The giveaway activity is a marketing activity carried out by a brand with the aim of attracting market attention, and introducing the brand more broadly to potential customers. By distributing prizes to selected customers. In this activity, several problems emerged, namely the Sukabumi Boutique Store admin felt that it was not objective because the process of determining the winner of the giveaway was only through the picker application on the cellphone, so that the giveaway winners who appeared did not pay attention to certain criteria and requirements. Determination through the picker application is only done by drawing a lot by looking at the name that appears first. Selection like this is considered unfair for customers who already feel they meet all the criteria and requirements but do not win the giveaway. In the implementation of the simulation of determining the winner of the giveaway, a method is needed that can solve these problems. The weighted product method is a ranking method where decisions are made by multiplying to connect attribute ratings. This process begins with inputting alternative data, then continues with the process of inputting several criteria that have been selected, namely, number of transactions, quantity of shopping, total visits, resellers. This selection process will determine the giveaway winner in a more targeted and more objective manner by taking into account certain criteria and requirements.   Keywords: Giveaway, Weighted Product, Boutique Sukabumi, Picker App

Quantum-Inspired Algorithms (QIAs) combine principles of quantum computing with classical evolutionary strategies to address complex optimization problems. This research explores the potential of QIAs in improving optimization processes, particularly in combinatorial and multi-objective optimization scenarios. The study focuses on the application of Quantum-Inspired Genetic Algorithms (QIGAs) and Quantum-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithms (QIEAs), assessing their effectiveness in solving classical problems like the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). Through computational simulations, the research compares the time convergence and solution accuracy of QIAs against traditional classical algorithms. The findings demonstrate that QIAs achieve faster convergence rates and higher-quality solutions, with accuracy levels reaching 98-99% of the global optimal solutions, while significantly reducing computational time. These results underline the advantages of QIAs in solving large and complex optimization problems, making them a promising alternative to traditional algorithms. Additionally, QIAs excel in avoiding local minima, a common pitfall of classical methods, due to their ability to explore the solution space more efficiently through quantum principles like superposition and interference. The implications of this study suggest that QIAs can be a valuable tool for tackling real-world optimization challenges, with potential applications in fields such as finance, logistics, telecommunications, and energy management. The research also indicates the necessity for further improvements in quantum-inspired algorithms' scalability and hardware integration, particularly for larger, more intricate optimization problems, to fully realize their potential in practical industrial applications.

Ship waiting time is one issue that is always getting serious attention in every country. Marine transportation became the main made of transportation in trade. Nearly 90% of foreign trade is done by sea. Freight carried by sea to be very efficient due to large carring capacity and this the role of the port as a place where ships can carry out loading and unloading of goods becomes an important means of supporting adequate facilities and infrastructure. If the performance of the port is not optimal, it will have a direct impact on the service so that it will cause new problems, namely the ship’s waiting time gets higher, so that it  willlead to high costs, which have a direct impact on the price of goods on the market. This research has objective to know analysis the influence of factor ship scheduling, pilotage, and loading and unloading productivity to the waiting time. This research was conducted at the Port of Sei Kolak Kijang as a sample. The data collection done was through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentatuion and the questionnaires. Techique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assitance SPSS V.20. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation: Y = 15.326 - 0,220 X1 - 0,178 X2 – 0,308 X3 + µ. Where the decision variable of waiting time (Y), ship scheduling (X1), pilotage (X2), loading and unloading productivity (X3) tested using t test show that the three independent variables significantly influence passenger decision as dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square number of 0,665 indicates that 66,5 percent of waiting time variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. The currently developing economy is developing towards a market orientation where competition occurs in various activities within the national economy. Recently, the development of trade in Bojonegoro has developed, including in fruit retail, namely the Fruit Laskar shop which is famous for having several branches in almost all sub-districts in the Bojonegoro district, discount promos and price discounts are given on the grounds that there is an abundance of stock on the market so they can sell below the market and if it is termed using money burning, predatoring pricing or selling at a loss, business actors deliberately sell at a loss to dominate the market and in the long run to get multiple profits. The results of this study contribute a theory regarding demonstrating the concept of money burning business at Fruit Laskar Fruit Retail in Bojonegoro Regency in accordance with Islamic Economic Law. First, because the terms and pillars of Bai Muwada'ah are fulfilled, Second, when a sale and purchase contract occurs between the buyer and seller voluntarily, the third is related to the terms of transparency in the Bai' Muwad'ah contract, it is not an absolute requirement because the seller is not the buyer, and it is proven in the practice does not contain Ikhtikhar and tadris elements and there is no monopoly because in the current era it is difficult for this to happen, the concept of money burning when viewed from the objective of practice is carried out to dominate the market, gain large profits in the future, and this is what is similar or even similar to the capitalist concept , where actually this money burning is only a stepping stone to further become money capital or money accumulative. The money burning carried out by the Fruit Warriors is to increase the number of buyers and expand their market, in the case of burning money in the form of giving discounts, at the beginning the company had to spend money for various purposes from building systems to marketing.
