Digital marketing as a promotional strategy emerged as a response to developments in information technology. The use of digital marketing is not only limited to new companies or start-ups, but is also applied by companies that have been around for a long time. PT. XYZ, which functions as a motor vehicle distributor and retailer, is also required to adopt digital marketing even though it already has a strong brand from its parent company. In this research, which uses a case study of PT. XYZ, data obtained through observation and interviews. The research results show that PT. XYZ uses three media in implementing digital marketing, namely websites, social media and applications. Of the three media, social media such as Instagram and Facebook show the best results, because both are used to provide information and build engagement with consumers.  

Village independence is one of the priorities in national development, especially in improving the welfare of rural communities. Information technology (IT) has an important role in speeding up this process, especially in the current digital era. This research aims to implement the application of information technology to encourage village independence, both in economic, administrative and social aspects. The method used is a case study in Village X, with a qualitative approach through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The research results show that the application of IT, such as village information systems, local e-commerce, and web-based administration applications, is able to increase the efficiency of public services, expand market access for village products, and increase participation in village development communities. Thus, the correct application of IT can be an important pillar in realizing independent villages in the digital era.

Chilli farming is an important sector in Ende District, but plant disease problems are often an obstacle that hampers productivity. Farmers often have difficulty recognizing the symptoms of disease in chili plants and determining appropriate treatment steps. To overcome this problem, this research aims to design and build a web-based expert system that can help diagnose chili plant diseases using the Forward Chaining method. This expert system was developed by collecting knowledge from agricultural experts and literature related to chili plant diseases, as well as applying the Forward Chaining method for the reasoning process. Users, especially farmers, can enter the symptoms experienced by chili plants into the system, then the system will produce a disease diagnosis and appropriate treatment recommendations based on these symptoms. This research uses a case study at Maju Tani Agriculture in Ende District to ensure that the expert system developed is relevant to local conditions. This system is implemented in the form of a web-based application so that it can be accessed easily by farmers using devices connected to the internet. The test results show that this expert system can provide accurate and efficient diagnoses, as well as assist farmers in making decisions to overcome chili plant disease problems. It is hoped that this system can increase agricultural productivity and reduce the risk of losses due to plant diseases.

In this context, the active role of society in the education process becomes increasingly crucial. This research aims to examine in depth how the administration of school and community relations is implemented in the digital era, as well as identifying factors that support or hinder its success. In the last few decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the understanding of education. Education is no longer solely seen as a process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student, but rather as a holistic individual development effort. Society, as a social environment where individuals grow and develop, has a very significant role in shaping the character and competence of students. Therefore, building strong and synergistic relationships between schools and society is the key to realizing quality education that is relevant to the needs of the times. This research has the main aim of analyzing, identifying, evaluating, identifying matters relating to school and community relations. This research uses a literature review approach. Research data was obtained from various sources, including scientific journals, popular articles, research reports, and relevant policy documents. Data analysis was carried out systematically by identifying main themes, comparing findings from various sources, and drawing conclusions based on existing evidence. The research results show that the implementation of administration of school and community relations in the digital era has experienced rapid development. The use of social media platforms, school websites, and mobile applications has facilitated more effective communication between schools and the community. In addition, many schools have involved the community in various school activities, such as extracurricular activities, personal development programs, and decision making regarding school policies.

In addition, e-learning can reduce the amount of time allocated to study and, thus, reduce the costs associated with participation in studies or educational programs. Because this web-based system is based on a web application, all pulmonary tuberculosis patients can access it. A rule-based system that applies the CBR method can identify various types of diseases through the use of weighting techniques and offer treatment recommendations.

The system development method used includes requirements analysis, user interface design, and implementation using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for database management. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to make a significant contribution to the efficiency of TVRI's internal processes, as well as creating valuable practical experience in the field of information technology.

This study examines the linguistic aspects of English usage in health information delivery on digital platforms, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and accuracy. The research aims to analyze how linguistic features, such as word choice, sentence structure, and tone, impact the comprehension of health-related content by diverse audiences.The study employs a qualitative approach, analyzing a sample of health-related websites, social media posts, and mobile health applications. Discourse analysis is used to identify patterns and strategies in the presentation of information, particularly how technical medical terms are simplified for laypeople.The findings reveal that while most platforms aim for clarity and inclusivity, inconsistencies in language use and overly technical jargon often hinder comprehension. Additionally, the use of complex sentence structures can create barriers, especially for non-native English speakers.The study concludes that improving linguistic accessibility on digital health platforms can enhance public understanding and engagement with health information, contributing to better health outcomes. Recommendations for creating more user-friendly, linguistically accessible content are also provided.

With features for progress tracking, billing recording, and progress reporting to clients, it will help achieve project goals quickly and effectively.

This research was carried out with the aim of explaining the implementation of a mobile-based legal metrology service system for employees and improving the quality of services for legal metrology at the Jombang Regency Office of Trade and Industry. With this mobile-based legal metrology service application, it can make it easy for employees to see the calibration and re-calibration schedule sent by the central metrology website and employees can send the results of the test and re-calibration directly in real-time without having to come to the metrology office. This research applies the waterfall method in its development, which is a systematic and structured approach involving a series of sequential stages. The results of this research created a mobile-based application for employees of the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Office.

