Sejahtera: Jurnal Inspirasi Mengabdi Untuk Negeri 2023 Universitas Maritim AMNI Semarang

Pada umum nya yang terjadi di kantor administrasi pembangunan di kabupaten Lombok Tengah mengenai penggunaan aplikasi e-monev pegawai disana masih kurang memahami cara mengaplikasikan aplikasi e-monev sehingga penulis berinisiatif membuat pelatihan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi e-monev tersebut. Mulai dari alur login  agar para staf atau pegawai di bagian administrasi pembangunan bisa memulai untuk menggunakan aplikasi e-monev tersebut.aplikasi e-monev bisa di gunakan sebagai pelaporan data realisasi dari hasil pemantauan pelaksanaan rencana kerja.dan aplikasi tersebut juga di gunakan untuk melakukan penghimpunan data pegawai yang ada  pada tempat penggunaan aplikasinya. Selain itu juga aplikasi ini bisa melakukan penambahan data pegawai . seperti misalnya melakukan hal yang berkaitan dengan cara penggunaan aplikasi e-monev itu sendiri.

The Surabaya Teaching program is part of the Freedom to Learn Campus Merdeka (MBKM) policy to enrich student competence by providing opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom by providing assistance to teachers and education staff at the primary and secondary education levels. This program invites students to contribute to improving the quality of learning at the elementary and junior high school levels for one semester. The Surabaya Teaching program is currently the 3rd batch assigned to teach, assist with technology, and assist with school administration and teachers in schools in 3T areas. One of the schools where Surabaya teaches is SMP Negri 39 Surabaya, which is located on Jl. Raya Prapen, Panjang Jiwo, Kec. Tenggilis Mejoyo, Surabaya, East Java. Surabaya Teaching students also have a responsibility in improving the character and interest in learning students who are low. The goals that can be achieved in undergoing the Surabaya Teaching Program batch 3 are a process of adding relationships, adding experience outside the world of lectures, developing students' insights, character and soft skills, encouraging and spurring national development by growing student motivation to participate in development, and increasing the real role and contribution of universities and students in the development of education in Indonesia. The results of this program include improving educational services at these schools in terms of teaching, technology utilization, and administration. It can be concluded that the Surabaya Teaching program provides good benefits for all parties and also provides a lot of experience gained during assignments taking place at SMP Negri 39 Surabaya, starting from the observation, planning, implementation and evaluation activities that take place during activities.

kebijakan dalam sektor industri migas adalah seperangkat panduan, prinsip,atau peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah atau badan pengatur terkait untuk mengatur aktivitas di sektor migas. Kebijakan ini mencakup berbagai aspek,seperti ekplorasi, produksi, pengolahan, distribusi, dan penggunaan bahan bakar fosil. Every citizen has the right to civil registration in the sense that he has the right to request an authentic deed from a state official. It is still rare for residents to realize how important a deed is for them in sustaining their life. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the policy for implementing population administration in the possession of death certificates for the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency and to identify obstacles in implementing the policy for implementing population administration in making death certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service for Kuantan Regency Singingi. Qualitative research as a research method that starts from assumptions, interpretive/theoretical lenses, and studies of research problems that look at how individuals or groups interpret social or humanitarian problems. The results of the research that the researchers conducted regarding the implementation of population administration administration policies in Kuantan Singingi Regency (a case study of death certificates), namely, the policy of implementing population administration regarding death certificates had not been properly implemented by the Kuantan Singingi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, this was obtained from several factors, namely Policy standards and targets/measures and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, implementor communication, attitude and position of executors, social, economic and political environment. The second obstacle is the lack of socialization related to population administration. The third obstacle is the lack of public awareness.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi sebagai pengukuran dan penilaian sejauh manaPKBM Insan Madani berhasil melaksanakan pembelajaran program paket A. Tujuan daripenelitian ini yaitu mensupervisi dengan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi programpaket A PKBM Insan Madani dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan ketercapaianpembelajaran, administrasi dan mencari kekurangan serta memberikan rekomendasi dansaran untuk menjadi jalan keluar penyelesaian hal tersebut dan menjadikan PKBM InsanMadani Jauh lebih baik. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatifyang di desain deskriptif sehingga dapat menggambarkan situasi sebenarnya di lapangan.Pembelajaran di program paket A sudah terbilang cukup baik mulai dari perencanaansampai dengan ketercapaian. Masih terdapat kekurangan dari segi prasarana kelas yangkurang serta best practices yang kurang di perhatikan. Sehingga timbul saran danrekomendasi untuk menyelesaikan hal tersebut.

