The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, hotel facilities and prices on customer satisfaction at Hotel Noormans Semarang. Research data obtained through documentation and questionnaires. The sample used in the study was 125 respondents. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, model testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that partially and simultaneously the variables of service quality, hotel facilities and prices affect customer satisfaction at Noormans Hotel Semarang

The Terminal Service Officer, or better known as the Terminal Inspection Service, is a work unit tasked with supervising all facilities in the Land Side area of the airport, curb/sidewalk, parking area and terminal building. Before the airport operates, the Terminal Service Officer ensures or checks in advance whether all facilities are ready to operate or not, if one of these facilities is not ready, it will affect the operational processes of El Tari Kupang International Airport and can also pose a risk to the performance of TSO officers. . The purpose of this research is to find out the performance and efforts of Terminal Service Officers in resolving obstacles to facility monitoring at El Tari Kupang International Airport. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using data from interviews with 3 Terminal Service Officers, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, Terminal Service Officers (TSO) have duties and responsibilities that are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures including facilities that are the responsibility of Terminal Service Officers, especially the land side area, passenger terminal and departure/arrival area, carry out routine checks supporting facilities to keep them operating properly. If in carrying out the supervision there is a damaged facility, it will be immediately coordinated with the unit concerned and repaired immediately.

Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers when operating must maximize existing facilities so that there are additional facilities that are lacking in the AMC unit. This study aims to find out what types of work facilities must be available to assist the operation of iApron Movement Control officers at Abdulrachmani Salehi Malang Airport and to determine the availability of the number of facilities that must be available to assist the operation of Aproni Movement Control officers at Abdulrachmani Saleh Airport Malang. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with data collection techniques using qualitative observation, structured interviews, and documentation while quantitative uses the AMC unit facility data form, and observations, which were collected from relevant informants when the writer went to the field. The results of this study indicate that the types of facilities that must be available in the operation of Apron Movement Control officers are Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), personal protective equipment in the form of safety vests, raincoats, hats, safety shoes, booth shoes, ear muffs & ear plugs, goggles anti uv where these facilities must be available in the AMC unit. These facilities are very important to assist officers. Facilities that are not available, such as safety shoes, booth shoes, ear muffs & ear plugs, anti-UV goggles that are not available and an insufficient number of ear muffs and ear plugs, this was responded to by the Chairman of AMC.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Toserba Yogya Grand Karawang. Toserba Yogya merupakan salah satu mall supermarket yang ada di Kota Karawang dengan jumlah pelanggan yang cukup banyak. Toserba Yogya Grand karawang dalam melayani konsumen yang mengantri untuk melakukan transaksi pembayaran di kasir selama ini memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama sehingga antrian menjadi panjang. Jika antrian panjang, akibatnya konsumen akan merasa tidak nyaman. Analisis dengan menggunakan sistem antrian metode tingkat aspirasi menunjukan bahwa jumlah kasir di Toserba Griya Yogya Grand Karawng ini harus ditambah, yaitu dari yang semula hanya ada pelayanan dengan 7 kasir, menjadi 12 kasir pada waktu-waktu sibuk yaitu pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu dari pukul 17.00 hingga pukul 21.00. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada Toserba Yogya untuk menambah 4 pelayanan kasir menjadi 12, dengan tujuan agar pelayanan kepada pelanggan dapat lebih efektif.

PT. ABC is a manufacturing company whose production line is railroad components. In the production process, there is backtracking in the production process so that the production process is less efficient. The purpose of this research is to compare the initial material handling layout mileage with the proposed layout. This study uses the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method to determine the layout proposals that will be provided with the help of Blocplan software. From the proposed layout, the total distance traveled for the passenger seat production process is 402.8 meters and at 277.8 meters the difference is 125 meters.

