In the healthcare sector, patient revisit intention serves as an important measure of hospital success, influencing financial stability, operational effectiveness, and long-term patient retention. With increasing competition, hospitals must strengthen trust, improve service quality, and maintain a positive institutional image to retain patients. This study focuses on the declining number of non-BPJS (non-insured) patients at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Hospital, Cengkareng, which impacts revenue sustainability. The research aims to assess how trust and customer perceived value affect revisit intention, and whether hospital image moderates these relationships. A quantitative approach was applied using a structured questionnaire distributed to 95 non-BPJS outpatients who had previously sought treatment more than once. Data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method via SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that both trust and perceived value significantly and positively influence revisit intention, implying that patients with strong trust and satisfaction tend to return. Although hospital image directly influences revisit intention, it does not significantly moderate the link between perceived value and revisit intention. Therefore, hospitals are advised to enhance patient trust and perceived value while sustaining a credible institutional image to strengthen loyalty among non-BPJS patients

BPJS Health experienced losses due to stopped payment of contributions for participants who had utilized delivery services of more than 200 billion in a period of 2 years. It was recorded that 64.7% of mothers who were about to give birth registered as participants a month before giving birth and then stopped (43%) or behaved in adverse selection in payments after delivery. The largest percentage comes from independent participants or Non-Wage Recipient Participants (PBPU). In Jambi Province, non-compliance in paying BPJS Health contributions is highest in Jambi City. It was recorded that 77,489 participants were in arrears in 2021, resulting in losses of 60.1 billion. Non-compliance with paying contributions is adverse selection behavior. The aim of this study is to analyze the factors causing adverse selection behavior among independent participants in paying post-natal JKN contributions in Jambi City.  Quantitative study approach with a cross-sectional design carried out in Jambi City. Respondents totaling 96 people were selected based on accidental sampling technique. The study instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis consists of univariate analysis stages and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The study results found that as many as 33.3% of independent participants behaved in adverse selection when paying JKN contributions after giving birth. There is a significant relationship between the factors number of family members (p=0.001), knowledge (0.000), perception of illness (p=0.001), clinical assessment (p=0.000), and willingness to pay (WTP) with adverse selection behavior in independent JKN participants postpartum. It is recommended that BPJS Health consider implementing a waiting period method for participants who will utilize maternity services. As well as increasing promotive activities for the Jambi City Government in educating and increasing public awareness about the importance of health insurance in protecting household finances.

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is closely related to the low number of pregnant women visiting the Community Health Center (Puskesmas). This situation can occur due to patient dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided by health facilities, which can lead to patients deciding not to undergo check-ups at the Puskesmas or going to non-medical personnel, which can lead to complications in pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of health service quality on patient satisfaction among third-trimester pregnant women at Pucakwangi 2 Pati Community Health Center. This study adopted a quantitative, observational, analytical, cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted at Pucakwangi 2 Pati Community Health Center in October 2023. The sample size was 42 third-trimester pregnant women using BPJS services. The sampling method used was total sampling, and the results were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney statistical test. The results showed that the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy were related to patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the assurance dimension was not related to patient satisfaction because the p-value was 0.356. Four quality dimensions were found to be related to patient satisfaction, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy dimensions on the satisfaction of pregnant women in the third trimester at Pucakwangi 2 Community Health Center, Pati. Meanwhile, no relationship was found between the assurance dimension and the satisfaction of pregnant women in the third trimester at Pucakwangi 2 Community Health Center, Pati. This finding indicates that improving the quality of health services, especially in the aspects of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy, is very important to increase the satisfaction of pregnant women. The Community Health Center needs to conduct continuous evaluation and improvement in maternal health services to encourage regular visits by pregnant women, reduce the risk of complications, and contribute to reducing maternal mortality in the Pucakwangi 2 Community Health Center's working area.

This study aims to examine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), workload, and compensation on employee productivity at PT Cahaya Karya Bersama. The background of this research lies in the importance of human resource management in enhancing company performance amid intense business competition. Despite the company’s efforts in providing safety facilities and implementing OHS systems, issues still arise such as low employee awareness of safety procedures, unequal workload distribution, and dissatisfaction with compensation systems, particularly in relation to BPJS Health services. This study employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents via Google Form, with data analyzed using SPSS 25. The results indicate that partially, OHS, workload, and compensation variables have a significant effect on employee productivity. Furthermore, these three variables also jointly contribute significantly to productivity enhancement. Therefore, the company must further optimize OHS implementation, ensure workload alignment with employee capacity, and improve its compensation system to create a productive and sustainable work environment.

