Legal certainty can be reached by good and explicit principles in a legislation, as well as its application. Investment requires legal certainty as well. On April 26, 2007, the Investment Law No. 25 of 2007 was enacted. This legislation was enacted to replace Law No. 1 of 1967 on Foreign Investment and Law No. 6 of 1968 on Domestic Investment. There are eleven factors that serve as benchmarks for gauging a country's ease of doing business. One of the indications is related to the resolution of investment conflicts, or in this case, contract enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings. According to the Doing Business 2019 report, Indonesia ranks 73rd (seventy-three) in terms of ease of doing business. Indonesia's EoDB ranking remains distant from the aim of entering the world's top 40 (forty) ranks. This is due to the fact that, among other things, dispute resolution in Indonesia still has various issues, including basic regulations, the trial procedure, and decision implementation. Meanwhile, affordable, fast, and simple conflict resolution facilities are required in the corporate world (according to EoDB indications). The results of this descriptive analytical research utilizing a normative juridical approach reveal that there is no implementing regulation of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, which focuses on discussing investment disputes, therefore there is no strong legal certainty in investing in Indonesia. Furthermore, there are several issues concerning the resolution of bankruptcy cases, some of which stem from regulations, namely Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations, some of which can result in certain interests, the length of the bankruptcy court process, and legal certainty following the bankruptcy decision. A breakthrough or update that can support EoDB is required, one of which can be done in the field of investment dispute resolution, particularly connected to contract enforcement and bankruptcy case settlement, by creating implementing regulations and updating associated regulations.

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. The implementation of democracy in the management of public services is an important part that must be carried out by the bureaucracy. In its implementation, it must uphold democratic principles that are in line with the state constitution, namely freedom/equality, people's sovereignty, and open and responsible government. Better and more satisfying services for the community must be carried out by public service providers. The government's attitude is still inclined to only provide good services to certain people, who have the same political views and thoughts as the government. The paradigm of the management of the administration of the public service bureaucracy must be changed, which initially "regulates" the community to "serve" the community. because the public service bureaucracy is the main benchmark in assessing the performance of the central government and local governments in serving the community. Keywords: Bureaucratic Reform, Public Service, Democracy, Constitution.

This community service report reviews the concept of Jesus' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the context of modern management and its relevance to young Catholics. Through research and literature studies, we investigate how management principles such as leadership, decision-making, empowerment, and service reflected in the teachings and actions of Jesus can be applied in the daily lives of young Catholics. In modern management, which is often oriented towards material success, involving Jesus as the example of chief executives provides an alternative view that reinforces spiritual and ethical values in their decision-making and work. Using modern management principles inspired by the teachings of Jesus can provide guidance and inspiration for young Catholics as they build careers and serve others. In this context, Jesus' leadership, which is based on service, empowerment, and love, becomes a relevant model for young Catholics who wish to integrate the values of the Catholic faith into their professional world. This report provides new insights into how young Catholics can apply management principles that are morally and spiritually meaningful, and support their personal development as responsible public servants.

Management of zakat funds requires an institution that handles it in a professional, trustworthy and accountable manner, starting at the central level to the regional level (read: at the lower level it is called UPZ). UPZ (Zakat Collector Unit) is an institution that collects as well as distributes or distributes zakat, formed and officially issued by the local regional BAZNAS. The purpose of its establishment is in accordance with the mandate of Law No.23 of 2011 concerning zakat, namely by becoming UPZ BAZNAS, UPZ operations have been standardized according to the principles of proper zakat management. The services provided by UPZ BAZNAS are more optimal with the authority to provide Evidence of Zakat Deposit (BSZ) printed by BAZNAS. The BSZ can be used as evidence that the zakat paid can be calculated as a deduction from taxable income (zakat as deductible items). One area in East Java in Gresik Regency, Dukun District, has formed a UPZ which is coordinated by the Dukun District UPZ Coordinator who oversees several UPZs, be it Village UPZ or Mosque UPZ and Taklim Assembly UPZ. The existence of the UPZ Coordinator is quite effective in coordinating the management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh (ZIS) for Muzakki (Zakat Givers), or Mustahik (Zakat Recipients) and Munfiq (Shodaqoh Givers). The potential of ZIS in Dukun Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is quite high, both from the trade, agriculture or animal husbandry sectors as well as from the professions through Professional Zakat. From the early 2017 formation of UPZ until 2021, there was a significant increase. From simply recording ZIS acquisitions to making direct deposits to BAZNAS Gresik, the nominal amount of potential starts from the acquisition of 800 million rupiah to more than 3.5 billion in 2021. This is none other than community participation after going through education and socialization from the Coordinator UPZ either through official or non-official forums such as Friday Khutbah, Tarawih Kultum or existing Taklim Assembly activities.

