown that healthcare provider interaction enhances awareness and decision-making regarding contraception. However, many women still face barriers, including misinformation, fear of side effects, and cultural beliefs. Understanding how midwife visits shape contraceptive choices is essential for improving maternal and child health outcomes, reducing unintended pregnancies, and supporting family planning programs. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the impact of midwife visits on women’s choice of LTCMs in the reproductive age group. Methods: A quantitative, observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted with 30 women who had received at least one midwife visit. Data were collected through structured interviews and family planning record reviews. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test examined the relationship between midwife visits and LTCM choices, with a significance level set at p < 0.05. Results: All participants received midwife visits. 20 (90%) chose LTCMs, while 10 (10%) opted for short-term methods. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between midwife visits and LTCM choice (p = 0.000). Conclusion: Midwife visits significantly influence women’s choice of LTCMs, improving knowledge and decision-making. Strengthening midwife outreach can increase LTCM uptake and enhance family planning strategies.

In Indonesia, government attention to the use of post-saline contraceptives is increasing. According to the recommendations of The National Meeting on Family Planning Programs in 2012, the postpartum and post-miscarriage Family Planning (KB PP & PK) program is designated as a priority program that should be available in every province. This program aims not only to increase the number of contraceptive use, but also to improve maternal and child health (JNPK, 2012). Post-copy family planning is one of the government programs with a target of 80%, although the acceptor of post-copy family planning only reaches 30%, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia considers this achievement as a significant progress in increasing community participation in family planning programs. Meanwhile, the number of family planning acceptors in North Sumatra in 2012 reached 4,041 acceptors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge about post-copy family planning and participation in becoming a family planning acceptor at Balimbingan Hospital, Tanah Jawa District, Simalungun Regency, Pematang Siantar City in 2024. The high birth rate is one of the big challenges for the State of Indonesia in the family planning program that is recommended to control population growth, including the application of the Long-Term Contraceptive Method (MKJP) (BKKBN, 2016). In 2023, the total population of Indonesia is 278.8 million people. This number increased by 1.1% compared to 2022 which was 275.5 million people. In Central Kalimantan, in 2023, there will be 327,182 couples of childbearing age (PUS), then 244,374 active family planning (PA) users and 902 new contraceptive devices (PB).. East Kotawaringin Regency itself recorded the most active family planning participants in injectable birth control (82.0%), pills (13.7%), implants (2.9%), condoms (0.3%), AKDR (0.6%), MOP contraception (0.2%), and MOW (0.3%), recorded participants who use MKJP in Kotim only (4%) of the total number of family planning participants (Kotim Health Profile, 2022). Some of the factors that cause the low selection of MKJP include individual perception, husband support, knowledge, education, work and attitude. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the source of information on couples of childbearing age and the selection of long-term contraception at the Baamang 2 Sampit Health Center in 2024. A type of quantitative analytical research with a cross-sectional research design. The population in the study was all family planning acceptors at the Baamang 2 Sampit Health Center. The sample in this study was by accidental sampling technique and a sample of 37 people was obtained. The statistical test of this study is the chi-square test. The results of univariate analysis from 37 people mostly obtained direct sources of information as many as 23 people (62.2%), the majority of those who used Non-MKJP family planning as many as 24 people (64.9%) and the results of bivariate analysis obtained a ρ value of 0.74. There is no relationship between the source of information on couples of childbearing age and the selection of long-term contraception at the Baamang 2 Sampit Health Center in 2024.

This study examines the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment on employee work discipline at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection Agency of Sukoharjo Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires. The study's population consists of 37 employees, and due to the limited number of respondents (less than 100), a saturated sampling technique was applied, ensuring the inclusion of all members in the study. The research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) as statistical analysis techniques. The t-test results reveal that leadership style (X1) does not have a significant effect on employee work discipline, whereas organizational culture (X2) and work environment (X3) have a significant positive influence. The F-test results confirm that the regression model used in this study is appropriate for explaining the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Additionally, the R² test results indicate the proportion of variance in employee work discipline that can be explained by the independent variables. The findings suggest that fostering a strong organizational culture and improving the work environment can enhance employee work discipline. Meanwhile, leadership style alone does not significantly impact discipline levels. The study recommends that organizations prioritize developing a supportive work culture and conducive work environment while reassessing leadership strategies to align with employee needs. These insights provide valuable implications for policymakers and organizational leaders aiming to improve workforce discipline and productivity.

Early marriage remains a significant issue contributing to the high prevalence of stunting in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas. The lack of awareness among adolescents and parents regarding the negative impacts of early marriage and the importance of proper nutrition is a major contributing factor. The PENA EMAS (Early Marriage Prevention for Stunting Elimination Towards Healthy Children) program was implemented in Tanjung Buaya Village as part of the KKN-T Posko 22 UNIMMAN initiative to raise public awareness about the dangers of early marriage and its link to stunting risk. This program utilized three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Activities included educational sessions, adolescent health screenings, local vegetable planting initiatives, and interactive media such as podcasts and educational competitions. The evaluation results showed an increase in community awareness of family planning and nutrition fulfillment, with five adolescents identified as having anemia based on hemoglobin (Hb) level tests. The conclusion of this program is that community-based educational interventions with participatory approaches can enhance awareness among adolescents and parents in preventing early marriage and reducing stunting risk. Recommended follow-up actions include regular health check-ups, adolescent mentoring, and the empowerment of Youth Ambassadors for Stunting Prevention to ensure the program’s sustainability.
