This study aims to analyze the planning and management strategy of infrastructure fund allocation in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency. This research was conducted in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bener Meriah Regency. The research aims to understand the stages of planning and management of the infrastructure budget in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency, as well as its impact on infrastructure development in the region. In this study, the researcher applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency, the planning and management process of village infrastructure funds uses the musrembang method. In this method, planning uses a top-down and bottom-up planning model that refers to the Bener Meriah Regency RPJM, the Bener Meriah Regency RPJMDesa, and the Bener Meriah Regency RTRW. The planning at Simpang Tiga Market was led by a team consisting of eleven members, including village reje, petue, kaur pembangunan , kaur evaluation, imem, and other figures. The results of the village meeting are then submitted to the sub-district to be evaluated and adjusted to the needs of the community. The impact of planning and management of village infrastructure funds in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency has accelerated the development process in the village, both physically and non-physically. The positive impact of this is the increase in Village Original Income (PAD) of Pasar Simpang Tiga Village. However, the negative impact is the lack of optimal planning in prioritizing programs that are in accordance with the livelihood of the majority of the residents of Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, most of whom are palawija farmers such as potatoes, kul, carrots, red chilies, and green chilies, so this is not optimal in increasing the PAD of Pasar Simpang Tiga.

Objective: To review the literature on the use of banana plants (Musa paradisiaca L.) in Indonesia. Method: A systematic search was carried out to identify relevant articles in 3 bases, namely (Google Scholars, research.gate, and Pubmed). Both include the product produced, how it is made, the contents of the banana plant samples and the evaluation of the product so that it can be accepted by society. Data analysis is based on a checklist prism with specified criteria Results: Five journals were selected because they included the desired review journal criteria. All types of products play an important role with different types of preparations and also different properties and ingredients. Conclusion: There are not many articles that discuss cosmetic products from banana plants, therefore this article was chosen to find out the contents of the banana plant samples. Most are from the skin of the banana, but some are also from the stem of the banana. Apart from that, one article discusses various benefits or parts of the banana plant which can be used as a basic ingredient for cosmetics. The content of secondary metabolites in banana plants, such as the main flavonoids, functions as an antioxidant which is much sought after in natural cosmetic products from this banana plant. Extraction was carried out for all preparations using the maceration method with ethanol solvent. And evaluation tests show that all articles conclude that all parts of the plant are capable of meeting standards to be formulated into cosmetic preparations.

The Raya Blega Street intersection is one of the intersections with a relatively high vehicle volume in Bangkalan Regency. There is no APILL (Traffic Signaling Device) available at this intersection, so it has an impact on traffic flow at the intersection. The existence of the market causes many side obstacles which reduce the optimal performance of the intersection. This condition causes the intersection to experience traffic delays, especially during peak hours such as when leaving work or when leaving. In this research, researchers want to identify the problem of congestion at the Raya Blega street-Rajawali street intersection by calculating and analyzing the performance of the Raya Blega street-Rajawali street intersection using the PKJI 2023 method so that it can be used as a benchmark for assessing the performance of unsignalized intersections and assisting related parties in handle problems at the intersection and it is hoped that they can handle the problems that occur at the intersection so that it can create security and safety for passing users. In this study, the highest value was obtained for existing conditions on Monday, April 29 2024, at morning peak hours (07.00-08.00) at approach point A (east Raya Blega street) with an intersection capacity value of 2297,96 smp/hour and the value obtained The degree of saturation is 0,36 and the delay value is 8.44 sec/smp so it is included in Level of Service B. Quality basic education is inextricably linked to teacher competence. Competence is a person's ability or capability to perform a task based on his abilities. However, following the Covid-19 pandemic, many schools, including instructors, are struggling to adapt to the New Normal Era. One of these is elementary School No. 11 Dauh Puri, one of Denpasar's public elementary schools. Most teachers are elderly, and professional skill is required to design instructional media in a creative manner. One of the issues of Elementary School 11 Dauh Puri is teacher competence. Teachers lack the necessary expertise in science and technology to create engaging learning materials, particularly for foreign languages, that spark student interest. One of the methods proposed for improving teacher abilities is to provide training in the use of Canva as learning materials as well as the usage of Quizziz for assessment or evaluation of student learning. Teachers appreciate community service, which includes the use of Canva and Quizziz to create teaching materials. Despite the fact that she had official training, the teacher feels helped.
