An effective marketing strategy plays an important and diverse role in a company's operations. Understanding marketing strategies and their impact on business objectives is very important for companies. The research problem focused on ineffective marketing communication strategies that impacted property sales at Elite Pro Green Lake City. The purpose of this study is to explore the marketing communication strategies used by companies and their impact on property sales. This research adopts a constructivist paradigm and uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. A case study method was used, with primary data collected from Creative Managers and Marketing Staff at Elite Pro Green Lake City. Secondary data from the literature and previous research provide additional support. The study was conducted at the company's location in Green Lake City, Tangerang. The study revealed that Green Lake City's Elite Pro has yet to fully optimize its marketing communication strategy. The company mainly focuses on the product, price, and promotional components of the marketing mix, neglecting other important elements. This resulted in a decrease in property sales. These findings point to the need for Elite Pro Green Lake City to improve its marketing communication strategy to increase property sales. The study underscores the importance of leveraging various online and offline promotional activities, developing strong relationships with develovers and banks, and maximizing social media platforms for marketing.

Abstract. The increase in the number of Coffee Shops has created intense competition between them, especially along with the development of technology and the application of digital marketing. The importance of digital marketing, especially through social media, is the main focus in efforts to increase brand awareness of a product or service. In this context, digital marketing, especially through social media marketing, is described as an effective tool for achieving marketing goals by creating customer contacts, generating interest, and increasing purchase intentions. Analysis of brand awareness stages, from unconscious brands to top of mind, is an important part of understanding the process of forming a brand's image. Focus is also given to Instagram's role as an effective platform in enhancing brand identity, with an explanation of Instagram's popularity in promoting products and services. In this context, research focuses on the digital marketing communication strategy used by Dom Social Hub, a Coffee Shop in Tangerang City. The research aims to explore the advantages, disadvantages and obstacles that arise during the implementation of this strategy, with a focus on increasing brand awareness on social media platforms, especially Instagram. The object of this research explains the digital marketing strategy of the Dom Social Hub cafe in increasing brand awareness on Instagram social media. This research uses the constructivism paradigm. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach.

Understanding concepts is very important in learning mathematics, because with a thorough understanding, students can solve a problem and are able to apply this learning to the real world. This research aims to develop and test the validity of conceptual understanding ability questions on set question material in Class VIID MTsN 2 Kerinci. This type of research uses development research. The research subjects were class VII D students consisting of 26 students. The data collection techniques used were tests, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that students have a very good understanding of concepts. It can be seen from the results of the analysis of the test question data that it can be seen that there are 8 students (22.9%) included in the category of having the ability to understand concepts very well, 5 students (14.3%) included in the category of having the ability understanding of the concept was good, 7 students (20.0%) were in the sufficient category, and 5 students (14.3%) were in the poor category. This means that overall there are 8 students out of 25 students who have the ability to understand concepts in the very good category. This shows that set material questions have a potential effect on students' ability to understand concepts.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and assess the impact of taxpayer comprehension, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions on compliance with MSME taxpayers in the city of Semarang. A qualitative technique was adopted for the research. Data gathering strategies included the distribution of questionnaires based on the study's criteria. Purposive sampling was utilized in this investigation. The study's findings indicate that Taxpayer Understanding, Taxpayer Awareness, and Tax Sanctions have a beneficial impact on MSME Taxpayer Compliance. It is desired that the Directorate General of Taxes would continue to improve the socialized of taxation among the general population, particularly MSME actors. This is done to promote taxpayers' comprehension and awareness of MSME actors' responsibilities to comply with applicable legislation.

