Strengthening spirituality in early childhood plays a crucial role in shaping character and moral values for the future. Baubau City, with its rich cultural heritage and strong Islamic traditions, offers a strategic context for implementing spiritual guidance programs for young learners. This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Kokalukuna in Baubau to provide spiritual guidance for early childhood students. The program employed a storytelling approach, focusing on the exemplary life of the Prophet as a model for cultivating moral values. The findings indicate an improvement in children’s basic understanding of spiritual values, particularly in recognizing the sirah of the Prophet, including his historical legacy and virtuous character. The study recommends collaborative efforts among teachers, parents, and the wider community to strengthen children’s spirituality from an early age.

Economic activity becomes a benchmark in the assessment of the community to achieve prosperity, and becomes a supporter and driver of growth in the surrounding area. Vim Village, Abepura District is one of the service activity centers that has a land use that is so complex and strategically located that it triggers various forms of economic activity, becoming an attraction for people to travel for transportation, especially along Jalan Perkutut. This study examines the relationship of micro-economic activities with traffic performance obtained from side barriers, vehicle volume and road capacity. The research methods used to achieve the objectives are quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The quantitative method uses the analysis of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997) to obtain vehicle volume, road capacity and traffic performance. The qualitative method uses descriptive analysis that discusses the comparison of the distribution of micro-economic activities that affect side barriers, the comparison of two traffic performance results and spatial planning plans along the Perkutut road. The results showed that the increase in the number of micro-economic activities at night along Jalan Perkutut had an effect on increasing the number of side barriers and the volume of vehicles. In addition, the imbalance in the volume of vehicles and road capacity shows that Perkutut Road traffic performance is experiencing congestion as indicated by the Service Level Index (ITP) with a value of F. Under these conditions, spatial planning for the road network, pedestrian pedestrian arrangement and land use arrangement is needed, especially on microeconomic activities.

This article describes the definition of quality management and examples of implementing quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industries in the manufacture of GESITS electric motorcycle products, which we divided into five discussion points. The first is a discussion of the quality basis from the consumer's perspective, commonly referred to as the consumer's perspective, and the quality basis from the side, commonly referred to as the producers' perspective. The second is a discussion of the strategic role of Quality Management with the basic concept of determining excellence so that products can compete optimally when marketed. The third is a discussion of an evolution of the quality paradigm from the Technical to the Managerial Paradigm. The four analyses of quality management are trying to be explored according to experts' understanding and discuss Total Quality Management. The fifth is a detailed discussion of examples of the implementation of quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industry in the manufacture of electric motorcycle products GESITS. And at the end of the discussion, we will provide conclusions about the challenges and strategic issues contained in quality management to answer every challenge in the times

This study aims to analyze the principal’s efforts in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. PAI learning plays a significant role in shaping students’ faith, morals, and personality in accordance with Islamic teachings derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the exemplary conduct of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In this context, the principal, as an educational leader, holds a strategic role in managing, guiding, and enhancing the performance of PAI teachers to ensure that the learning process is carried out effectively and contributes positively to students’ spiritual and character development.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The subjects of the study include the principal, PAI teachers, and students of SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive and contextual information regarding the implementation of PAI learning. The data analysis process was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, source and technique triangulation were applied.The results indicate that PAI learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura is not only conducted in the classroom through the delivery of materials related to aqidah, morals, fiqh, and the Qur'an and Hadith, but is also strengthened through various religious programs integrated into the school culture. The principal’s efforts to improve learning quality include conducting regular academic supervision, involving teachers in professional development programs, providing work motivation, and consistently monitoring the learning process. Additionally, religious activities such as Qur'an memorization programs, daily Qur'an recitation before lessons, and routine dhikr and salawat activities support the internalization of Islamic values.Supporting factors include the principal’s active leadership and professional experience, while inhibiting factors consist of limited infrastructure, administrative burdens, and varying levels of teacher competence. Overall, these efforts have contributed positively to improving the quality of PAI learning and fostering students’ character development.

The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities, especially for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of education, and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market.