Public services related to Population Administration are something that the Government must pay attention to its development considering that effective and efficient public services are one of the driving factors for governance, so that innovation is needed in improving the quality of public services. Kelurahan which is an administrative government unit which is only an extension of the city government. Gayungan Village is one of the Village Offices in Surabaya City that implements innovative electronic-based administrative services as a means of managing population administration. Klampid New Generation, which is an online-based application page that can be a solution to problems related to the complicated and lengthy process of managing population documents as a result of the poor performance of public services. In this study, an analysis of the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the use of KNG as a form of improving public services, especially in the Gayungan Village, Surabaya City, was carried out from the many requests submitted and an analysis of the performance of public services was also carried out based on the use of e-government. Using qualitative methods and direct observation based on existing services in the Gayungan Village within a period of four months. The results of this study are that Klampid New Generation as a population administration management service can be said to be successful in its implementation including effectiveness and efficiency in Gayungan Village.

The settlement of state administrative disputes as a result of the issuance of a state administrative decision letter is the authority of the State Administrative Court as a judicial body appointed by the Law governing the State Administrative Court. Administrative efforts are a non-litigation settlement that must be taken before state administrative disputes are submitted to the State Administrative Court. Administrative efforts are expected to be the best solution before citizens submit their problems to the Court, so as to remove the paradigm that the actions of state administrative bodies or officials are always right and cannot be corrected.

The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services that can create a sense of satisfaction in each patient. So if there is dissatisfaction with the patient, it is something that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of lasinrang Hospital, pinrang Province. This study uses an analytical observational design based on cross-sectional, quantitative analysis. The population in this study was 10444 patients. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with a sample of 100 samples. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire, and the data analysis used is simple linear regression.In this study, all indicators of service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) together have a positive influence on the service quality of hospital administration staff on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province. There are two service quality indicator variables that have the most dominant influence on the quality of hospital administration staff service on patient satisfaction in the outpatientinstallation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province, which include the Assurance indicator 48.6% and Tangible 24.3% and (R2) of (0.636) shows that 63.6% of patient satisfaction variables can be explained by the quality of service of hospital administrative staff, while the remaining 36.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. So it can be concluded that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied patients will be and will continue to return to get service from time to time because good service can provide satisfaction to patients according to their needs and desires.

This study will examine and analyse these elements to have a better understanding of how employee culture and job satisfaction impact organisational commitment. This essay's research focuses on the Bandung, Indonesia, PT.Bina Administrasi. The sample for the study was composed of 98 participants using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique is called multiple regression. Following are the study's conclusions: (1) Organisational culture positively affects organisational commitment, meaning that the better the culture, the higher the commitment. (2) A favourable association between the two can be shown when organisational commitment is high and work satisfaction is high.

A notary is a public official who aims to serve the public in the field of legal services in making authentic deeds by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2004. This goal can be achieved if human resource management provides job descriptions and specifications to achieve employee work effectiveness one of which is the Notary Office of Ebony Kiki Haga, S.H., M.Kn, which requires employee work effectiveness in service activities. In this case, the administrative staff is the most important role related to the effectiveness of the notary's office. Work effectiveness has not been achieved properly because there is no defined job description and specifications, so there is often a miscommunication regarding the division of work. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using field methods (observation), interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions, then testing the credibility of the data using the triangulation method. The result of this research is that the work effectiveness of administrative staff has met 3 (three) indicators of work effectiveness, after doing job analysis with the results being able to apply job descriptions and specifications for administrative staff.

