In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

This study investigates the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to promote ethical business practices within the evolving landscape of digital marketing in Indonesia. The research aims to elucidate the current state of AI integration, its impact on ethical considerations, and the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study adopts a qualitative approach, employing semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders involved in digital marketing and AI development. Sampling techniques include purposive sampling to ensure representation across industries and snowball sampling to access knowledgeable participants. Data analysis follows thematic analysis principles, identifying recurring patterns, themes, and divergences related to ethical concerns and AI implementation. Preliminary findings indicate a nuanced relationship between AI adoption and ethical dilemmas, with emerging strategies to balance innovation with ethical principles. This study contributes to understanding the ethical implications of AI in digital marketing and offers insights for businesses, policymakers, and scholars aiming to navigate this complex terrain responsibly.

Elderly residents who live in madania homes use the kitchen as a kitchen places for cooking activities, and have complaints about height and slippery floor conditions, according to the elderly as many as 32% of cooking kitchen users representing the elderly population using purposive sampling, proposed design improvements for elderly cooking places by considering the anthropometric size of elderly users, using a focus approach group discussion to facilitate the wishes and complaints experienced by the elderly, the shape and size of the proposed new kitchen design for the elderly by adding a foothold in front of the kitchen to facilitate cooking reach, with a cooking kitchen width: 53 cm; Height: 132cm; length 53 cm, using anthropometric measurements, namely front arm reach (JTD) 53 cm; shoulder width(LB) (maximum) 43 cm; height (TB) 158 cm; elbow height (TS) 132 cm. The design is the result obtained from the first focus group discussion, then the results of the second focus group discussion explain the proposed new design drawings for the elderly's kitchen to the elderly, related to the suggestions obtained from the results of the first focus group discussion and the senior citizens agree with the results drawn, by having a height, width, length according to body size by adding non-permanent footing facilities in front making it easier for users to reach the kitchen for cooking activities, floors that are designed to be safe and non-slippery, and additional cupboard facilities to make it easier to store cooking utensils.Sig (2-tailed) of 0.003 <0.05 indicates that the H1 hypothesis is accepted.

Information and communication technology that has become increasingly sophisticated makes information spread quickly without the boundaries of space and time. This is very dangerous for teenagers who are still confused about what they can and cannot do. The type of research design used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 23 people, consisting of 21 students/I SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City, 1 teacher counseling guidance and 1 vice principal in the field of public relations. Data were obtained by means of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and In-Depth Interview. Students' perception of sex education is to explain problems related to how to interact with the opposite sex, reproductive organs, intimate relationships, and juvenile delinquency. Perceptions related to the threat of not getting sex education are that they can fall into promiscuity and free sex, get pregnant out of wedlock and can get reproductive diseases. Students' perceptions regarding the benefits of getting sex education are being able to distinguish between good and bad, and being able to avoid promiscuity. Schools provide support in efforts to prevent free sex for their students by way of socialization related to sex education by counseling guidance teachers assisted by other relevant agencies and institutions. The informant's perception of the perceived barriers in obtaining sex education is that many consider sex a taboo subject and a negative thing. The activity of providing sex education at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City is expected to be able to apply sex education as one of the materials taught to students at school. Although activities were hampered due to the pandemic, it is hoped that the school will continue to provide sex education materials in the form of online meetings or socialization from various media.    

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is an endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle at both the individual and communal levels. In the current pandemic era, it is crucial to focus on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in order to avoid various viruses and diseases. The necessity of Clean and Healthy Behavior must continue to be emphasized to all segments of society. Youth is a group that need attention. According to a situational analysis conducted at SMA Kalam Kudus II in Jakarta, there is a problem with poor levels of cleanliness and health consciousness. To raise high school students' understanding of clean and healthy lives, it is required to conduct activities such as lectures, discussions, and outreach. This service activity takes place in Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. This service action was accomplished by performing a survey of service sites, preparing service locations, and delivering Clean and Healthy Behavior support resources. Youth members have participated in Clean and Healthy Living Behavior socialization activities using lecture, discussion, and question and answer formats. This service activity worked smoothly overall. The conclusion that can be derived from this is that service activity participants recognize the significance of clean and healthy lifestyle choices in preventing various diseases.

