Information and Communication Technology (ICT) offers new opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to innovate and enhance their competitiveness through various aspects such as products, processes, and business models. MSMEs play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, contributing approximately 60% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing over 97% of the workforce. Despite this, MSMEs often face challenges such as limitations in capital, technology, and market access. Digital transformation presents great potential to address these challenges by improving operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and developing more relevant products and services. Business model innovation, which involves the use of digital technology to create effective solutions, can enhance MSME performance, as demonstrated by previous research. However, barriers such as limited resources and digital skills often hinder technology adoption. This research aims to examine the role of innovation in the development of MSME business models in the digital era, focusing on the utilization of digital technology, success factors of innovation, and impacts on business performance. Additionally, the study will explore strategies to overcome obstacles in the innovation process. The research is expected to provide in-depth insights and practical recommendations for MSMEs in developing innovative and sustainable business models in the digital era.

The film "Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck" (TKVDW) depicts a tragic intercultural romance and represents the richness of Bugis culture woven into its narrative. This research aims to analyze the representation of Bugis culture in the film through a semiotic approach. Bugis cultural symbols, both visual and verbal, are identified and interpreted in intercultural communication. The results show that the film successfully presents Bugis cultural symbols rich in meaning, ranging from traditional clothing, language, to values such as siri' (self-esteem) and lempu' (leadership). These symbols are not only markers of identity but also play a role in intercultural communication as a bridge and a source of conflict. The representation of Bugis culture in the film also shows the power dynamics between Bugis, Minangkabau, and Dutch cultures during the colonial era. This research is expected to contribute to cultural and communication studies, especially in understanding the representation of Bugis culture in popular media.

Describing real, imaginary, and symbolic analysis in Miracle in Cell No. 7 using Jacques Lacan's psychoanalytic theory was the goal of this research. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The instrument used is the documentation of the film. Data collection techniques are used to study libraries, recording and recording techniques that cover scenes, clips, durations, and setting aspects. This research discusses the internalization of Islamic religious values ​​in the formation of students' character at 116 State Elementary Schools, Buton Regency. The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Tegal Regency in 2022 reached a high number, namely 27 cases, 13 of which occurred during the postpartum period, 10 cases during pregnancy, 4 cases during childbirth. Based on data obtained from the Lebaksiu Community Health Center from September to October 2023, there were no maternal and infant deaths. The number of pregnant women at high risk was 115 cases. These include pregnant women with breech presentation, Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED), age < 20 years, age > 35 years, child spacing < 2, history of CS, TB < 145 cm, HBSAg (+), HIV (+), anemia, history asthma, grand multipara, history of abortion, history of PEB and syphilis (+). The aim of this study was to examine obstetric cases with breech presentation and CED. This research uses a case study approach. The research subject was pregnant mother Mrs. S is 24 years old with breech presentation and CED. Data was taken from September to November 2023. Data was taken using interviews, observation and documentation, the results during the subject's pregnancy were successful in making the pregnancy normal. However, during labor, fetal hypoxia was experienced, so collaboration was carried out with the doctor, after management was carried out according to the doctor's advice, the fetal condition was normal and a SC delivery was carried out. During the postpartum period and the newborn is in normal and healthy condition. Suggestion: it is hoped that if a similar case is found there needs to be collaboration with doctors during pregnancy until postpartum, apart from that it is necessary to involve the family during pregnancy until postpartum.  

The human resources aspect is the most important thing for companies, especially to achieve organizational goals, because the success or failure of an organization is greatly influenced by human factors as people who carry out the work. One of the targets of human resource management in the organizational management function concerns employee performance issues. Employees at the Sewing Department PT. Pan Brothers Tbk Boyolali has an unstable level of performance, which can affect the achievement of company goals. This research aims to explain the factors that can influence a person's performance, such as leadership style, work culture and physical work environment which can influence employee performance. The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, and 47 civil servant respondents were selected as the sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research includes: data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial significant test (t statistical test) from the research analysis and discussion show that; transactional leadership style, with a t value of 1,555, this value is smaller than t table 1,669. This explains that the Transactional Leadership variable has no effect on the Employee Performance variable. Work Culture, with a t value of 3,033, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Work Culture variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Physical Work Environment, with a t value of 2,467, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Physical Work Environment variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous significant test (f test) show that Fcount 5,600 > Ftable 2,751 with a significance value of 0.002. So it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely Transactional Leadership (X1), Work Culture (X2) and Physical Work Environment (X3) greatly influence the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Pan Brothers, Tbk Boyolali.

