This research aims to design and build a client service website and pre-registration of cases at the KOFIPINDO Law Office as a solution to administrative problems that are still carried out manually. The system is developed using the waterfall method through the stages of needs analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The website that was built provides features for account registration, filling in case data, uploading supporting documents, and verification by the admin so that the file is ready to be submitted to the e-Court system. In addition, the system is equipped with a case status monitoring dashboard, automatic notifications to clients, and submission history that can be accessed at any time. The results of the study show that this platform is able to improve service efficiency, minimize administrative errors, and speed up the pre-registration process of cases. The implementation of this system also helps to increase the transparency of communication between law firms and clients. Furthermore, the use of this website has the potential to reduce the administrative workload of staff, optimize the management of case data, and improve the accuracy of legal documentation. The system is also designed with the client's data security and privacy aspects in mind in accordance with the principles of digital information protection. Thus, this system can be an effective, structured, and integrated digital means to support the modernization of legal services at KOFIPINDO, improve service professionalism, and strengthen the competitiveness of law offices in the digital ecosystem.

This study explores the reconstruction of the abolition of compensation payments to foster justice for convicts, specifically evaluating the intersection between Law No. 31 of 1999 and Law No. 20 of 2001. The research addresses the persistent legal dilemma where state loss recovery mechanisms often overlook the fundamental rights and socio-economic realities of prisoners. Under the current regime, the imposition of substitute imprisonment for unpaid financial obligations is perceived as a "layered punishment" that undermines human dignity and fails to reflect proportional justice. The analysis reveals that the retributive orientation established in Law No. 31 of 1999 results in a "lose-lose" outcome: the state remains uncompensated while the financial burden of correctional costs increases due to extended incarceration. By integrating the fiscal and state financial management principles found in Law No. 20 of 2001, this research proposes a shift toward more proportional and restorative asset recovery. The study concludes that the role of the Prosecutor must be reoriented toward accurate asset tracing and the implementation of humane payment schemes. Future legal reforms must ensure that the state's interest in fiscal restoration does not sacrifice the convict's basic rights, prioritizing distributive justice to create a more humane anti-corruption framework.

This study explores the phenomenon of abuse of authority in the investigation stage of corruption cases, focusing on various violations of practices, causative factors, and implications for justice and legal certainty. The study uses a normative juridical approach through the study of laws and regulations, legal doctrine, and empirical literature to build a comprehensive and systematic analysis. The findings indicate that oversight gaps, weak institutional control, and low integrity of the authorities are the main triggers for actions that go beyond authority, which in turn reduces the effectiveness of evidence and lowers public trust in law enforcement institutions. In addition, the lack of transparency and accountability mechanisms further exacerbates the risk of procedural violations during the investigation process. These conditions can potentially undermine the principles of due process of law and fairness in the criminal justice system. To address this problem, it is necessary to improve internal and external control mechanisms, strengthen supervision by independent institutions, and ensure the consistent implementation of disciplinary measures and legal sanctions against violators. By reinforcing these efforts, it is expected that law enforcement agencies can enhance professionalism, maintain integrity, and restore public confidence in handling corruption cases. Hajj savings are an important Islamic banking product designed to assist Muslims in preparing for hajj expenses in a systematic and Sharia-compliant manner. As a trust-based fund, hajj savings require proper accounting treatment to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with Sharia accounting standards. This study aims to analyze the implementation of trust fund accounting in the Hajj Savings Program at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Tegal Slawi. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using observation, documentation, and interviews conducted during an internship period at the research location. The data were analyzed by comparing accounting practices applied by the bank with relevant Sharia accounting standards, particularly PSAK 105 and PSAK 101. The results indicate that the hajj savings at BSI KCP Tegal Slawi are managed under a mudharabah contract and are recognized as temporary syirkah funds rather than bank income. The processes of recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure have generally been implemented in accordance with Sharia accounting principles. However, limitations were found in the level of accounting understanding among operational staff. This study implies that strengthening Sharia accounting literacy among bank employees is essential to enhance accountability and maintain customer trust in managing hajj funds.

