Work life balance is a problem experienced by health workers, one of which is in the nurse group. Nurses are faced with high role demands, where the tasks and responsibilities of activities that need to be completed at the same time, this will cause an imbalance in their personal lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and work-life balance in nurses at the hospital. This correlation research design uses a crossectional approach. The research sample taken using total sampling amounted to 41 nurses. The research data was taken with a questionnaire sheet, then analyzed using the Spearman Rho test. The results showed that most (63.4%) nurses experienced heavy workload, and most (56,1%) nurses experienced currently work-life balance. Based on the results of the analysis using an ordinal scale with the Spearman Rho test, the p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) and the value = ─0.517, then H1 is accepted. There is a relationship between workload and work life balance in nurses at the hospital. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the hospital will pay attention in handling the tasks and responsibilities experienced by nurses so that nurses are able to manage time in completing their work to be maximized and directed without thinking about matters outside of their work.

Employee involvement is employed as the dependent variable. Mindfulness is the moderating variable employed. All of the Generation Z workers in the Bandar Lampung coffee shop sector made up the study's demographic. Purposive sampling was the technique employed, and the sample size consisted of 133 workers from coffee shops. A Likert-scaled questionnaire was employed as the data collection tool in this investigation. Simple linear regression and moderation regression analysis are used in this research analysis technique. The study's findings suggest that work stress has a substantial and detrimental impact on employee engagement and that mindfulness does not mitigate this effect in the case of Generation Z workers in Bandar Lampung's coffee shop sector. The study's conclusion is that the coffee shop should focus more on the responsibilities assigned to its staff members' tasks and modify the workload in accordance with their skill levels. The adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has emerged as a crucial strategy for medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to streamline back-office operations, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs. RPA involves the use of software robots to automate repetitive, rule-based administrative tasks, allowing employees to focus on more complex, value-added activities. This study explores the implementation of RPA in medium enterprises, focusing on its impact on cost efficiency, administrative workload reduction, and operational performance. The research uses a case study approach, analyzing medium enterprises that have adopted RPA to assess the effectiveness of automation in improving business processes. Data collection methods include interviews, surveys, and company reports to evaluate how RPA affects workload, accuracy, and cost savings. The findings indicate that RPA significantly reduces manual administrative tasks, leading to faster processing times, lower error rates, and substantial cost savings. Employees in enterprises that adopted RPA reported increased job satisfaction due to the reduction of monotonous tasks and the opportunity to engage in more strategic work. However, challenges such as employee resistance, data security concerns, and system integration complexities were also identified. The study compares RPA’s impact with traditional manual processes, highlighting improvements in speed, accuracy, and overall cost efficiency. Additionally, the study compares RPA adoption across industries such as manufacturing, retail, and service, revealing sector-specific challenges and successes. The paper concludes by emphasizing the practical implications for SMEs, suggesting that RPA can optimize business operations and urging further research on its long-term effects on employee roles and organizational culture.

This study evaluates the policy implementation of the face recognition system at Surabaya Gubeng Station as a digital innovation in public service by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Using a qualitative approach and the policy evaluation model by William N. Dunn, the study assesses six key indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, accuracy, and equity. The findings indicate that the system is effective in accelerating the boarding process, reducing queues, and improving passenger convenience. Efficiency is achieved through reduced staff workload and automated identity verification. However, several challenges remain, including technical disruptions, data input errors, and low digital literacy among users. Personal data protection is also a concern as most users are not fully aware of how their biometric data is managed. Therefore an adaptive governance strategy is needed, involving infrastructure improvement, staff training, public education, and greater transparency in data policy. With these measures, the face recognition system can serve not only as a tool for technical efficiency but also as a form of inclusive and sustainable public service transformation.

In today's digital era, operating systems play a crucial role in various technological devices. This paper discusses the optimization and modification of Debian, one of the most stable Linux distributions, to enhance its performance as a real-time operating system (RTOS). The primary objectives of this research are to improve the responsiveness, reliability, and stability of Debian in handling real-time tasks. The study involves modifying the kernel, adjusting scheduling settings, optimizing memory management, and integrating specific real-time software. The results of the tests show that the modified Debian provides lower and more stable task execution latency compared to the standard Debian. Tests were conducted using the cyclictest software to measure system latency and Htop to monitor CPU and memory performance. Additionally, the use of the VLC application as a real-world workload demonstrated that the optimized operating system could handle task priorities more efficiently, allocate resources as needed for real-time demands, and maintain stability under heavy workloads. This research significantly contributes to the development of Debian-based RTOS, which can be applied in fields such as industrial automation, robotics, and IoT devices. The optimizations ensure that the operating system can meet the high-performance and real-time reliability demands of these critical applications.