Sistem Informasi merupakan aset yang sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis, dalam penelitian ini bisnis home industri yaitu bisnis Bakmi Phan yang memproduksi bakmi kuning dalam bentuk bakmi kering dan bakmi basah yang di distribusikan ke luar kota maupun ke dalam kota. Pabrik Bakmi Phan ini sendiri sudah berdiri sejak 1980. Namun, dalam proses bisnis Bakmi Phan, masih ditemukan banyak sektor yang belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan SI/TI, terutama dalam segi marketing yang hanya melalui metode penjualan konvensional melalui kios di pasar dan pemasaran melalui whatsapp business. Maka dari itu dapat diatasi dengan perencanaan strategis SI/TI dengan menggunakan metode ward and peppard, yang mana dalam metode ini banyak menerapkan metode lain yang dapat dianalisis secara bertahap, yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis lingkungan SI/TI dengan menerapkan metode analisis SWOT dan analisis Five Force Porter. Selain itu, untuk portofolio aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan metode McFarlan Strategic Grid. Maka akan didapatkan hasil pemetaan portofolio aplikasi seperti SI Marketing, SI Gudang, SI Keuangan, dan website resmi untuk Bakmi Phan yang nantinya akan dapat diterapkan pada Bakmi Phan.

Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce relevant, accurate and timely information, which is used for personal, business and government purposes and is strategic information for decision making, in recording fixed assets for example, must be managed properly because the need for the data is frequent intensity, the number of items is not small so it is impossible to memorize, the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets of a company needs to be done at the end of every year because it will affect the book value and depreciation expense on the balance sheet and depreciation expense on fixed assets on the income statement. This depreciation calculation can also be used as a reference in the allocation to purchase new assets if the existing fixed assets can no longer be used. Obstacles in preparing depreciation reports if not resolved immediately will have a bad impact on schools, for example being late in submitting annual tax reports due to the long preparation of depreciation reports will result in schools being fined for being late in reporting the annual corporate tax return. With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. The new system that will be designed is web-based, so that it can be accessed at any time by interested parties and makes coordination time more effective.

Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. Teachers are required to maintain stability in speaking and acting as a reaction to the practice of integrity values that do not know place, time and situation. The personality in question does not create a chasm to limit oneself in interacting with others, but how the whole existence can be a role model. School is a place of interaction in the daily life of a teacher, here the teacher does what is his responsibility and obligation in fostering students (towards the desired goal). The implementation pattern certainly requires good performance starting from personality, discipline and how a teacher can be relied on and become a role model for students. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.

Fakfak Regency is one of the autonomous regions located in the territory of West Papua Province. Normatively, this district is still classified as an area rich in potential economic resources. If the potential of these resources can be managed and utilized properly, it will certainly make a positive contribution to the increase of Regional Original Revenue. The Tourism sector is one of the potential and strategic sectors for Regional Original Revenue, because this sector is the main source of Regional Tax and Regional Levy revenue.This study aims to find out the amount of Revenue from the Tourism Sector of Fakfak Regency in the last 5 years, to find out the amount of Contribution of Tourism Sector Revenue to the Original Income of the Fakfak Regency Region, how the theory used in the Development of the Tourism Sector as one of the leading sectors for increasing Regional Original Income. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Based on the results of important research findings, in the last five years the tourism sector has received less attention from the local government of Fakfak district, but the tourism sector's revenue has increased every year.

Abstract SDG's is a sustainability development carried out by the United Nations (UN) as targets in 2030. This descriptive research aims to describe roles of sociopreneur students to achieve some targets from SDG's especially the targets at number one and eight. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative with library literature. The result this research show that students have a strategic role in achieving the targest of SDGs by becoming sociopreneurs to give contributes to society like job vacancies and also their contry to support economy development as well with their business activity. Keywords: SDGs, Sociopreneur, Students.   Abstrak SDGs merupakan pembangunan keberlanjutan yang diusung oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) sebagai target pada tahun 2030. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran mahasiswa sosioprener untuk mencapai beberapa target dari SDGs khususnya pada target nomor satu dan delpan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki peran strategis dalam mencapai target dari SDGs dengan menjadi sosioprener untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat seperti kesempatan bekerja dan juga negara untuk mendukung pembangunan ekonomi dengan baik melalui aktivitas bisnis mereka. As an old educational institution, SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang is growing rapidly, however it has not implemented Information Systems and Information Technology optimally in its business processes and does not yet have an Information Systems strategic planning portfolio. This is deemed necessary in making a strategic information system, in order to provide superiority in business competition. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.