The background of this research is based on the importance of good management of inactive participant archives to support the smooth running of administrative services, considering that inactive participant archives still have utility value, especially as evidence of claims and participant audits. This research has the objectives of (1) Knowing the principles of organizing inactive participant archives at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun. (2) Knowing the filing/storage system for inactive participant archives at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun. (3) Knowing the role of archivists/archive officers at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun. (4) Knowing the obstacles and solutions carried out in managing inactive participant archives at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, through observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. The results of this study (1) The principle used by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun is a combined principle, because the storage of active archives and inactive archives is carried out separately, active archives are in the membership room while inactive archives are in the archive room. (2) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan applies a numeric system by sorting the Company Registration Number (NPP) from the smallest to the largest so that it is easy to find archives when needed. (3) The role of archivists is very much needed, but in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun there is a streamlining of the organizational structure resulting in the absence of archivists within it. (4) Archive management is still faced with several obstacles, such as limited storage space, still carried out manually, and a lack of workers with special competencies in the field of archiving. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun Branch has also attempted to overcome these obstacles by digitizing participant archives, although the implementation has not been fully integrated into an adequate electronic archive management system. The conclusion of this study is the need to increase the capacity of human resources in archiving, optimize storage space and facilities, and develop an integrated digital system to achieve more effective and efficient management of inactive membership records.

The Child Identity Card (KIA) is an official document issued to children aged 0–17 years as a form of early recognition and protection of legal identity. The issuance of the KIA aims to support orderly population administration, facilitate access to public services, and strengthen child protection in various social, educational, and health aspects. In Bintan Regency, this policy has been implemented since 2017 and was reinforced through Regent Regulation No. 6 of 2022. However, in 2024, the KIA ownership rate only reached 53.48%, the lowest figure in the Riau Islands Province. This figure indicates a serious gap between policy and implementation in the field. In fact, the Bintan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office's Work Plan (Renja) set the KIA ownership target for 2024 at 65%, with the final realization being only 62%. This study aims to examine the factors influencing the low KIA ownership rate. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of Disdukcapil officials and the community as service recipients. The implementation model used was Merilee S. Grindle's theory, which emphasizes six critical variables in policy success, including resources, communication, and implementer characteristics. The results of the study indicate that despite an increase in demand for KIA due to administrative requirements in education services, BPJS, and social programs, significant obstacles remain. These obstacles include limited outreach, a lack of service infrastructure in coastal and remote areas, and technical constraints such as a suboptimal online system. Therefore, acceleration strategies are needed, such as increasing the intensity of cross-sector outreach, integrating KIA services into integrated health post (Posyandu) and school programs, adding mobile services, and training local human resources.

In early 2024, deaths from Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) increased again in Indonesia, with the number of cases higher than the previous year. This condition raises concerns because DHF remains a serious public health problem. The World Health Organization (WHO) emphasized that the key to reducing mortality lies not only in early detection but also in public access to fast, effective, and equitable health services. This statement aligns with the second point in the document "National Dengue Control Strategy 2021–2025" issued by the Ministry of Health, in which the government is committed to strengthening health security. In efforts to ensure this strengthening, public participation plays a crucial role, particularly through the public oversight function channeled through the media. The media acts as a bridge of information and a tool of social control over government performance, including in monitoring the provision of health services by BPJS Kesehatan. This study aims to analyze how news about health security reaches the public, using Brand24 media monitoring as an analytical tool. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, focusing on mapping issues, sentiments, and narratives developing in the digital space. The analysis showed that news containing the keyword "BPJS Kesehatan" was dominated by positive news, with several minor topics discussing aspects of public service. This finding indicates a media tendency to project a positive image of the institution, although further study is needed regarding media bias in the context of health security reporting in Indonesia. Future research is expected to explore the relationship between media framing, public interest, and the effectiveness of national health programs.

