This research aims to analyze the GERLI (Literacy Movement) Program which uses the storytelling method at SDN 1 Demulih to increase students' interest in reading. This research aims to assess the effect of a fairy tale-based literacy approach on improving students' reading abilities. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results showed that before the program was implemented, students' interest in reading was low. However, after the program was implemented, there was a significant increase in students' participation and understanding of reading material, especially in terms of listening, composing stories, and discussions. As many as 85% of students were actively involved, showing higher enthusiasm for literacy activities. This program is considered effective in improving students' literacy skills, with recommendations that literacy activities be held regularly with a variety of more interesting stories, as well as involving parents to support a good reading environment at home.

Brain Gym assistance at SDIT AL-Ghazali, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province, MBKM students innovate by implementing wake bounding with varied greetings as a form of their dedication to the school. They do this by accompanying Brain Gym in the morning to improve students' fitness and behavior in order to increase their enthusiasm before starting learning activities. The aim of these varied greetings is to make activities at Brain Gym more fun and interesting for students. The ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method was used in this research. The life of a pluralistic society is threatened by negative urban culture which can affect the lifestyle of the people there, especially among young people. The Adhimukti Abyakta Young People's Group, as a driving force for young people's activity in the socio-cultural field, carries out the hopes of local residents to continue to provide color and maintain stability amidst the life of the plural society there. The purpose of writing this article is as a form of concrete evidence of community service activities that have been carried out by one of the Malang State University community service teams. This research uses a participatory method, which means it places greater emphasis on active participation from the local community, both from the Sitirejo Village government, Lemahduwur Hamlet community leaders and the Adhimukti Abyakta youth group. The concept of service is carried out by collaborating between the service team and the core management of the Adhimukti Abyakta Youth Group to provide encouragement for innovative activities for all members of the Adhimukti Abyakta Youth Group which can be used as a concrete step for the stability of plural society in Lemahduwur Hamlet. All service activities are organized into a program called "Rerukun" which includes organizational management, interactive workshops between youth and community leaders, humanitarian projects in the form of nature studies, and organizing festivals in Lemahduwur Hamlet. It is hoped that this activity will be able to empower the Adhimukti Abyakta Youth Group in terms of internal strengthening of the group, solving problems for local youth and efforts to maintain the stability of plural society in Lemahduwur Hamlet, Sitirejo Village, Malang Regency.

The background of this research focuses on the development of the beauty salon industry which is getting heavier. Beauty salons offer a variety of services aimed at improving the appearance. Beauty salons must understand the factors that affect customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on the level of customer satisfaction in beauty salons in Talawi District, Sawahlunto City. This research is a type of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is to distribute a questionnaire through a g-form that has been tested for validity and reliability to 82 respondents as a research sample. . The data collected includes personal information of salon respondents regarding the facilities provided and the quality of services received. The results of the study show that facilities and service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the three hypotheses proposed were accepted. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.745 shows that 74.5% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by facilities and service quality, while 25.5% can be explained by other variables outside this study. Therefore, it is important for beauty salons to improve facilities and service quality to increase customer satisfaction in order to meet customer expectations and increase their loyalty to the salon.

The community service program carried out by MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) Teaching Assistance in English Education Students IAIN Palangka Raya is titled “English Club.” It aims to improve the English skills of participants at the Secondary Level. This program introduces interactive learning methods and enjoyable media through a game-based approach and technology. Thus, this activity helps participants understand English material more easily and effectively. The program is conducted over three sessions, covering topics such as self-introduction, telling time, and hobbies. Each session is designed to develop the participants' English language abilities by optimally combining theory and practice. To create an active and engaging learning environment, the activities also include educational games, such as “Hi! My Name Is...,” “Catch It!,” and “Simon Says!”, which are designed to sharpen the cognitive and motor skills of the participants. In each session, technology media, such as engaging PowerPoint presentations and online games, are used to create variety in the learning experience, making participants feel interested and motivated. The results of this activity indicate an improvement in the participants' English skills, particularly in speaking. Additionally, there is also an increase in the participants' interest and motivation toward learning English. The use of creative methods and technology has proven effective in helping participants understand the material and creating a positive learning atmosphere. In conclusion, enjoyable learning not only enhances the English skills of participants but also builds their confidence in communication.

The Sinau Bareng work programme is an effective part of learning activities in an effort to improve the quality of the children of Bumiayu Village, Kajoran Sub-district, Magelang District. The purpose of this study to (1) obtain a description of learning planning, (2) learning implementation, and (3) learning evaluation to improve the quality of (2) learning implementation, and (3) learning evaluation to improve the quality of quality of education by applying the direct practice method of various subjects and activities. The research design was descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were children from elementary to junior high school or equivalent in Desa Bumiayu village. The object of research is the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Sinau Bareng activities through hands-on methods. Sinau Bareng activities through direct practice methods. The data were collected through observation and documentation. The results of the study showed several things, (1)learning planning uses a variety of learning media, (2) the implementation of learning is proven to increase knowledge and enthusiasm for learning children of Bumiayu Village, and (3) evaluation of Sinau Bareng activities in the form of non-test evaluation.  

