In human life the use of electrical energy is very important and needed, but over time the use of its consumption is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to save electricity consumption activities. This effort is known as energy conservation, one of which uses the energy audit method. Energy audit is to calculate the level of use or Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building whether it is efficient in the use of electrical energy. Collecting data related to electricity usage, building profiles, and observing lighting loads, air conditioning/air conditioning loads and other loads. The use of the IKE formula as a form of analyzing the data. The results of the study stated that the IKE value in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building was 38.019 kWh/m2, from this value it can be seen that the IKE is efficient. This is based on the parameters used by ASEAN-USAID of 240 kWh/m2. There is an addition in saving energy if in the future there are additional burdens such as laboratory equipment or electronic goods. These savings can be made by using LED lamps and replacing TL lamps or using lamps with a lower wattage than the previous lamp and can be done by reducing the duration of usage in consuming electrical energy.

Desa Curug mendapatkan bantuan dana untuk melaksanakan program ODF. Program ODF (Open Defecation Free) adalah kondisi ketika setiap individu dalam komunitas tidak buang air besar sembarangan. Membangun kesehatan keluarga mandiri bukan hanya melalui program fisik, tetapi kegiatan setelah program tersebut berakhir yang lebih diutamakan supaya berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran keluarga mengenai pentingnya sanitasi sebagai salah satu syarat kelengkapan dalam rumah tapak sederhana dan memberikan informasi tentang tata cara membuat sanitasi yang sesuai standar kesehatan. Metode kegiatan yang akan dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah metode penyuluhan. Sanitasi yang sesuai standar kesehatan adalah jamban keluarga lengkap dengan konstruksi septictank dan resapannya yang berjarak 10-11 m dari air bersih. Penyuluhan sanitasi berstandar kesehatan membuka wawasan masyarakat bahwa anak-anak akan terhindar dari stunting, sehingga dapat menjadi sumber daya manusia unggul sesuai dengan visi misi presiden terpilih periode 2019-2024. Untuk keberlanjutan jamban keluarga mandiri sebaiknya dibentuk tim untuk mengawasi pada saat pembuatan dan pemeliharaan.

Mailing is one of the Web systems that is now widely used in modern administrative systems. The correspondence system is a system related to administration that virtually concentrates the components of an organization, where data, information, and communication are made through telecommunication media with the aim of building a system that is able to accommodate each element. This correspondence system is built using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method with the Waterfall Model software development technique. For the use of the correspondence system, a study was conducted entitled "Web-Based Correspondence System at the Bale Musara Village Office". This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of testing the Web-based Correspondence System are in accordance with the system proposed and expected by system users, especially for village operators and secretaries. Based on the research and creation of the system that has been carried out, there are several conclusions, namely the Making of a Correspondence Information System at the Bale Musara Village Office can be used to facilitate the work of village officials.

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of Nidji's song; (2) the imagery contained in the lyrics of the song Nidji; and (3) the application of Nidji's song lyrics in learning to identify the elements of poetry in class X SMA. The data collection of this research was carried out using the observation method. The data analysis of this research is content analysis. The results of data analysis are presented with informal techniques. Based on the data and discussion, it is concluded that (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of the Nidji song include (a) hyperbole figure of speech which serves to exaggerate the situation when someone is in love. His heart blossomed and everything became beautiful; (b) association figure of speech serves to describe different vibrations when falling in love with millions of feelings; (2) The types of imagery in Nidji's song lyrics consist of (a) auditory images found in the lyrics "I hear the singing of a thousand gods and goddesses of love" and "Echoing the world", (b) visual images found in the lyrics "I see the sun will come to me” and “I see the moon will come to me”, (c) the motion images found in the lyrics “Come to me, hug me dearly” and “The moon will come to me”. (3) The application of learning using Nidji's song lyrics is in accordance with basic competencies 3.17 Analyzing the elements of poetry building. The method used is Discovery Based Learning with learning steps which include the following: greeting and motivation, apperception, division of study groups, analyzing Nidji's song When I Fall in Love based on figurative and imagery elements, presentations, and concluding learning activities.

In the world of marketing, social media plays an important role is very important in building a strong customer base for a brand. One of the biggest in Indonesia, of course, is Facebook. Kualitas kenyamanan termal dalam ruang pada suatu bangunan dipengaruhi banyak aspek, mulai dari skala makro seperti kondisi cuaca dan lingkungan hingga skala mikro seperti orientasi bangunan, letak ruang, dan material bangunan yang digunakan. Suhu udara memiliki peran dominan terhadap kualitas kenyamanan termal dalam ruang. Intensitas suhu udara itu sendiri dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor terutama intensitas radiasi matahari yang diterima oleh bangunan. Radiasi matahari dapat diantisipasi oleh beberapa cara, namun untuk mengetahui cara yang tepat untuk mengantisipasi radiasi matahari tersebut perlu dilakukan kajian terhadap aspek-aspek tersebut diatas. Untuk mengetahui secara pasti tingkat efektivitas dari usulan solusi yang ditawarkan, perlu dilakukan pembuktian melalui rumus ataupun pemanfaatan aplikasi yang tepat terhadap beberapa parameter terkait hingga ditemukan rumusan yang tepat, sesuai dengan situasi,  dan kondisi objek penelitian terpilih.

