This research examines the application of cultural values towards the participation of the congregation in the Eucharistic celebration at the Parish of Santa Maria Immaculata Wayun Palu-Rejo, located in the district of South Barito, Central Kalimantan. The parish exemplifies unity and tolerance among the faithful from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds who participate in the Eucharistic celebration and other pastoral activities. A qualitative research method was employed, gathering data through interviews with 8 members of the congregation and 3 parish officials. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the congregation of the Parish of Santa Maria Immaculata Wayun Palu-Rejo has applied cultural values in their participation during the Eucharistic celebrations. The use of language, music, dance, and traditional attire is evident in the Inculturation Mass and other Eucharistic celebrations. The spirit of mutual cooperation, empathy, and care for fellow believers also influences the congregation's participation in the Eucharistic celebration. Pastoral efforts and catechesis conducted by the priests and parish officials play a vital role in encouraging the congregation to appreciate and apply cultural values in church activities. The priests convey messages and advice on the importance of cultural values during sermons and socialization. The Inculturation Mass serves as one of the initiatives to incorporate cultural values into the Eucharistic celebration. In conclusion, the application of cultural values significantly affects the participation of the congregation in the Eucharistic celebration at the Parish of Santa Maria Immaculata Wayun Palu-Rejo. Pastoral efforts and catechesis by the priests and church officials help raise awareness among the congregation regarding the significance of culture in religious life. Culture and congregation participation in the Eucharistic celebration are interconnected and require cooperation between church officials and the congregation. A suggestion for further research is to gain a deeper understanding and analyze the impact of cultural values on the participation of the congregation in other aspects of church life. Additionally, involving other ethnic groups in the study would provide a more comprehensive overview of the cultural diversity in this parish.

This study aims to analyze the interaction of local culture and climate change from an environmental science perspective, with a focus on the socio-ecological adaptation strategies of coastal communities in the Indonesian archipelago. Climate change has had significant impacts on coastal areas, ranging from increased tidal flooding and coastal erosion to decreased fisheries productivity. In this context, coastal communities rely not only on technical approaches but also utilize local wisdom that has been passed down through generations. The research method used is a qualitative study with an environmental ethnography approach, which allows researchers to explore the relationship between culture, ecology, and environmental adaptation. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, fishermen, and local communities, and analysis of cultural documents covering rituals, customary rules, and traditional ecological practices. Data analysis was conducted thematically to identify adaptation patterns, then compared with technical approaches in environmental studies. The results show that coastal communities in the Indonesian archipelago have various forms of culturally based adaptation that are relevant to the challenges of climate change. For example, the practice of marine sasi in Maluku serves to preserve fishery resources, traditional rituals in Bali support collective ecological awareness, and mutual cooperation (gotong royong) on the coast of Java helps mitigate tidal flooding. These practices demonstrate that local wisdom serves a dual purpose: strengthening social cohesion and sustainably protecting the environment. The study's conclusions confirm that adaptation strategies will be more effective if they integrate local wisdom with science-based technical approaches. This integration not only strengthens ecological resilience but also ensures the socio-cultural sustainability of coastal communities.

Illegal fishing still occurs in Indonesian waters, although various efforts have been made to deal with it. This illegal activity is not only a problem for Indonesia, but also a cross-country problem because the actors and activities are cross-country, and because of that, the handling of this problem must be carried out cross-country, especially through bilateral cooperation. This study aims to determine the Indonesian Government's Efforts to Handle Illegal Fishing on the Border of Indonesia and the Philippines. The lack of a defense and security system in Indonesian waters has led to the emergence of threats such as illegal exploitation and exploration of fishery products that are not reported and are not in accordance with predetermined rules carried out by foreign parties. This act of fishing activity is commonly referred to as Illegal. This research uses a descriptive-analytic research method. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that cooperation between Indonesia and the Philippines can run well if the Philippines itself is quick in responding to ideas and agreements that have been mutually agreed upon, the slow response from the Philippines itself makes the second agreement slow to process, therefore the strategy that can be carried out by Indonesia in encouraging a quick response from the Philippines itself is by discussing every collaboration that is ongoing or has expired intensively and continuously. Bilateral talks can accelerate cooperation between the two countries in a better and more advanced direction.

Sexual violence in campus settings has become an increasingly concerning issue in Indonesia. From the perspective of Pancasila as an ethical system, sexual violence is an action that contradicts the noble values of the Indonesian nation. Campuses should be a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, especially students, but the reality is that there are still many cases of sexual violence occurring within them. The purpose of this article is to discuss sexual violence in campus settings from the perspective of Pancasila as an ethical system. The method used is a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review related to sexual violence in campus settings and the values of Pancasila. The results show that sexual violence is an action that contradicts the values of Pancasila, such as social justice, fair and humane treatment, and mutual cooperation. Therefore, efforts to prevent and address sexual violence in campus settings must prioritize these Pancasila values. Some efforts that can be taken include raising awareness among students and campus staff about sexual violence, promoting a culture that values diversity and strengthens solidarity between students and campus staff, and improving the effectiveness of legal action against perpetrators of sexual violence. Character is an attitude or behavior that is owned and attached to a person's personality. School as a place of learning and education can be used as a place to instill character in students. Through instilling school culture, it is hoped that the character of students can be formed. The problems at SMP Negeri 1 Lasem regarding the cultivation of this character are not optimal. Originally the person in charge of the character of the students was the 7K Team (Beauty, Discipline, Cleanliness, Health, Tidiness, Shade and Family) which consisted of 7 people. The reality that happened in schools was not optimal in enforcing 7K. The main cause was that the 7K team lacked cooperation in carrying out their duties. To overcome this, the school formed a School Culture Team consisting of 12 teams. The twelve teams include: Quality Culture Team, Healthy Culture Team, Clean Culture Team, Green Culture Team, Safe Culture Team, Religious Culture Team, Nationalist Culture Team, Independent Culture Team, Mutual Cooperation Culture Team, Integrity Culture Team, Discipline Culture Team and Literacy Culture Team. Each team has a program set out in the Guidebook. All programs are implemented and reported and evaluated. Coordination between teams is carried out routinely in each semester. The existence of this team was able to help shape the character of SMP Negeri 1 Lasem students in increasing environmentally friendly behavior to become more optimal. Furthermore, the final goal can be achieved, namely the formation of a school culture with character by realizing environmentally friendly behavior in schools.
