Implementation of School Health Efforts can improve health status and shape students' clean and healthy living habits. Therefore, School Health Efforts with an emphasis on promotive and preventive efforts supported by quality curative and rehabilitative efforts, are very important and strategic to achieve the highest degree of health. Currently, the partner's UKS room has its own room and is complete with first aid kits and medicines. However, there is still a lack of utilization programs and there are no UKS staff members who can immediately provide first aid when a student is in pain. The purpose of UKS is to improve the quality of education and student learning achievement through improving the behavior of a clean and spiritual life so that students can grow and develop harmoniously and optimally along with being independent in their activities and ultimately becoming quality human beings. This community service was held at Songkar Public Elementary School, North Moyo District in May 2023. There are two methods used in this community service activity, namely counseling about UKS, choosing peers as small groups and role playing.

Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

. Currently, the times are increasingly advanced, starting from technology, transportation, payments, placement of funds in securities is one of them. Placement of funds in securities is a bank that only acts as a liaison between customers who need funds and customers who have funds. Placement of these funds is only in securities that are not listed on the stock exchange, such as BI certificates. The purpose of this study is to examine the determination of a fund to become securities and also how is the legal relationship between depositors of funds and banks and what are the legal consequences of placing funds in securities as security for wealth. The conclusion of this study is that the role of securities in a bank is inseparable from the role of banks which have a strategic function in implementing national development. The development of the times is also a supporting factor for using securities for payment, deposit of funds, investments, and others. This strategic role is mainly due to the main function of the bank as a vehicle that can collect and distribute public funds effectively and efficiently and anticipate economic and banking developments. To anticipate economic and banking developments as mentioned above, it is necessary to have laws and regulations regarding securities in general that are more adequate as an umbrella that underlies these developments.    

Various types of music that exist today, one of which is Korean pop (k-pop), adds color to the world of music and entertainment. The fans were very enthusiastic to watch the concert, especially the blinks who don't only live in JABODETABEK, but also from outside JABODETABEK. The Blackpink concert which was held for two days fulfilled trends on various social media, not only happiness but also other judgments from the audience which made the audience uncomfortable with the concert. So this study aims to evaluate, analyze, and examine strategic management efforts on the service quality of the Blackpink world tour (born pink) concert at GBK. The data were collected directly from the respondents, the tools used in the research were through questionnaires and using SPSS data processing. The results of this study are proven by that strategic management has a significant effect on service quality.

Early marriage is now a serious problem not only at the national level but at the regional/regency/city level. Early marriage is one of the strategic youth issues that must be resolved immediately. One of the government's strategies in reducing the number of early marriages is the Marriage Age Maturity Program (PUP). Through this program, every government, academician, community and early marriage eradication group collaborate in the success of the program. The educational activity on Marriage Age Maturity (PUP) which was carried out at MA NW Bagik Payung Selatan went smoothly, it's just that there were a number of problems, namely in terms of the characteristics and mindset of students who still underestimate the dangers of early marriage. In addition, the environment where they live is also supportive when they do underage marriages. This service uses an interactive approach with the FGD method. Efforts to reduce the number of early marriages at MA NW Bagik Payung Selatan must be supported by the school and parents, not only the government's task so that the Marriage Age Maturity Program (PUP) can produce optimal results

This research also focuses on companies that must be able to adapt their products and marketing messages to local preferences and the needs of consumers in each market and must have in-depth knowledge of international trade laws and regulations and develop effective cross-cultural communication skills. The global marketing perspective in international business is the key to a company's success in the global market. In an increasingly connected world, companies must be able to understand global markets, adapt their products and strategies, face existing challenges, and forge strategic partnerships. The concept of the smart city has emerged as a strategic response to rapid urbanization, increasing population density, and escalating environmental degradation. It is designed to create more efficient urban management through the integration of information and communication technologies, with the primary goal of enhancing public services, optimizing resource use, and improving citizens’ quality of life. One of its most significant promises is its potential to mitigate ecological challenges, particularly in monitoring and reducing air pollution levels. This study aims to analyze the impact of smart city implementation on urban ecology and quality of life, focusing on air quality as a key indicator. A quantitative comparative approach was applied, using both primary data from air quality measurements PM2.5, CO₂, NO₂, and AQI and secondary data from government reports, environmental agencies, and academic publications. The research was conducted in five major Asian cities recognized for adopting smart city initiatives. The results reveal varied outcomes: Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur demonstrated substantial improvements in air quality and livability, while Beijing and New Delhi continued to struggle with severe pollution. Jakarta showed partial progress, though improvements remain limited. These findings indicate that while technology is critical, it alone does not ensure ecological sustainability. Effective governance, public participation, and context-based strategies are equally crucial. This study highlights the need for smart city policies to prioritize ecological resilience and human well-being as central elements of sustainable urban development.

This opportunity for the people of Rejoso village, Nganjuk Regency, is an opportunity that is very exploited so that traded products are able to penetrate big cities in East Java. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability of businesses to create financial performance and to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of financial performance. This type of research is a quantitative research using primary data for the July 2022 period and distributing questionnaires to 110 MSMEs. The data source is from the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and MSME Office. The analysis of this study uses the financial performance index and SEM PLS. The results show that managerial ability and innovation in achieving good financial performance have been achieved with an index of 96.91. These results are in line with the test results where the statistical T values ​​and P values ​​are in areas that are significant.

The role of the incubator for startup financial management to obtain funding is to provide assistance and assist startups in drafting budgets, achieving profit targets, and preparing financial reports..    

Servants have a strategic role as agents of change. Servants directly engage in community service through the provision of training assistance, counseling, guidance, mentoring and to awaken their potential, and help improve the quality of life and development. Based on the results of observations carried out in Pattallikang Village by looking at the potential of the community and supporting environmental conditions. The work programs carried out are Social Service (Social Service), outreach, hospitality to the people of Pattallikang Village, Building Awareness of Household Financial Management through Financial Education, and introducing the BUMENRA Book to villagers, and Social Service in the Campus Area.

Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.
