The main data source in this research is the lyrics of the song “Duration” which is accessed by YouTube on the official Feby Putri NC account, while secondary data is obtained from the website article www.RRI.co.id, music reviews and a podcast entitled “Feby Putri surgical song Duration with Indra Aziz |Dalem banget” on the youtube account VokalPlus by Indra Aziz. The data collection technique was done through documentation. The results showed that denotatively, the lyrics of this song describe the feelings of someone who realizes that being together with the person he loves has a time limit, whether due to circumstances, fate, or changing feelings. Connotatively, this song represents Feby's life story as an overseas child feeling lonely overseas when he returned to his hometown he found significant changes in his family, especially his mother who was getting older. Meanwhile, at the mythical level, this song reflects Indonesian cultural values about the importance of returning to one's hometown because family and loved ones are something very valuable, moments together must be utilized as well as possible because time keeps running and will never be repeated. Thus, the lyrics of Durasi are not just a melancholic song, but also a symbol of universal life reflections that are relevant to many individuals.

Heresy is a theological term that refers to teachings or doctrines that are rejected by church authorities because they are considered inconsistent with biblical truth. The term comes from the Greek word haíresis, which was originally neutral but has a negative connotation in the Christian context because it refers to deviations from official church teachings. Over time, heretics were seen as threats to church authority because they taught something different from the official interpretation entrusted to the church under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Ark Movement, as a contemporary example, shows how different interpretations can be considered heretical by church authorities. Although active in its ministry, this movement was accused of teaching doctrines that were inconsistent with biblical truth, as well as manipulating the Word of God to fulfill personal ambitions and interests. Therefore, it is important to conduct an in-depth theological study of these teachings that are considered heretical, to ensure harmony with biblical teachings and prevent doctrinal distortions that can damage the community of faith. Without a systematic effort to strengthen correct theological understanding, the risk of heresy and division within the community becomes greater.

Sexual harassment is a behavior with sexual connotations that is done without the consent of the intended person, including various forms such as physical, verbal, and non-verbal. In Indonesia, verbal sexual harassment such as catcalling is common but less recognized by society. Catcalling, which is often directed at women, is often considered trivial and not seen as a form of criminal offense. In fact, this act can have a serious psychological and emotional impact on the victim. Although there is still a lack of understanding about the Sexual Violence Law, it is hoped that this law can provide legal protection for victims. The Criminal Code (KUHP) also regulates crimes of decency, but non-physical sexual harassment has not been specifically regulated, making law enforcement difficult. The problem of lack of legal awareness and the lack of regulations related to verbal sexual harassment are the main obstacles in providing protection to victims. From the above problems, the formulation of the problem to be sought is how the implementation of the law against the perpetrators of catcalling and whether the criminal law in Indonesia has been good enough in dealing with the criminal act of catcalling as a form of sexual harassment. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and inductive research, and research using deductive methods, and using an empirical juridical approach.

Abstract. Semiotic analysis of advertising aims to uncover the hidden meanings behind visual and textual elements presented in promotional content. This study explores the semiotic features in smartphone advertising, focusing on Oppo as a case study. This study uses a comparative framework to analyze the similarities and differences between Oppo advertising and competing brands. The analysis is conducted through Charles Sanders Peirce's triadic model, consisting of representamen, object, and interpretant, as well as Roland Barthes' concepts of denotation and connotation. This study identifies symbolic, iconic, and indexical signs used in Oppo advertising to build brand identity and attract target audiences. Key findings reveal how visual elements, color schemes, and slogans emphasize innovation, premium quality, and emotional connection. Comparative insights highlight Oppo's differentiation strategies, such as integrating cultural nuances and leveraging aspirational imagery, to strengthen its market position. The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of how semiotic strategies influence consumer perception and purchasing behavior, as well as provide practical implications for marketers and advertisers. This study bridges the gap between semiotic theory and its application in modern advertising, providing a comprehensive perspective on the power of signs in shaping brand narratives.