In companies, office administration systems have an important role, especially warehousing administration in the warehouse section that handles inventory. Warehousing administration in the warehouse department is the spearhead of all records of incoming and outgoing goods. PT. Transkon Jaya has a warehouse section that handles spare parts inventory for vehicles or equipment that is rented, the inaccuracy of data in recording administration at the warehouse will have an impact on the company's operations. Based on the description above, the authors conducted a study entitled Analysis of Warehouse Administration Systems at the Warehouse Department at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, Balikpapan City. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Research which uses comparative analysis techniques through literature study, observation, and interviews. From the results of research and analysis, it can be concluded that the warehousing administration system in the Warehouse Department at PT. Transkon Jaya Tbk Balikpapan uses 2 (two) mechanisms, namely a computerized mechanism that uses the MYOB application and a manual mechanism. However, the application used is an accounting computer application, not an application specifically for inventory administration, which can provide information regarding the location of goods, the number of goods, the date of goods coming in, the date of goods left, and the amount of stock in the warehouse in real-time.

The purpose of this study is to find out the application of administrative technology in teacher knowledge transfer which will be used as a follow-up to implementing administrative technology and also to find out the development of teachers in completing administration using technology. The method used in an effort to achieve this goal is observation by conducting direct observations in the field to find out what conditions occur what the school needs and what obstacles occur. Through knowledge transfer, some teachers who previously had difficulty using technology, especially laptops, are slowly getting used to it, they are starting to arrange administration using technology and storing files on laptops. This program is expected to provide direct benefits to teachers, especially SD Inpres Boyaoge teachers in increasing knowledge, skills, in completing administration using technology.

One of the supporters of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in improving the economy, especially in the field of tourism destinations, namely the Hospitality Industry. The main objective of the hospitality industry is as a means of accommodation for temporary accommodation for guests who come from various places. In competing in the hotel industry, a strong management structure is needed, especially in the human resources (HR) department. The implementation method is carried out through the dedication and assistance method in the Human Resource Development (HRD) and Engineering Administration departments. The results obtained show that the role of the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) and the Department of Engineering in the hotel industry is an effort to improve the performance and quality of the performance of its employees because they play an important role in the hospitality industry, which aims to increase the productivity of the company's work, because a company can to develop and progress, of course, not only due to capital factors and a strong business strategy, but also great human resources (HR) and also fixing facilities if something is damaged or has an error.

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

Administrasi yang diperlukan setiap guru untuk kegiatan mengajar pasti akan membantu guru dalam mengelola kegiatan mengajar agar tujuan dari kegiatan mengajar tersebut dapat tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapkan teknologi administrasi dalam knowledge transfer guru yang akan dijadikan tindak lanjut untuk menerapkan teknologi administrasi dan juga untuk mengetahui perkembangan para guru dalam melengkapi administrasi menggunakan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan tersebut yaitu observasi  dengan melakukakan pengamatan langsung dilapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi yang terjadi apa yang butuhkan oleh sekolah dan apa kendala yang terjadi. Melalui knowledge transfer beberapa guru yang sebelumnya kesulitan menggunakan teknologi khususnya laptop perlahan mulai bisa, mereka mulai menyusun administrasi menggunakan teknologi dan menyimpan arsip-arsip di laptop. Dalam program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat langsung kepada para guru, khususnya guru SD Inpres Boyaoge dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dalam pelengkapan administrasi menggunakan teknologi.

This study aims to determine the effect of digitalization and excellent service on the optimization of the Population Administration Awareness Environmental Area (KALIMASADA) program in Dukuh Sutorejo Village. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires and questionnaires with a sample of Dukuh Sutorejo Village residents who entered Kalimasada data (residents whose population administration was incomplete) aged 18-64 years. The number of samples in the study was obtained by multiplying the number of variable indicators used by the minimum number, namely 5. The sampling technique was carried out using the Accidental Sampling technique, namely a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who accidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample if seen by others. that happen to be encountered is suitable as a data source. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that digitalization and excellent service partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on optimizing the Population Administration Awareness Environmental Area (KALIMASADA) program in Dukuh Sutorejo Village.

