Laparotomi is a surgical procedure in which the abdominal wall layer is operated on to remove the part that is experiencing problems. One of the problems that can occur in post laparotomy patients is pain. Pain is a person's emotional experience due to tissue damage that occurs after surgery. Laparotomy postoperative pain management must include all aspects, both in pharmacological and non-pharmacological aspects because pain is not only influenced by surgical wounds but also influenced by emotions. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be given to laparotomy postoperative patients is early mobilization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of early mobilization on reducing pain intensity in postoperative laparotomy patients at Cengkareng Hospital, Belimbing Room in 2024. This research design is a quantitative study with a quasi experimental method using a one group pre-post test design approach, the sample technique uses total sampling, the samples in this study were 20 intervention group samples, the results of statistical tests with the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test obtained the results of the p value = 0.001 or <0.05 there is a difference between the pain scale before and after early mobilization. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of early mobilization on reducing pain intensity in patients post laparotomy surgery

Pleural effusion is a pathological condition characterized by the accumulation of fluid in the pleural cavity, which can cause shortness of breath, chest pain, and other complications. This study aims to evaluate evidence-based nursing care for patients diagnosed with pleural effusion using a case report approach. The assessment was conducted holistically, including interviews, observations, and physical examinations. The results show that nursing interventions combining respiratory physiotherapy, such as breathing exercises, mobilization, and patient education, along with medical care, are effective in reducing shortness of breath and improving chest expansion in patients. The management of pleural effusion involves a multidisciplinary approach, including early diagnosis through thoracentesis and imaging, as well as supportive therapies such as respiratory physiotherapy, pleural fluid drainage, and medical interventions tailored to the underlying etiology. This study also highlights the critical role of respiratory physiotherapy in accelerating patient recovery, including deep breathing exercises, chest mobilization, and posture correction. The evaluation indicates that, although the patient’s respiratory problems were not completely resolved, there was significant improvement in overall health status. This study underscores the importance of applying a multidisciplinary approach to improve the quality of life for patients with pleural effusion.

Mobilization is a basic human need required by individuals to carry out daily activities in the form of joint movement, posture and gait in order to meet activity needs and maintain health. The World Health Organization (WHO) says that births by caesarean section are around 10-16% of all births in developing countries, in the last 30 years the incidence of caesarean sections has increased very rapidly, for many reasons but some also don't have the right reasons, just because the patient wants the operation or the doctor wants an easy way, in Australia around 16% to 20% of the reason for the high number of caesareans in the United States is because most obstetricians. The aim of the research was to analyze the relationship between early mobilization post cesarean section and the surgical wound healing process in the postpartum room at Kartika Pulomas Hospital. The type of research used is qualitative analytic with a cross sectional approach design. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 61 people. There is a relationship between early mobilization post cesarean section and the surgical wound healing process in the postpartum room at Kartika Pulomas Hospital. The paired sample t-test showed a value of p = 0.002, meaning p<0.05. Recommendations for hospitals need to have a policy for early mobilization of patients after caesarean section. Early mobilization accelerates wound healing and shortens the period of hospital treatment, so that it is a promotion for the hospital, namely: establishing independent hospitals as the main choice with quality services.

Fractures can lead to disabilities in individuals, which may result from trauma due to accident (Ramadhan & Pristianto, 2022)s. The purpose of this paper is to develop and apply nursing care for Mrs. M, who underwent post-operative hemiarthroplasty for a femoral neck fracture, in the Mawar 2 room at RSUD dr. Soeselo, Tegal Regency. This paper utilizes a descriptive method with a focus on the nursing process approach. The results of the nursing care show that the patient reports pain at the surgical site on the upper right leg, post-operative hemiarthroplasty, with pain described as a pulling sensation in the upper right leg, at a pain scale of 6, and continuous. The client states that she can only lie in bed, with all post-operative activities being assisted by family members. She also reports that she has not received health education on early mobilization and has limited understanding of early immobilization. The nursing diagnoses identified are acute pain, impaired physical mobility, and knowledge deficit. Interventions were based on the SIKI (Nursing Care Standards) and implementation followed the planned interventions. Upon evaluation, one diagnosis—knowledge deficit—was resolved, acute pain was partially resolved, and impaired physical mobility remained unresolved. The results of the nursing care are consistent with the theory. This paper aims to improve skills in providing nursing care.

Background: Sectio Caesarea (SC) is a surgical procedure to deliver a fetus by making an incision to open the abdominal wall and uterine wall or a hysterotomy to remove the fetus in the mother's womb. In recent years, normal delivery has been considered a difficult way of giving birth and tends to be dangerous for the mother and her baby. The use of Caesarean section is increasing globally, and now accounts for > 1 in 5 (21%) of all births. This number is predicted to continue to increase, almost a third (29%) of all births are estimated to be carried out via sectio in 2030. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach. The research was conducted at the Lake Paris Health Center, Aceh Singkil Regency in 2024. The research population was all post partum mothers with cesarean sections at the Lake Paris Health Center, Aceh Singkil Regency, namely 30 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, the analysis used was the Non-Parametric Test (Man-Whitney) with α = 0.05. Results: The results of the study showed that before the intervention was carried out, there were 3 respondents experiencing mild pain (10.0%), 14 respondents experienced Moderate pain (46.7%), and 13 respondents experienced severe pain (43.3%). After the intervention, 2 experienced no pain (6.7%), 13 experienced mild pain (43.3%), 2 experienced moderate pain (6.7%), 13 experienced severe pain (43.3%). Conclusion: The results of statistical tests obtained P value = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there was a significant difference before and after giving early mobilization treatment to mothers post cesarean section at the Lake Paris Health Center, Aceh Singkil Regency in 2024

