In the body is needed a balanced amount of stomach acid, excessive stomach acid causes erosion of the gastric mucosa causing pain in the epigastric area and causing gastritis. The elderly with gastritis are a vulnerable population and changes in the lifestyle of the elderly discomfort due to gastritis which often recurs due to peptic ulcers. The purpose of this study was to be able to provide and apply nursing care in the elderly with gastritis. Descriptive quantitative research method, a sample of 3 people who met the sample criteria, the instrument used is a nursing care sheet, the data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The findings of the study were obtained from the assessment of complaints felt between client 1, client 2 and client 3 at the time of the assessment had similarities where there were complaints of pain in the heartburn, pain felt like being stabbed, pain was lost, pain caused by poor diet. Nursing diagnoses include acute pain, knowledge deficit, nausea and anxiety. Nursing action planning and nursing implementation are carried out based on observation, therapeutic, education and co-widening. Nursing evaluation found that the nursing problems experienced by 12 patients were resolved.    

This study aims to find out and understand the regulation of the citizenship status of a person who enters into mixed marriages in Indonesia, and to know and understand this regulation from a human rights perspective. The method used is normative research using a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results of the research show that the provisions of Article 26 of Law no. 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship basically provides for restrictions on human rights related to a person's freedom to choose citizenship status. These provisions stipulate that as a result of mixed marriages, Indonesian men or women lose their citizenship status because according to the law of origin the foreign husband or wife has given citizenship status. In addition, this provision also contradicts Article 28E paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which basically states that everyone is free to embrace religion and worship according to their religion, choose education and teaching, choose a job, choose citizenship, choose a place to live in the territory of the country and leave it. and has the right to return. and also Article 26 paragraph (1) of Law no. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights which basically states that everyone is given the right to own, replace, obtain or maintain citizenship status.

Introduction: Elderly is a life where from babies, toddlers, teenagers, adults and the elderly. In this process there are significant Bio-Psycho-Social changes in his life such as social changes, namely the breaking of relationships with colleagues, loss of status or role (tasks, authorities and responsibilities) in the workplace environment, changes in individual roles in the family and public. Method: The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The collection techniques for this research were interviews, observations, physical examinations and documentation. Results: The results showed that before giving dhikr and meditation therapy, 4 patients (80%) were in the moderate stress category, and 1 patient (20%) was in the severe stress category. After giving dhikr and meditation therapy, 4 patients (80%) were found with mild stress category, and 1 patient (20%) with moderate stress category. Conclusion: Prior to the remembrance therapy, the mental condition of the elderly at the Peni Griya Jannati experienced depression due to the pressures of daily life, experiencing loneliness due to living with family or loved ones, mental emotional disorders that were not yet stable, and anxiety disorders. So that the process of dhikr therapy must be carried out in the elderly.  

This research is motivated by the changing welfare conditions of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari (MGL) in Sukabumi Regency over time. The changes in the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari have had some positive impacts, notably in meeting the household needs of factory workers' families. Furthermore, the changes in workers' welfare can transform their family's lifestyles. This study aims to examine, analyze, and describe the welfare, lifestyle changes, and the influence of welfare on the lifestyle of workers' families at PT Muara Griya Lestari in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques employed include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate that the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari, in general, has changed. Two aspects that have experienced noticeable changes are income and household consumption or expenditure, shifting from the moderate category to the high category. This has had an impact on the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families, which can be seen in three dimensions: activities, interests, and opinions. However, the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families at PT MGL have not reached a consumptive lifestyle and remain within reasonable conditions. Meanwhile, welfare has only a small influence on the changes in the lifestyle of workers' families. Lifestyle changes are influenced by the social and environmental conditions in which the workers reside. Therefore, lifestyle changes are a process that occurs as a result of the interaction between the members of the workers' families and their environment.    

Archives are a collection of documents that are stored systematically so that anything needed can be found quickly and accurately (Gie, 1996:118). Every work and activity of government and private offices requires data and information. One source of information that must be owned by an office is archives. Therefore good archive management is needed. Organizing records properly and correctly will facilitate retrieval, so that when records are needed in making a decision, they can be found immediately. The problem in this research is how to manage archives at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to find out how the procedures for managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and to find out what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general archive management at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri, among others: 1) Arrangement of archives 2) Storage of archives 3) Borrowing of archives 4) Retrieval of archives 5) Maintenance of archives 6) Security of archives 7) and shrinkage of archives. The obstacles faced when managing records include: 1) Human resources managing records. 2) Limited filing facilities.