Hypertension is nicknamed the silent killer because it is a disease without symptoms. This refers to a condition where blood pressure increases beyond normal limits, namely systolic pressure ≥140 mmHg and diastolic pressure <90 mmHg. Educational activities and detection of hypertension symptoms were carried out because the incidence rate was still high in the Maccini Sawah Health Center Working Area. This service is carried out with the target of people aged ≥ 40 years so that they can maintain a healthy lifestyle and have the knowledge, attitudes and skills to implement the principles of healthy living for every community. The aim of this service is to increase public awareness, understanding of prevention, lifestyle changes and increased participation in health decisions. The method for implementing this community service is education and blood pressure checks carried out simultaneously. There were 23 people who took part in this activity. The activity ran smoothly and well where the people who had been invited to take part in the education and detection of hypertension symptoms had followed it to completion with a total of 20 families participating. There are still many people who do not have their health checked at the health center. The community health center needs to carry out a door to door visit program to increase the coverage of the P2M program and reduce morbidity due to non-communicable diseases, especially hypertension.

Monitoring nutrition and health during the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) in Pacellekang Village is very important to prevent stunting. However, during the pandemic, many posyandu were forced to stop their activities because they were in the red zone. The assistance program for malnourished pregnant women (KEK) aims to improve the health and nutritional status of KEK pregnant women in Makassar City. Community service activities are carried out online using Zoom meetings, WhatsApp groups and Google Forms. The results of the service show that most of the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding nutrition and health are classified as good. The majority (85.2%) of pregnant women had carried out pregnancy checks at least four times with a midwife or doctor during pregnancy. Apart from that, 88.9% of pregnant women regularly take blood supplement tablets. Around 85.2% of pregnant women follow the principles of balanced nutrition in their daily diet. However, 55.6% of pregnant women who frequently experience nausea and vomiting tend to lose their appetite and skip meals and snacks. Based on program monitoring in October, there were records that two pregnant women were unable to provide exclusive breastfeeding (IMD) due to premature birth (separation care), and young mothers (under 20 years) felt anxious when breast milk did not come immediately after delivery, so they gave Formula milk.

The shift in global paradigm and threat perspective has led to a wide variety of possible risks and uncertainties. This situation also occurs in the defense economy, so understanding the basic principles of risk and uncertainty is important, especially in a decision-making process. There are several elements and concepts that are usually used in all decision models. Almost all models, whether complex or simple, can be formulated using a standard structure and solved by using general evaluation procedures. For decisions involving a series of decisions and relating to various basic sequential conditions, the decision tree is an appropriate conceptual and schematic modeling tool. A decision tree is a schematic representation of a decision problem. A decision tree is a diagram made like a tree with branches and branches in a chronological order of events, with each having a choice and possibility of occurrence, as well as the results of each choice. The term decision tree is taken from the form of diagrams that have branches and twigs, just like a tree.

This research report is motivated by the large number of sharia financial institutions that have emerged and the increasing number of sharia banks that provide financial services while meeting the increasingly diverse needs of society. With the current abundance of sharia banking, there are accusations that sharia banking is a conventional bank that only has a sharia label attached to it. However, nowadays sharia banks always try to implement Islamic values based on Sharia principles. Sharia banking has a big influence on people's economic activities. Various sharia banking products are expected to be able to encourage and accelerate people's economic progress in accordance with Islamic principles. In Islamic principles, economic activity cannot be separated from the postulate of faith in Allah SWT and even becomes a built in control for economic actors. From here, sharia banking was built and designed to improve the standard of human life. Sharia banking is expected to become an alternative and even a decisive solution for the development of the national economy, especially for Muslims.
