The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falling in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using. Elderly gymnastics is a series of regular, directed, and planned movements carried out with the intention of improving the functional abilities of the body. Reporting from the Panti Rapih Hospital page, this activity is carried out regularly and with movements that are not too heavy.

Background: Coronary artery disease (CAD) is the main cause of death in the world. In this study we assessed the ankle-brachial index (ABI) as a screening tool for CAD. Methods: Between 2020 and 2023, a large population-based cross-sectional study was conducted on 4,207 new patients referred to Harapan Kita Hospital. The patients underwent selective coronary angiography via a radial artery approach. ABI was calculated for all patients. Researchers compared ABI with coronary angiography results to determine the specificity and sensitivity of ABI as a screening tool. Results: Abnormal ABI was significantly more common in patients with proven severe CAD (893, 54.8%) than in patients with proven mild CAD (33, 4.7%) or no CAD (94, 5.3% ). The specificity of the ABI was 95.3% and the sensitivity was 54.8%. ABI is associated with risk factors such as smoking, male gender, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia. Conclusion: ABI can be used as a screening test to prevent CAD with a specificity of 95.3%. We need to consider risk factors other than ABI to improve screening sensitivity. Multidimensional scoring systems should consider risk factors and other noninvasive tests in addition to ABI to develop an ideal screening system for CAD

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a glucose tolerance disorder that was first discovered during pregnancy which had never been diagnosed with diabetes in the mother and then showed high glucose levels during pregnancy. Women with GDM almost never give complaints even though the incidence of GDM can be threatening and very dangerous because it can cause several complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after childbirth is also one of the causes in cases of maternal and infant mortality. Pregnancy accompanied by diabetes is also at risk of causing maternal death up to 4 times 2. One other prevention that can be done is more intensive counseling and counseling from officers to all pregnant women about the description of the incidence of DMG. This activity was carried out at the Tanralili Public Health Center with the method of individual counseling to pregnant women in turn with brochures distributed to each pregnant woman, after which they took blood/glucose checks while. This activity was attended by 2 lecturers and 2 midwifery students as well as 20 pregnant women. This community service provides good benefits, namely getting knowledge about Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and being able to know glucose levels in the blood as screening so that it can prevent and detect early complications that will occur.

The elderly group during the pandemic is the group most at risk of experiencing severity/morbidity and mortality due to Covid-19 disease. This is because elderly patients (geriatric) generally have various comorbidities, such as cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The elderly as a vulnerable group, of course, really need the right information related to Covid-19 with the right media. Media that can be used to provide information on Covid-19 to the elderly are posters and power points. This provision can be done by nurses. This research will be conducted on 50 elderly people at Kelurahan Bendungan Semarang. The study was conducted by measuring the level of knowledge with a knowledge level questionnaire about the problem of covid-19, before and after treatment. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test with control group. The research sample was determined by total sampling with certain criteria, namely: 1) elderly aged 60 years and over, 2) can read, write, communicate well, 3) do not experience sensory, cognitive, and movement disorders, 4) participate in all activities with 100% attendance. The division of the group was 25 people for the intervention group and 25 people for the control group. The provision of posters and PPT media was held 4 times in 4 weeks. This is done in combination because the combination of the two media can increase the level of better knowledge, especially for the elderly who have experienced a decline in function. There is an increase in the level of knowledge from low level 4 people (16%), medium level 15 people (60%), high level 6 people (24%) to low level 1 person (4%), medium level 9 people (36%), high level 15 people (60%).

Diabetes is a serious chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin (a hormone that regulates blood sugar or glucose), or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. WHO data shows that the incidence of non-communicable diseases in 2004 reached 48 , 30% is slightly higher than the incidence rate of infectious diseases, namely 47.50% [1]. According to the Ministry of Health in 2012 diabetes caused 1.5 million deaths. Some Indonesian people, this disease is better known as diabetes or blood sugar. This research was developed through secondary data processing from the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset health database which was taken from the Kaggle dataset and can be accessed through https://www.kaggle.com/uciml/pima-indians-diabetes-database. Where the data itself consists of 768 records with several medical predictor variables (Pregnancies, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Skin Thickness, Insulin, BMI, Diabetes Pedigree Function, Age and Outcome). Then the data will be processed using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature selection to increase the accuracy value and the Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the accuracy results of the diagnosis of diabetes. From the results of research that has been done for the accuracy of the classification algorithm Naive Bayes is 74.61%, while the accuracy of the classification algorithm with Particle Swarm Optimization is 77.34% with an accuracy difference of 2.73%. So it can be concluded that the application of the Particle Swarm Optimization technique is able to select attributes in the Naive Bayes Algorithm, and can produce a better level of diabetes diagnosis accuracy than using only the individual method, namely the Naive Bayes algorithm. Prediabetes will become a widespread health problem and have a serious impact (emerging epidemic. Prediabetes condition is a condition of a person before suffering from diabetes mellitus which is characterized by an increase in hyperglycemic status above the normal laboratory threshold value, but does not increase in diabetics. The prevalence of diabetes increases every year, data shows 5-14% of prediabetic conditions will become diabetic every year. There has been a shift in the age of people with diabetes, from previously a disease that affects the elderly, to a disease that attacks at a young age. If young age is identical with type 1 diabetes, now individuals are the group of young adults also suffers from type 2 diabetes mellitus. Likewise with prediabetes, the number of young adults who experience prediabetes is increasing every year. Students are a group of young adults who have a combination of risk factors for hyperglycemia. Life such as reduced physical activity because it is not necessary to exercise regularly for a certain period of time such as in the previous education period makes students have a high risk of developing prediabetes conditions. Efforts to detect non-communicable diseases early in the community are expected to help reduce and prevent the incidence of prediabetes that occurs in Kesdam IV/Diponegoro Akper students.