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a very important program to be implemented by companies, especially companies engaged in construction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the occurrence of potential hazards of work accidents in natural gas pipeline installation projects in Mega Mall Batam. The method used in this research is survey distribution and project observation. The research findings state that there were incidents of work accidents in the natural gas pipeline installation project in Mega Mall Batam, namely workers who were hit by grinding stone splashes and workers who were crushed by one of the materials that fell from above the project. The implication of the research is that the company continues to improve the quality of K3 within PT. Multi Sinar Gemilang to reduce work accidents.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong perluasan jaringan akses informasi dalam lingkup global sehingga lalu lintas informasi menjadi tanpa terbatas. Di Indonesia mengalami suatu perubahan bertata negara yakni reformasi birokrasi. Refromasi birokrasi yang memiliki program mengenai penerapan electronic government (e-government) di lingkungan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengimplementasian kebijakan program E-Office dalam mendukung E-government di lingkungan pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui dokumentasi dan observasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori implementasi kebijakan dari Grindle. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi e-office guna mendukung langkah E-government di lingkungan kerja Bappeda Provinsi DKI Jakarta secara umum memberikan dampak yang positif bagi para pegawainya dan ada juga faktor penghambatnya.  

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan tridahrma kampus dan memberi pelatihan bagi siswa/siswi SD Grace Baptis School Batam tentang  membuat kerajinan tangan dari botol plastik dan karton kertas. Hal Yang membuat tim megangkat tema ini adalah hasil tinjauan di lapangan dimana peserta didik masih minim dalam berkreativitas atau membuat kerajinan tangan dari bahan-bahan sederhana seperti botol plastik dan kertas karton yang mudah di temukan di lingkungan sekitar. Dalam pelaksanaan PkM ini tim melakukan beberapa tahap sebagai berikut ; Tahap awal, dimana tim melakukan survei pada lapangan kemudian menyusun seluruh rangkain kegiatan. Tahap Kedua, pada tahap ini dimana Tim memberi pelatihan bagi siswa/I melalui pemaparan materi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan membuat kreativitas atau kerajinan tangan dari botol plastik dan kertas karton. Tahap Ketiga, Dalam tahap ini waktunya tim melakukan evaluasi dalam mengukur keberhasilan seluruh kegiatan. Melalui kegiatan ini peserta didik memiliki pengetahuan yang luas tentang kreativitias dan menumbuhkan inovasi baru dalam membuat kerajinan tangan dari bahan-bahan sederhana.

Merendam kaki dengan air hangat merupakan pemberian aplikasi panas pada tubuh untuk mengurangi gejala rasa tidak nyaman. Sampel diambil secara dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 20 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan uji Independen T Test dengan nilai kemaknaan p value < 0,05. HasiI peneIitian Terapi rendam air hangat pada kaki berpengaruh terhadap insomnia pada Iansia di panti sosiaI Griya Iansia Jannati  Kota GorontaIo,Terdapat perbedaan atara keIompok kontoI yang mendapatkan perIakuan daIam PerIakuan Treatment dimana pada keIompok  dengan hasiI uji anaIisis paired T-tes terdapat pengaruh dengan naIai pVaIue 0.000<0.05 maka dengan ini hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adannya pengaruh siginifikan Terapi Rendam Air Hangat Pada Kaki Terhadap Insomnia Pada Iansia Di Panti SosiaI Griya Iansia Jannati  Kota GorontaIo. Proses menua menyebabkan kemunduran fungsi organ tubuh, kemunduran fisik dapat memicu timbulnya stres pada lanjut usia, pengelolaan stres membutuhkan terapi tambahan dengan melakukan terapi lingkungan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi lingkungan (berkebun) terhadap tingkat stres pada lansia di Panti Werdha Griya Lansia Jannati Provinsi Gorontalo. Desain penelitian pra eksperimen dengan one group pretest postest design, populasi lansia yaitu seluruh lansia di Panti Griya Lansia Jannati berjumlah 23 lansia, jumlah sampel yang digunakan 15 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling secara purposive sampling dan uji statistik yang digunakan uji t-test berpasangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh seluruh responden sebelum diberikan terapi lingkungan mengalami tingkat stres sedang sebanyak 15 responden (100%) dan sesudah diberikan terapi lingkungan seluruh responden tidak mengalami stres/normal sebanyak 15 responden (100%), hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p-value 0,000. Terapi lingkungan menyebabkan lansia menjadi lebih tenang akibatnya stres yang dialami berkurang daripada sebelum terapi ini dilakukan. Dapat disimpulkan terapi lingkungkan atau berkebun dapat menurunkan tingkat stres pada lansia.  

