In rural areas, there are fewer and fewer native chicken (non-breed or free-range) businesses run by household units. In other words, even though other households no longer raise free-range chickens, there are still households that do. When they have free-range chickens, they have the potential to earn more money than many other households. Furthermore, according to febroni (kompas.com), the native chicken livestock business has become one of the most promising in recent years. Year after year, the demand for chicken meat grows because there are more and more restaurants and street stalls selling native chicken menus. This statement is backed up by https://bukukas.co.id, which claims that "native chickens have their own market segment that is growing.". This phenomenon is worth researching in order to gain scientific knowledge about various aspects, especially the economic aspects of their income and social analysis in social life. According to the findings of this study, internal strategic factors affecting the livestock business of native chickens (non-breed) include population, health, feed availability, and capital. Furthermore, it has a positive impact on family income that the business of raising native (non-breed) chickens has, namely as a source of income for the surrounding population and as a producer of animal protein for the community, as well as additional income for the family

The concept of the smart city has emerged as a strategic response to rapid urbanization, increasing population density, and escalating environmental degradation. It is designed to create more efficient urban management through the integration of information and communication technologies, with the primary goal of enhancing public services, optimizing resource use, and improving citizens’ quality of life. One of its most significant promises is its potential to mitigate ecological challenges, particularly in monitoring and reducing air pollution levels. This study aims to analyze the impact of smart city implementation on urban ecology and quality of life, focusing on air quality as a key indicator. A quantitative comparative approach was applied, using both primary data from air quality measurements PM2.5, CO₂, NO₂, and AQI and secondary data from government reports, environmental agencies, and academic publications. The research was conducted in five major Asian cities recognized for adopting smart city initiatives. The results reveal varied outcomes: Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur demonstrated substantial improvements in air quality and livability, while Beijing and New Delhi continued to struggle with severe pollution. Jakarta showed partial progress, though improvements remain limited. These findings indicate that while technology is critical, it alone does not ensure ecological sustainability. Effective governance, public participation, and context-based strategies are equally crucial. This study highlights the need for smart city policies to prioritize ecological resilience and human well-being as central elements of sustainable urban development.

Quantum-Inspired Algorithms (QIAs) combine principles of quantum computing with classical evolutionary strategies to address complex optimization problems. This research explores the potential of QIAs in improving optimization processes, particularly in combinatorial and multi-objective optimization scenarios. The study focuses on the application of Quantum-Inspired Genetic Algorithms (QIGAs) and Quantum-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithms (QIEAs), assessing their effectiveness in solving classical problems like the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). Through computational simulations, the research compares the time convergence and solution accuracy of QIAs against traditional classical algorithms. The findings demonstrate that QIAs achieve faster convergence rates and higher-quality solutions, with accuracy levels reaching 98-99% of the global optimal solutions, while significantly reducing computational time. These results underline the advantages of QIAs in solving large and complex optimization problems, making them a promising alternative to traditional algorithms. Additionally, QIAs excel in avoiding local minima, a common pitfall of classical methods, due to their ability to explore the solution space more efficiently through quantum principles like superposition and interference. The implications of this study suggest that QIAs can be a valuable tool for tackling real-world optimization challenges, with potential applications in fields such as finance, logistics, telecommunications, and energy management. The research also indicates the necessity for further improvements in quantum-inspired algorithms' scalability and hardware integration, particularly for larger, more intricate optimization problems, to fully realize their potential in practical industrial applications.

Basically, the ingredients for forming concrete consist of cement, water, and aggregate, namely fine aggregate and coarse aggregate. The aggregates commonly used are natural aggregates, namely sand as fine aggregate and gravel or crushed stone as coarse aggregate. Sand as fine aggregate is obtained from mining processes in nature, especially in Indragiri Hulu district, sand mining occurs almost along the Indragiri river. Rock ash is generally dark in color (blackish gray), and consists of fairly coarse grains. When compared to sand, rock ash has a cheaper price. The method used in this study is the experimental method, namely research that aims to investigate causal relationships between one another and compare the results so as to make an innovation. The results of the tests that have been carried out by the author on variations in the addition of stone ash to the concrete mixture for fine aggregate with variations of 25%, 50% and 75%. The results of laboratory tests in this study found that the optimum percentage of rock ash as a substitute for sand was a variation of 50% rock ash with a compressive strength of 28 days of 19.60 Mpa. Rock ash on 50% test specimen can be used as a substitute for sand because in terms of compressive strength with the quality provisions K-225 meets the requirements with a value of 19.60 MPa.