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan penentu kesehatan seseorang dan yang menjadi perhatian para masyarakat untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Pada saat ini, kesehatan sangat penting dalam menggambarkan profil kesehatan masyarakat di suatu daerah. Tujuan dari literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat di puskesmas wilayah pesisir sudah berjalan dengan baik atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data dari jurnal yang berhubungan dengan judul  pada data base google dan googke scholar. Tahun publikasi sumber yang digunakan yaitu 5 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2018-2023. Hasil dari literature ini yaitu terdapat hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, fasilitas, perilaku individu, aksebilitas terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dipuskesmas daerah pesisir. Dan terdapat penghambat seperti akses pelayanan yang cukup jauh untuk dijangkau, pelayanan puskesmas yang kurang memadai, kurangnya menariknya mutu pelayanan yang ada dipuskesmas dan masih ada hal lainnya, sehingga masyarakat pesisir kurang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas yang sudah ada.

Pelabuhan merupakan suatu wilayah di area perairan yang aman dan terlindungi dari gelombang yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang mendukung termasuk dermaga tempat dimana kapal sandar untuk melakukan bongkar muat sebagai tempat penyimpanan barang. Banyaknya aktivitas yang terjadi di pelabuhan dapat mempengaruhi kualitas air laut maka dari itu diperlukan analisis air laut di sekitar pelabuhan. sampel air laut diambil dari satu titik di area dermaga Gapura Surya Nusantara (GSN). Hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan pada perairan pelabuhan Tanjung Perak menunjukan bahwa kualitas air laut di kawasan dermaga GSN merupakan dampak dari kegiatan operasional kapal, limbah yang dihasilkan oleh kapal, saluran drainase yang bermuara ke laut,bocoran minyak dan oli dari sisa ballast dan air sisa pencucian. Data kualitas air laut di dermaga GSN berdasarkan sifat kimia dan sifat fisika yang telah didapatkan secara analisis laboratorium menunjukan bahwa seluruh parameter yang diukur memenuhi baku mutu yang diizinkan oleh peraturan pemerintah.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and facilities on patient satisfaction at Kasih Bunda Medika Clinic. The research approach used in this study is quantitative statistics by collecting primary data through questionnaires. The sample of this study were 50 patients who were treated at the Kasih Bunda Medika Clinic using an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used descriptive statistical techniques. SPSS Statistics 25 software was used to test data statistics, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially, service quality had a positive and not statistically significant effect on patient satisfaction, while service facilities showed a positive and statistically significant effect on patient satisfaction. patient. Simultaneously, it shows that the quality of services and facilities has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.

Landasan pacu atau Runway memiliki peranan yang sangat penting sebagai bagian dari fasilitas di Bandar Udara karena merupakan tempat pesawat mendarat/landing dan lepas landas/take off yang berlangsung selama jam operasional bandar Udara sehingga perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan yang baik terhadap landasan. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu mekanisme pemeliharan dan penyebab kerusakan runway, dan kendala yang dihadapi petugas saat melakukan pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pemeliharan  runway sangat berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan operasional keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan. Kegiatan diawali dengan inspeksi petugas di runway yang kemudian dicatat dan dilaporkan kepada kepala kantor apabila ditemukan hal yang mengganggu keselamatan penerbangan akan ditindaklanjuti. Penyebab kerusakan di runway berasal dari air genangan yang dibiarkan lama, akar tanaman dan kesalahan teknis yang dilakukan oleh pilot Ketika pesawat berada di area runway. Kegiatan pemeliharan masih memiliki beberapa kendala berupa minimnya peralatan, cuaca dan aktifitas penerbangan yang padat.

This study aims to analyze patient satisfaction at Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul. This study uses the variables of service quality and physical facilities as independent variables to analyze their effect on patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. Respondents in this study were patients who visited the Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul, with a sampling technique using this technique Random Sampling namely as many as 104 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of service quality and physical facilities partially or simultaneously on patient satisfaction at Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul. Services that are fast, precise and supported by officers who are reliable in providing services and the ability to provide reliable explanations as well as physical facilities in hospitals that are complete, clean, well-maintained and safe can give satisfaction to patients. This literature study aims to review the literature relating to the effect of port facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction. The literature review was carried out by searching for articles published in leading and accredited journals. The results of the literature study show that port facilities and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Complete and adequate facilities, such as parking areas, toilets and waiting areas, can increase customer satisfaction because they provide comfort and convenience for customers. In addition, good port service quality, such as service speed, staff friendliness, and punctuality, also contribute positively to customer satisfaction. Previous research has also shown that investment in port facilities and service quality can increase customer satisfaction. Customers who are satisfied with the services provided tend to return to using port services and recommend the port to others. However, there are several other factors that also affect customer satisfaction, such as the price of port services, port security, and ease of access. Therefore, it is important for ports to pay attention to these various factors in increasing customer satisfaction. In conclusion, this literature study shows that port facilities and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Ports must pay attention to these factors to increase customer satisfaction and obtain long-term benefits for their business.