The 2023 Surabaya City Waste Bank Competition, which was opened by the Mayor of Surabaya himself, included many villages that placed first, including Gunung Anyar Tambak Village. The government and local community of Gunung Anyar Tambak Village, Surabaya, have taken an ecologically conscious approach to solving the garbage issue via the garbage Bank Program. Reducing trash sent to the TPA (Final Disposal Area) and raising public awareness about the need for proper waste management are the primary goals of this campaign. Located in the Mangrove region, Gunung Anyar Tambak Village lies on the seashore. The researcher use a qualitative descriptive methodology, gathering data via interviews, documentation, and observation. Data collecting takes done at the research site. An individual's capacity to influence their own social, economic, and political circumstances is crucial to their advancement in society, and community empowerment provides that opportunity. In order to address waste issues and use available resources, the trash bank program was developed as a community and environmental empowerment initiative. The purpose of this research is to explain how the Dhammapada Scripture Cittavagga Poem uses directive speech acts. The information used in this study came from a variety of literature reviews on speech actions and the Dhammapada text, particularly the 11-verse Cittavagga poem, which has four lines of sacred words in one of its verses. A qualitative approach is the methodology that is employed. According to the study's findings, which were derived from a thorough debate and analysis, the most common types of directed speech are advise (four), reprimands (three), orders (three), invitations (one), and no mention of restriction. It is highly recommended to train, direct, and tame the mind in order to bring happiness. This is the main goal of the directive speech act of advice, which is a very dominant speech act in the linear Cittavagga poem. It emphasizes the importance of maintaining creativity and thoughts that frequently cannot be still and continue to change.

Education is a very complex process that not only covers knowledge but also skills, including moral and ethical values. English as an international language has an important role in the field of education, especially in Indonesia at senior high school (SMA) with a focus on developing skills from speaking, listening, reading and writing. However, each learners have different abilities ranging from slow learners to fast learners, it requires teachers to apply a variety of learning strategies in accordance with learning. This study aims to explore English learning strategies applied at SMA Negeri 2 Bangli, especially in class XI. Through the descriptive qualitative research method, this study found that both teachers apply varied learning strategies according to the needs of students, and there are learning strategies that are rarely applied because they are considered less suitable for the characteristics and learning needs of students.

This thesis examines the role of dormitory management in fostering the morals of Madrasah Aliyah students where they are teenagers. One of the problems often encountered by dormitory management on the behavior of students is the discovery of items that should not be brought in the pesantren and some behaviors that do not reflect good morals to teachers, elders and peers. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of Al-Nur dormitory management in helping to foster the morals of students and to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in fostering the morals of students. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach that examines individual experiences to tell their personal experiences about the role of management and the moral development model carried out. Data collection procedures carried out are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the management of Al-Nur dormitory plays an important role in shaping the morals of students through various programs. Good management includes effective planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising.  There are supporting factors in moral development including cooperation, exemplary, and self-motivation. However, there are also inhibiting factors such as the variety of santri activities, internal problems, and self-awareness.

Indonesia is famous for tourism. Many tourist attractions in Indonesia are famous to foreign countries. Tourism is one of the fields that has great potential, especially to support the improvement of people's welfare. Magelang is one of the local and foreign tourist destinations. By the Indonesian government, Magelang is designated as one of the five super priority tourism areas in Indonesia.  One of the most visited tourist attraction in Magelang is Telomoyo. Telomoyo is located in Pandean village, Ngablak sub-district, Magelang district, Central Java. Telomoyo itself is one of the destinations that offers natural beauty from a height. In addition, Telomoyo also features a variety of interesting tourist attractions. From the top of Telomoyo, visitors can see beautiful scenery, including Mount Merbabu, Mount Ungaran, and Lake Rawa Pening in the distance. However, the lack of utilisation of digital technology by tourism operators is a challenge in promoting the destination more widely. Therefore, this community service programme aims to improve communication skills and understanding of digital technology for Telomoyo tourism operators, in order to increase competitiveness and professionalism in the tourism industry. This PKM activity is expected to improve the skills of Telomoyo business actors in utilising and optimising digital communication technology both for management and for tourism promotion so that it has an impact on improving community welfare.

The Bojong Village is one of the villages in Parigi Sub-district, Pangandaran Regency, which has a variety of promising local potentials. Currently, Bojong Village is one of the supporters of the natural tourism sector that supports the world of local-based tourism. However, from a socio-cultural point of view, the community in Bojong Village does not know the history of the village's development in the past, making it difficult for the community to determine the village's anniversary. So that social cohesion is minimally built and it is feared that it will trigger division. The service method carried out in this service was carried out through the participatory action research (PAR) method. The results of the service concluded that the determination of the village anniversary was successfully carried out through several stages, namely: cross-history search, symposium, and panel discussion between figures. Therefore, community development based on local wisdom in the context of determining the anniversary of Bojong Village can be said to be successfully carried out. The results of the service led to the establishment of the anniversary of Bojong Village, a memorandum of understanding of the anniversary of Bojong Village signed by the leaders, and a small book of resume of the history of Bojong Village. The implication of this service is the existence of a village regulation related to the determination of the anniversary of Bojong Village.