This article discusses the pivotal role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Sharia in governing the Islamic banking sector, emphasizing ethical principles and Sharia values. The research employs a comprehensive evaluation using secondary data collection methods, specifically library research and internet searches. Data were extracted from journals and articles focusing on GCG. The assessment reveals that Islamic banks have generally implemented GCG principles such as accountability, transparency, fairness, and compliance with Sharia law effectively. However, the study identifies areas for improvement, particularly in comprehensive application of Sharia principles and more effective risk management. Instances of personal involvement within Islamic banking institutions underscore the need for enhanced adherence to these principles to uphold ethics and sustainability. Therefore, this article underscores the significance of a profound understanding and effective implementation of GCG Sharia principles within the operational framework of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Hyperactive behavior in grade 4 children at SD Ciluluk is a very complex challenge for educators which requires an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence it. Hyperactive behavior is an attitude in which every activity is carried out excessively or cannot control behavior in the environment within it. Believing that children become rubber feet is primarily due to biological and psychological factors. This research focuses on analyzing the factors that cause hyperactive children's behavior, highlighting biological and psychological aspects, thoroughly discussing the opinions of experts regarding hyperactive children, as well as the treatment of hyperactive children implemented by grade 4 teachers at Ciluluk Elementary School. This research aims to provide in-depth insight into the factors that can influence hyperactive behavior in grade 4 children at Ciluluk Elementary School. The expected results will certainly provide insight and solutions for hyperactive children in learning activities, especially in elementary schools, which will later be used as a reference for teachers to understand solutions for hyperactive children.

Bullying is very common in the school environment because it can disrupt students' learning at school. Schools, especially guidance and counseling teachers, have an important role in ensuring that students or students avoid bullying so that they are able to learn effectively and efficiently. Students who have an understanding of the dangers of bullying will have a greater opportunity to avoid levels of bullying and understand the dangers of bullying. This research also aims to ensure that students can find out that there is an increase in understanding of the dangers of bullying through classical guidance for class VIII students at SMPN 1 Sungai Pua for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research shows that after being given classical guidance services, more than half of the students can understand the dangers of being in the very high category. In the high category with a frequency of 6 it was 18.75%, in the medium category the frequency of 3 was 9.375%, in the low category the number of 0 was 0%, in the very low category with a frequency of 0 it was 0%. Thus, it can be concluded that classical guidance is an effective and innovative strategy to increase the understanding of class VIII students at SMPN 1 Sungai Pua regarding the dangers of bullying. The results of this research can be used as reference material for guidance and counseling teachers to increase understanding of the dangers of bullying in students through classical guidance services.

The employed methods encompass socialization, counseling, lectures, Q&A sessions, presenting traffic case examples, and implementing practical transportation safety materials for 55 lecturers and students at STIE Ganesha. The outcomes of the initiative indicate that PKM activities effectively heightened participants' knowledge of driving safety, encompassing the recognition of institutional roles in the South Tangerang City Traffic Communication Forum. However, there is a need to enhance their comprehension of Law Number 22 of 2009. Successful socialization has augmented comprehension of safety riding, particularly among parents tasked with guiding their families to avert accidents. Preventive measures involve fostering public awareness, upgrading road infrastructure, enforcing traffic laws, and enhancing traffic safety education. This initiative demonstrates an amplified understanding among participants, particularly parents, concerning motorcycle driving safety after exposure to engaging and pertinent material.

In addition, the article underlines the need for moral and ethical education in line with technological developments, so that children are able to understand and apply social responsibility in an increasingly advanced digital era. Technology has the potential to provide positive benefits, but it can also have a negative impact on behavior and morale if not used wisely.

This article aims to examine the role of regional government in implementing good governance from a legal perspective. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is library study, which means reading and understanding the content of discussions and various types of culture from newspapers, tabloids, journals, physical books and ebooks. Good governance aspires to create a government with principles such as transparency (openness), accountability, participation, justice and independence, with the hope of achieving the greatest goals for the prosperity and progress of the people and the country.