Based on the spirit of education and collaboration, where the educational pillar in question is Sobat Air Jakarta distributing all forms of education related to Jakarta's water resources to the community. Information is currently provided through social media Instagram and through offline events. Sobat Air Jakarta, through its program, invites the public to be more aware of the use of clean water. The qualitative research method is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, applied to research the condition of natural objects, where the key instrument of this research is the researcher, data collection techniques are carried out in combination. , inductive data analysis, with qualitative research results that focus more on meaning than generalization. The campaign carried out by Sobat Air Jakarta through the education provided, it is hoped that awareness of the importance of protecting water sources can become part of the collective consciousness of the people of Jakarta. Apart from providing understanding, campaigns can also be a tool to change people's attitudes and behavior regarding water management. The "Education and Collaboration" public relations campaign carried out by Sobat Air Jakarta has succeeded in creating deeper awareness and concern among the public regarding the importance of clean water management. Through an effective communication strategy, including a deep understanding of the demographics of the target audience and the choice of appropriate communication channels via Instagram social media, the campaign messages were successfully conveyed to the intended audience.

This study aims to understand the role of Dyandra Promosindo Surabaya as an event organizer in organizing an event, namely the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2024 in Surabaya. The findings show that Dyandra Promosindo plays a crucial role in promoting products or company brands through various types of events such as expos or exhibitions. The implications of this study highlight the importance of the role of event organizers in the success of events and the satisfaction of all involved parties.

Management Community-based natural resource management and conservation is an effective approach in maintaining environmental sustainability and improving the welfare of local communities. This research aims to analyze the natural resource management and conservation strategies implemented by the people of Tanjungsari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the Tanjungsari Village community has developed various local initiatives to preserve water sources, and manage tourist attractions in the village. The active participation of the community in conservation activities, support from the local government, and cooperation with non-governmental organizations are key factors in the success of this program. The study concludes that a community-based approach to natural resource management is not only able to preserve the environment, but also contributes to improving the economic and social welfare of local communities. In addition to management, socialization was held. The implementation of these socialization activities is proven to increase the understanding and skills of the community in managing tourism potential in a sustainable manner. In addition, support from the local government and active participation of the community are important factors in the development of curug lewi pamipiran as a leading tourist attraction in Ciamis Regency. This study concludes that institutional strengthening through socialization and training is an effective strategy to optimize regional tourism potential, improve community welfare, and encourage local economic development.

General elections or what can be called people’s democratic parties are one of the main parameters for measuring the success of implementing democracy in a country. This research discusses the relationship between society and the state in voting, characterized by Indonesia being a country that adheres to a democratic system, where state power is in the hands of the people, as regulated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The aim is to know and understand how to implement it. Public policy in voting in Indonesia. Method was carried out using a literature approach. The results of the research are to understand the public policy system in voting in Indonesia and how the government behaves in dealing with problems wisely during elections, and democracy can run well in accordance with its principles and objectives. The results of this research show that whenever there are problems when voting, the right policies will be able to minimize the problems that occur. The policies that need to be implemented are in accordance with government regulations and the principles of democracy itself.

