This study analyzes the implementation of Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) principles in the 'Nusa Loe' program in Biting Village, East Manggarai. The ABCD approach emphasizes utilizing local assets such as social networks, cultural traditions, natural resources, and human skills as the foundation for sustainable development and community independence. The program begins with an asset mapping activity led by the community, enabling the identification of the village's strengths from five key aspects: human, social, natural, institutional, and cultural assets. Through active participation, the community designs and implements development activities based on local potentials, replacing the conventional development paradigm that focuses on deficiencies and needs. The qualitative research approach employs in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and data triangulation to understand the shifts in mindset and community empowerment. The findings show that the implementation of ABCD successfully transformed the community's mindset, previously dependent on external aid, into a more independent and self-confident one. For example, Mr. Petrus, who improved the economic value of local coffee products after attending a coffee roasting training, and Mrs. Maria, who emphasized the importance of social capital and solidarity in supporting the sustainability of village businesses. The strengthening of cultural assets and local traditions, such as the Caci dance and customary rituals, was also integrated into the village's development plans and institutional management. The 'Nusa Loe' program demonstrates that asset-based empowerment can build a self-reliant, innovative, and sustainable village in the face of development challenges.

In the context of accelerating global economic volatility, organizations are increasingly required to adopt agile business models that enable them to remain competitive and resilient. Although business agility has been extensively discussed from structural and technological perspectives, the strategic role of Human Resources (HR) in shaping agile organizations and addressing the future of work remains insufficiently explored. This study aims to examine how HR contributes to organizational adaptability and resilience in uncertain environments by aligning human capital practices with agile frameworks. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and semi-structured interviews with HR leaders and employees in industries most exposed to economic disruption, including finance, technology, and manufacturing. The findings reveal four critical dimensions of HR’s role: workforce flexibility achieved through reskilling initiatives and adaptive work arrangements; agile leadership development to enhance decision-making under uncertainty; prioritization of employee well-being and engagement as foundations of organizational resilience; and digital HR transformation leveraging analytics and artificial intelligence to strengthen efficiency and collaboration. These findings validate and extend the existing literature, demonstrating that HR is not merely a supporting or administrative function but a strategic driver of agility. The study concludes that by embedding HR strategies into organizational agility frameworks, companies can better navigate economic turbulence, enhance workforce adaptability, and secure long-term competitiveness in the global market.

APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) have become a key component in the development of modern digital products and the transformation of cloud-based services. Its ability to provide structured access to data and enable cross-platform integration makes APIs at the core of the enterprise's digital architecture. However, the high level of API openness poses increasingly complex security challenges, including potential data exploitation, injection attacks, credential misuse, and exploitation of business logic loopholes. This article examines the strategic role of APIs in the digital ecosystem, analyzes the operational risks that arise from API exposure, and evaluates the effectiveness of basic defense mechanisms such as API Gateways and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs). The findings of the study show that while both solutions play an important role in controlling access, filtering, and mitigating attacks at the surface layer, they have not been able to provide comprehensive protection against modern API threats that are dynamic, distributed, and often exploit weaknesses at the application and business logic levels. Therefore, a more holistic, layered, and sustainable API security approach is needed, including anomalous behavior detection, API abuse protection, and real-time monitoring to maintain the integrity and reliability of digital services.

The blue economy is widely promoted as a pathway to sustainable development, yet women’s enterprises remain marginalized by structural barriers. This study investigates whether support systems directly influence the sustainability of coastal women’s businesses in Bulukumba South Sulawesi, Indonesia, while applying the Quintuple Bottom Line (QBL) and Theory of Change (Toc) frameworks. A quantitative design using survey data from women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) was analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM). The model assessed the reliability of constructs and tested the hypothesized effect of support systems including access to finance, social support, and public policy on sustainability outcomes. Findings reveal that although the measurement model demonstrated reliability and validity, support systems showed no significant direct effect on sustainability. This result contrasts with much of the existing literature but aligns with recent studies emphasizing mediation through financial literacy, managerial capacity, and institutional scaffolding. The study thus adds nuance by demonstrating that external interventions, in isolation, are insufficient for sustaining women’s enterprises in coastal contexts. The research contributes theoretically by extending QBL and Toc to gendered coastal entrepreneurship and practically by highlighting the need for integrated, gender-sensitive policies. Future research should examine mediating and moderating mechanisms that translate support into long term sustainability.

The development of the digital economy has driven major changes in consumer behavior, from traditional transactions to online interactions. These changes present both challenges and opportunities for businesses, particularly in the e-commerce sector, where consumer trust, data privacy, and digital technology adoption are important factors in decision-making. This study aims to map global trends in online consumer behavior research in the context of the digital economy using bibliometric analysis. Data was collected from the Scopus database using the keyword “online consumer behavior” for the period 2020-2025. The dataset was exported in CSV format and analyzed using VOSviewer and R Studio (Biblioshiny). The analysis included annual publication trends, identification of authors, journals, countries, as well as keyword mapping and citation networks. The results show a significant increase in publications after 2020, with China, the United States, and India as the main contributors. Keyword mapping reveals four research clusters: consumer trust and data privacy, e-commerce and digital platform adoption, consumer experience and personalization, and social commerce and social media influence. These findings confirm a growing research focus on issues of digital trust and opportunities for utilizing new technologies such as artificial intelligence and social media. This study provides a comprehensive overview of global trends in online consumer behavior and an important contribution to academics, practitioners, and policymakers.

This study aims to investigate in detail the tax planning and implementation strategies applied by PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in fulfilling its Corporate Income Tax (CIT) obligations. While taxes serve as a major source of government revenue, they also represent a financial burden for businesses that can impact net profits. Therefore, the implementation of a carefully designed tax planning approach is crucial to effectively manage tax liabilities while remaining compliant with existing legal regulations. The research employs a descriptive-analytical method, supported by a review of relevant literature and the use of secondary data obtained from taxation-related documentation. The study seeks to identify the tax planning protocols adopted by the company and assess their influence on the effectiveness of the firm’s tax-related financial expenditures. The findings reveal that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk has successfully implemented tax planning strategies through the strategic utilization of deductible expenses as outlined in Article 6(1) of the Indonesian Income Tax Law, which includes expenditures for employee training, research and development activities, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The halal cosmetics industry in Indonesia has grown rapidly in recent years in line with the increasing awareness of Muslim consumers regarding product safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Islamic law. However, this industry still faces several challenges, particularly related to the availability of halal-certified raw materials, production process standardization, and coordination among key stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the synergy between the government, business actors, and halal certification institutions in the development of the halal cosmetics cluster in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, this research draws on literature analysis and applies the concepts of halal industry clusters and the triple helix model. The results indicate that collaboration among cosmetic manufacturers, government institutions, and certification bodies such as BPOM and LPPOM-MUI has strengthened consumer trust and legal assurance regarding halal products. Nevertheless, barriers remain, including limited knowledge among producers about halal standards and uneven support infrastructures across regions. Therefore, strengthening policy integration, capacity building for industry players, and institutional support is necessary to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the halal cosmetics industry in accordance with the principles of Maqashid Sharia.
