Teenagers with inadequate knowledge about cosmetics are more likely to use harmful or unlawful goods. Students at SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta have never received instruction on the selection and application of beauty products. This counseling session is anticipated to raise the SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta students' awareness of the importance of utilizing adolescent-appropriate and safe skin care products and how to select them. This counseling procedure is conducted offline for counseling participants at Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. The given counseling material addresses a variety of adolescent skin conditions, as well as the many types of skincare ingredients and how to choose the appropriate one based on the adolescent's skin. Compared to the Pre-test, which was administered prior to the presenter's explanation of the topic, there was an increase in knowledge on the Post-test. Therefore, it can be inferred that participants gained knowledge from this activity's material and conversations, particularly in regards to the skincare material offered.

Citra nama baik perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk dijaga dan dikembangkan untuk mempermudah terbangunnya kepercayaan eksternal dan sehingga terjalin kerjasama yang dibutuhkan demi menunjang kesuksesan perusahaan. PT. Adiprima Suraprinta termasuk dalam anak perusahaan dari Jawa Pos Group. Dengan humas yang masih baru, perusahaan ini juga belum melakukan pembagian tupoksi terkait peran dan fungsi humas. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti pada riset ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dimana pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara secara langsung dengan narasumber dan memberi pertanyaan yang terperinci dan mendalam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  bagaimana dan sejauh apa perkembangan Humas PT. Adiprima Suraprinta melihat dari kegiatan humas yang ada dan bagaimana mereka menjalankan fungsi dan peran humas itu sendiri, khususnya dalam menangani isu dan krisis.  Hasil yang ditemukan peneliti dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa Humas dari PT. Adiprima Suraprinta terkena isu mengenai kerusakan lingkungan yang diasumsikan diakibatkan oleh kegiatan pabrik yang berlokasi dekat dengan warga. Keberadaan Humas yang baru ini kemudian menjadi perantara dalam menyampaikan informasi dan juga memberikan pengertian kepada masyarakat sekitar. Perusahaan PT. Adiprima Suraprinta kemudian menyadari pentingnya humas setelah perusahaan dilanda isu. Perusahaan perlu mengembangkan fungsi dan tugas dari humas perusahaan Sebaiknya Humas perusahaan berdiri sendiri dan terfokus hanya untuk menjalankan kehumasan agar lebih maksimal.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk menemukan langkah-langkah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Larompong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus pembelajaran dengan tahapan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 50,42% dan siklus II sebesar 72,69%. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah yang diterapkan pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa Kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Larompong. Adapun langkah-langkahnya, yaitu: (1) Menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dengan melakukan tanya jawab, (2) Membagi siswa menjadi beberapa kelompok asal yang terdiri dari 6 siswa perkelompok berdasarkan tingkat pencapaian sebelumnya dengan tetap memperhatikan faktor heterogen lainnya, kemudian membagikan LKS dan masing-masing 2 orang siswa dalam setiap kelompok menerima LKS dengan materi yang sama, (3) Mengarahkan siswa dalam kelompok ahli dan membimbing siswa dalam setiap kelompok untuk mengeluarkan pendapat, tanggapan atau pertanyaan dan masing-masing ada 2 orang siswa yang harus menguasai materi ahli untuk dijelaskan ke kelompok asal, (4) Mengarahkan tim ahli kembali ke kelompok asal dan membimbing siswa dalam diskusi kelompok asal untuk menjelaskan materi yang telah dibahas di kelompok ahli secara bergantian, (5) Meminta perwakilan setiap kelompok untuk mempresentasikan hasil diskusi kelompoknya, meminta tanggapan dari kelompok lain, dan meminta siswa menyimpulkan materi dengan cara ditunjuk langsung.

The current business era is experiencing massive changes due to the uncertainty of industry fluctuations and tight competition, making businesses enter the VUCA era. Therefore, innovation is needed so that business actors remain active in facing the challenges of the VUCA era. Digital transformation brings many changes in the industrial world. Financial Technology has the potential to play a role in increasing financial inclusion and Business Sustainability. This study aims to systematically highlight the business model of financial technology from the relevant literature. The methodology used in this research is the study of literature. The results showed that the existence of Financial Technology has a positive impact on efforts to increase financial inclusion and Business Sustainability in the VUCA Era, which can be seen from the projected growth of Financial Technology, which has increased significantly. This research is expected to provide a view of the business world in observing the adoption of Financial Technology.

