Background: Improving the quality of life of Indonesian people can be done through educational efforts both at school and outside of school. The School Health Business (UKS) is a basic health business aimed at schools and is the duty of the public health center to achieve health and improve learning achievement of school children). One of the functions of the UKS is as a forum for providing early health education especially for school children. Method: Before the implementation of the activity, the number of students involved amounted to 40 people, while the selection of students based on grade 8 and grade 9 would be selected again after getting extension activities and transforming as a UKS cadre. Activity Methods Used (1) Lecture and Demonstration Methods to discuss General Knowledge about School Health Enterprises (UKS), the role and participation of students in UKS activities, Efforts to Encourage, (2) Learning Methods Used to Transfer Assistance or Skills from the Value System Owned resource person to students. As a guest speaker providing health examination exercises for special UKS cadre students consisting of general physical examination and vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse and breathing). Results: The results of the data collection obtained for SMP did not have its own UKS room ,but it was still combined with the primary school room which was still in the same building. Schools do not have UKS cadres and have never done UKS program activities. The level of student knowledge related to UKS is also very low. Conclusion: the level of student knowledge after counseling was found as many as 36 (86%) people have good knowledge and 6 people (14%) have enough knowledge. This shows that the provision of counseling and training can increase student knowledge. Suggestions, for SatyaSai Junior High School and Denut 3 Public Health Center to make a policy about the importance of UKS and to continue the program to have UKS space and to form a UKS structure so that good student behavior is formed to increase PHBS in schools and to follow up 

This study aims to detetermine how important social media ethics in the life of the catholic family, as a maens to help outgoing Catholic family maintain the integraty of marriage in  the Parish  of Saint Paul Buntok. Through this study, it is hoped that Catholic families use social media well and wisely in the family life, and make social media as communication and catechetical suggestion in this modern era in order to cultivate the faith of others. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. As for the research steps used are : conversations with informants, informant profiles, datermination of themes, reflection, implications, synthesis, prospects or possibilities that will occur. The results obtained through research conducted by the author found that families in the parish of  Saint Paul Buntok did not all know ethics in using social media. Through this reseach, the author also see that families in the parish of Saint Paul Buntok use social media in building good relations and communication

Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

The data existing in Trade Service shows out of 5,817 street sellers registered, some of them have not been arranged completely by Surakarta City Government. New Klewer Market opened officially on April 21, 2017 by Trade Service can arrange the placement of sellers better in New Klewer Market. Process of validating Klewer Market’s seller data completed by City Government indicates that 2,211 sellers will be arranged and placed, passing through a procedure including registering, problem mapping, scheduling, and requirement communicated to all sellers. Similarly, the Street Sellers affiliated with Klewer Market Yard Sellers Association (Paguyuban Pedagang Pelataran Pasar Klewer, thereafter called P4K) have been arranged on the fourth floor of new Klewer Market building, consisting of more than 900 sellers. All yard sellers should know environment orderliness organized by management and should comply with it. The problems faced by the sellers not permitted to transfer their shanties to others have been apparently understood by sellers. City Government attempted to establish more intensive and better communication, in socializing the rules to the sellers. Cooperation between City Government and organizers and sellers to maintain the environmental orderliness in Klewer Market is expected to implement the arrangement of Yard Sellers in Klewer Market of Surakarta corresponding to the arrangement program. This paper reviews and extends the literature on entrepreneurs' ethical behavior. Building on previous ethical decision making models, we arguethat the nature of both the entrepreneur and the entrepreneurship context warrant additional theorizing within the ethics literature. We proposethat entrepreneurs face unique internal and external drivers of ethical behavior. Likewise, in the course of engaging in entrepreneurial activities,the entrepreneurs' higher accountability and concern for reputation may read to relatively higher ethical conduct, while the increased uncertaintymay countervail these pressures. We discuss the implications of these tensions and future directions for research.

ABSTRACT Quality of natural ventilation in low rise public housing in Jakarta tends to be low. Situation mentioned above presumably caused by several case, among other form and unadequate opening placement, unadequate furniture placement, form and orientation of public housing mass and minimum building protection from sun radiation. Whereas natural ventilation have an importent role in increasing indoor air quality, increasing occupant healthy and help increasing electricity consumption eficiency. The objective of this research is attempt solving natural ventilation problems in low rise public housing architecturally through designs that could used for occupant activity precisely and presenting good natural ventilation simultaneously so it can support occupant activity in public housing as efficiently, comfortable, healthy and secure. Research begins with conduct an observation towards existing public housing in Jakarta through interview, documentation of existing public housing condition and studying public housing designs through working documents and related standards. Collecting climate data especially wind velocity conducted to get illustration of condition that take place in definite period. Those data then analyzed to produce a model formula of public housing building that tested later with computer. The result of research show that the problems of natural ventilation in low rise public housing can be solved by accurately building design that can adapt with surrounding nature. Quite significant positive change occurs after modification does to the existing unit. Hopefully government through certain official can produce public housing design which more optimal, especially in natural ventilation. People also could knowing the caused of natural ventilation problems inside the room also could solving it by simply, efficiently and accurately through the result of this research. Lecturer certification is a process and forms of recognition of a faculty member associated with qualification, competenceand contribution that deserve to be called a professional lecturer. This study aims to empirically examine the effect ofcertification on faculty members in the perspective of performance measurement systems to psychological empowermentand mental model building and subsequent impact on the performance of the lecturer. The research model was built on thebasis of goal setting theory. We collected data using a mail survey on lecturers who have been certified in the province ofSouth Sulawesi, Indonesia. The selection of respondents was based on the consideration that the respondent hasexperienced the whole certification process and have benefited directly and carry out the legal consequences of thecertification. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the measurementsystem on lecturers certification have both positive and significant relationship to the dimensions of psychologicalempowerment and the mental models. Further more, mental models have positive and significant influence on theperformance of the lecturer. Similarly, the dimensions of psychological empowerment were positively related to managerialperformance, but only the dimension of meaning tha thave a significant effect. The research findings reveal importance ofbehavioral aspects in deciding lecturer certification systems during the certification process and the implementation.Further more, this paper contributes to the literature on lecturer certification, performance measurement systems, andmental models.Keywords: lecturer certification, performance measurement systems, mental model, and psychological empowerment,lecturers’ performance

This paper presents n conceptual model of Internet-based business-consumer relationship marketing with a focus on the context, content, and the process of relationship development from the consumer's perspective. The model con be divided into two broad groups. The first group is a set of contextual factors (environment, parties to the relationship, consumption task) that influence relationship development. The second group is the content and process of relationship development that can be viewed via three interrelated conceptual phases: consumer motives to seek interaction, exploration and interaction, and relationship bonding. With the rapid growth of E-commerce and on-line consumer shopping trends, the importance of building and maintaining customer loyalty in electronic marketplaces has come into sharper focus in marketing theory and practice. This paper also to present a conceptual framework of "e-loyalty" and its underlying drives.
