Ambulu Village is a village in Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency which has several MSME actors including potato donut sellers, pastry sellers, food sellers, caterers, and others. This research focuses on the development of product innovation at Barokah 717 SMEs in Ambulu Village. UMKM Barokah 717 is one of the UMKM that produces banana and cassava chips in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency which is liked by the local community and becomes souvenirs for tourists who are in Probolinggo. Based on the results of interviews with MSME actors, it was found that their products were sold conventionally so that consumers were only in Ambulu Village and its surroundings. Therefore, it is necessary to design product development starting from packaging, branding, to product innovation so that it can expand market share. The results of this research are also expected to improve the community's economy and advance other MSMEs so that they can innovate in producing a higher quality product and are able to penetrate a wider market.

In the evolving era of digital marketing, the quality of product photos plays a vital role in attracting customers and boosting sales. This study aims to explore the influence of using a studio photo box as part of the digital marketing strategy for SMEs in Semolowaru Village. A studio photo box is a simple tool made from easily accessible materials and is affordable, enabling SMEs to produce high-quality product photos. The findings of this study demonstrate that the utilization of a studio photo box can enhance the product's appeal on digital marketing platforms, attract potential customers, and differentiate the product from competitors. By using a studio photo box, SMEs in Semolowaru Village can generate attractive and professional product photos, which can contribute to building a strong brand image and increasing conversion rates. The awareness among SMEs in Semolowaru Village regarding the importance of quality product photos in digital marketing has facilitated the adoption of studio photo boxes. With the right steps, such as selecting a suitable studio, ensuring proper lighting, careful product arrangement, accurate editing, and leveraging photos in online promotions, SMEs can fully harness the potential of studio photo boxes to achieve success in digital product marketing. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a significant role for the welfare of society. The purpose of this activity is to improve aspects of marketing management that have an impact on increasing sales. The long-term goal of this research is to build a management model that can be practically applied by MSMEs to support productivity and business development. In general, MSMEs business management (marketing, production, HR and finance) can be implemented by providing training to MSMEs actors. In its journey, MSMEs need to be monitored intensively, to always monitor the management they are doing. SWOT analysis is the right option to help MSMEs determine marketing strategies and project changes in the business environment. SWOT analysis can evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses which include internal factors in MSMEs, Opportunities and Threats which include external factors or competitors. Based on the SWOT analysis conducted, a strategy was obtained to provide training in all aspects, given the lack of knowledge possessed by SMEs. From this study, 4 marketing strategies were obtained for MSMEs to increase competitiveness, namely the S-O Strategy for MSMEs to innovate products to strengthen competitiveness, establish product characteristics, and aggressively carry out promotions and sales by utilizing technological developments with online sales. In the W-O strategy, MSMEs are required to always pay attention to market and consumer desires, determine market targets, and improve the quality of human resources. S-T strategy, MSMEs should make a prominent feature of the product and innovate in product promotion. In the W-T strategy, MSMEs players need to determine their target market, where and who is the target for their sales and pay attention to the wishes of the market and consumers to adapt their products.

Technological developments have created many opportunities for many sectors. One of them is the opportunity for SMEs. A business that utilizes technological media has a great opportunity to develop. The use of technology in a business can be done with digital-based marketing or what is commonly called digital marketing. Digital marketing or digital marketing is an online promotion and marketing activity by utilizing social media, e-commerce, and other digital platforms. This research focuses on digital marketing assistance and training for MSMEs in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of digital marketing in promotional and marketing activities carried out by MSME actors in Ambulu Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using observation and focused discussion techniques to collect the data. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of digital marketing in Ambulu Village has been going well, but there are still obstacles encountered, namely that there are still several MSME actors who lack understanding of technology.

PT. Narasumber Teknologi Indonesia is a company that focuses on cooperative computerized accounting training, technical guidance for the implementation of technology for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), national cooperative software training, sharia supervisory board for cooperatives, computerized management training for cooperatives and SMEs, as well as the digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Additionally, PT. Narasumber Teknologi Indonesia serves as a platform for the younger generation to develop their potential as agents of business digitization through the final project of the program activities. This involves providing training and mentoring to local MSMEs as an effort to digitize their businesses and help solve the problems that hinder or constrain the development of local MSMEs. This research provides insights for local business practitioners to implement digitization in their businesses in order to achieve sustainable growth and success for MSMEs in the ever-evolving digital era. The implementation of training and mentoring for local MSMEs is expected to help them Go Digital, improving efficiency and productivity, enhancing product quality and services, and increasing market access for local MSMEs.

