Stereotypes and abnormal behaviour (SAB) exhibited by long-tailed macaques (LTMs) have attracted the attention of behavioural study, although caused by many factors. Mostly found in captivity, it can also occur in the natural environment. This study aims to review several scientific articles on SAB in LTMs, as well as for environmental enrichment conditions. This study used a web-based survey to collect all scientific publications related to SAB in LTMs with a statistical correlation test to determine the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and the regression test to determine the effects of the number of individuals observed, as well as SAB types in LTMs. This study used two variables: the number of individuals and SAB types and sorted by rank. The statistical correlation result shows that the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and publication's year is positive correlate. The regression test result shows that the total number of individuals observed is significantly different (p-value<0.05, one-tailed) between SAB types. The primary goal of stimulating environmental enrichment is to give pleasant options for animals based on the treatment object in the study supplied while emphasising animal welfare and promoting research effectiveness.

This study aims to obtain an overview of the application of the discussion method in Islamic Religious Education learning for class XI students at SMA Mandala Trikora Jayapura, and to determine the impact of the application of this method on students' learning enthusiasm. The discussion method is seen as one of the learning strategies that can encourage active involvement of students in the learning process, so it is expected to increase student participation, understanding, and learning motivation in following Islamic Religious Education learning in class. This study uses a qualitative approach with the researcher as the main instrument. The data sources in this study consist of primary data obtained from Islamic Religious Education teachers and class XI students of SMA Mandala Trikora Jayapura, as well as secondary data derived from various relevant references such as books, scientific journals, theses, and other supporting documents. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is tested through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation (data display), and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Mandala Trikora Jayapura has implemented the discussion method as one of the learning strategies. This method is implemented through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the implementation stage, the teacher first provides an explanation to students, then randomly divides them into groups to discuss the material presented. The implementation of the discussion method has had positive impacts, including increased student engagement with peers and the teacher, increased self-confidence in expressing opinions, and improved speaking skills in front of peers. However, some challenges arise, such as some students being less active in thinking and discussing, resulting in passive participation in group activities.

The rapid development of technology has attracted the attention of researchers to conduct research, especially on the impact of social media and changes in people's lifestyles on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in Klaten City. This study aims to examine the empirical model: The influence of social media and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in the city of Klaten. The research is a survey research, the data collected is secondary data and primary data by taking the people in the city of Klaten as the object of research. Data collection is in the form of a list of questions (questionnaires) both open and closed questions. In this study, it will be known how much influence social media has on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products. The results of the study using the IBM SPSS version 28.0 program stated that social media has a very strong influence on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in the city of Klaten as evidenced by the number of consumers who buy and know Sophie Martin products through social media as much as 67.2% which can be seen from the results. research correlation test with a strong degree of correlation between social media and purchasing decisions. While the regression analysis states that lifestyle has no influence on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products. While the correlation analysis states that lifestyle affects 59% with the category of moderate degree of correlation.

This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

This study aims to utilize rice washing wastewater as a potential raw material for bioethanol production using enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation methods. The wastewater is treated with amylase enzyme to break down starch into simple sugars, which are then fermented using yeast to produce ethanol. The research involves optimizing process conditions such as temperature, pH, enzyme concentration, and fermentation time. The results indicate that rice washing wastewater has the potential to be an efficient raw material for bioethanol production. Thus, this study contributes to the development of renewable energy sources and the utilization of agricultural waste to create a more sustainable economic cycle.  

Stunting is defined as the condition of children aged 0 – 59 months, where the height for age is below minus 2 standard deviations (<-2SD) from the WHO median standard. It is further said that stunting will have an impact and is associated with disrupted brain development processes, which in the short term will affect cognitive abilities. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and economic status on the incidence of stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is Cross Sectional Study. The sample in this study was all toddlers who experienced stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency, totaling 31 toddlers using the total sampling technique. The results of the research state that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a relationship between economic status and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and economic status and the incidence stunting in East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. It is hoped that nutrition officers and cadres can increase posyandu visits and carry out health promotions about stunting to the community

The purpose of this study was to determine leadership style and work stress on employee performance in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office. As for this type of research, it is causal quantitative research. The analytical techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and t-tests using as many as 32 samples,namely the apparatus who works in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office Office As for the results obtained, it shows that: 1. Leadership style affects the performance of employees in the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office 2. Work stress affects the performance of employees at the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office.

The company exports its food ingredients to Asia, Australia and Europe. This research will review the strategic management of a company, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. In this study the authors used qualitative method techniques with a descriptive qualitative method approach. This study shows that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk carries out strategic management by promoting it on various platforms such as Instagram and TV shows. Then another management strategy is to continue to innovate to produce new products that can attract the attention of consumers and have added value.  