Sampah merupakan suatu hal yang selalu ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Semua yang beraktivitas pasti akan menghasilkan sampah dan begitu juga yang terjadi di Dusun Condrowangsan Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengelolaan sampah yang dilakukan belum masuk dalam kategori yang baik dan benar dikarenakan proses pengelolaan dilakukan dengan pembuangan yang tidak pada tempatnya dan dengan proses pembakaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan sampah yang ada di Desa Disanah Kecamatan Sreseh Kabupaten Sampang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan rancang bangun observasional deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara survei lapangan, focus group discussion yang melibatkan partisipan, wawancara terbuka, dan studi literatur. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perwakilan dari Badan Lingkungan Hidup, kepala desa, badan perwakilan desa, karang taruna, dan organisasi yang ada di desa. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan sampah di Desa tersebut masih kurang baik hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya lahan untuk pembangunan tempat penampungan sementara, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum baik, dan tingkat kesadaran masyarakat yang masih rendah akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah dengan baik dan benar. Saran yang bisa diberikan adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi tentang pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar, jadwal rutin gotong royong bersih desa dan memasukkan anggaran untuk pembebasan lahan yang akan digunakan untuk tempat penampungan sementara.    

The involvement of citizens in creating a harmonious society is important in this era of globalization. However, in reality, social and religious problems are still the background to the occurrence of conflicts to this day. Citizens' concern for interacting and maintaining communication between people is expected to be able to reduce the conflict axes that exist in society and this can be done by citizens, one of which is through religious dialogue. The purpose of this study is to find out how citizen involvement through religious dialogue is able to maintain community harmony. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach where data collection techniques are used, namely interview techniques, documentation studies and through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities. Test the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that interfaith dialogue carried out by the community through interfaith communities can be said to be successful in efforts to increase citizen involvement to create a harmonious community life in the current era of globalization, seeing that there are still many conflicts in several areas that are motivated by social and religious issues. Interfaith dialogue also provides knowledge of the diversity of religions and beliefs adopted by the Indonesian people, all of which aim to maintain the unity and integrity of the nation with the existing diversity. Interfaith dialogue can also be used as an alternative in increasing civic engagement by directly involving people of different religions

Many parents and teachers do not care about the motor development of early childhood. This is because their paradigm only focuses on certain developments. Therefore, as a professional and good teacher, it is necessary to know what methods need to be used in developing AUD motor skills. This service aims to make AUD teachers know what learning methods can be used in the process of developing children's gross motor skills. This PKM was held at YAPIS Merauke Kindergarten and was attended by 11 YAPIS Merauke Kindergarten teachers. This activity was carried out in 4 sessions where in each session using the lecture method and question and answer discussion. In the end, teachers are expected to be able to create more varied learning methods to support early childhood development.

Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di lereng gunung Arjuna, Prigen, tepatnya di Kedai Hutan Cempaka yang dikelola oleh Yayasan Cempaka. Fasilitas yang dikelola Yayasan Cempaka antara lain: Kedai Hutan Cempaka, Cempaka Camping Ground dan Wisata Alam, Cempaka Farm (Kandang ayam petelur). Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan melakukan pengabdian dalam hal manajemen pasar wisata yang ada pada pedesaan. Beberapa tahap yang dilakukan mulai dari analisis sosial, Focus Group Discussion – FGD, Pembentukan Program, Pelaksanaan Program, dan Evaluasi Program. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2021 dengan partisipasi pengelola Yayasan Cempaka, perwakilan masyarakat desa, perwakilan pemuda pedesaan. Keberadaan Pasar Wisata dapat menjadi salah satu langkah awal pembangunan desa dengan mengutamakan produk asli dari masyarakat. Saat kami melakukan pendampingan terdapat juga toko yang menjual hasil produk yang dibuat oleh penduduk pedesaan seperti hasil karya dari kayu, printing, dan masih banyak lagi, ada pula kopi hasil alam yang telah dijadikan bubuk serta makanan ringan olahan yang dikemas cukup menarik. Dengan adanya toko dan fasilitas-fasilitas yang telah dikelola Yayasan Cempaka, maka diharpkan pengelolan dan masyarakat sekitar dapat memanfaatkan untuk memajukan ekonomi dan kehidupan masyarakat sekitar.