Abstract Zakat is one of obligation of muslim also in social side and have strategic function. Purpose of this research is to explain and goves konkrit stategy to zakat organization in Indonesia to optimalize productive zakat moreover in social function. Method of this research is qualitative with library literature. Result of this research are zakat organization could be sinergy with sociey especially muslim society and government to create well elaboration to optimalize economy ummah. Metode penelitianini ialah kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah amil zakat harus terus mengoptimalkan perannya sebagai lembaga zakat dengan bersinergi dengan masyarakat khususnya umat Islam dan pemerintah sehingga akan menciptakan singergisitas yang baik dalam mengoptimalkan zakat sebagai rencana strategis pembangunan ekonomi umat. Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) which are one of the top ten strategic technology trends for 2019 and continue to be developed massively in this 2020, have been widely applied in various mobile applications by many companies in this industrial revolution era 4.0. AR can be applied to help the promotion for housing developers where users can see the 3-dimensional shape of the types of houses offered, while VR allows users to explore each part of the house in a virtual 3D. Pre-existing brochures are used as markers for this application to work, so that AR and VR applications can be a complement to promotional media. The design method used in this paper is Research and Development (RnD). Salespeople can offer types of houses to prospective customers without having to print multiple brochures, but with just one brochure and one android smartphone to present, so the promotion costs are more efficient.   Keywords: AR, VR, house.

Online seminars have many benefits in various fields of science. Information about workshops online, registration, and other activities so that it can help users get information. During the pandemic, COVID-19 had a strategic role in providing information related to the development of science and insight. The right application will provide optimal data and information to all users. The online seminar application is designed with a User-centered design to obtain user-friendly information and usability. The results of the study showed that the online seminar application that was designed had good usability and was acceptable to users. usability testing concluded that an acceptable application with a value of 82.40% and block box testing received the designed menu.

Accounting information has an important role in achieving business success, including for small businesses. Accounting is one way to produce financial information that can be used by management as a basis for making strategic decisions. Reports produced include balance sheets, profit/loss reports, changes reports and cash flow reports. All of these reports can be used by information users. For small business actors in villages, it is minimal to have accounting records, most of them make business decisions based on experience alone. Small business development is needed to make it strong, both related to development both external to the company and in managing the company's internal. If from an internal perspective, the management of small businesses still considers that the accounting process is still not very important to implement. Empowerment of business management management is very necessary. Good financial reports can provide useful financial information for making strategic business decisions. This community service is expected to increase the ability of business actors in the villages of Bancak District, Semarang Regency so that they can provide information on the financial condition of businesses that are being run for each reporting period. The community service team of ITB Semarang Accounting Study Program lecturers conducted community outreach activities in the form of simple lectures and training. The results of this community service were well received by participants in the Financial Accounting socialization and training for business actors in Bancak District, Semarang Regency.

Ngasinan Etan Village is one of the villages located in Gebang Village. The livelihood as a small businessman from this village is very possible because of the very strategic location close to the Gebang traditional market and the traditional Pucuk padar. The increase in tofu production in Gebang village has positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that it has increasingly increased the MSMEs of Gebang village and can improve the welfare of the community. The negative impact is the amount of tofu waste that is released, causing unpleasant odors. The main problem asked by these entrepreneurs is the accumulation of dense waste that often affects the environment which causes air pollution as it is delicious. With the consideration of the community specifically tofu entrepreneurs, and with the thought of solutions based on existing theories and research results, the first priority that needs to be done is to improve the management of solid waste management in tofu. Improvements to the tofu mill's solid waste management methods, by providing an understanding of how to manage tofu's basic waste into food products. Utilization of tofu waste can be done by drying and made with a variety of processed products that can be consumed by the community, for example, processed into tempe gembus, beef food, fish feed sources, nata de soya production, tofu waste as organic fertilizer, tofu waste, tofu waste to poultry feed and tofu pulp into processed crackers.Tofu, Gebang, Masaran, Sragen waste

Military justice carried out by the Military Prosecutor is an indirect authority because the delegation of the case is an implementation of the Handover of the Case from Papera, in other words the Military Prosecutor cannot delegate the case or take prosecution action to the competent court without the existence of a Decree from Papera because it is in accordance with Article 123 paragraph (1) letter f of Law Number 31 of 1997, in essence, the authority to hand over cases is the authority of Papera, not the authority of the Military Prosecutor. The aim of this research is to analyze the responsibilities of Military Prosecutors in carrying out prosecutions. Technically, juridically, they are responsible to the TNI Prosecutor General (Orjen TNI), while operationally they are responsible to the Case Submitting Officer (Papera). Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that Military Prosecutors as law enforcers in the field of prosecution in the Military Justice environment have a strategic and decisive role in indicting someone before trial. For this reason, the professionalism of Military Prosecutors is a necessity in carrying out their duties so that prosecutions can be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and the goal of law enforcement itself can be achieved optimally as expected.

Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.