Childbirth often results in perineal tears, particularly in first-time deliveries, and can also occur in subsequent births. Improper perineal care can create a moist environment due to lochia, promoting bacterial growth and increasing the risk of infection, which may delay wound healing. Complications of perineal tears include bleeding, infection, and dyspareunia. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between early mobilization and perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers in 2020. The research used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach, involving 30 postpartum patients at PMB Bidan Ai Duriah through total sampling. Data collection was conducted using observation sheets, and analysis was performed with the chi-square test at a 95% significance level (p < 0.05). Results indicated that most postpartum mothers (20 respondents) experienced good perineal wound healing with early mobilization. The study concludes that early mobilization plays a significant role in promoting perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers.

Nephrolithiasis is the formation of hard material resembling stones originating from minerals and salts in the kidneys. Risk factors for kidney stones are frequent holding in urine, obesity, lack of drinking, urinary tract infections, and heredity. The prevalence of kidney stones in Indonesia is 6 per 1000 population or 1,499,400 people suffer from kidney stones. Various medical procedures can be performed to treat kidney stone cases, one of which is surgery. Post-operative kidney stone patients generally complain of pain and experience physical immobility problems related to the presence of surgical wounds. Nurses play a role in providing nursing care by carrying out pain management and carrying out early mobilization to train the muscle system and nervous system after surgery. The aim of writing this scientific paper is to be able to apply the theory and concept of applying early mobilization to reduce pain intensity in patients with Kidney Stones Post Surgery Extended Left Pyelolithotomy and Replace DJ Stent in Anggrek C Room, Tangerang General Hospital. The writing method used is a case study with a nursing care approach. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, 3 nursing diagnoses were found, namely: pain, physical immobility disorders, and risk of infection. After intervention and evaluation for 3 x 24 hours, data was obtained that the problem of pain and physical immobility disorders was partially resolved, this was indicated by a decrease in pain intensity and increased movement of the patient's extremities, while the problem of risk of infection had not been resolved so the intervention was continued. Nurses are expected to be able to carry out comprehensive assessments, make appropriate diagnoses, plan interventions, carry out evaluations and follow-up

Background: Sectio Caesarea is a method of giving birth to a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen (Amru Sofian, 2013). Giving birth by cesarean can drain more energy on the body and the recovery process takes longer. To speed up the recovery process, early mobilization exercises are needed. However, there are several factors that prevent mothers from doing early mobilization For this reason, it is important that efforts to increase early mobilization are carried out in order to speed up the healing process. Objective: To describe the description of nursing care in post sectio caesarea patients in practicing early mobilization. Research Methods: This study uses a literature review method in a journal that discusses early mobilization in post sectio caesarea mothers. Research Results: The results of the research from the literature review that the authors obtained through 10 journals, namely the mobilization efforts of post-SC postpartum mothers in carrying out early mobilization are influenced by pain in the surgical wound, knowledge/experience, motivation and beliefs. These results are relevant to the case managed by the author, namely Mrs. K was reluctant to do early mobilization because of pain and fear. Conclusion: From the results of the literature study above, it can be concluded that early mobilization of post sectio caesarea mothers can be improved by implementing pain management nursing, motivation, education and support from families and health workers

Sectio Caesarea is considered very risky to be carried out by mothers who are about to give birth, due to the method that requires opening the wall or in medical terms Trans Abdominal Uterine Incision with pain that will be felt by a mother, which is a stressor that will be felt by the mother biologically which is felt physically. psychological and physical. The non-pharmacological techniques that can be used to reduce postoperative pain is early mobilization techniques. Early mobilization techniques are effective in reducing pain through several mechanisms, including eliminating the patient's concentration at the location of the pain in the operating area, reducing the activity of chemical mediators in the inflammatory process which increases the pain response. and minimize pain nerve transmission to the central nervous system. This research aims to know the results of implementationEarly Mobilization of Reducing Pain Intensity in Post Sectio Caesarea Mothers. The post partum period is a sensitive period for mothers which will affect newborn care. Mother's anxiety and fear because she is afraid of stitches that arise causes her not to mobilize early. The most important thing at this time is that midwives provide support on an ongoing basis according to the mother's needs to reduce physical and psychological tension during the postpartum period. This study aims to prove the anxiety level of perineal suture pain in post partum mothers regarding mobilization. This study used an analytic survey with a cross-sectional research design. The data collection technique was carried out by observation, namely data collection on anxiety levels was taken using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Axsiety (HRS-A) while data for perineal suture pain was obtained from a pain level questionnaire. The population was taken with a total of 37 post partum mothers and a total sample of 22 post partum mothers.
