This abstract explores strategic human resource planning (HRP) as a pivotal approach to navigating the complexities posed by digital transformation. The advent of digital technologies has revolutionized industries, requiring organizations to adapt swiftly to remain relevant and efficient. Strategic HRP involves aligning workforce capabilities and organizational goals with the demands and opportunities presented by digital advancements. Key considerations include forecasting future workforce needs, identifying critical skill gaps, and implementing robust talent acquisition and development strategies. Moreover, effective HRP entails leveraging data analytics and predictive modeling to anticipate HR requirements and optimize workforce planning initiatives.The challenges of the digital era necessitate proactive measures in talent management, such as upskilling current employees and recruiting digitally savvy talent. Organizations must foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability to thrive in a digitally disrupted environment. In today's digital age, the integration of business management principles with computer science and technology has become increasingly vital for organizations seeking sustainable growth and competitive advantage. This study delves into the multifaceted relationship between business management and computer science, exploring integration strategies, challenges, and the resultant implications. The objective of this research is to comprehensively analyze the integration of business management and computer science, shedding light on effective strategies, potential challenges, and the overall impact on organizational performance and innovation. This study adopts a library research approach, encompassing a thorough review of existing literature, scholarly articles, case studies, and industry reports. Information is gathered from reputable databases such as PubMed, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, and Google Scholar. The collected data are analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns, trends, and insights into the integration of business management and computer science. The findings of this research highlight various integration strategies employed by organizations to leverage computer science and technology for enhancing business management practices. These strategies encompass the adoption of data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and other emerging technologies to streamline operations, optimize decision-making processes, and gain competitive advantage. Moreover, the study identifies challenges associated with integration, including data security concerns, skills gap, resistance to change, and ethical implications. Despite these challenges, successful integration initiatives have demonstrated significant improvements in organizational efficiency, innovation capability, and market positioning

Introduction and use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is increasingly widespread in various aspects of human life. In the context of community service, AI has great potential to improve the quality of life of people through a variety of innovative applications. This article discusses how AI can be used in community service, including practical applications in the field of education. Student Data Management: Al Ihsan Foundation can use AI to manage orphan student data such as personal data, academic data, and health data. AI-supported data management systems can integrate this information better, thus enabling more personalized and customized services. Learning and Development: AI can be used to develop online learning platforms that are tailored to individual student learning needs. AI systems analyze student learning preferences and progress and recommend the most effective learning materials and methods. By leveraging AI, younger generations can create exciting, high-quality content without having to have specialized expertise in graphic design or video editing. For example, technologies such as Canva Magic Studio leverage artificial intelligence to make it easier to make exciting designs.The training aims to provide a better understanding to the younger generation of the basic concepts of AI and its applications in everyday life, including in the creation of creative digital content. Hopefully, with a better understanding of AI, the younger generation will be able to develop their creative potential and use it for a variety of positive purposes in their lives.

This research aims to explore strategies for cultivating exceptional talent in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating interviews, surveys, and case studies to gather comprehensive data. The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.
