This research is intended to be able to apply the Waterfall method in developing a website-based queuing system at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Samarinda Ilir. With a primary focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, this study conducted additional evaluation through Black Box testing. This method systematically tests system functionality from the user side. The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. The results are expected to provide effective solutions in modernizing the queuing system, improving services, and meeting needs at the tax office.

Abstract. In the rapidly evolving era of information technology, digital records management is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of tax service tasks. This study thoroughly analyzes the existing digital archive system, emphasizing key aspects such as creation, storage, access, and management of digital records. Results reveal the potential of the digital archive system in the Tax Service Office Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung to boost records management efficiency and streamline information access. However, identified barriers include a limited understanding of the technology's full benefits and challenges in adapting to changes in work culture and traditional data management processes. These findings underscore the need for efforts to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of effective digital records management. Furthermore, strategic development, focusing on training, cultural change, and technology integration, is crucial for optimizing digital archive systems. This research enhances our comprehension of the digital archiving system's role in improving the performance and efficiency of the Service Section of the Tax Service Office Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung, offering insights for future improvements in tax-related tasks.

Based on research conducted in SMK NU 01 Kendal, especially in fashion drawing learning in class X busana butik still uses conventional learning with blackboard media, the learning media is less effective because it requires a lot of energy and time for learning material that contains many pictures and tutorials that need to be delivered repeatedly. This study found a solution that is the design of learning media using the Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) method, a system for delivering interactive multimedia-based learning with instructional material presented by means of a computer or computer system., so that it can help teachers deliver material effectively, and make students learn with high motivation because they are interested in multimedia systems that are able to present the appearance of text, images, videos, sounds and animations. The validation value by media experts shows that the value of 3.1 is classified as good / valid, and the validation results from material experts show a value of 3.5 which is categorized as very good / very valid, and an increase in the percentage value of effectiveness from 50.4% to 81.7%. and there is time efficiency, one of material such as collar images can save up to 18 minutes.

This material discusses the implementation of bandwidth management using Queue Tree at the Samarinda Class 1 Navigation District Head Office. The internet is identified as a basic need in the operations of this government agency, especially those related to shipping safety. This activity aims to improve work efficiency and user experience through proper bandwidth management. The solution to the problem proposed is to carry out network management at the main office of the Samarinda Class 1 Navigation District using Mikrotik. The method used has 3 stages, namely design, implementation and trial. - respectively, then at the implementation stage the procedures for implementing bandwidth management will be explained step by step. The implementation results are validated through trials using a speed tester.The results of testing and design were compared, and it was found that the average difference for downloading was 1.945 while for uploading it was 1.55.

Work productivity is an element where the success of a project requires effective time and cost. This study aims to determine the productivity of foundation and brick workers. The work study method is an operations management technique used to increase work efficiency. The results of the analysis on foundation work with 2 groups (1 worker and 1 worker) using work study and AHSP 2021 for 1m3 with 1:3:10 specs obtained a productivity of 12.92 1m3 for 3 working days with a cost per 1m3 using the work study method, namely Rp.639,306 and AHSP 2021 Rp.782,517 with a difference of Rp. 143,211. The total cost of workers in foundation work using the work study method is IDR 8,257,273 and the 2021 AHSP is IDR 10,106,990 with a difference of IDR 1,849,717. In brick work with 1 group (1 mason 1 worker) using work study and AHSP 2021 for 1m2 with 1:3:10 specs, the productivity is 106.99 m2 for 9 working days with a cost per 1m2 using the work study method, namely Rp.60,696 and AHSP 2021 Rp.68,834 with a difference of Rp.8,138. The total cost of workers on brick work using the work study method is IDR 6,488,408 and AHSP 2021 is IDR 7,358,312 with a difference of IDR 869,904.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of budget realization and financial performance at the personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of Pematang Siantar. The data used in this study is secondary data pbtained from the BKPSDM budget realization report data analysis the data used is quantitative analysis by calculating the efficiency ratio and growth ratio of budget realization in 2020-2022. The results of the study show that the performance of the budget realization Office of the personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Pematang Siantar from 2020-2022 can be seen from the analysis of the spending efficiency ratio with an average of 87.30% which reflects a fairly efficient, where the realization of spending is smaller than the budget. Then the analysis of spending variants Bkpsdm Pematang Siantar as a whole for 3 years showed good financial performance. Where from 2020-2022 Bkpsdm Pematang Siantar uses less than the budgeted amount.