A cooperation agreement is a legal instrument that underlies the regulation of rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the parties involved in a collaboration. In the context of public health financing, this agreement aims to ensure access to adequate health services, especially for disadvantaged groups. Along with the reform of the health sistem in Indonesia in recent years, the government has sought to improve accessibility and quality of services through the transformation of the health financing sistem. The National Health Sistem (SKN) as the main framework is organized to ensure equitable health services. One of the crucial components in the SKN is health financing which is realized through the National Health Insurance (JKN). Legal provisions regarding the form and mechanism of this collaboration have been regulated in Law Number 17 of 2023, specifically Article 4 paragraphs (1) and (2), which emphasize that collaboration between BPJS and central and regional government institutions is carried out through a written agreement, which can be in the form of a memorandum of understanding, operational cooperation, functional cooperation, or other forms mutually agreed upon.

The implementation of the Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Surgery (ERACS) method as an innovation in the Sectio Cesarea (SC) surgical procedure aims to accelerate recovery, minimize pain, and improve patient comfort. Although it has been clinically proven, there is still limited research exploring patients' subjective experiences with this method, particularly in eastern Indonesia. This study aims to explore in depth the physical, emotional, psychological experiences, as well as perceptions of service and patient expectations after undergoing SC with the ERACS method at Banggai Laut General Hospital. The study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with purposively selected informants and analyzed using Braun & Clarke's thematic analysis technique. The results showed that patients experienced rapid physical recovery, minimal pain, and were able to mobilize early. Emotionally, patients felt calm and stable, supported by good communication with medical staff and family support. However, information about the ERACS procedure before surgery was still perceived as lacking detail. Patients also hope that this method continues to be implemented with improvements in educational aspects and financial support from BPJS. Patients' experiences with the ERACS method are generally very positive and reflect the success of this approach not only clinically but also in creating a more comfortable, efficient, and humane childbirth experience. This study recommends enhancing preoperative education, postoperative monitoring, and more inclusive financial support systems.

Employment insurance is an important instrument in the social protection of workers. In Indonesia, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has launched various insurance programs, including JKK, JKM, JHT, and JKP. However, the effectiveness of these programs in improving the welfare of workers, especially the informal sector which accounts for more than 59% of the workforce, remains a question. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and linear regression methods on secondary data from BPJS and BPS for the last five years. The results show that there is an imbalance in participation between the formal and informal sectors due to low literacy and limited regulations. This research produces a databased participatory recommendation model to improve the effectiveness of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program and encourage social inclusion for all workers.

This study aims to determine how inactive membership archives are managed at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun Branch. The background of this study is based on the importance of good management of inactive membership archives to support smooth administrative services, considering that inactive membership archives still have utility value, especially as evidence of claims and membership audits. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the management of inactive membership archives includes the stages of creation, use, maintenance, and reduction of archives which are carried out according to procedures from the head office. Archives are arranged based on the Company Registration Number (CRN) so that it is easy to find archives when needed. However, archive management is still faced with several obstacles, such as limited storage space, the process is still carried out manually, and the lack of workers with special competencies in the fields of archiving BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun Branch has also attempted to overcome these obstacles by digitizing membership archives, although its implementation has not been fully integrated into an adequate electronic archive management system. The conclusion of this study is that the management of inactive membership archives at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Rawamangun Branch has been running quite well, but still needs to be improved, especially in strengthening technology, adding competent workers, and improving supporting facilities and infrastructure. This is important so that the archive management process can run more effectively and efficiently, and support the achievement of excellent service to participants.

This study aims to analyze the impact of layoffs (PHK) on the decline in people's purchasing power and Indonesia's economic growth in 2025. Layoffs are predicted to increase due to various factors such as tax hikes, subsidy restrictions, and decreased purchasing power. The study uses a quantitative method with secondary data from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Bank Indonesia, and other relevant institutions, as well as consumer survey data to measure the decline in purchasing power. The results show that layoffs significantly reduce people's purchasing power, which in turn negatively affects household consumption and national economic growth. The MSME and informal sectors are also affected by this decline in purchasing power. The study recommends policies that support industries prone to layoffs, revise layoff requirements, and maintain macroeconomic stability to prevent mass layoffs and minimize their impact on Indonesia's economy.

