The success of implementing information systems in a school environment is significantly influenced by effective risk management. This research aims to implement the OCTAVE Allegro method to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the information system at Panca Setya High School. The OCTAVE Allegro method was chosen for its systematic and structured approach to information security risk management.This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with school staff, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings revealed several key risks threatening the information system at Panca Setya High School, including threats to student data confidentiality, weaknesses in technological infrastructure, and a lack of security awareness among users. Through the implementation of the OCTAVE Allegro method, this research successfully identified effective mitigation strategies, such as enhancing information security training for staff, updating security policies and procedures, and strengthening data protection technologies. The conclusion of this research highlights that comprehensive and sustainable risk management is crucial for protecting the school's information assets and ensuring operational continuity.The recommendations from this study are intended to assist the management of Panca Setya High School in enhancing their information system risk management, thereby better supporting the achievement of educational objectives.

Airplane Accident Assistance and Fire Fighting (PKP-PK) is a unit at the airport that is responsible for handling aviation emergencies and fires. This research discusses the influence of work discipline and work safety on the work effectiveness of PKP-PK unit employees at airports. Work discipline itself means attitudes and behavior that show compliance and adherence to the rules, norms, procedures and work ethic established in the workplace. Meanwhile Occupational safety itself is a series of actions, policies and procedures implemented to protect the health and safety of employees in the workplace. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of employee work discipline and work safety on the effectiveness of the PKP-PK work unit. This research also aims to determine the effectiveness of the work of firefighters regarding obstacles and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles.The method used in this research is library research, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various relevant literature sources. This research focuses on previous studies regarding work discipline and work safety on work effectiveness in the PKP-PK unit. The research results show that good work discipline and safety have a positive effect on the work effectiveness of the PKP-PK firefighting unit employees. Discipline that is embedded in the souls of every employee increases work effectiveness and enthusiasm for work, so that responses to emergency situations can be carried out quickly and effectively. Therefore, there is a need for better personnel training and more detailed safety equipment readiness to improve operational performance.

PT Aaron Innovation is a company that focuses on marketing yummys mother and child products, such as breast milk, maternity food, and baby skincare. With the wider reach of consumers through the TikTok platform, the company faces the challenge of increasing product return rates. This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products.

An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. This System Offers A Modern And Effective Solution Compared To Traditional Attendance Methods, Providing Significant Flexibility And Ease Of Access. The Implementation Of This Technology Makes An Important Contribution In The Field Of Human Resource Management, Optimizing Productivity And Operational Effectiveness Of The Company.

The aviation industry is growing very significantly due to increased mobility, economic expansion and current technological advances. However, as mobility increases and the number of airline passengers increases, airlines experience problems in overcoming flight schedule delays or in other words delays. Data analysis plays an important role in processing large amounts of data to find hidden insights in data. The aim of writing this service journal is to identify days with the highest average minutes of delay, months that experience the highest average delays, and at what times flight delays often occur. . This service object uses secondary data obtained from the Kaggle site. It is hoped that this journal can be used as material for consideration in decision making and improving the operational performance of each airline involved.

Accurate accounting software is a business application that helps SMEs manage their business easily. Processing financial data into financial reports needed to help plan the company's future. The profit and loss report is a financial report that reports on the company's operational activities by calculating income and expenses for one period and then the profit and loss report can be determined. The profit and loss report can be used as a way to assess the company's level of success in a certain period and also to understand the company's development. This research aims to determine the evaluation of the application of accurate accounting software in preparing profit and loss reports. The type of research used is qualitative research, with a sampling technique, purposive sampling. The research method used is User Acceptance Testing, with a type of testing, Black Box Testing. The results of this research show that accurate accounting software is effective in preparing profit and loss reports, easy to understand and easy to detect errors. This error can be detected by reviewing the transaction data that has been input. With the help of Standard Operating Procedures, companies can minimize errors, make control easier and enable to run company smoothly

This vulnerability is due to financial and non-financial constraints. Specifically, these obstacles are classified into operational risk, financial risk, and marketing risk. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME players regarding HR and financial management to minimize operational and financial risks. This activity uses the methods of Counseling and Education as well as Mentoring and Coaching. The result is that this activity can be carried out successfully. Successful implementation is marked by the division of employee duties so that each employee has their responsibility for a job which can lead to increased employee performance. Apart from that, partners already understand the importance of financial management and its relevance for business development and decision-making. However, partners still do not know how to prepare financial reports by MSME).

Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) is a unit at the airport that is responsible for handling aviation and fire emergencies. This study discusses the maintenance and care of ARFF vehicles at the airport. Maintenance is interpreted as an activity carried out systematically to ensure that facilities function effectively and efficiently. Maintenance includes preventive and corrective actions to maintain the operational readiness of ARFF vehicles. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of vehicle maintenance and care on firefighting operations. This study also aims to determine the maintenance and care of vehicles that affect readiness in carrying out firefighting operations and their impacts. The method used in this study is a literature review (library research), which involves collecting and analyzing data from various relevant literature sources. This study focuses on previous studies on the maintenance and care of ARFF vehicles and their influence on the effectiveness of firefighting operations. The results of the study show that good maintenance and care have a positive effect on firefighting operations. Regular maintenance and systematic maintenance increase the reliability of ARFF vehicles, so that responses to emergency situations can be carried out quickly and effectively. Therefore, better personnel training and more detailed maintenance planning are needed to improve operational performance.

Oceanarium s are popular tourist destinations in Indonesia.  This article discusses digital transformation in designing the latest Oceanarium. The research method involves surveys and observations to 2 major Oceanarium locations in Jakarta, one Oceanarium in Singapore and one in Bangkok's Siam Paragon, to get an overview of operations, and the implementation of digital technology. In addition, this research also integrates the author's experience as a public aquarium designer and for 20 years as a manager in one of the public aquariums in the Jakarta area. The current approach needs to involve the integration of IoT technology for aquatic environment monitoring, smart energy management system. The results show that the implementation of interactive technology in several places can create an interesting and memorable learning experience for visitors. One of the technologies that is interesting and preferred by visitors is the use of hologram technology, visitors can feel the sensation of being in the sea and interact with marine animals in a realistic virtual environment. This enhances their understanding of marine flora and fauna and the importance of preserving the marine environment. This digital transformation not only improves the operational efficiency of the Oceanarium, but also enriches the visitor experience through the application of interactive technology. By implementing this strategy, Oceanarium s in Indonesia are expected to continue to grow, make a positive contribution to the preservation of the marine environment, increase public knowledge of marine biology, and provide a high-quality experience for visitors.

PT BrickBern is a distribution company specializing in LEGO (Leg Godt) toy products. An efficient inventory information system is crucial for managing the diverse range of LEGO products and enables the company to meet customer demand effectively. The V-Model method was chosen as a structured development approach due to its advantages in well-defined development and testing stages, allowing for early error detection and correction. The research began with a needs analysis that included an in-depth understanding of the company's requirements for LEGO product inventory management. The system design phase followed, covering database design, user interface design, and adequate system architecture. Subsequently, the system was implemented and tested, and training was provided to users. The research outcome is a web-based inventory information system that supports PT BrickBern in managing LEGO product inventory more efficiently and in real-time, thereby enhancing PT BrickBern's operational efficiency in distributing LEGO products and increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, these findings can serve as a reference for similar companies looking to develop web-based inventory information systems using the V-Model method.

The research aims to analyze the trading strategies implemented by PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras to enhance sales performance. The study employs a quantitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, data processing, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed thematically to identify the strategies used by the company to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.Based on the analysis of data from PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras for the period 2021-2023, it is observed that Market Share, Market Growth, and Revenue Growth have increased based on the calculation of revenue. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that Market Share and Market Growth have a significant impact on Revenue Growth. It is expected that the research findings will provide a deep understanding of PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras's ability to effectively understand and respond to consumer preferences. This understanding will serve as a foundation for formulating strategic analysis to enhance sales performance, helping the company to maintain and increase market share, and strengthen its reputation as a trusted provider of logistics solutions, trading services, and industrial needs.