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

This research contains the application of business combination accounting to the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia with the implementation of PSAK 22. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of business combinations on company performance and income. The research method used is a literature study of journals, websites and previous articles. The results of this research include an overview of the application of business combination accounting and its impact on company performance and income. Through financial performance analysis carried out using ROA, ROE, PER and NPM, the results show a rapid increase after the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. This research encourages companies to maintain their achievements and maintain the trust of investors and customers.

This research aims to develop a web-based palm oil sales application at the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. The research method used is a qualitative method, a case study carried out by researchers at the Palm Oil Research Center on Jl. Brigjend Katamso No. 51, kp. Baru, Medan. Researchers collect data through observations and interviews, then the data is processed and analyzed so as to obtain temporary assumptions to draw conclusions from the results of these observations. The research results show that the website, called my palm oil, can increase the effectiveness of palm oil sales, especially in marketing palm oil sprouts, fertilizers, pesticides and other superior products. However, there are several shortcomings that need to be corrected, such as limited features and lack of cooperation with expeditions and users cannot access the application freely like general buying and selling applications. Overall, My Sawit is a useful tool for those in the agricultural industry who are looking for an easy way to shop for palm oil seeds and other related products. The development of the My Sawit application is expected to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales of palm oil seeds and related products, as well as expanding PPKS market reach.

This article discusses the development of sharia banking in Indonesia, with a focus on the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. After experiencing the financial crisis in 1998 and the global crisis in 2008, Islamic banks continued to exist and showed resilience to the impact of the crisis. In 2015, the government plans to merge three state-owned sharia banks to increase efficiency and encourage sharia economic growth. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia based on profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data analysis from Bank Syariah Indonesia's financial reports for the 2021-2022 period. The research results show good financial performance, with profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios entering the good to very good category. This article contributes to understanding the contribution of Islamic banks to the national economy through financial performance evaluation.

The study investigates the effects of digital transformation on business electronics on the efficiency of sharia bank operations in Indonesia. Shariah banks in Indonesia are seeking to improve their operational efficiency through investments in digital transformation in the light of rapid technological change. Surveys, interviews, and data analysis from the leading sharia bank in Indonesia are used to conduct research. Studies show that implementing digital transformation into the sharia bank's business electronics system has helped improve operational efficiency, including reducing operating costs, providing better service to customers, and improving accessibility. This research aims to determine the effect of the use of digital money on the amount of money circulating in Indonesia. The method used is Library Research (Library) in this writing, this method uses books, and journals, both written and online. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the use of digital money brings efficiency in transactions, reduces operational costs, allows fast payments, and allows better transaction tracking. It changes the way we interact with finance, providing benefits to individuals, businesses, and the economy as a whole. However, it should be noted that security, regulation, and consumer protection are also important concerns in the development of this financial technology.

Efforts to improve the management of the RW 05 Waste Bank in Kreo sub-district are carried out through community service activities. One form of waste management in society is by utilizing waste banks. This waste bank collects household waste, sorts it, and resells it to other parties. Through the use of waste banks, waste can be processed into something that has economic value. In its management, waste banks use principles similar to the banking system, but on a smaller scale and are easier to run. Residents who live around the waste bank send their waste and their balance is recorded based on the economic value of the waste. The RW 05 waste bank management environment still faces a number of obstacles in its implementation. To improve waste bank management, this service program is carried out with various activities that provide economic value to residents. Efforts to improve waste bank management are carried out by implementing smash.id, in addition to providing assistance and training on creative products that use plastic waste. The aim of this step is to increase efficiency and progress in waste bank operations in rw.05 Kreo sub-district.