Labor is the process of opening and thinning the cervix, where the fetus is pushed out through the birth canal. Finger Grip Relaxation is a muscle relaxation action that is believed to reduced pain. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of finger grip relaxation technique on pain reduction in post sectio caesarea patients at the 2nd Grade Hospital of R.W. Monginsidi in Manado.This research was conducted by using a quasi experimental one group pre-test and posttest design. Sampel in this research amounted to 15 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was done by sharing SOP. Then, the collected data was processed by running the SPSS computer program version 16.0 to be analyzed by a Wilcoxon test with the significance level ? = 0,05.The result showed that there is an effect of finger grip relaxation technique on pain reduction in post sectio caesarea patients.The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of finger grip relaxation technique on pain reduction in post sectio caesarea patients at the 2nd Grade Hospital of R.W. Monginsidi in Manado. It is suggested to update information about the effect of finger grip relaxation technique on pain reduction in post sectio caesarea patients.

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure and CSR costs on company performance during the pandemic in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with the 2019-2021 research period. The sample in this research is 7 companies taken using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable used in this study is the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) measured by 91 items according to GRI-G4 and CSR costs are measured by employee welfare costs and community costs, while the dependent variable is company performance measured using ROA, ROE and ROS. The research model used as a test tool is Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of the study show that Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect with the negative direction on company performance and CSR costs have no significant effect with the negative direction on company performance.

Program PbM dilaksanakan di Desa Tedunan (Perempuan Indonesia Maju) yang bertempat di Desa Tedunan, Gringsing, Batang, yang mengembangkan pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan di wilayah Tedunan. Perempuan diyakini memiliki peran penting dalam ketahan keluarga. Permasalahan mitra adalah sebagaian memiliki pekarangan yang ditanam singkong, namun hasil singkong berupa umbi yang berukuran kecil. Umbi yang kecil jika dijual harganya rendah, produk olahan singkong yang selama ini dijual dalam bentuk lemet, singkong rebus, singkong goreng dan pemasarannya masih lokal. Tujuan program PbM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan perempuan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan teknik makanan olahan singkong serta pemasaran secara online.

Kematian orangtua akibat COVID-19 dapat menimbulkan rasa kehilangan yang mendalam sehingga menyebabkan remaja yang ditinggalkan harus melalui proses grief hingga mampu mencapai penerimaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami gambaran grief dan proses grief serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi grief pada remaja perempuan pasca kematian orangtua akibat COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan teknik analisis theory driven. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 (tiga) remaja perempuan berusia 18-20 tahun dan telah kehilangan orangtua akibat COVID-19 yang terjadi 1-2 tahun yang lalu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran grief responden terdiri atas berbagai gejala grief yang menyangkut aspek fisik, sosial, spiritual dan  psikologis. Proses grief melalui 5 tahap yaitu denial, anger, bargaining, depression dan acceptance, tetapi proses yang dialami responden tidak terjadi secara berurutan dan bersifat dinamis menuju penerimaan. Hal tersebut terjadi karena terdapat faktor pendukung antara lain kemampuan menguatkan diri, memiliki cita-cita dan harapan yang kuat, dukungan dari keluarga dan teman serta faktor penghambat antara lain hubungan emosional dengan orangtua yang meninggal, grief yang tidak terantisipasi, lapisan kehilangan, tidak menyaksikan orangtua meninggal hingga dimakamkan, isolasi mandiri setelah kehilangan dan stigma sosial yang negatif. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu menambah khazanah kajian ilmu psikologi khususnya psikologi klinis, psikologi perkembangan dan secara lebih spesifik mengenai grief pada remaja pasca kematian orangtua akibat COVID-19.