Layout is one of the strategic operational decisions that also determines the efficiency of the company's operations in the long term. The right layout shows the characteristics of the adjustment of the layout of the operational facilities with the products or types of services produced and their conversion processes. A good layout will contribute to increasing the company's productivity. CV. ESA is a furniture company that produces multi-products with a make-to-order production system. The layout of the production department at CV. ESA has problems in terms of the distance of moving the cutting results to the installation of the frame which is less efficient. The purpose of the study is to find out and redesign a good production facility layout so that it can minimize the distance and cost of material handling at CV. ESA Banyuwangi. The results of the redesign of the production facility layout concluded that the effective and efficient arrangement of the department layout is in the sequence B C I J K M N O. From the results of data processing, it was obtained about the redesign of the production facility layout in order to obtain a comfortable work area and to minimize the distance of material movement with a total distance of movement per day of 2,516 smaller than the initial layout of 4,916. Calculation of optimum material transfer costs for the initial layout Material transfer costs per month = Rp 23,990 while in the proposed layout Material transfer costs per month = Rp 12,239.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan kinerja karyawan terhadap fasilitas kantor pada PT. ATOZ MANDIRI PERKASA. Untuk mengetahui pentingnya fasilitas kantor dalam meningkatkan kinerja kartyawan pada PT. ATOZ MANDIRI PERKASA. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan melalui survey, dan pengamatan. Subyek penelitian 10 karyawan pada perusahaan PT. ATOZ MANDIRI PERKASA. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan peneliti menunjukan Fasilitas kantor memiliki dampak yang baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Perusahaan PT. ATOZ MANDIRI PERKASA. Hal ini mengindikasi perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan dan memahami pemberian fasilitas apa yang yang diperlukan dan dibutuhkan guna menunjang keberlangsungan kinerja kerja karyawan, maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai.

Indonesia merupakan daerah yang sering mengalami gempa bumi karena itu, konstruksi bangunan harus didesain sesuai dengan standar peraturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku struktur dan skema terjadinya plastifikasi pada elemen struktur, serta menentukan level kinerja struktur gedung agar tetap kokoh saat terjadi gempa. Analisis pushover dengan displacement coefficient methode FEMA 440 (2005) yang berbasis statik nonlinier digunakan untuk mengetahui level kinerja struktur bangunan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada gedung beton bertulang RND PT Bernofarm Sidoarjo yang berfungsi sebagai kantor dan laboratorium di bidang farmasi. Gedung tersebut dibangun pada tahun 2015 dengan 6 lantai dan tinggi 28 meter. Sendi plastis baru dapat diketahui dengan melakukan analisis pushover. Digunakan program ETABS v.19 dan SAP2000 v.22 untuk analisis pushover sehingga diperoleh nilai perpindahan untuk arah X dan Y sebesar 0,311 m sehingga level kinerja struktur gedung ialah Damage Control. Pada kategori ini, bila terjadi gempa, elemen struktural gedung mengalami kerusakan minimal sehingga gedung masih dapat digunakan setelah terjadi gempa, namun fasilitas atau kelengkapan operasional gedung mungkin ada yang tidak dapat digunakan sehingga diperlukan perbaikan sebelum digunakan kembali. Ancaman terhadap korban jiwa sangat kecil.