Compliance can also be defined as the attitude or behavior of individuals or groups in following and adhering to established rules, norms, or regulations. Compliance reflects an individual's adherence to prevailing standards, whether they be legal, organizational rules, ethics, social norms, or other provisions governing behavior and actions. The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Through compliance, an individual or group is expected to behave in accordance with established norms and not violate existing rules. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. Compliance can also be linked to an individual's responsibility towards their environment and the surrounding community. Through compliance, individuals contribute to the development and maintenance of norms that help preserve harmony and the common good. In various aspects of life, compliance is an important principle for maintaining social function and running organizations or communities efficiently and fairly.

This research analyzes various aspects of the role of ICT in the context of the efficiency of organizational support systems. By referring to the latest literature and through relevant case studies, this research identifies that ICT enables business process automation, increased access to information, improved internal communication, and support in more timely decision making. Through the implementation of software, database management systems, collaboration tools, and data security strategies, ICT helps organizations reduce manual work, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. The aim of this research isnto assess the implementation of Internasional Financial Reporting Standars (IFRS) at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk, especially inte accounting aspect of business combinations. This research method is quantitative and uses analysis through a literatur study approach. The data used was obtained from the financial report of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk for 2011, 2015,  daj 2018, taken from official company sources. Research findings show that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk has succesfully implemented the PSAK 22 business merger accounting standard (revised 2011, 2015, dan 2018) which as been adapted to IFRS with efficiency in preparing financial reports. The impact of this research is to provide a significant contribution in helping shreholders and other related partiesnij evaluating the extent to which companies comply with applicable financial reporting regulations.

This study aims to determine: (1) Production costs of the H. Asep cabbage nursery in Callingan Village, Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency; (2) Profitability of the H. Asep cabbage plant nursery in Callingan Village, Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency; (3) The marketing channel for the H. Asep cabbage plant nursery in Callingan Village, Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency; (4) The amount of marketing margin for cabbage seedlings for each level of the institution. The method used is descriptive quantitative and data collection is done by data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires as a guide. Respondents were determined by purposive sampling. The sample in this study is the owner of the business unit H. Asep Seeds. Data analysis methods used are cost analysis, profitability analysis, channel analysis and marketing efficiency. The results of this study are two patterns of marketing channels, namely (1) Producers ‒ final consumers, (2) Producers ‒ retailers ‒ final consumers. Based on the results of research on the business of H. Asep cabbage seedlings, the seeds can be said to be efficient with a price share of 73% to 81%.

The ornamental koi fish or nishikigoi is one of the ornamental fish that is in great demand because of its beautiful body shape and color, and is believed to bring profits by koi lovers in Indonesia. The ornamental koi fish commodity has succeeded in improving the community's economy and making it an alternative source of income besides rice. Farmers and koi cultivators in the area are formed in farming groups so that their production results are well organized even though the cultivation method used so far is still traditional. There are several difficulties experienced by farmers in analyzing the condition of fish in the koi fish ecosystem, scheduling feeding, and proper maintenance methods according to the type of koi fish. In an effort to increase the effectiveness of feed management, the "AQUA HATCH" application is proposed as a solution that can optimize the analysis of environmental conditions for Koi fish cultivation and develop appropriate feeding schedules. Through this technology, it is hoped that it can increase productivity, reduce the risk of disease, and minimize feed waste. The Koi fish farming environment is very dynamic, and factors such as water temperature, water quality, and meteorological conditions can influence the growth performance of the fish. By implementing the "AQUA HATCH" application, monitoring of these conditions can be done in real-time, enabling more timely decision making. In addition, this application will be equipped with an intelligent feed scheduling feature, considering aspects such as feed type, number of fish, and environmental conditions. Through this program, it is hoped that "WIB KOI Cultivation" can increase operational efficiency, optimizing resource use , and ultimately increase Koi fish production. Apart from that, this research is also directed at contributing to the development of technology in the field of fish cultivation, especially for business actors involved in cultivating Koi fish.