Problems in public services are often encountered in their implementation even though standards and laws have been established. In the evaluation of the PATEN policy in Ciledug District, Tangerang City, there are problems including the timeliness of service, service costs, and supporting resources for service implementation. The government has attempted to bring about an innovation in the field of public services through the District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) policy regulated in Permendagri Number 4 of 2010, which contains the delegation of authority from regents to sub-district heads. Following up on the Permendagri, the government of Tangerang City has implemented integrated sub-district administration services, especially in Ciledug District. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The writing method used is the literature study research method, a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results showed that the implementation seen from the aspect of service costs was sufficient and according to fairness standards and from the aspect of service time and supporting resources for the implementation of services was inadequate. The purpose of the District Integrated Administrative Services has not been optimally achieved because the type of delegation of authority given is considered not to be effective and efficient in creating quality services and getting closer to the community. The advice given is to add service support facilities and improve service methods so that service times are better, as well as to review the types of delegation of authority given to sub-district heads so that the policy objectives are achieved more optimally.

Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan ternak ruminansia, salah satunya adalah kambing. Jumlah ternak kambing di Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2020 mencapai 41.190 yang tersebar di seluruh kecamatan yaitu 16 kecamatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pemetaan sebaran populasi ternak kambing di Kabupaten Sidoarjo menggunakan SIG. Informasi sebaran ternak kambing bermanfaat untuk mempercepat pengelolaan informasi sebaran ternak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu data spasial berupa peta administrasi, peta kedalaman laut, dan data sebaran ternak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menghasilakan output berupa peta sebaran ternak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dimana dapat memberikan informasi sebaran ternak kambing per kecamatan pada tahun 2018 dan 2020. Data sebaran ternak kambing di seluruh kecamatan menunjukkan fluktuatif. Terdapat tiga kecamatan yang selalu konsisten dalam jumlah sebaran ternaknya yang tinggi yaitu Kecamatan Tarik, Krian, dan Balongbendo. Ketiga kecamatan tersebut jauh dari pusat kota dan memiliki kepadatan penduduk di bawah 2500 penduduk/km2. Tingkat kepadatan penduduk kurang memungkinkan tersedianya lahan yang lebih luas. Faktor lain yang menjadi pendukung dalam pengembangan ternak adalah ketersediaan aliran sungai yang cukup banyak, karena akan menunjang ketersediaan hijauan sebagai bahan pakan ternak.

Desa Bakung merupakan desa yang terletak di kecamatan Mijen kabupaten  Demak. Keseharian masyarakat Desa Bakung adalah bercocok tanam, bertani, buruh tani, peternak sapi dan peternak Kambing, kuli bangunan, buruh dan lain-lain. Keadaan wilayah Desa Bakung 80 % persawahan dari luas keseluruhan Desa Bakung. Letak geografis Desa Bakung berada di wilayah utara Kabupaten Demak. Zaman sekarang semua administrasi desa menggunakan internet. Penggunaan media yang bebasis IT menimbulkan kekhawatiran bagi para kader sebagai akibat dari kondisi yang sedang terjadi. Hal tersebut dapat berupa kurang familiarnya fungsi-fungsi IT bagi kader dan penggunaan  tidak dapat diaplikasikan secara maksimal. Tantangan di masa yang akan datang, salah satunya adalah  kecenderungan penggunaan IT di kehidupan era globalisasi. Sehingga,  masalah tersebut harus secara kontinyu  diupayakan untuk diselesaikan. Oleh karena itu, Tim pengabdian pada masyarakat Fakultas Bahasa dan Budaya Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang melakukan komunikasi secara intensif dengan pengelola Tim Penggerak PKK khususnya dengan para Kader posyandu untuk mendapatkan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Pendampingan dalam pengisian aplikasi Sigizidu bagi Kader Posyadu desa Bakung, Kecamatan Mijen, Kabupaten Demak. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program pengabdian ini, yaitu metode pembelajaran partisipatif melalui metode presentasi, demonstrasi dan simulasi serta pendampingan dengan memberikan 2 jenis materi utama yaitu dasar-dasar komputer dan handphone, serta teknik pengisian aplikasi Sigizidu. Setelah pengabdian ini diharapkan kader Posyandu dapat menggunakan handpone dan laptop dalam pengisian aplikasi Sigizidu secara teliti, benar, dan mahir. Kedepannya mampu menjadi Desa yang melek Teknologi.
