This research aims to analyze the role of village government in optimizing these two things, as well as contributing to sustainable local economic development. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. The research results show that the Junok village government has made various efforts to optimize village downstreaming, including training in milkfish cultivation, setting harvest schedules, and also plans to facilitate financing from sharia microfinance institutions (LKMS). Even though there are several obstacles, such as a lack of financial knowledge among farmers and limited equipment, the village government continues to try to overcome this problem through assistance and education. Overall, the efforts made are quite optimal and have the potential to support the development of the milkfish pindang business in the future.

The development of the National Capital City (IKN) triggers an increase in demand for goods and services, especially in the construction and basic needs sectors, which can cause a spike in regional and national inflation. Monetary policy faces new challenges, including increasing interest rates and the risk of rupiah exchange rate volatility due to dependence on foreign debt financing. These projects also influence economic distribution, creating investment opportunities, but potentially increasing economic inequality. This research emphasizes the importance of coordination between monetary and fiscal policies to mitigate negative impacts on national economic stability.

Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant growth alongside increasing public interest in financial products that comply with Islamic principles. However, in practice, there are still challenges that prevent Islamic banking products and services from fully meeting Sharia standards. Some of the issues include the use of wadiah contracts in current accounts, which deviate from their original concept of safekeeping; the application of murabahah contracts for financing consumptive goods, which contradicts their intended purpose; the frequent misuse of ijarah muntahia bit tamlik (IMBT) contracts for speculative purposes; and mudharabah contracts with unfair profit-sharing ratios. Additionally, factors such as a lack of understanding of Islamic finance, competitive pressure from conventional banks, inadequate supervision, and differing interpretations of Sharia law further hinder the implementation of fully Sharia-compliant products and services. To resolve these challenges, various efforts are needed, including enhancing the quality of human resources through education and training, implementing stricter supervision by relevant authorities, developing clearer and more comprehensive operational standards, and fostering closer collaboration with Islamic scholars for accurate legal guidance. These steps are expected to help Islamic banking fully adhere to Sharia principles, increase public trust, and support the growth of the Islamic finance industry.

The purpose of this study is to show how much green finance—which includes investments in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, green technology, social investment, and green bonds—can help a sample of Iraqi bank employees achieve sustainable financial performance, including accounting, marketing, and comprehensive performance. The research problem was that the banking system and the government must work together effectively to provide the required financial tools, such as low-cost bank loans and exemptions from environmental taxes, in order to achieve sustainable financial performance and make the shift to a green economy. By examining the connection between these factors, two primary hypotheses were created to gauge the degree of influence and linkage. The primary instrument for gathering information pertaining to the field component of the study was the questionnaire form. There were 179 people in the sample. The study included a variety of statistical techniques, including standard deviations, arithmetic averages, and structural equation modeling with the aid of statistical tools (spss.var.29, amos.var.26). The most significant of the conclusions drawn was that green financing has a morally beneficial effect on sustainable financial performance.

The number of taxpayers is also increasing from time to time as a reflection of increasing taxpayer awareness and compliance. MSMEs in Simokerto District, Surabaya, as part of the Taxpayers, we will accompany in realizing compliance as Taxpayers in the hope of knowing the latest regulations and calculation methods for withholding PPh Article 21 in the previous provisions, which have high complexity and calculation schemes that vary greatly. PPh Article 21 tax on individuals is very comparable to other withholding tax systems (for example: Final Income Tax, PPh Article 23), making it difficult for Taxpayers to fulfill their PPh Article 21 obligations. Government Regulation Number 58 of 2023 concerning Tax Withholding and Imposition Rates has been stipulated. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation of 10 young entrepreneurs in Sumbawa. The results of the study show that personal motivation, such as love for the field and the desire to contribute to social change, is the main driver of young entrepreneurs to start a business. However, the biggest challenges faced are limited capital, lack of managerial skills, and difficulties in managing market risks. Digital technology is a major factor in overcoming these challenges, especially in terms of marketing and market reach. In addition, the role of mentors and entrepreneurial communities proves to be crucial for providing practical support and expanding networks. This research suggests the need to increase access to financing, more applicable entrepreneurship training, and more supportive government policies to create a conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The increasingly dynamic global financial landscape demands effective risk management strategies to ensure financial stability and institutional sustainability. Two critical approaches, risk financing transfers and risk retention, offer complementary solutions. Risk financing transfers allow institutions to redistribute financial risks to third parties through mechanisms such as securitization and Credit Risk Transfers (CRTs), improving market efficiency. In contrast, risk retention emphasizes accountability by require institutions to retain a portion of the risks, fostering market discipline and investor confidence. This study employs a Semantic Literature Review (SLR) to analyze the interaction between these approaches, focusing on mechanisms like securitization, contract design, and macroprudential policies. By reviewing ten peer reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2024, key themes and challenges related to systemic risks, moral hazards, and regulatory gaps are identified. Thematic analysis, supported by tools like NVivo, reveals the potential of these mechanisms to enhance financial stability when implemented within a robust regulatory framework. The results highlights that while risk financing transfers increase flexibility and market efficiency, they May exacerbate moral hazards without sufficient risk retention. Macroprudential policies and accurate risk pricing is crucial in addressing systemic risks, particularly in sectors like shadow banking and climate vulnerable regions. The study also underscore the importance of transparent contract design and the integration of innovative tools, such as geospatial data and machine learning, to support fair and efficient risk distribution. In conclusion, balancing market efficiency and systemic risk mitigation is imperative. While risk retention strengths accountability and oversight, effective integration with risk financing transfers is necessary to create a sustainable and resilient financial system. This review provides valuable insights for policy makers and practitioners in addressing emerging financial challenges.

According to current trends, there is a need for Islamic banks both in quantity and quality. Customers will think about and choose Islamic banks more often as quality improves. The quality of Islamic banks can be improved by looking at their performance and sustainability capabilities which are influenced by the quality of funding or investment. This sharia bank, which was founded by considering these two types of financing, uses sharia banking as its financing fund distribution product. These banks finance transactions with the aim of making money. based on the results of collaborative projects implemented based on musyarakah agreements and profit sharing principles. Musyarakah financing is a collaborative effort between capital owners to run a particular business in accordance with sharia principles, with both parties participating in the success of the business. parties according to predetermined ratios, and losses are allocated according to capital advice. In the financial industry, bank performance is one of the main indicators of health. One method for evaluating bank operations is to use metrics to measure profitability, which is usually called ROA or profit assets. ROA is a capability metric; a business makes money by using all its resources and skills. A bank will make more money and have a better asset utilization position if its return on assets (ROA) is higher. In other words, ROA can show how effectively managers allocate resources to generate profits.
