Where advances in digital science and technology make various demands for creativity and innovation must always be developed, as is done by teachers and teaching staff at SD Al Irsyad Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto. The essence of education is the teaching and learning process. The better the teaching and learning process is implemented, the better the quality of education will be. The problem experienced by SD Al Irsyad Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto is that students often play with gadgets without clear directions for their use and are not monitored properly. This study evaluates the policy implementation of the face recognition system at Surabaya Gubeng Station as a digital innovation in public service by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Using a qualitative approach and the policy evaluation model by William N. Dunn, the study assesses six key indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, accuracy, and equity. The findings indicate that the system is effective in accelerating the boarding process, reducing queues, and improving passenger convenience. Efficiency is achieved through reduced staff workload and automated identity verification. However, several challenges remain, including technical disruptions, data input errors, and low digital literacy among users. Personal data protection is also a concern as most users are not fully aware of how their biometric data is managed. Therefore an adaptive governance strategy is needed, involving infrastructure improvement, staff training, public education, and greater transparency in data policy. With these measures, the face recognition system can serve not only as a tool for technical efficiency but also as a form of inclusive and sustainable public service transformation.

Background: Iterative Reconstruction (IR) method was first applied to CT in 1960 and successfully used for the first time in clinical research by reconstructing 128 x 128 images according to image metrics and using high-resolution images of 512 x 512 for special research activities such as image evaluation. artifacts and noise. In 2008, the development of IR can improve image quality and reduce the amount of radiation in clinical CT diagnosis. Iterative reconstruction promises to improve image quality while reducing radiation dose. This has been demonstrated in CT of the thorax, coronary arteries, abdomen, spine and neck, paranasal sinuses, and head. Sinogram-Afirmed Iterative Reconstruction (SAFIRE) is one of the iterative algorithm reconstruction methods that uses noise modeling techniques, Sinogram-Afirmed Iterative Reconstruction (SAFIRE), promises to improve Cranial CT (CCT). In this new technique, raw data-based iteration for artifact reduction is combined with image-based iteration using smooth regularization that estimates the variance of image noise in various directions at each image pixel and adjusts it with a spatial variance regularization function simultaneously. Methods: This study is a literature review, where literature exploration is carried out on various databases with keywords such as, Reference sources used in compiling this article include google scollar, as well as articles in English and Indonesian scientific journals. Results: Itarative Reconstruction (IR) Head CT Scan, SAFIRE includes reducing or adding noise to the image results, artifacts, acquisition time, increasing SNR and CNR and reducing dose in the examination. Conclusion: Analysis of Safire results in Head CT-Scan Imaging has an Itarative Reconstruction (SAFIRE) procedure, the role of safire in head CT scans is to optimize noise in the Reconstructed image and can reduce artifacts in the image and increase SNR, CNR in the Reconstructed results so that it can provide better information.

Shashi Baby Porridge business in Bukittinggi faces significant operational cost challenges due to high electricity consumption, particularly from production equipment. To address this issue, a community service team from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Padang State Polytechnic implemented a Solar Power System (SPS) as an alternative solution. The service process included energy needs analysis, SPS system design, installation, and performance monitoring and evaluation. The implementation of the SPS successfully reduced electricity costs and dependence on conventional electricity while supporting environmental conservation efforts. The installed SPS, with a total capacity of 200 Wp, provides energy for lighting, resulting in significant savings in operational costs. Socialization with the owners and workers was also carried out to ensure optimal system maintenance and operation.
