Sleep disturbances in infants can cause significant physiological and psychological impacts, such as decreased immune function, impaired cognitive development, and an increased risk of emotional problems (Tanty & Pramesti, 2023). Poor sleep not only inhibits physical growth but also affects infants’ mental development, including attention disorders, anxiety, and low cognitive abilities (Hendri & Sari, 2021). Therefore, it is important to provide effective interventions to improve infants’ sleep quality. This study aimed to determine the effect of baby massage on infant sleep quality at BPM Aida Nospita, Manunggal Village, Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, in 2025. This research employed a quasi-experimental method with a pretest–posttest design using an experimental group and a control group, also known as a pretest–posttest with control group design, which is a form of quasi-experimental research design. The population of this study consisted of all infants aged 3–6 months at BPM Aida Nospita, Manunggal Village, Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, totaling 32 infants, with 16 infants in the experimental group and 16 infants in the control group. The results of the statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test showed a significant probability value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). This indicates that the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) was accepted, meaning that baby massage had a significant effect on sleep quality among infants at BPM Aida Nospita, Manunggal Village, Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, in 2025.

Building an effective and efficient health system is an important effort to improve the quality of health services in Indonesia, the implementation of RME is an integral component in the modern health service system. The government issued the One Healthy policy in efforts to implement Health Data governance. In order to achieve this, data variables and data formats/values determined by the Ministry of Health must be used as a reference in the implementation of RME based on Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022. The aim of this research is to analyze data variables in the ETI Care application for outpatient registration at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital Jakarta according to the applicable guidelines, that is Minister of Health Decree Number HK.01.07/MENKES/1423/2022. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data variables were obtained and their conformity with the existing meta data in the ETI Care application with government meta data, that is in the general identity there were 13 missing data variables and 2 variables that did not exist in the identity of the newborn baby, and 7 data variables that did not match the general identity and 1 data variable whose format/value did not match the identity of the newborn baby.  It is necessary to develop the system by involving users in adjusting technical and organizational policies. There are still data variables that do not exist in the ETI Care application in the outpatient registration section, and there is also a discrepancy between the format/value of outpatient registration in the ETI Care application and the format/value of Minister of Health Decree Number HK.01.07/MENKES/1423/2022. This requires further communication with the vendor regarding system development in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Baby blues syndrome is a common condition experienced by mothers after childbirth and can negatively impact both the mother and her baby. Several contributing factors include lack of mental preparedness due to young maternal age and limited parenting experience, as well as the number of children a mother has. This study aimed to identify the factors associated with the occurrence of baby blues syndrome at the Teling Community Health Center in Manado. This was an observational analytic study using a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique applied was simple random sampling with a total of 59 respondents. Data collection was conducted using the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program and the Chi-Square test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results revealed a significant relationship between maternal age and the occurrence of baby blues syndrome (P-value = 0.000 < α 0.05), as well as between parity and baby blues syndrome (P-value = 0.008 < α 0.05). In conclusion, maternal age and parity are significantly correlated with the occurrence of baby blues syndrome at the Teling Health Center. It is recommended that nurses, as healthcare providers, address not only the physical needs of postpartum mothers but also their psychological well-being. Early identification of emotional disturbances and collaboration with other healthcare professionals in providing counseling and promoting bonding between mother and baby during the postpartum period are essential to ensure optimal maternal mental health and healthy infant development

Dunstan Baby Language (DBL) identifies five distinct infant vocalizations (“neh”, “owh”, “eh”, “eairh”, “heh”), each associated with a specific need. An Android application, Madzas, translates these vocalizations, aiding caregiver understanding. This study, conducted within a Community Service (PKM) program focused on village community development, investigated the impact of Madzas on the accuracy of care provided to infants by first-time mothers in the Bangetayu Public Health Centre Service Area. This true experimental study, employing a case-control approach, was conducted in the Bangetayu Public Health Centre Service Area, Semarang city. The study population consisted of primiparous mothers with infants aged 1-3 months, with a sample size of 46 mothers selected using purposive sampling. The participants were divided into case and control groups. The data were analysed using the Mann-Whitney U test, revealing a statistically significant effect (p < 0.05) of using the Madsaz application on the accuracy of care provided by the mothers. The findings indicated a high accuracy rate (z = 2.094) in treatment decisions among the mothers who used the application, supporting the hypothesis that the application positively influences caregiving accuracy in the studied population.

Exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of a baby's life is an important foundation for optimal growth and development. However, the success of an exclusive breastfeeding program is not only determined by the role of the mother, but also depends heavily on the support of the husband as the main companion. This community service activity aims to increase the involvement of husbands in supporting exclusive breastfeeding for the first child through an educational and participatory approach. The target of this activity was a married couple who were waiting for the birth of their first child in Bengkulu City. The implementation of the program is carried out through a series of activities in the form of counseling, interactive discussions, and continuous assistance during pregnancy up to six months after childbirth. Evaluation was carried out using pretest and posttest to measure changes in knowledge and attitudes, as well as observation of the husband's direct involvement in the breastfeeding process. The results showed a significant increase in husbands' knowledge and attitudes towards the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, as well as an increase in their involvement in supporting their wives both emotionally and practically. These findings confirm that education that actively involves husbands can be an effective strategy in supporting the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Therefore, breastfeeding counseling and mentoring programs in the community should be designed holistically by involving both parents as a supportive unit.

Mother's milk (ASI) has an important role in increasing the baby's immune system and baby's weight. Breast milk production that is not strong enough causes the baby's needs to not be fulfilled and the failure of exclusive breastfeeding. Based on a survey conducted by the research and development agency in the field of Health, it was found that 46% of the inability to breastfeed occurred due to lack of breast care, 25% due to the frequency of breastfeeding less than 8x/day, 14% due to newborns (LBW), 10% premature, and 5% due to acute or chronic disease. The decrease in breast milk production during the puerperium can be caused by a lack of stimulation of the hormones prolactin and oxytocin which play a very important role in the smooth production of breast milk. Marmet massage and oxytocin massage are safe ways to stimulate the breasts to produce more milk.

In order to improve the welfare of the community, it is expected that the government will also participate in improving health standards, especially for mothers. This is because healthy mothers will produce superior generations. The best food for babies is breast milk, therefore it is expected that mothers can give their babies exclusive breast milk so that the baby's growth and development are optimal and grow into a healthy, intelligent and productive adult generation. Breastfeeding itself also has obstacles including sore nipples, babies who often cry. Oxytocin massage aims to increase breast milk production in mothers in labor. The implementation of this community service is aimed at prospective breastfeeding mothers and breastfeeding mothers. This activity took place at the Afisya Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method of implementing assistance and application of oxytocin massage consists of refreshing the knowledge and skills of midwives in implementing oxytocin massage. The results of this community service can improve the knowledge and skills of midwives in implementing oxytocin massage. There was an increase in midwives' knowledge by 53% and skills by 100% and all mothers in labor gave breast milk to their mothers. It is hoped that the implementation of oxytocin massage will be applied to all mothers giving birth so that mothers can provide exclusive breastfeeding.

Breast milk (ASI) is the primary and best food for infants because it contains almost all the nutrients in the right composition to meet the needs of the baby for optimal growth and development. Breastfeeding mothers require additional nutrients such as carbohydrates, protein, and iron. One of the food ingredients that contains carbohydrates, protein, and iron is sorghum and katuk leaves. Sorghum is rich in carbohydrates and protein, while katuk leaves contain lactagogue, which helps increase breast milk production. This study aims to analyze the effect of sorghum flour substitution and the addition of katuk leaves in wet noodles on the level of preference, organoleptic quality, and nutritional content of wet noodles as an alternative food for breastfeeding mothers. This study used a true experimental method with a 3x2 factorial design, involving three levels of sorghum flour substitution (10%, 20%, 30%) and two levels of katuk leaf flour addition (2%, 4%). A preference test was conducted with 35 panelists, while an organoleptic quality test was conducted with 25 panelists using a hedonic scale, analyzed with Friedman, Wilcoxon, and Two-Way Anova tests. The results showed that sorghum flour and katuk leaf flour substitutions significantly affected preference levels in terms of color, aroma, texture, and taste, with formula X1Y1 being the most preferred. Sorghum flour and katuk leaf flour substitution affected the organoleptic quality parameters of color and texture but did not influence aroma and taste. The best nutritional content of noodles from the preference test in formula X1Y1 (10% sorghum, 2% katuk leaves) per 100 grams was 6.08% protein, 42.51% carbohydrates, and 3.11% iron.