Sustainability reports are useful for disclosing the company's performance on economic, environmental and social aspects, as well as the company's efforts to become a company that is accountable to all company stakeholders in general and also to society in a broad context. The report describes all business activities carried out for reporting responsibility to parties who need information as a form of transparency on activities carried out by the company. This study aims to find out the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports on companies in Indonesia and the effect of company size on the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports. This research uses companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. The samples to be taken are 38 companies that meet the predetermined criteria. To measure the level of quality of disclosure of sustainability reports, researchers use the disclosure index method, using a scale of 0 to 3 of the standard disclosures set by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The results of the study show that the level of quality of sustainability report disclosure is at the lowest level of assessment with the Bronze predicate in the disclosure of sustainability reports

Nikel merupakan logam transisi yang berwarna putih keperak-perakan dan memiliki sifat yang keras, ulet dan sedikit ferromagnetis. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pelindian nikel laterit dengan H2SO4 untuk menganalisis kandungan unsur Ni, preparasi dilakukan dengan drying, grinding dan kemudian sizing. Hasil preparasi dilakukan uji ED-XRF untuk mengetahui unsur yang terdapat dalam bijih tersebut. Pelindian kemudian dilakukan dalam tabung reaktor dengan bijih nikel ukuran kurang dari 150 mesh sebanyak 60gram dan 300 ml larutan H2SO4 1,4 M, proses pelindian dilakukan selama 3 jam dengan kecepatan pengadukan 320 rpm dan pada suhu 80oC. Larutan kaya hasil pelindian dilakukan uji AAS untuk mengetahui kadar unsur Ni. Pada uji ED-XRF didapatkan Ni sebesar 8,892 % dan NiO sebesar 4,961 % sedangkan pada uji AAS diketahui kadar nikel dari hasil pelindian nikel laterit yaitu sebesar 3458,25 mg/L.

Kemajuan di bidang teknologi yang pesat membuat banyak organisasi terdorong untuk merencanakan dan menjalankan strategi bisnis untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, maka sebuah organisasi harus mempunyai perencanaan strategi sistem informasi untuk mendukung tercapainya strategi bisnis. Pemerintah Kota Salatiga sudah memiliki dan menerapkan sistem informasi dalam mendukung proses bisnis dalam menjalankan sistem pemerintahannya, namun belum terintegrasi ke semua organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD). Metodologi perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ward and Peppard dengan menggunakan analisis Value Chain Activity, SWOT, dan Mc Farlan’s Strategic Grid. Penelitian ini menghasilkan usulan portofolio aplikasi untuk memberikan gambaran dalam penerapan SI/TI dalam rangka menyelaraskan strategi bisnis dan visi misi Pemerintah Kota Salatiga.

Permen jelly adalah permen dengan bahan dasar gelatin yang mengakibatkan bertekstur kenyal. Pada penelitian ini dibuat permen jelly yang berbahan dasar daun ungu, rosella dan jahe sehingga akan menghasilkan produk permen jelly yang kaya akan antioksidan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan formulasi optimal pada pembuatan permen jelly daun ungu dan rosella dengan penambahan jahe yang menghasilkan permen jelly yang tinggi aktivitas antioksidan dan mempunyai sifat sensoris yang disukai serta menentukan karakteristik sifat fisikokimia dan sensoris permen jelly. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor perbandingan ekstrak jahe, ekstrak daun ungu dan ekstrak bunga rosella. Formulasi yang dihasilkan ada sembilan antara lain F1 (5%; 71,25%; 23,75%), F2 (5%; 47,5%; 47,5%), F3 (5%; 23,75%; 71,25%), F4 (10%; 67,50%; 22,50%), F5 (10%; 47,00%; 47,00%), F6 (10%; 22,50%; 67,50%), F7 (15%; 63,75%; 21,25%), F8 (15%; 42,50%; 42,50%) dan F9 (15%; 21,25%; 63,75%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formulasi terbaik permen jelly daun ungu dan rosella dengan penambahan jahe berdasarkan nilai kimia dan organoleptik adalah ekstrak jahe 15%, daun ungu 63,75% dan rosella 21,25% dengan kadar air sebesar 17,64%, kadar abu sebesar 0,23%, kadar gula reduksi 19,25%, total fenol sebesar 1,32 mg GAE/ml serta aktivitas antioksidan DPPH 7,29%.