Dikta and Law, by Dhia'an Farah, is one of the many popular fiction stories that is fortunate to be currently being broadcast as a series on WeTV. However, behind the success of the Dikta and Hukum story, there was controversy that arose. The name Jeno, one of the characters in the story Dikta and Hukum, has become a debate on social media, especially for NCT Dream fans. The reason is, Jeno is the stage name of one of the members of NCT Dream (Lee Jeno) and is considered to be used illegally in the Dikta and Hukum series. This controversy arose because the novel writer and series production party used the name Jeno without the permission of the name owner or his agency, namely SM Entertainment. This research aims to analyze copyright protection for the use of names and visuals of Korean artists (SM Entertainment) in the novel and series "Dikta and Hukum". This research uses qualitative methods with an exploratory study approach. Copyright regulations for the use of artists' names and visuals in literary works, novels and TV series are contained in Article 43 of Law no. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright point d only states that the distribution of copyrighted content is not commercialized, it does not constitute a Copyright violation. Apart from that, this issue is also regulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Korea in Copyright Act Article 137. Dikta and Hukum works in both novels and TV series are both considered to violate copyright because of the use of the artist's name on the character and the artist's photo as promotional content. Even though the Dikta and Law case did not reach the court table, issues related to copyright violations in the K-pop world must continue to be raised and strict action will be taken against violators because it has become a habit that is considered permissible for many people.    

In an effort to tackle corruption that impedes Indonesia's social and economic progress, this service project focuses on the effectiveness of anti-corruption counseling to increase integrity and transparency among students, education personnel, and the community. Using Service Learning methodology, this activity involves counseling integrated in the learning process and community service delivery, with the cooperation of the West Java High Prosecutor's Office to ensure the relevance of the material. Results showed an increase in participants' awareness and competence in identifying and countering corruption, with 85% reporting increased capacity. The outreach also successfully promoted a culture of integrity and triggered local initiatives for greater transparency in resource management, strengthening the legal and institutional framework through policy advocacy. The findings support the need for expansion of similar programs and increased collaboration between sectors to strengthen corruption eradication efforts in Indonesia.

Individuals have important factors that influence them. Intelligence is the term referred to by scientists. Intelligence can be said to be an individual's ability, dexterity, shrewdness and ingenuity. Individuals compete to become intelligent humans, because only with intelligence can individuals become successful. Intelligence Quotient (IQ) or commonly called intellectual intelligence, is an individual's ability to think that is innate from birth which allows individuals to act in a certain way, as well as an ability that can be measured in a test. This research method is a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this research is all prospective students of class VII MTS N 1 Karanganyar, Gondangrejo for the 2025/2025 academic year in 7 rooms totaling 164 students. The research sample was prospective class VII students at MTs N 1 Karanganyar, totaling 110 students. The data collection method was carried out using psychological test tools, namely TIKI-M (Indonesian Collective Intelligence Test) and documentary. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and research discussion, it can be concluded that the mean level of intelligence quotient (IQ) of MTS N 1 Karanganyar prospective students for the 2024/2025 academic year is 107, which is included in the average category. Based on the frequency distribution of intellectual intelligence, it can be seen that the level of intellectual intelligence of MTS N 1 Karanganyar prospective students is 68.18% at the average level, 27.27% is at the above average level, and as much as 4.54% is at a superior level.

Human resources (HR) is one of the main organizational capital that can encourage other resources, therefore the success of a company or organization is highly dependent on the quality of human resources in the organization. In developing a company or organization, it cannot be separated from the problem of employee turnover intention. One of the influences on turnover intention is job satisfaction in employees. In this study, the effect of job satisfaction is further investigated to determine whether employee job satisfaction affects employee turnover intention. The research design used is non-experimental quantitative with survey method. The participants of this study amounted to 65 people and data collection was carried out online with purposive sampling technique and the data were processed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed a significant negative influence, meaning that the higher the job satisfaction will have a significant effect on the lower the turnover intention.It is hoped that the results of this research can have implications for PT. Majuperkasa Indonesia to make efforts to increase job satisfaction, such as providing clear compensation, rewards and punishment.

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of using traditional Engklek games for socialization to introduce plane figures at SDN 27 Lubuk Alung. The socialization activities were successfully conducted, achieving the following indicators: 1) Participant Engagement: The target number of participants was met with high levels of engagement. Observations during the activities revealed that students were very active in answering the questions incorporated in the Engklek game. They displayed enthusiasm by eagerly raising their hands upon completing the tasks. 2) Achievement of Objectives: After the series of socialization activities, a feedback session was conducted with the students. The results indicated that students felt happy and more motivated to learn through this method. These findings suggest that incorporating traditional games like Engklek into educational activities can enhance student engagement and motivation, thereby facilitating effective learning.