User satisfaction can be measured through a variety of methods, including user satisfaction surveys, direct feedback, and analysis of user behavior data. This research aims to analyze user satisfaction withLearning Management System (LMS) Course Lean Manufacturing using methodImportance Performance Analysis (IPA). Through surveys and data analysis of 100 respondents from LMS users, we identified critical attributes that influence user satisfaction. The IPA method is used to assess the level of importance and performance of each attribute, with a focus on determining attributes that have a high level of importance but low performance. The results show that a particular attribute, which we identified as attribute A, has high importance but low performance. Therefore, improvements to attribute A are considered crucial for increasing LMS user satisfactionCourse Lean Manufacturing. The implications of these findings provide guidance for system developers and course organizers to focus on certain aspects to increase the effectiveness and user acceptance of learning platformsLean Manufacturing. This research contributes to further understanding of the factors that influence LMS user satisfaction in learning contextsLean Manufacturing.  

Based on observations, most students at STKIP Majenang use m-banking because of the factors of speed, convenience, and convenience in transactions. Because of these factors, they choose to use e-commerce for shopping to meet their needs. However, not everyone can control themselves when they see a variety of interesting items, so they often khilaf and buy goods outside of need. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of mobile banking and e-commerce on the consumptive behavior of STKIP Majenang students, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative type of research approach. The population in this study is all students of STKIP Majenang who have mobile banking and e-commerce applications, amounting to 79 people. Sampling in this study used saturated samples, where all populations were sampled. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and questionnaire distribution. Multiple regression tests showed significance values of 0.285 > 0.05 and calculated t values of 1.077 < t values of tables of 1.991. The results of the hypothesis test (partial test), where the significance value is 0.03 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.045 > t table 1.991. In the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained, the F count is 7.176 > F table is 3.12, and the significance level is 0.001 < 0.05 The results showed that there was no influence between mobile banking and student consumptive behavior. However, there is a positive and significant influence between e-commerce and consumptive behavior. And there is a significant influence between mobile banking and e-commerce on student consumptive behavior

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how procrastination at work is impacted by adversity quotient and work stress. The issue in this study is whether procrastination at work might be influenced by one's adversity quotient and level of stress. This kind of study is known as casual research, which is a technique for looking at a variable's informal relationships. With a total of 100 responders, the nurses in Bandarlampung are the subject of this study. Multiple linear regression analysis utilizing SPSS software version 18 is the research methodology used in this study. The findings indicated that: 1) procrastination at work is negatively impacted by adversity quotient, and 2) procrastination at work is positively impacted by job stress. Researcher recommend that hospitals improve supervision and manage work-related stress for all nurses. It also recommend that nurses improve their capacity to handle a variety of issues by managing stress levels.

This moss ice jelly drink is in great demand by many age groups. Therefore, as a form of innovation in the ice moss jelly drink, the author provides additional ingredients such as various flavor variants. The method in this research uses qualitative research. Qualitative research aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the observed phenomena. In this research, the researcher acts as the main instrument in collecting descriptive data. With innovation in processing simple beverage products, students can increase their creativity in entrepreneurship. By increasing creativity, students are able to process various flavors and create better economic opportunities.  

Background: A malignant tumor known as cervical cancer attacks the female reproductive organs around the vaginal mucosa and the cervical canal mucus, also known as the lower part between the vagina and the uterus. Those diagnosed with cervical cancer must receive a variety of treatments, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, or multitherapy. The study evaluated the correlation between treatment and sexual function in patients with cervical cancer at Dr. Kariadi's Hospital in Semarang. This cross-sectional research used consecutive sampling to collect samples from 69 participants from March to April 2024. This study used a questionnaire from the Women's Sexual Function Index. (FSFI). The research results showed that of the 69 respondents, the age group that experienced the most sexual dysfunction was 46-55 years old, with 24 respondents (34.8%), the most common treatment for cervical cancer patients was multitherapy treatment with 49 respondents (71%) , and respondents who experienced sexual dysfunction were 64 respondents (92.8%).The results found a significant correlation between treatment and sexual function in patients diagnosed with cervical cancer. The p-value is 0.004 (p < 0.05), and the correlation coefficient is 0.342, indicating an insignificant correlation. Research suggests that interventions can improve the sexual function of cervical cancer patients.

Integrating academic knowledge with social devotion is the focus of MTS Sabilal Muhtadin's actual work course (KKN), particularly in the area of education. This article examines how students might use digital technology, interactive teaching strategies, and individual approaches to enhance their English language proficiency. This article's field observations show that after taking part in the KKG program, students' motivation, speaking skills, and comprehension of English-language materials all improved. But it also talks about the difficulties in putting non-educational activities into practice, such the absence of educational resources and perspectives. Empowerment through KNN activities has a huge long-term impact since students' improved English proficiency may boost their competitiveness in the labour market and give them access to a variety of global information sources. All things considered, the KNN exercise at MTS Sabilal Muhtadin demonstrates how combining science and community service may benefit both students and communities at large.