The method of implementing pkm activities using the method of work / art methhods is a method that can be used for the benefit of the community and uses the Method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training.  The results of the service were carried out on May 21, 2022, located in the village of Ropu Tengah Balu. This activity was held on Saturday at 20.00. until it was completed, there were 30 participants. To advance the village, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the village government, so that there are adequate human resources to promote the village, the village government through the village kepala must conduct trainings to village officials, to the community and youth shops.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

The lack of public awareness in implementing Health protocols in the prevention and handling of Covid-19 is the reason for providing education or knowledge of citizens on the importance of maintaining health protocols. The objectives of this community service program are 1) to increase public knowledge and provide correct information on how to prevent and handle Covid-19, 2) to help realize government programs so that they can run the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) and Healthy Living Community Movement (PHBS) program. GERMAS) which is programmed by the government such as washing hands in running water, using hand sanitizer, using mouth masks, maintaining distance, 3) assisting the government in disseminating correct information about how to prevent and handle COVID-19 through mass media, both print media such as brochures. / leaflets and electronically through social media, 4) increase the sense of security and comfort for the community to carry out activities outside the home such as worshiping in public places and other activities, because disinfectants have been sprayed regularly in certain places, 5) assisting the government in implement a vaccination program mass by providing correct information and knowledge about the vaccination program as a preventive effort to prevent and handle covid-19 and 6) the realization of people who are aware of the importance of maintaining health. The method of activities carried out is using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, Observation, Focus group discussion (FGD) approach, counseling, mentoring/monitoring, providing follow-up and program evaluation. The results of this activity showed a very positive response from the residents of the Linggasirna Community, Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency with this activity, we even received a report from the village head that more than 60% of residents who had vaccinated so far had only 15% of the total population. inhabitant. The outputs of this activity are: 1) publication in local print mass media, and 2) producing scientific publication articles published in accredited National Journals with ISSN.

Hamil dan melahirkan merupakan peristiwa alamiah bagi seorang perempuan pada usia reproduksi. Walaupun dikatakan alamiah tetapi dalam perlangsungan kehamilan sering terjadi penyimpangan dari kondisi alamiah atau normal menjadi abnormal (20%) yang berujung pada risiko kematian ibu dan atau janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap penurunan komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif. di gunakan secara bersama dalam suatu kegiatan penelitian sehingga data yang di peroleh lebih komprehensif, valid, relieble dan Objektif. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) atau diskusi kelompok terarah di gunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan data kualitatif terkait dengan kemampuan bidan dalam pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil, pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi dan akses fasilitas pelayanan dari informan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dilaksanakan selama 1 hari tanggal 1 Agustus 2021 di puskesmas bara-barayya, FGD tersebut dilakukan kepada 16 orang yang terdiri dari 1 orang bidan koordinator, 5 orang bidan sebagai fasilitator,5 orang ibu hamil dan 5 orang keluarga ibu hamil (suami). Berdasarkan hasil FGD bidan ANC lingkup Puskesmas Bara-Barayya didapatkan hasil bahwa terkait masalah pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil. Kelas ibu hamil perlu dilakukan perubahan model karena masih sebatas edukasi dan penyuluhan yang sifatnya keluhan fisik dan persiapan melahirkan(BF4).

