Traditional houses scattered with various unique forms in the territory of Indonesia reveal a distinctive and unique local cultural identity in their states and display the richness of the traditional culture of the Indonesian nation. The diversity of traditional houses in this archipelago has a high artistic feel in architectural forms, motifs, and similarities in philosophy. Still, it is rich in architectural structures that differ from one place to another. The traditional housing group for the Sentani tribe in Ifale village is formed from the unity of three different kinship groups of indigenous peoples. The three kinships live one life together as the traditional Sentani people and still maintain the ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation by adjusting to current life developments. The traditional house of the Sentani indigenous people has changed with the entry of knowledge and changes in people's lifestyles. The shift in housing does not affect the existence of their traditional residence, a nation's wealth that must be maintained and protected. This study aimed to study changes in building traditional Sentani houses on Lake Sentani in Jayapura Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive in conducting data analysis using qualitative methods (field data) and quantitative (excel program and SPSS). The study results show that changes in the way of building the traditional houses of the indigenous people of the Senani tribe towards the process of building and using house construction for the period 1907-1925 and 2021 have changed from places formed by their ancestors to modern traditional houses. These changes are influenced by the increase in community economic growth, public awareness of environmental and human health, and construction use following the latest developments in construction technology.

Dance is strongly connected to life, freedom, salvation, restoration and victory over the enemies. The Bible uses the word dance for the first time in the verse when Miriam took her tambourine and led the Israelites in a victorious dance after they had been set free from the Egyptians, who chased them into the red sea. God gave them salvation, victory, deliverance, and life. Miriam’s dance was a respond and expression of victory over the enemies (Ex. 15:20). Dance or body movement is a language of communication equal to words, music, or other expressed art. For this reason, when a dance is communicating the word of God, for certain people or in certain situations then it could becalled a prophetic dance. To be a dancer is a great calling. A calling to bring back what has been taken from heaven, a calling to love God more and more, a calling to make a new covenant between men and God. Prophetic dance is a way to serve God through dance. In this way a dancer is not an artist who chooses to be served rather than to serve. But the principle is when one is appointed to be a leader, the more is his responsibility to serve his brethrens. Every movement is a body language to communicate the messages. Within the context of dance, every movement should carry a message in a way that people would understand the meaning when they see the dance.

Building a report card and ITOP Approach in reducing violence in schools. This title was born because of the problems of Kanisius Immaculate Kindergarten students about an increase in violence that occurred in schools. As for the source of the problem is the relatively large number of students per class and only 1 teacher is taught and also the age of kindergarten children who are relatively small and still at the stage / period of imitation. That The target of this service is the parents of Kanisius Immaculate Kindergarten students, who are their favorite schools. This school has 90 students, so it requires more attention and is prone to violence. This service was carried out first by means of counseling then continued with training on building rapport and the ITOP approach. However, because this service was carried out during a pandemic, only 54 of the 90 parents attended (60%). After counseling and training on building rapport and the ITOP approach in reducing violence in schools there were 51 people (94.45%) of 54 people who mastered both counseling and training materials, while 3 (5.55%) did not master the training because not serious about doing training. So it can be concluded that this dedication was successfully seen from: 1. Based on the attendance of the participants it is said to be successful because it is attended by 60% 2. Based on the mastery of the participants it can be said to be successful because there are 94.45% masters 3. Those who do not understand are relatively small, namely only 5.55%

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

Abstract   A mixed use area is basically an urban area that is designed in an integrated manner (integrated development), with a fairly high building density and a combination of land functions that are mixed (mixed used), where the most important key to its success is the functioning of the control mechanism which is the implementation. from the regulations for the development of the superblock area itself (Wikipedia, 2018). Another definition based on arsitag.com states that Mixed use is the use of a building, a building complex, or an environment for more than one use. This concept has been adopted by several countries in the world since 1920. The idea is to combine offices, residences, and other activity centers in adjacent areas or even in the same building. In Indonesia, mixed areas are permitted and regulated in Government Regulation Number 15 of 2010 concerning Spatial Planning, which mandates that to improve the quality of spatial structures and spatial patterns. In addition, in the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN Number 16 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Transit Oriented Areas, Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Compilation of Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW), and Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN Number 16 of 2018 concerning Compilation Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR) and Zoning Regulations (PZ. In the spatial planning regulations, the mixed area is regulated in a mixed zone (C), which includes; housing and trade / services, housing and offices, trade / services and offices. For the use of the mixed zone category, it must be supported by the existence of a clear zone boundary which can limit the further expansion of the mixed function and there must be an effort to encourage the development of the mixed function towards a certain designated zone. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct this research to provide input and suggestions for related parties, including mixed area typology, mixed area prerequisites, mixed area principles, mixed area criteria and standards.   Keywords: mixed-use area, typology, prerequisites, principles, criteria

The construction project is assessed based on the realization of the construction according to the quality, time and cost in the planning document. To monitor implementation, a scheduling method is needed that can describe the relationship between activities and implementation time, so that the work can be completed according to the target duration specified in the construction contract. Two methods are known in scheduling critical paths, namely Activity On Arrow (AOA) and Activity On Node (AON) where AOA is more widely used in projects, whereas AON has the advantage of 4 relationships between activities with activity symbols on the box, while AOA is only 1 type with symbol of the activity on the arrow. The purpose of this study is to obtain the benefits of using AON rather than AOA by scheduling using the two methods on the schedule of the construction of a high-rise building in Banten, using Microsoft Project (MS Project) software, and analyzing the differences. In MS Project AOA is known as the Activity Diagram Method and AON with the Precedence Diagram Method. From the comparative analysis results obtained that with AOA obtained 74 activities and 48 activities with AON with the same duration and critical activities in both methods. The AON diagram can better illustrate the relationship between activities that are simpler and simpler with a total efficiency of 35%. The Dream Building Shop was founded by Mr. Zaenal, whose address is Jalan Raya Sekopek No. 10 Sarirejo Kaliwungu, Kendal Regency. Kaliwungu Dream Building Shop in recording sales transactions, purchases and reports - reports still use the manual method by writing them into a book, this method still requires time which is relatively old and prone to calculation errors, as a result you have to work 2 times or even many times to recalculate transactions that occur. Factors that are generally controlled are human errors that occur in cooking data and storing & maintaining paper-shaped documents, where this is very difficult to overcome. In addition, the process of searching for data or inventory is also less effective and efficient. also affect customers, even though performance according to the store is needed to satisfy customers.