Analysis of E-Learning Information Systems is certainly one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that arise in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities (KBM) in each school. Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis is a method used to help model unstructured problems. The SSM methodology is suitable for assisting an organization in defining their goals and then building a human activity system to achieve those goals. The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. The analysis of E-Learning needs is answered by the need between the internal staff of teachers, employees, counseling and external students and parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and student development.

This study aims to examine the effect of training, capacity building, and reward provision on improving the performance of human resources at the Kapalo Destination of Banda Taram, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study used a questionnaire distributed in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota as many 53 respondents using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Training and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of managers at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination while the capacity building has no significant effect on improving performance at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination. This research implies that the existence of training and rewards can make performance better, especially in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota.

This study aims to determine the role of student organizations in building character, especially in today's digital generation. In conducting this research, the author applies a qualitative or descriptive literature study research method. Literature studies are obtained through a literacy process from various books and articles related to the material to be discussed. The literature study in this study was carried out by the author through the process of reading, concluding, then processing and developing the data obtained as material from the research conducted. Based on the research carried out, it was concluded that the very important role of student organizations in educating student character in this digital era is critical thinking. If students do not have the ability to think critically, it will be very easy to fall into things that weaken the character of the nation. Students must be able to be good examples for the community and the task of students is also to make the best possible use of existing digital technology and then implement it in everyday life. This research is expected to provide information and add insight to readers, especially students, about the role of student organizations in the digital generation.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. Pendahuluan Autis merupakan suatu gangguan perkembangan yang menyangkut masalah interaksi sosial. Istilah autis hingga saat ini masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengenal dengan baik apa yang di maksud dengan autis, sehingga seringkali penyandang autis dianggap tidak memiliki kemampuan (Safira, 2015). Musik memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecerdasn manusia. Musik juga dapat mencegah kehilangan daya ingat. Secara garis besar musik dalam pembentukan perilaku adalah sebagai basic character building atau dalam kata lain musik berperan sebagai pondasi dalam pembentukan budi pekerti, pembentuk perasaan moral dan pembentuk perilaku keadilan, cinta kasih dan kelemah lembutan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Terapi Musik Rhytm Terhadap Perkembangan Sistem Motorik Penderita Autis di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Kasih Angelia Kota Bitung Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Analitik dengan pendekatan one group pre-post test desig.Sampel responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 orang dengan tehnik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan teknik Asidental sampling. Hasil penelitian  Dari hasil uji statistik Mc. Nemardidapatkan nilai Sig. (p Value) = 0,000 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar <0,05 yang artinya nilai Sig. (p Value) 0,000 <0,05, dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak atau ada pengaru terapi musik rhytm terhadap perkembangan sistem motorik penderita autis. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh terapi musik rhytm terhadap perkembangan isitem motorik penderita autis di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Kasih Angelia Kota Bitung. Saran diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber pengetahuan, pembelajaran dan informasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Indonesia is a country that have a lot of diversity. Diversity of indonesian separated to race, culture, religions, ethnicity, customs and groups. Diversity in a nation can have advantages and disadvantages. As a member that live on a country that have so many diversity, we can reduce the disadvantages with tolerance and archipelago insight. This literature will discuss about conflict caused by diversity. In this literature we will know that tolerance and archipelago insight can prevent conflict because of diversity.

ABSTRAK Pancasila merupakan landasan dalam berbagai pelaksanaan kehidupan bermasyarakat maupun pendidikan bagi warga negara. Sila pertama pancasila yaitu ‘Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa’ merupakan salah satu kunci dalam membangun keyakinan beragama dan toleransi warga negara karena tanpa adanya keyakinan beragama dan toleransi suatu bangsa akan terpecah belah melalui ancaman dari dalam negeri sendiri. Universitas Sebelas Maret atau sering disebut UNS merupakan salah satu universitas negeri terbesar yang ada di Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Dalam era pandemi Covid-19 UNS menerapkan sistem pembelajaran daring dimana terdapat kelebihan dan kekurangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai pancasila sila pertama oleh mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di UNS. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penelitian, dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner ke subjek penelitian terkait. Dari hasil yang didapat, mahasiswa dapat menanamkan sikap toleransi dan melaksanakan ibadah dengan baik sebagai bentuk dari implementasi nilai-nilai pancasila sila pertama. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, UNS implemented an online learning system where there were advantages and disadvantages. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the first Pancasila values ​​by students in the implementation of online learning at UNS. To meet the research needs, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to related research subjects. From the results obtained, students can instill an attitude of tolerance and carry out worship properly as a form of implementing the values ​​of the first precepts of Pancasila. This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax knowledge, and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is land and building taxpayers in Boja District, Kendal Regency with a sample of 100 taxpayers. The calculation of the sampling was calculated by random sampling using the formula Slovin and got the results as 100 respondents. Primary data using a questionnaire distributed to taxpayers This study has theoretical and implications practical. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis The results showed: 1). Tax sanctions have no significant negative effect on taxpayer compliance. 2). Tax knowledge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. 3). Taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