This study aims to create a system that can be used in the selection of cars according to consumer desires and apply the WASPAS method in providing recommendations for car selection based on the criteria of brand, model, type, price, engine capacity, transmission, year of manufacture and fuel capacity. The results of the recommendations from the selection of criteria for the Honda brand and CVT transmission resulted in a recommendation for the Honda Brio. Honda Brio has the highest value because it has the lowest price where the price criterion has the highest percentage of weight

 The satire style was chosen to express satire and criticism explicitly. In communicating on social media, satire is also used in making memes. The problem with this research is how satire language is in meme culture on social media. This research aims to reveal how political satire is discussed in memes on social media. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply how the satire discourse is contained in pictorial texts or purely texts in social media memes. This research is interesting because the satire humor style contained in memes becomes a practical, absurd political, economic, educational, cultural, and other responsibility that can shift, eliminate, then reverse and bring up new discourses. This study uses a critical discourse analysis by Norman Fairclough, which identifies that the discourse can be a series of verbal and written words or a series of speech acts. With this knife of analysis, it was found that satire in memes on social media is used in the form of satire and criticism of things that are being viral and how these issues affect social media in the real world. Memes are not seen as silent, passive, and finished texts as they are produced. On the other hand, Memes are dynamic and moving strategies through comedy Satire.

In this study, a ranking of the handling of Covid-19 in Asian countries was carried out using the AHP-COPRAS hybrid method. The ranking process uses the COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) method, while the determination of the weight value uses subjective weighting but the criteria weights through a validation process using pairwise comparison which is part of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The ranking process uses six assessment criteria: test per population, to positive per test, positive per population, healed per positive, died per positive, active per positive. The final result of the ranking shows that countries with high death cases and low cure cases will make the country's ranking fall, because cases of death and healing cases have the highest weight in their role in forming utility values.

By looking at current technological developments that already use automatic sensors, the application of the concept to this system can be a solution for dealing with ornamental fish farming owners. In this research, a tool is made that can perform feeding, checking temperature, water turbidity, feed level, water level and water pump control, from this information will be sent to android by firebase automatically monitored and controlled anywhere via android. This tool is designed with ease of maintenance and is an extension of the existing tools. IoT technology is used to monitor online, based on Firebase and Nodemcu Esp8266. In this study, researchers used the research method of the Borg and Gall (1987) model from 10 steps to 6 steps. The results of this study were carried out by an expert validation test to get a value of 30 which means "Very Good (Valid)". While the effectiveness test by 10 users plus by experts and employee users get a total score of 35.16 which means the effectiveness test is classified as "Very Good (Valid)" it can be said that the new system is more effective than the old system.

The religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Indonesia is well-known. Differences in understanding, nationality, and religion are frequently the primary causes of existing difficulties, to name just a few. This study sought to ascertain the relationship between eighth-grade students at SMP Royal Wells Middle School's knowledge and understanding of Islam and the Pancasila ideals. This study used a quantitative research method using a correlational approach. Understanding of Pancasila values is variable Y in this study, while Islamic religious knowledge is variable X. The population of this study consisted of 20 students, and the method of data collection used in it was distributing a questionnaire to eighth-graders at Royal Wells Middle School. The findings revealed a moderate link between Pancasila ideals and knowledge and understanding of Islam. Students can thus use the information on religious values and Pancasila both in the context of the classroom and in the community.