Digital transformation in public services represents a strategic shift in integrating information technology into governmental administrative systems to enhance service efficiency, transparency, and accountability. One prominent innovation in this effort is the adoption of electronic land certificates initiated by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) as part of land service modernization. This policy is formally regulated under Ministerial Regulation No. 3 of 2023 concerning electronic documents in land registration. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to examine the implementation process, identify enabling and constraining factors, and assess the impact of electronic land certificates on the quality of land services. Data were obtained through interviews, field observations, and document analysis at the Tulungagung Regency Land Office and analyzed using the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that electronic land certificates contribute significantly to improving service efficiency, administrative speed, and data security. Nonetheless, several challenges persist, including inadequate network infrastructure in rural areas, limited public digital literacy, and insufficient information technology personnel. Despite these constraints, the initiative has been positively received and reflects the local government’s commitment to advancing digital governance and good governance principles. The effectiveness of this transformation largely depends on institutional readiness, technological support, and community engagement.

This study looks at how the government isn't doing enough to watch over logging in Sumatra and how that leads to a higher chance of flooding, using the ideas from Administrative Law. Ineffective supervision, both during the licensing process and afterwards, significantly contributes to the decline of the forest's ecological functions, resulting in hydrological disasters. The study uses normative law and follows a literature review method. The data used consists of secondary data, including primary legal materials such as legislation, as well as secondary materials like textbooks, academic journals, and digital sources. Data was gathered by looking at documents and then looked at using a descriptive-qualitative approach. The research shows that the government's failure to properly carry out its responsibilities in forestry management can be considered an illegal government action, known as an 'onrechtmatige overheidsdaad'. This action goes against the General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB), especially the principles of being careful with public money, being responsible, and ensuring that laws are clear and followable. This situation leads to the government being responsible, which means they must take steps to fix the environment and offer help to the communities that were affected. This study suggests strengthening the forestry oversight system by implementing regulatory improvements, improving the capacity of officials, utilizing technology, and involving the community actively to ensure transparent, accountable, and sustainable environmental management.

The rapid growth of Indonesia’s banking industry has encouraged various corporate actions, such as mergers, to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. However, post-merger system integration often creates issues for customers, particularly the increase in credit collectability caused by data migration errors. This study aims to analyze the legal protection and liability of banks toward customers adversely affected by the merger process. The research employs a normative juridical approach through legislation review and case study analysis. The findings indicate that customer legal protection operates both preventively and repressively. Preventive protection is regulated under the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 6/POJK.07/2022, emphasizing transparency, education, and data security principles. Meanwhile, repressive protection is carried out through internal bank complaint mechanisms, the Financial Services Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution (LAPS SJK), and civil lawsuits under Articles 1365 and 1243 of the Indonesian Civil Code. The study concludes that banks are legally responsible for restoring customers’ rights by correcting SLIK data, issuing clarification letters, and providing material and immaterial compensation. Upholding prudential principles and consumer protection is essential to maintaining public trust in the post-merger banking system.

Detention is one of the most coercive measures in the criminal justice process and is intended to ensure the effectiveness of criminal proceedings. In many legal systems, public prosecutors are granted authority to order detention against suspects or defendants under specific legal requirements. However, the practical effectiveness of detention by public prosecutors in achieving procedural objectives and safeguarding legal rights remains a subject of debate. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of detention carried out by public prosecutors against perpetrators of criminal acts, focusing on its legal basis, implementation, and impact on the criminal justice process. Using a normative juridical approach supported by qualitative analysis of legislation, legal doctrines, and relevant case studies, this research evaluates whether prosecutorial detention fulfills principles of legality, necessity, proportionality, and human rights protection. The findings indicate that while detention by public prosecutors can enhance procedural efficiency and prevent obstruction of justice, its effectiveness is often constrained by inconsistencies in application, weak judicial oversight, and potential risks of arbitrary detention. This study concludes that strengthening legal safeguards, standardizing detention criteria, and enhancing accountability mechanisms are essential to ensure that detention by public prosecutors remains both effective and compliant with the rule of law.