The digital market has become an important platform for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to promote and market their products. This study aims to explore the application of digital marketing strategies to Misscrip SMEs by Damartrends in expanding market reach and increasing sales of their products. The results of the study show that Damartrends has successfully implemented a digital marketing strategy effectively to market MSME Misscrip products. The implementation of digital marketing involves using social media and websites to expand their reach and increase their brand visibility. In addition, Damartrends also utilizes paid advertising to increase their online visibility.

Cost of goods manufactured (COGM) is an important component of making a product, because knowing the COGM of a product can be used as a reference to determine the profit margin of a product. Without knowing the COGM of a product, we will be confused in determining the selling price. The COGM calculation is very influential for the sale of a product whether the product is experiencing a profit or loss. This study aims to determine the COGM calculations that have been carried out by MSMEs are in accordance with COGM accounting calculations or are still only limited to manual calculations. In addition, the main objective of this study is to design an accounting system for determining COGM in the Tempe Chips Industry in determining the cost of production and to apply a variable costing method to determine the cost of goods manufactured in SMEs so that the correct cost of production can be presented. The results of this study indicate that based on Cost of goods manufactured calculations carried out by MSME actors it is still very low so it is necessary to revamp the HPP calculations in accordance with accounting standards. Based on the evaluation of the old system, the author wishes to offer a new system, namely the Information System for Determining the Cost of Production of Tempe Chips SMEs which is expected to be an alternative in solving problems that are being faced by business owners. This new system makes it easy for users related to the process of recording data into the database, so that related parties can easily operate.

Abstract. Organizational culture is very important for the progress of an organization or company. A good organizational culture is expected to be able to influence employee performance and organizational behavior. Maximum performance is also expected to have an impact on organizational behavior. This research was carried out at the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and SMEs Service. This research aims to find out whether the organizational culture in the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and SMEs Service has an influence on organizational performance and behavior. The research method used is quantitative, where data is collected through questionnaires with the sampling method used is saturated sampling, the sample used is all employees in the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and UKM Service, totaling 40 people. Apart from using a questionnaire, researchers also conducted interviews to gain more information about the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and SMEs Department. The data analysis used is path analysis. The results of this research provide the conclusion that the organizational culture used by the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and UKM Service is the "SATRIYA" culture, through existing culture and through tests that have been carried out it is concluded that there is an influence between organizational culture on organizational behavior, there is no influence between organizational culture on performance, there is an influence between organizational behavior on performance, and there is no influence between organizational culture through performance on organizational behavior.

This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics, venture capital, and accounting information systems with the success of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Quantitative methodology was used to validate this research. The sample size for this study was 42 SMEs from Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, and Deli Serdang Regency. Questionnaires with Likert scale questions were used for this study. Multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used in SPSS 24 to test the hypothesis after the questionnaire is distributed and verified for validity, reliability, and the classical assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the results of this study, the entrepreneurial mindset can increase the efficiency of small and medium enterprises. shows how having an entrepreneurial bent can help small and medium-sized businesses succeed. Accounting information systems have an effect on the performance of SMEs, as evidenced by research findings, indicating that adopting such systems can enhance organizational success. Data studies reveal that when a company's capital decreases, it has a negative impact on the company's success.

Many of the indonesians like to eat chips as everyday snacks, one of them is menjes chips. Menjes chips are beans made from bean curd. One of the SMEs that produces the menjes chips, namely Menjes Kyu that owned by Mrs. Chalimah. In the drying process, the cips are still done conventionally, namely by simply airing them out. This can affect the quality and flavor of chips because of the amount of oil it contains. The purpose of this activity was to add to the knowledge and skill involved in the use of oil stonework (spinner), which was useful in raising the quality and value of chips. The methods used are location surveys and the filling of questionnaires, toolmaking, and socializing of automatic oil slicers. The presence of an automatic oil slicer helps to enhance the quality, flavor, and storage power of processed chips.

Research using this qualitative method has the aim of knowing the application of digitization of accounting in MSME bookkeeping in the Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya, and increasing understanding of the importance of digitalization in MSMEs. The population used in this study were MSMEs in the Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya, and the samples were taken using a random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there are still several MSMEs that have not implemented a digital accounting system due to the lack of information they obtain to implement the system. However, several MSMEs have successfully implemented this digital accounting system. The existence of application of digital accounting can improve the performance of MSMEs in the Nginden Jangkungan Village area, Surabaya. The use of this digital accounting system can simplify the process of recording and reporting finances, avoiding the risk of data loss.