The lack of access to skills training, limited job market information, and low motivation for entrepreneurship are key factors contributing to the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population. This study aims to map the unemployment conditions in Baubau and implement a counseling and training program to enhance employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The counseling program involves multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The results indicate that the program effectively increased participants' understanding of job search strategies, industry-based skills, and entrepreneurial interest. Evaluations show that employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills improved from 40% to 80% after training. With this program, the productive-age population in Baubau is expected to be better prepared for employment challenges and have alternative solutions for economic self-sufficiency. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of similar programs.

Qualitative research setting by collecting data through observation, interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and filling out questionnaires. The results of this activity show that assistance in the Member Loyalty Period activity is very effective in strengthening awareness of good attitudes in life. The specific positive impact of this activity was an increase in understanding of the culture of healthy living and the importance of organizing. A follow-up mentoring program is needed so that activity alumni can further develop their mindset and organizational spirit.    

This community service activity at Plantera Patean Kendal Agro-tourism is carried out in order to fulfill the request of Plantera Patean Kendal Agro-tourism (PT Cengkeh Zanzibar). As well as the implementation of community service by several lecturers who have knowledge and skills about tourism. This activity was in the form of an analysis FGD on the packaging of agro-based tourism products based on market segmentation. The main objective of this activity is to assist Plantera Agro-tourism in developing agro-tourism potential. As well as providing benefits in the form of training and skills related to the tourism sector.

Anak Indonesia merupakan aset yang sangat besar sebagai potensi sumber daya manusia yang tak ternilai harganya. Anak jalanan adalah anak yang menghabiskan sebagian besar waktunya untuk melakukan kegiatan hidup sehari-hari di jalanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji tindakan sosial anak jalanan yang berdampak pada  ketertiban di Kawasan Lima kota Semarang. Teknik Pengumpulan Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu  observasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini: 1) Anak jalanan cenderung bersikap tidak peduli dengan lingkungan disekitarnya, 2) kebiasaan anak jalanan dalam berinteraksi sering mendapat tanggapan negatif  dari masyarakat, 3) Tindakan spontan yang dilakukan komunitas anak jalanan dalam berinteraksi mengganggu ketertiban umum. Kesimpulan: Dampak Tindakan sosial anak jalanan yang mengganggu keamanan, kenyamanan dan ketertiban umum.

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

Pengembangan potensi ekonomi masyarakat desa Kwadungan Kecamatan Ngadirejo Kabupaten Temanggung dapat dilakukan dengan model pemberdayaan ekonomi pariwisata  berbasis masyarakat yang melibatkan kelompok wanita tani di daerah tersebut sebagai pelaku utama. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat dari kelompok wanita tani desa Kwadungan tersebut merupakan bentuk pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia lokal dalam upaya mengelola kegiatan ekonomi kepariwisataan pedesaan secara langsung. Oleh sebab itu,diperlukan informasi yang akurat untuk menjawab permasalahan pemberdayaan ekonomi pariwisata berbasis masyarakat pada kelompok wanita tani desa Kwadungan Kecamatan Ngadierjo Kabupaten Temanggung melalui Teknik FGD. Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan focus group discussion yang dilakukan pada kelompok wanita tani desa Kwadungan Temanggung sebagai upaya untuk mengetahui permasalahan dan mendapatkan informasi yang akurat guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Dari hasil FGD, keputusan disepakati bersama bahwa wujud kegiatannya berupa pelatihan membuat kue dan cemilan berbahan baku dari tanaman singkong dan ketela rambat yang dibudidayakan oleh kelompok wanita tani desa Kwadungan-Temanggung. Adanya pelatihan usaha olahan pangan tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan  pada anggota  kelompok  wanita  tani  yang  signifikan  terhadap  upaya pengembangan potensi usaha ekonomi khususnya dalam rangka mendukung kepariwisataan di desa Kwadungan Kabupaten Temanggung.
