Early marriage is a significant social problem in Indonesia, including in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency. In an effort to address this problem, the Indonesian government issued Law Number 16 of 2019 which sets the minimum age of marriage to 19 years for both men and women. Community service in socializing this law in Cilengkrang Sub-district aims to increase community understanding and compliance with the regulation. The program involves various educational activities, such as counseling, group discussions, and training for community leaders and educators. The methods used include direct approaches through village meetings and indirect methods through social and print media. The results showed that the involvement of community leaders and religious leaders was very effective in conveying messages and reducing resistance to legal change. The main challenges faced were changing entrenched mindsets and problems accessing information in remote areas. Recommendations to improve the effectiveness of this program include increasing the involvement of community leaders, optimizing the use of media, continuous training, inter-agency cooperation, periodic evaluation, and a culturally sensitive approach. With the implementation of these recommendations, it is expected that the socialization of the marriage age limit law in Cilengkrang Sub-district can be more effective, reduce the number of early marriages, and create an environment that supports the optimal development of children and improves the overall welfare of the community.

This study examines the legal istinbath method applied by Imam Syafi'i, especially in the context of solving sexual harassment cases in Indonesia. Legal identity, which etymologically means the excavation of law by deep reasoning, is used to determine the law in matters that are not directly regulated by the Qur'an and Hadith. Imam Shafi'i, through his major works such as "Al-Umm" and "Al-Risalah," explains the basic principles and methodologies used to establish the law by incorporating the main sources of Islamic law, namely the Qur'an, Hadith, Ijma', and Qiyas. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis of primary and secondary sources, including books and scientific articles that discuss the istinbath method of Imam Shafi'i. The results of the study show that the legal principles generated by this method are very relevant and adaptive in dealing with modern cases such as sexual harassment, which is often triggered by patriarchal culture. Imam Shafi'i's method of legal istinbath, which prioritizes the hierarchy of legal sources and the use of sharp reason, has proven to be able to adapt to the times and continues to be useful in solving modern legal problems. This research also highlights the views of contemporary scholars who provide a new interpretation of this classical method, demonstrating the relevance and effectiveness of the legal istinbath method in dealing with contemporary issues. Thus, this study concludes that the istinbath method of Imam Shafi'i law is a very useful tool to ensure justice and benefits in solving sexual harassment cases in the modern era.

Capacitor bank is an arrangement of capacitors in series or parallel that can store energy temporarily and provide limited energy according to its capacity. Basically, a capacitor is composed of two parallel pieces called electrodes separated by a room called a dielectric which when given a voltage will store energy. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of road slope and distance on charging in capacitor banks. In this study used a 2.7 V 500F capacitor and used a generator that has a specification of 300 watts. In this study using a quantitative experimental method that aims to determine the effect of road slope variations of 20⁰ and 25 ⁰ and with distances of 100m, 300m, 500m, 700m, and 900m. Testing is done by measuring the voltage on the capacitor bank using a multitester and indicator by utilizing a data logger and the percentage of voltage capacity on the capacitor bank. Furthermore, the data will be processed in the table using minitab. In the research results, it was concluded that the longer the distance traveled, the more the charging voltage value on the capacitor bank increased. For the effect of road slope on the voltage value on charging capacitor banks does not have a significant effect and for the effect of the interaction between road slope and distance has no effect on the voltage value.

Children with disabilities face increasing challenges due to society's negative views that limit their social and emotional development and cause many families to feel ashamed and hide them from important social interactions. Education is considered key to ensuring their rights, but exclusive education systems often limit their access with a lack of facilities and teacher training. Inclusive education was identified as a potential solution, allowing them to study in nearby schools without being restricted by special needs, increasing access to education and changing society's view of disability to promote social inclusion and equal rights.