This website-based archive system is indispensable, this is because it can be used to make changes to data, such as reducing the amount of paper used and changing the way data is stored (going paperless). Where the Programming Language used is PHP and SQL, with Xampp used for web server operations and SQL for database management, by sending letters paperlessly will minimize errors that have occurred so far. This study aims to examine the latest developments in the application of machine learning, software, applications, and websites in language teaching. With the advancement of technology, language learning is increasingly facilitated by the use of digital tools that utilize artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to improve the learning experience in an adaptive and interactive manner. The study reviewed a variety of platforms that use this technology, including key features that support personalization, automated feedback, and student performance assessments. In addition, this study discusses the effectiveness of the technology in supporting independent and formal learning in the classroom, including implementation challenges in various educational settings. It was found that although this technology provides a great opportunity in accelerating language learning, there are some limitations, such as limited access in regions with low digital infrastructure, as well as lack of integration with relevant cultural and social contexts in language learning. This study concludes that machine learning-based technology in language teaching has great potential, but further research is needed to optimize its application in various educational contexts.    

This research conducts a comparative study on the performance of modern JavaScript frameworks - React, Angular, and Vue.js - in the context of web application development. Using an experimental approach, this study measures various performance aspects including rendering time, bundle size, page load time, and memory usage. The research method involves developing web applications using all three frameworks in different scenarios, as well as interviews with experienced developers. Results show that Vue.js excels in rendering speed and memory efficiency, React demonstrates superiority in handling large-scale dynamic updates, while Angular offers a robust structured architecture. This study also reveals the importance of non-technical factors such as learning curve and community support in framework selection. In conclusion, the selection of an optimal framework should consider project-specific needs, team expertise, and long-term organizational goals. This research provides valuable insights for developers and organizations in choosing the appropriate JavaScript framework for their projects.  

The Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic bell system is designed to enhance the efficiency of bell operations in educational institutions by utilizing modern technology. This research aims to develop a system that can control the bell automatically according to the class schedule, while also enabling remote control via a mobile application using the Blynk platform. The system is built using an ESP8266 as the main microcontroller, a DFPlayer Mini module for audio playback, and an RTC DS1307 for time management. The results show that the system functions as expected, both in automatic mode based on the schedule and in manual mode through the mobile application. Testing and debugging demonstrated that integration with WiFi networks allows for flexible and effective bell control. For further development, it is recommended to add a power backup feature, web interface, and push notifications to improve system reliability and flexibility. This system provides an efficient and practical IoT solution for automating bell operations in educational environments.

The Bandung City Legal Metrology Unit is the Regional Technical Implementation Unit at the Bandung City Trade Office in carrying out official duties related to the application of measuring instruments, measures, weights and equipment (UTTP) including water meters and electronic scales. Before this application was made by the author, the Bandung City Legal Metrology Unit was required to test water meter meters at least four thousand a week, because the items tested were not a little difficult to test the measuring device because the calculation check was carried out manually. Therefore, to simplify and accelerate the task of testing water meter measuring instruments, an application was created that is able to calculate the testing of water meter measuring instruments and electronic scales to produce a decision on measuring instruments that are suitable for circulation in the community to test measuring instruments automatically. This test is carried out in the field so that the system created must also be mobile-based, the system is designed using a web kodular application. The creation of the application can help the tester in conducting tests faster and more accurately, and the testers can make an archive using the test counter application for measuring instruments and electronic scales.

The public service process in Karanganyar sub distric has used the SIPAKU (Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kewilayahan Terpadu) application from the Bandung City office which is website-based. However, there are still many types of services that are not covered by SIPAKU, especially in submitting several types of letters. So the development of a new public service website was proposed to facilitate these services and complement the existing SIPAKU called APERKAR (Aplikasi Pelayanan Masyarakat Kelurahan Karanganyar). The website that was developed aims to make it easier for the public to submit various types of letters that were previously not covered by SIPAKU, such as SKTM, SKU, Marriage Introduction Letter, SKSG, and Institutional Domicile Letter without the public having to come directly to the Karanganyar sub distric office. The method used was to develop the website that was created and socialize it to the sub distric staff to later be socialized again to the public. The results of the website development that was created showed that the website can increase efficiency in administrative services, both in terms of ease of submitting letters for the public and data management by administrative officers.

The problem in this research is that recording cash receipt and disbursement transactions still uses a manual and semi-computerized system using Microsoft Excel to create cash receipt and disbursement reports. This problem can result in incorrect recording or incorrect input of transactions, resulting in inaccurate cash receipt and disbursement reports.The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research aims to build a cash receipt and disbursement application for PT Rizma Tour & Travel which is used to assist in recording cash receipt and disbursement transactions.The results of this research are in the form of a web-based application for cash receipts and disbursements that can help PT Rizma Tour & Travel in recording cash receipt and disbursement transactions so that they run effectively and efficiently, including creating cash receipt and disbursement reports.

The results of this study are that there is convenience provided by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security in serving the claim system for participants by providing an E-claim system and the mechanism is quite easy to understand and access.