This article explains how internal auditors function as consultants providing advice to improve a company's risk management, control and governance processes, IA also identifies and manages risks that may affect organizational objectives. By using appropriate audit methodologies and utilizing modern audit technology, internal auditors can add significant value by providing recommendations for process improvements and internal controls. Amid challenges such as limited resources and pressure to deliver accurate and relevant results in a timely manner, internal auditors must be able to maintain their independence and ensure effective collaboration with senior management and the audit committee. This of course has an impact on the smooth operational activities of the Karangawen II Demak Health Center and also has an impact on the assessment of current assets owned by the Karangawen II Demak Health Center. To overcome this problem, this financial information system will be developed on a web basis so that it is hoped that it can help the operational activities of the health center.

Public service is crucial for fulfilling community basic needs, particularly in healthcare. Puskesmas Porong, a healthcare institution in Sidoarjo District, serves as the primary focus of this study. With a vision to provide quality and professional healthcare services to the community, Puskesmas Porong plays a pivotal role as the primary healthcare center in Porong Subdistrict. Despite adequate facilities including 46 inpatient beds and coverage of 10 surrounding villages, challenges persist. High patient influx poses significant issues such as long waiting times for services, attributed to insufficient staff and resources. Moreover, limited community participation in providing feedback is a concern, hindering the identification of issues and optimal solutions for healthcare service improvement.This qualitative research aims to analyze healthcare service quality at Puskesmas Porong, employing interviews with key stakeholders including the head of the health center, medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients. Additionally, observation and documentation methods were utilized to gather comprehensive data on service provision, patient satisfaction, and facility conditions. Results reveal that while operational procedures are generally adhered to, discrepancies exist between management perceptions and patient experiences. Patients highlight shortcomings in BPJS utilization, medical equipment adequacy, and diagnostic accuracy, underscoring the need for targeted improvements to enhance service quality and community trust.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economies of many countries, including Indonesia. Along with the development of information and communication technology, e-commerce has become a crucial platform for MSMEs to expand markets, increase operational efficiency and increase competitiveness. This study examines the impact of e-commerce adoption on MSME performance, with a focus on increasing market access, reducing operational costs, and increasing product and service innovation. The research methodology includes a literature review, secondary data analysis, and case studies of MSMEs that have successfully implemented e-commerce. The research results show that e-commerce provides significant benefits for MSMEs, such as increased sales and efficiency, but also reveals challenges such as the need for increased digital capacity and adequate technological infrastructure. This research concludes that government support and collaboration with the private sector are needed to optimize the potential of e-commerce in empowering MSMEs in the digital era.

Digital innovation has become an important aspect in efforts to empower MSMEs and develop local economies in various regions, especially Klagen Village. This research investigates the implementation and impact of digital innovation in the village context. Through a participatory approach, students explored how MSMEs in Klagen Village adopted digital technology such as creating a Linktree and MSME website, creating Google Maps points, and registering NIB to increase their market access and operational efficiency. The research results show that the adoption of digital innovation has made a significant contribution to increasing income, expanding product ranges, and accelerating MSME business processes. However, challenges such as limited knowledge and skills, concerns about data security, and the level of public acceptance were also identified as potential barriers. By exploring these findings, this activity not only provides insight into the benefits of digital innovation for MSMEs at the local level, but also highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration to increase digital innovation and sustainable economic growth at the village level.

The new student enrollment process at SMP MIFTAHURROHMAN faces various challenges in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The current manual process often leads to delays and errors, and fails to meet enrollment targets. To address these issues, we developed a web-based application designed to facilitate the enrollment of new students. This application allows students to register online, upload supporting documents, and print registration receipts. The system is built using the waterfall method and technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework. Both students and school administrators can monitor and manage registration data in real-time. The implementation of this application is expected to make the new student enrollment process faster, more accurate, and transparent, thereby improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This research shows that the developed application effectively addresses the existing problems and provides significant benefits for the school.

This research discusses the application of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles in the development of hospital information systems to improve the quality of health services. The research method used involved qualitative and quantitative approaches with data collection through observation, interviews, and surveys. The results showed significant improvements in user experience, measured through access speed, satisfaction levels, and reduced user error rates. Operational efficiency was also shown to improve, especially in terms of scheduling, patient monitoring, and staff information exchange. This study concludes that implementing UI/UX can have a positive impact on user experience and operational efficiency in the context of hospital systems. Therefore, hospital system developers are advised to consider UI/UX principles as an integral strategy in the development of health information systems, in order to improve the overall quality of healthcare services