The number of islands and the size of Indonesia's territory is a problems in building telecommunications infrastructure. VSAT satellite technology is a solution and is useful when terrestrial relations experience issues. This is because not all regions are terrestrial and can reach all islands and mainland in Indonesia. In this study, the Ku-Band VSAT was used, and the Ku-Band VSAT installation location was in Jangga Dolok Village, Lumban Julu District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the quality of the network obtained showed a bandwidth of 024 Kbps, 637 ms delay, 0% packet loss, 1.84 Mbit/s download throughput, and 319.18 Kbit/s uploads. The measurement analysis results in the field show that the IP Config VSAT IP can be connected to the gateway, and the connection test shows the reply response. The transmission parameter output IDU downlink SQF is 168, and the uplink is 16 Apsk 1024 K 9/10, the upload, and download measurement results show the upload results of 1.8 Mbps and 0.3 Mbps upload. All the analysis results were carried out, and it showed promising results, and the VSAT-based internet network in Jangga Dolok village was feasible to use. Abstrak – Kebutuhan informasi yang semakin cepat. Menjadi alasan dibangun e-government web portal ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Website ini adalah dengan metode Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). (WDLC) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sebuah website. Dimana WDLC merupakan sebuah proses pengembangan sebuah website akan disampaikan kepada pengguna. Dalam pembuatannya, dilakukan proses menganalisis data dan informasi yang ada pada dinas komunikasi dan informatika agar dapat di masukan ke proses implementasi perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode WDLC dan diterapkan dengan Framework Laravel V7. Disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode ini berhasil dan akan mempermudah pengelola Web dalam mengelola informasi responsif dan compatible. Dengan terciptanya web portal ini akan mempermudah kinerja admin dalam menyebarluaskan informasi yang secara otomatis juga akan mengurangi beban tenaga IT di Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika yang minim tenaga IT.   Kata Kunci – E-Government, WDLC, Website, Internet   Abstract – The need for information is getting faster.Be the reasonbuilt e-government webportalthis. This research is motivated by the success of phenomenon educational institution based on nature that serve as one of the alternative educational institutions in Indonesia. The success of the phenomenon came from from the ability of sekolah alam to shape and transform the sought-after core values. This research aims to explain the process of forming and transforming core values based on environmental uniqueness and local wisdom at Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh (SAKT) which conducted in August – December 2021, and located in the middle of an urban area. Researcher used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation as well as analysis using interactive model qualitative techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research indicate that all educational and learning activities in sekolah Alam carried out with an integrative holistic approach with nature as a place, source, and learning media in the context of cognitive processes, awareness, enlightenment, empowerment, character building and children's behavior. The core values developed by Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh are based on five values, includes noble character, critical thinking, leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and toughness. These core values are the hallmark and differentiator from Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh from other sekolah alam as well as the brand image of Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh. In addition, it continues to embody the three dimensions of core values in general, namely curriculum, methods, environment and physics.

Before deciding to rent, some prospective clients must first seek information about the Vina House building through colleagues or family or anyone who has rented the building, how the packages are in it, how the facilities are obtained. The results of previous research conducted by Kurniawan (2015) are that facilities and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Memah et al., (2015) give the results that facilities have a positive but not significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Furthermore, Latief (2018) provides research results that the location variable has no significant effect on consumer buying interest. Referring to the phenomena and gaps in research results, this study aims to determine the moderating effect of WOM on facilities and locations on the rental decision-making process. Based on the research objectives to be achieved, the type of research used by the researcher is explanatory research. The results of further calculations show that the regression coefficient value of the word of mouth variable as a moderator has a regression value of -0.015 which is negative with a calculated significance value of 0.085 > 0.1. The value of the regression coefficient of the word of mouth variable as a moderator has a regression value of -0.050 which is negative with a calculated significance value of 0.007 <0.1.

Adolescence is when a person begins to learn to be an adult human being. Therefore, there is a need for coaching. On the other hand, adolescence also experiences resilience. For this reason, faith formation is needed. This also happened to the students of St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang. Therefore, faith-building at St. Fransiskus Vocational School affects student resilience. To discuss this problem, the researcher conducted a study entitled The Correlation Between Faith Development and Resilience in Catholic Adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang as the subject of the study was a Catholic student at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang. The method used is descriptive quantitative with correlational techniques. This research was conducted from July to September 2021. The variables of this research are independent variables of Catholic faith development and dependent variables of adolescents. The research population was all St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang students, and samples were taken using simple random sampling techniques. The theoretical basis used is the theory of faith development and adolescent resilience. The results showed that the calculated r-value (rxy) was 0.6373, which was included in the relatively strong or high category (the calculated r-value was 0.41 - 0.70). Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that there is a correlation between faith development and resilience in Catholic adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School in Semarang. The percentage of contribution of faith development to resilience in Catholic adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang is 40.61%, based on calculations using the product-moment correlation formula.