According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, chapter I article 1 paragraph 7 states that the National Zakat Amil Agency, hereinafter referred to as BAZNAS, is an institution that manages zakat nationally. Furthermore, in Chapter II article 5 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 it is stated that to carry out zakat management, the Government establishes BAZNAS domiciled in the State capital which is a non-structural government institution that is independent and responsible to the President through the Minister. SIMBA can be used by BAZNAS throughout Indonesia as an operational standard for zakat institutions and national zakat reporting. SIMBA or BAZNAS Information Management System is a system that is a new breakthrough in terms of fulfilling the role of the national zakat coordinator for the creation of a transparent and accountable zakat management system throughout Indonesia. With an online basis, the role of the zakat coordinator can reach almost all parts of Indonesia. However, the implementation of SiMBA did not go smoothly, there was a lot of zakat data that had to be recorded starting from registration, receipt and distribution of zakat, causing various problems, namely data loss, so designing a web-based zakat management information system is one way to overcome the problems and weaknesses of the process. zakat management.

In accounting records done manually, the data is not well organized and has not produced information as expected. Nirwana Collection produces goods based on orders, the calculation of the cost of production is still not correct, because it does not calculate other costs incurred and only focuses on raw materials. This of course results in an inaccurate selling price and results in a profit that is not as expected. The Accounting Information System for the Cost of Production at the Nirwana Collection with the Job Order Costing method can process recordings and transactions at the Nirwana Collection more effectively, as well as making it easier to produce production cost reports quickly and accurately.

One educational institution that is no less important to build is religion-based education, such as the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Education institution. At this time the tahfidz program was very popular and respected by various institutions. This study aims to describe how the tahfidz program is implemented in early childhood at the Tahfidz Nazra Cendikia Barabai House. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The results of the research show that the implementation of the tahfidz program at the Nazra Cendikia Hulu Sungai Tengah House consists of three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The planning of the tahfidz program starts with discussions with the leaders and all tahfidz teachers. The implementation of the tahfidz program includes initial activities, namely greetings, prayers and reading blessings, followed by reading hypnotherapy, then murajaah together. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. And finally the closing activity is the delivery of the surah that will be memorized next, murajaah memorization and reading prayers after learning. The assessments used are daily and semester assessments. The methods used are the makhraji, Jibril, ummi, and hypnotherapy methods. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. And finally the closing activity is the delivery of the surah that will be memorized next, murajaah memorization and reading prayers after learning. RR Wasilah Teknik is a company engaged in welding and lathe services. The main problem that occurs in this company is that it is still recording transactions manually and using Microsoft excel. This results in the system not running effectively and efficiently. So, it is necessary to make a computerized application. The research method is applied to the research phase such as data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the study are cash management applications that help companies record incoming and outgoing cash transactions. This application helps the system running in the company to be more effective and efficient.

Pelayanan publik merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam menjalankan tanggungjawab dan kewajibanya melayani keperluan atau kepentingan masyarakat secara luas yang diatur berdasarkan perundang-undangan yang ada. Terwujudnya sebuah pemerintahan baik dibuktikan dengan adanya pelaksanaan pelayanan yang baik, jika pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah baik, maka tujuan pelayanan atas kepuasan masyarakat dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk reformasi pelayanan publik terhadap pengurusan kartu AK-1 di Dinas Perdagangan, Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Secara khusus dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bentuk reformasi pelayanan publik dalam pengurusan kartu AK-1 di Dinas Perdagangan, Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Padang Pariaman yakni; sistem administrasi satu atap dam operasional yang dilakukan secara elektronik. Hal ini dilihat dari adanya sistem pemerintahan elektronik (e-government) dalam menjalankan semua pemerintahan baik pusat maupun daerah dengan tujuan mempermudah pelaksanaan pelayanan terhadap kepentingan publik. Kesimpulan substantif dari artikel ini adalah adanya bentuk perubahan pelaksanaan pelayanan terhadap kepentingan publik yang akan memudahkan pelayan publik dalam melayani masyarakat.

Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan membaca, mengidentifikasi serta menandai kesalahan, menganalisis dan menyimpulkannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan bahasa dan ejaan bahasa Indonesia pada salah satu judul berita dalam surat kabar TvOnenews.com sebanyak (11) kesalahan, kesalahan penggunaan kata penghubung dan imbuhan (2), kesalahan dalam kata akronim (1), kesalahan dalam Ejaan (3), kesalahan dalam penggunaan kalimat tidak baku (3), Kesalahan pemborosan kata (2)

Briquettes are alternative energy that can be used as substitutes of petroleum and gas. Coal briquettes generally have a slowignition time. Therefore, this study modifies coal briquettes by adding a  blazingstimulant of palm frond fiber and potassium chlorate. The objectives to be achieved in this study  wereto find out the effect of pressure variations modificationsof coal briquettes to the ignition time. In this study, the briquetting process was done by varying pressure of 200 Psi, 300 Psi, 400 Psi, 500 psi and 600 Psi. Coal briquette powder particle size used in this study was 80-100 mesh while the particle size of oil palm frond fibers used were 40-50 mesh. The results showed that the fastest ignition time obtained at a pressure of 200 Psi with ignition time 132 seconds. In conclusion, the pressure variations  on coal briquettes modifications infunced ignition time.     

Masalah utama dalam penulisan ini yaitu bagaimana kearifan lingkungan novel Rahasia Pelangi karya Riawani Elyta dan Sabrina Ws. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kearifan lingkungan novel Rahasia Pelangi karya Riawani Elyta dan Sabrina Ws. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan pemeriksaan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Novel Rahasia Pelangi karya Riawani Elyta dan Sabrina Ws. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua puluh dua bentuk kearifan lingkungan yang dikelompokkan menjadi lima aspek, diantaranya sikap hormat terhadap alam, sikap tanggung jawab moral terhadap alam, sikap solidaritas terhadap alam, sikap kasih sayang dan kepedulian terhadap alam, dan sikap tidak mengganggu kehidupan alam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut di atas, dapat disimpulkan kearifan lokal lingkungan pada Novel Rahasia Pelangi karya Riawani Elyta dan Sabrina Ws melalui model ekokritik sastra terdapat dua puluh dua.

As a component of capital flows, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is considered a relatively stable inflow compared to other capital flows, such as portfolio investment and foreign debt. A country's economy relies on investment to solve various problems, crises, and economic challenges. This is because investing in certain sectors of the economy can quickly change the various economic challenges facing a country. Both private and public investment bring many benefits, including job creation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth. This type of research is quantitative research. The research instrument used is documentation of research instruments through books and scientific journals. Data analysis using multiple regression method. As a result, it can be seen that foreign investment has a large positive effect on economic growth. Foreign direct investment helps Indonesia achieve stable national development. But domestic investment has no effect on economic growth. The implementation of this research is the need for the government's role as a regulator to support increased domestic and international investment in order to encourage Indonesia's economic growth.

Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. Graphic novel is one of many communication mediums with a combination of visual and verbal that mutually reinforces one another. This work remains a novel but uses the style of storytelling like a comic, using many illustrations. Graphic novels tell their stories from the beginning to the end, therefore graphic novels tend to be longer than comics. The content or quality of the story is different; graphic novel features a story with a more detailed content so that reading it requires serious concentration to think and understand what the creator is trying to convey.The graphic novel of Wali Songo's da'wah story, created by Gerdi Wirata Kusuma in 2015, presents nine Wali Songo stories, which are then selected into two stories to be studied, namely Sunan Kudus and Sunan Kalijaga. The graphic novel discusses the brief history of Wali Songo's life, including Wali Songo's propagation method in spreading the teachings of Islam.This research uses qualitative content analysis method, with Scott McCloud's comic theory, namely using comic element in the forms of image selection, selection of flow, and choices of words, moments, and frames. This identification is divided into two aspects; visual and verbal. Visual in the form of sequences of images, point of view, and graphics. Verbal in the form of narrative text that resides in column panels or word bubbles.The result of this research indicates that visual and verbal use are interrelated, such as the use of shots related to narration, the use of narration to mention information that can not be conveyed visually or visual expressions that can not be described verbally. This visual and verbal combination that mutually reinforces one another shows that this graphic novel is able to show the story of the history of Wali Songo's method in spreading teachings of Islam through assimilation of education and cultural arts with symbolic visual observations. The graphic novel of Wali Songo's da'wah story tries to show its history visually and verbally that is easy to understand and is able to become a part of medium of education.