This research focuses on qualitative analysis regarding the influence of Digital Product Management (DPM) on Gojek application development. Gojek, as an application-based service platform, relies on DPM to effectively manage and develop their digital products. This research approach involved in-depth interviews with product development team members at Gojek and content analysis of DPM-related documents. The analysis results show that DPM plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and quality of Gojek application development. Key findings include DPM's success in designing product strategies focused on customer needs and ongoing market trends. Flexible management of changing customer and overall market needs was also found to be a key element in DPM effectiveness. In addition, synergy between the DPM team and the technical development team is the key to success, where effective communication and a deep understanding of the product's goals play a crucial role. Organizational factors such as collaborative culture and flexibility in decision making also influence the influence of DPM on application development. This research provides in-depth qualitative insight into how DPM can influence application development in the Gojek context. The practical implications can help similar companies to understand the importance of qualitative factors in managing their digital products and build strategies that are more adaptive to market changes. Additionally, these findings provide a basis for companies to improve collaboration between DPM teams and technical development teams to increase the success of application development in the future.

This community service aims to provide education and understanding of business management to the community and MSMEs in Penakir Village, Pulosari District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java Province. The method used in this service is through seminar activities to educate the public about MSME management which is delivered orally by the presenters. The results of the seminar activities succeeded in identifying the problems faced by MSMEs and recommending several simple things that they can apply to develop their businesses.

This article aims to produce a webtoon-based online comic that can increase students' understanding of religious moderation implemented at SMA 17 Batam. The type of research used is development research with the ADDIE design (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate). The research instruments used in this research were validation sheets, teacher assessment sheets, student assessment sheets, and tests of students' understanding of religious moderation abilities. The techniques used were questionnaires, observations and interviews using descriptive and inferential analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of the research show that the use of webtoon-based online comics can increase high school students' understanding of religious moderation. In this research, the author uses a development approach which includes several stages, such as preliminary study, planning, development and evaluation. The evaluation results show that webtoon-based online comics can increase the understanding of religious moderation of SMA 17 Batam students.

Through an understanding of the Bible, pastors can guide their congregations to consider moral values in choosing leaders, in accordance with the principles of justice, truth, and responsibility to others and God. Pastors not only lead spiritually, but also as moral counsellors who instil spiritual and civic responsibility. They also serve as prayer warriors, guiding the selection of leaders with character and responsibility, according to biblical principles. The moral responsibility of leaders, peace, unity, and reconciliation are the focus of pastors' guidance to their congregations. Pastors are expected to provide an understanding of the ideal leader, in accordance with biblical principles. This study explores the role of pastors in Indonesia's presidential election from a biblical perspective, highlighting their moral responsibility, voting based on biblical principles, and their role in promoting peace and unity amidst political differences.

Through the prototype method and the Figma platform, PKL projects are used to teach students about website development. The aim is to provide relevant skills to the technology and graphic design industries. The steps include requirements analysis, prototyping, user evaluation, and user interface design for the company profile. The result is expected to be a web application that is informative, interesting, and in accordance with the needs of the vocational school Abstract.This research aims to implement collaborative games as a strategy to control social emotional development in school-aged children at SDN 1 Kartasura. School-aged children have diverse emotional characteristics, and social-emotional development is very important to shape children's personality and independence. Collaborative games were chosen as a method to stimulate children's social abilities through group activities. The initial stage of this research includes understanding the potential and challenges of social emotional development in school-aged children. Furthermore, a collaborative game was designed and implemented on September 9 2023, involving 25 grade 4 students at SDN 1 Kartasura. This activity includes game sessions, observations of social interactions, and evaluation of activity results which show that the implementation of collaborative games has a positive impact on students' social emotional development. However, research also identifies several obstacles, such as some students who still experience difficulties in socializing and controlling emotions. Therefore, further efforts are needed to maximize the potential of collaborative play in improving children's social emotional development. In conclusion, implementing collaborative games can be an effective approach to creating a positive learning environment and improving students' social emotional development at SDN 1 Kartasura. This research contributes to the understanding of social emotional development strategies in school-aged children through collaborative play.

The proposed solution involves collaboration between teachers, parents, and communities to create an educational environment that balances technology and hands-on experiences grounded in cultural and civic values. This article emphasizes the importance of preparing elementary school students to acquire strong cultural knowledge and a deep sense of citizenship, helping them become active and responsible members of society.