This study examines the prohibition of marriage based on the babisiak oath in Nagari Lunto, Lembah Segar District, Sawahlunto City, from the perspective of Sadd al-Dzari’ah and the views of Generation Z. The babisiak oath is a traditional vow made by previous ninik mamak (customary elders) declaring that members of the Buo Bungo tribe and the Kutia Anyia Bawah tribe are forbidden to marry, as the elders had sworn a brotherhood bond known as batali budi. This research employs a qualitative field research approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Head of the Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) of Lunto Village and several Generation Z members residing in the area. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and qualitative methods. The findings indicate that, from the perspective of Sadd al-Dzari’ah, the marriage prohibition falls into the third category, namely a permissible act that has a strong potential to cause harm. Allowing such marriages could reopen historical conflicts, expose past grievances between the tribes, and potentially lead to social or physical disputes. Furthermore, Generation Z’s perspectives on the prohibition can be classified into three groups: those who remain obedient to the custom, those who hold a moderate stance, and those who tend to reject the prohibition. Despite these differences, most Generation Z respondents acknowledge that the babisiak oath has historical and social value that deserves preservation. However, they also emphasize the need to reinterpret its implementation in the contemporary context to prevent conflicts between customary law, Islamic legal principles, and individual freedom.

Letter of Credit or L/C is a payment instrument in international trade transactions. Payment through a Letter of Credit is the most ideal form of payment in providing  payment certainty, because in its mechanism, L/C requires  payment to the seller through a bank guarantee with the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the document. Fraudulent letters of credit are disputes between parties in the execution of L/C payments caused by errors or irregularities due to fraud. As a result, in international civil agreements,  such agreements are deemed invalid. Mediation is a method of dispute resolution through non-litigation channels. In mediation, the dispute resolution mechanism is carried out by using a third party called a mediator. This method is highly dependent on the trust of the disputing parties in the mediator. In carrying out their duties, mediators act based on the principles of neutrality, confidentiality, voluntariness, empowerment, and as a provider of recommendations in the course of mediation for dispute resolution. Generally, mediation as a method is rarely applied in cases of international civil dispute resolution, because the resolution of international civil payment disputes is carried out through arbitration. Arbitration is a method of dispute resolution based on an arbitration agreement. An arbitration agreement is an agreement agreed upon by both parties to submit and surrender all matters to an arbitrator.

The development of academic writing skills among university students remains a serious challenge in higher education, particularly in Indonesian language courses that are often perceived as theoretical and procedural. This study aims to reconstruct Indonesian language learning through an Outcome Based Education (OBE) approach to strengthen students’ scientific writing skills at Universitas Muhammadiyah Maumere. Employing a qualitative research design, data were collected through classroom observations and in-depth interviews with students and lecturers over a three-week period. The findings reveal that OBE based learning encourages clearer learning objectives, increases students’ awareness of academic writing standards, and fosters reflective and critical writing practices. Students demonstrated improved understanding of scientific text structures, argument development, and academic language conventions. Furthermore, the learning process shifted from teacher centered instruction to a more participatory and student oriented model, allowing students to actively construct knowledge through observation, discussion, and writing practice. The study also highlights that the integration of contextual learning and continuous feedback plays a crucial role in enhancing students’ confidence and motivation in academic writing. These findings imply that OBE based Indonesian language instruction can serve as an effective pedagogical strategy to cultivate academic literacy, critical thinking, and responsible scholarly attitudes among university students. The study recommends broader implementation of OBE principles in language education to support sustainable improvement in higher education learning outcomes.