This study aims to examine the effect of digital accounting systems on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study are SMEs in Sidoarjo who use a digital accounting system, and the sample is taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using in-depth interview techniques and relevant sources on the internet. Data analysis was performed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the use of digital accounting systems has a significant influence on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. In its use, the digital accounting system simplifies the process of recording and reporting finances, as well as assisting UMKM owners in making more precise and accurate business decisions. In addition, the use of digital accounting systems also helps UMKM in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, so as to produce better business performance. In this case, it is advisable for UMKM in Sidoarjo to adopt a digital accounting system as part of their business development strategy. This will help UMKM  improve their business performance and compete with other UMKM. In addition, the government can also provide support and assistance to UMKM to adopt digital accounting systems, so as to accelerate the growth of UMKM  in Indonesia.

However, MSMEs often face challenges in dealing with increasingly fierce competition and changes in market trends. In the digital era that continues to develop, the development of digitalization of MSME businesses has become an urgent need to increase their competitiveness. The development of digitalization of MSME businesses opens up great opportunities for business growth and development. By using digital technology and online platforms, MSMEs can expand their market reach and reach potential consumers in various regions. Through digital marketing, MSMEs can promote their products or services more efficiently than traditional methods. In addition, by leveraging digital data and analytics, MSMEs can better understand consumer behavior and optimize their marketing strategies. However, the development of digitalization of MSME businesses also faces several challenges. One of them is limited access and understanding of digital technology. Many SMEs do not have sufficient knowledge or resources to utilize technology effectively. In addition, data security and privacy are important concerns for MSMEs in adopting digitization. MSMEs have contributed 60.34% of Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP). This number is spread throughout Indonesia. MSMEs have a very important role in the economic sector in Indonesia. Bumiayu's konyol noodle SMEs in the last 1 year decreases their sales because of Indonesia's economic situation which has not fully recovered after the co-19 disaster. The demand for konyol noodles has decreased in the last year due to rising prices of raw materials and supporting materials and also because of increasing fuel prices. This study analyzes the effect of penetration pricing and consumer motivation on purchasing decisions for Bumiayu’s konyol noodle. A sample are 97 respondents who have used MSME products at least twice, was tested using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The result is that penetration pricing and consumer motivation have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Bumiayu silly noodle products. The implications of the results of this study are as a basis for determining strategies that can increase sales and profits of mi konyol Bumiayu.

In this era of globalization and rapidly advancing technology, the level of competition in finding work and income is getting higher. This is due to a mismatch between the number of jobs available and the number of job seekers. Therefore, we cannot continue to depend on existing job vacancies, but there should be a desire within us to be self-employed. In addition, not all of the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have produced the desired output. One of the big challenges for SMEs is the lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills needed to manage the business effectively. It is necessary to strive for training that can provide the necessary knowledge, skills and resources to MSME owners so that they can optimize their business potential. This entrepreneurship training method uses two methods, namely training by providing material as well as discussion and question and answer. From the results of the implementation of this training program, the participants' responses were enthusiastic and positive. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants which is reflected in their active participation in the training. The participants also demonstrated their understanding of entrepreneurship which was strengthened by their ability to answer the mentor's questions.

This paper discusses the industrialization strategy with a focus on the pattern of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Industrialization has become one of the important efforts to drive a country's economic growth. In the Indonesian context, SMEs and SMEs have a significant role in economic development and job creation. This paper outlines existing patterns in the SMI and MSMEs industry in Indonesia, and describes strategies that can be used to encourage the industrialization of these sectors. In this analysis, several important factors will be discussed, including government policy support, infrastructure development, access to capital and technology, and capacity building and training.

This study aims to analyze the role of competitive advantage as a variable moderating innovation capability and entrepreneurial marketing on the marketing performance of food and beverage SMEs in Central Java. Problems caused by declining MSME marketing performance around the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted using a quantitative research approach and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The population of this study is the SMEs in the catering industry in Central Java Province, including a total of 100 SMEs, and the sample is determined by simple random sampling. The results of the analysis show that innovation capability, entrepreneurial marketing, and competitive advantage have positive and significant effects on marketing performance. Competitive Advantage