The National Health Insurance (JKN) program is a strategic initiative by the Indonesian government to ensure accessible and affordable healthcare for all citizens. Based on literature review and analysis of secondary data, the JKN program significantly contributes to reducing direct household health expenditures (Out-of-Pocket/OOP), particularly among low-income and vulnerable populations. However, several challenges remain, including additional outlays for uncovered services such as non-generic medications and inpatient class upgrades, as well as limitations in health infrastructure. Furthermore, the integration of digital technology through the JKN Mobile application demonstrates a high level of effectiveness in administrative efficiency and user participation. This platform has expanded healthcare accessibility and improved user satisfaction, although digital literacy and technological disparities persist. Hence, strengthening technology-based policies and conducting regular evaluations are essential for ensuring the sustainability and equity of the JKN program implementation.

Legal protection of personal health data amidst the rapid digitalization of health services, such as telemedicine, electronic medical records, and online consultation applications is very important. Sensitive health data requires careful management, but in fact, many digital service providers in Indonesia have not implemented adequate security standards. The case of the BPJS Kesehatan participant data leak is a real example of the weakness of the data protection system, coupled with the practice of data misuse by digital platforms without valid consent. The method used is qualitative with a normative legal approach, through a literature study of primary and secondary regulations such as Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), the ITE Law, and related Government Regulations and Permenkes. The results of the study show that although regulations are comprehensively available, implementation in the field still faces serious challenges such as the lack of appointment of Data Protection Officers (DPOs), weak supervision, and low awareness of data protection. Real threats such as cyber attacks, data leaks due to negligence, and misuse by third parties are the main issues. Electronic system providers have a great responsibility in building an information security system, preparing privacy policies, and implementing the principle of "privacy by design".

Effectiveness is a fundamental component that functions to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set in an organization or program. BPJS organizes the Work Accident Insurance (JKK) program to provide protection and a sense of security to workers against the risk of work accidents in the form of financial support. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, field observations, and documentation reviews. The data analysis process includes the stages of data reduction, information presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, this study uses a triangulation method that includes source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that in general the implementation of the work accident insurance program at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has been carried out effectively, in accordance with the three main indicators of effectiveness used as references in this study. However, in the indicator of achieving program objectives, there are still several targets that have not been fully realized. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Work Accident Insurance program at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilandak Branch Office, South Jakarta, has shown good effectiveness, although there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of achieving program objectives as a whole.

The incidence of chronic diseases is not comparable to the ratio of chronic disease service utilization in Jambi City. Data from BPJS Kesehatan Jambi states that Talang Banjar Health Center is a health center with the lowest achievement of the Controlled Chronic Disease Management Program Participant Ratio (RPPT) of 0.55% from ≥ 5%. It is suspected that the behavior of chronic disease sufferers influences this figure. The study aims to analyze the behavior of health service utilization by chronic disease patients in the work area of Talang Banjar Health Center, Jambi City. Quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The research sample was selected through the Total Sampling Technique, namely all prolanis participants who have been registered at Talang Banjar Health Center, Jambi City, totaling 75 respondents. Data analysis using the chi square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between Education (p = 0.049), knowledge (p = 0.000), accessibility (p = 0.043), and perception of disease (0.020) with prolanis utilization. There is no relationship between age (p = 0.254), gender (p = 0.383), occupation (p = 1.000), and health worker attitudes (p = 0.320) with the utilization of prolanis health services. It is concluded that education, knowledge, accessibility and perception of disease factors influence patient behavior in utilizing Prolanis services.

Healthcare financing for patients covered by BPJS Kesehatan in hospitals is carried out through a claims mechanism. Delayed BPJS Kesehatan claims represent a critical issue within the healthcare service context in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to identify management strategies that can expedite the eligibility of BPJS Kesehatan claims at Restu Ibu Hospital in Balikpapan. This research is conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The informants consisted of one doctor, three coders, and one verifier. The study begins by identifying the claim service system situation, focusing on both internal aspects (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external aspects (opportunities and Threats), also known as SWOT analysis. This study identifies several strategies, including: 1) Enhancing the competence of staff and medical personnel through regular training; 2) Developing a more advanced and integrated information system; 3) Improving communication with BPJS Kesehatan; 4) Improving documentation and data verification; and 5) Strengthening coordination with relevant units.