The prevalence of diabetic ulcers in Indonesia reaches 12-15% of all sufferers. This condition has an impact on the patient's psychological condition in the form of anxiety due to wounds that are difficult to heal, changes in body image, and concerns about the possibility of amputation. One of the nonpharmacological interventions that can help overcome anxiety is the slow deep breathing technique. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to carry out Nursing Care for Mrs. M with Diagnosis of Diabetic Ulcers using the application of slow deep breathing intervention in reducing anxiety at Az-Zahra Hospital. The writing method is a nursing care process that includes the stages of study, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of care was Mrs. M, a patient with diabetic ulcers in the inpatient room of Az-Zahra Hospital. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, documentation studies, and physical examinations, and using a medical-surgical nursing care assessment format. The ethical principles applied use the principles of Nursing Ethics. The results of nursing care showed that after three days of slow deep breathing intervention, patients reported feeling calmer, sleeping better, and anxiety levels decreased from moderate to mild based on observation results and anxiety scales used. This suggests that slow deep breathing interventions are effective in helping to reduce anxiety in patients with diabetic ulcers. It is hoped that patients and families can continue these breathing exercises independently as part of stress management efforts and quality of life improvement.

. This research is driven by the low literacy of plastic waste management in primary education, where students tend to perceive cleanliness only as disposing of trash without having the skills for reuse. This study aims to describe the utilization of recycled plastic waste media in enhancing students' environmental awareness at MI Salafiyah Syafi’iyah through an experiential learning approach. The method employed is descriptive-analytical qualitative, with data collection techniques including direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The research implementation was carried out through three main stages: participatory waste sorting, selection of clothing pattern designs as adhesive media, and the construction of creative collages into an educational display board named "Karyaku." The results indicate that the integration of plastic waste as a learning medium is capable of transforming students' paradigms from a consumptive to a creative perspective, as well as improving their practical understanding of the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). The success of this research is evidenced by the creation of aesthetic and functional visual media that not only enhances students' creativity but also fosters a sense of responsibility and sustainable environmental concern for the school ecosystem.

This study examines the implementation of Indonesian Language learning in higher education as a foundation for developing students’ academic literacy within an Outcome Based Education (OBE) framework. The research is motivated by serious concerns regarding students’ low academic writing ability, weak critical reading skills, and inconsistent use of academic language, which hinder the formation of academic culture at universities. The objective of this study is to describe and interpret the learning process, challenges, and outcomes of Indonesian Language courses in fostering academic literacy. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach conducted intensively over a three-week period. Data were collected through classroom observations, in depth interviews with lecturers and students, and document analysis of lesson plans, teaching materials, and students’ academic assignments. The findings reveal that although the course design conceptually aligns with OBE principles, its classroom implementation has not fully emphasized reflective processes, critical engagement, and consistent academic language practice. Learning activities tend to focus on task completion rather than on the development of academic thinking processes. The study implies that Indonesian Language learning should be strengthened through reflective, contextual, and process oriented strategies to enhance students’ academic literacy and academic identity. These findings contribute theoretically to studies on academic literacy and practically to the improvement of Indonesian Language instruction in higher education.

This study examines students’ understanding and application of Qawāʿid al-Fiqhiyyah in their daily muamalah practices and its implications for their ethical behavior. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved twenty students who provided data through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observations. The findings indicate that most students possess a solid understanding of the function of legal maxims as general principles guiding Islamic legal reasoning and as analytical tools for addressing contemporary issues. They are able to apply Qawāʿid al-Fiqhiyyah in various modern activities, such as digital transactions, social interactions, and financial management, which helps them act with greater caution, fairness, and responsibility. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including difficulties in understanding Arabic terminology, limited contextual examples, and environments that do not always support consistent application. This study concludes that strengthening practical understanding and contextual learning is essential for Qawāʿid al-Fiqhiyyah to function effectively as a moral and Sharia-based guide for students navigating the complexities of modern life.