Outdoor Digital Printing Machine is a printing machine or digital printing machine whose printouts are intended for outdoors and are weather-resistant, both hot, sunlight and rain. Outdoor machines use a special type of ink, namely solvent ink. The principle of the outdoor machine itself is to print the design results that were previously in the computer. The research method used is the R&D method. By using the R&D method, the results obtained to determine the speed of the outdoor engine on the printhead motor with LOW mode have a speed of 124 m/s, MIDELL mode has a speed of 161 m/s, while HIIGH mode has a speed of 241 m/s. s. The results obtained to determine consumer satisfaction with the speed of the print rate through the time of using the machine using the Guttman scale, namely the overall process time of the outdoor digital printing printing machine on customer satisfaction has a conformity, which is indicated by the percentage of answers "Yes" an average of 75%.

This research is quantitative to answer questions about the influence of service quality and promotion on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 Shopee marketplace customers at Panca Budi University. The model used is Multiple Regression and processed using SPSS. The research results indicate that service quality and promotion together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The promotion has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The determinant coefficient, in this case, means that 82.5% of consumer purchase satisfaction can be obtained and explained by service quality and promotion.

Ziya is a cousin of Bardi, while Sukma is a symbol of a Muslim woman who is characterized by wearing a khimar and syar'i robe that covers her genitals. Sukma's character is different from Ziya, the depiction of Sukma's character is an energetic woman who seems shy. But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.00), so there was a better effect between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that manual therapy is useful in treating patients with lower back pain to reduce pain in two groups. Radiation protection is a branch of science and engineering that discusses environmental health which is related to providing protection to a person or group of people from the possible negative consequences of ionizing radiation. This research aims to determine the implementation of radiation protection in the Radiology Installation at Dadi Hospital, South Sulawesi Province. This study uses research methods, namely conducting observations and interviews at the hospital. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of radiation protection in the Radiology Installation room at Dadi Hospital, South Sulawesi province was not in accordance with Bapeten's operational standards so its implementation was not optimal.

Nerve mobilization is often used as a form of diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions with nerve involvement (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization in the Lower Limb Tension Test (LLTT) is carried out at the branches of the Brachial plexus such as the radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. But here the author only discusses LLTT in the ishiadic nerve, namely LLTT 1 which is related to lower back pain. The aim is to determine physiotherapy management and the effect of Ultrasoundtherapy therapy and nerve mobilization using the LLTT 1 method in cases of lower back pain on reducing pain and increasing the functional ability of the hand. This research was carried out at the Laboratory of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of the 1945 NTT Teachers' Association University from July to September 2022. With the aim of 1) to determine the effect of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) on the death of house flies (Musca domestica). 2) to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) against the death of house flies (Musca domestica). The design used in this research was an experimental method for each papaya leaf extract concentration of 1%, 2% and 3% carried out 3 times. . The aim of the experiment was to provide accurate data on the death of house flies (Musca domestica) where the death of house flies that occurred in the study was due to the administration of papaya leaf extract. The results of the research showed that papaya leaf extract could kill house flies. This proves that papaya leaf extract is effective against the death of house flies. The appropriate concentration of papaya leaf extract for the death of houseflies from the tests that have been carried out is at a concentration of 1%, the lowest range and the highest range is 3%.

Women who use hormonal birth control have a 2.990 times greater risk of developing breast cancer than those who do not use hormonal contraceptives. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for the use of hormonal contraception for the incidence of breast cancer. The type of research used is an analytical survey using a case control design. A sample of 88 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling. The primary data in this study were obtained directly by interviewing respondents who had breast cancer. Secondary data was obtained from the medical records of Bhayangkara Makassar Hospital. Univariate analysis in this study was analyzed using frequency distribution tables and the percentages of each variable studied. Bivariate analysis After conducting univariate analysis, it was followed by bivariate analysis of the two variables that were suspected to be related or correlated, and then the data were analyzed. which shows that the distribution based on the length of use of hormonal contraception in the case group > 2 years is lower (65.9%) than in the control group (72.7%). occurrence of breast cancer. Society should be more cooperative in choosing the right contraception and avoid using contraception which can have a negative impact on health  

Assessment of individual performance in an organization is needed to improve organizational performance, not least in the basketball team. Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga is a basketball team in Indonesia that competes in the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL). All players have statistical values in a basketball game, including points, assists, blocks, rebounds, and steals. These five features can be used as a reference for coaches in determining the performance of players consisting of players with good, moderate, and poor performance. Feature selection determines the feature(s) that most affects a player's performance. In this study, a feature selection of the statistical value of players was carried out to assess the performance of basketball players. The data was obtained from IBL statistical data for the Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga team for the 2021 season. The method used was k-means and fuzzy c-means with feature selection. The experiment results showed that the point value was the main factor influencing players' performance. The comparison between the k-means and fuzzy c-means with the actual performance of the coaches' assessment shows that the fuzzy c-means algorithm has an accuracy rate of 1.0000, while the k-means algorithm is 0.8000. It means that the evaluation of the player's performance can be determined from the point value using the fuzzy c-means algorithm.