The supervision carried out by AMC is for all movements on the apron during take off and landing. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance evaluation of the apron movement control (AMC) unit in monitoring facilities in the apron area, constraints on facilities in the apron area, and solutions to constraints on facilities in the apron area at PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted for 1 month, namely in March 2023 which was conducted at Yogyakarta International Airport, this research is a qualitative research. Primary data obtained directly by observation and interviews. Secondary data obtained indirectly through documentation, literature and company data. Data collection techniques using observation methods, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results of the research were tested for the validity of the data using source, technique, and time triangulation. The result of the study is the evaluation of the performance of the AMC unit in monitoring facilities in the apron area using the MBO (Management by Objectives) method based on planning, monitoring and review. There are several problems with facilities in the apron area such as aviobridge 4C, 8A and 8C are damaged, aviobridge 4C slowdown is too slow, GSE is parked in No Parking Area (NPA), there is no Equipment Parking Area (EPA) marking, GSE is parked below fixbridge, CCTV error/connection to server fails, and CCTV is blurry if the weather is rainy. Some of the solutions for the problem facilities in the apron area are waiting for spare parts, coordinating with the mechanical unit, reprimanding and ordering groundhandling to move the GSE, reporting EPA markings to be added, and reporting to the ICT unit.

There are many facilities provided by airport organizers to support passenger comfort. In this case, in particular, are the facilities provided to make it easier for passengers to get to and from the plane to the arrival terminal. The use of garbarata plays an important role in services with the aim of providing comfort and satisfaction for passengers, so that passengers do not need to get off the runway and walk far from the plane to the arrival terminal or from the departure terminal to the plane. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the use of garbarata and how much influence it has on passenger satisfaction at Depati Amir Pangkal Pinang Airport. The population of this study was 16,727 respondents with 100 samples and data processing using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). This study uses a quantitative approach based on statistical information, the reason researchers use a quantitative approach in this study is because the data that is the object of this study is the processing result of filling out the questionnaire. The results of the research that has been discussed, we can conclude that the sig value of Garbarata Facilities (X) on Passenger Satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, then there is a significant influence between one variable of garbarata facilities (X) on passenger satisfaction variable (Y). Garbarata Facility variable contributes 0.703 or 70.3% to passenger satisfaction and the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other factors.

UUD 1945 that the government must provide a sense of well-being and health to all members of society, this is implemented in the National Health Insurance implemented by the Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS). FKTP is at the forefront of providing health services in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the national health insurance referral system at FKTP. The research design used in this study was a literature review using Google scholar to search for previous related articles. The related article criteria used were those published from 2017-2023 and collected as many as 6 journals. Based on the six journals, the results show that the National Health Insurance Referral system at First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) has been running well in the community even though in its implementation there are still deficiencies in FKTP.

Rumah  makan  adalah  tempat/bangunan  untuk  mendirikan  bisnis  jual  makanan  yang menyuguhkan  hidangan  siap  saji.  Tujuan  dari penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  membuat  sebuah  media  bantu  sistem  informasi  geografis  yang  dapat membantu masyarakat dan wisatawan dalam melakukan proses pencarian lokasi dan rute serta menyajikan informasi mengenai  rumah  makan berbasis  android di Kabupaten Fakfak.Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Data rumah makan yang dikumpulkan  yaitu  nama  pemilik,  alamat,  nama  usaha,  alamat  usaha,  menu,  harga,  waktu  pelayanan dan  nomor  hp.  Metode  perancangan sistem menggunakan Metode Waterfall, dimana semua proses kegiatan terlebih dahulu telah direncanakan dan dijadwalkan sebelum dilakukan proses pengerjaan. Sedangkan, pengujian  sistem  menggunakan  metode  Blackbox,  aplikasi  yang  digunakan untuk  membuat  sistem  adalah  Android  Studio  dan  MySQL  untuk  membuat  database.Berdasarkan hasil  pengujian  menggunakan  metode blackbox  bahwa  sistem  yang  di  kembangkan  sudah  dapat memenuhi  kebutuhan   pengguna  dan  berdasarkan  kuesioner  dari  segi  pengguna  didapatkan  sebanyak 90%, menyatakan  sistem ini dapat sangat membantu dan memudahkan pengguna  dalam mencari lokasi dan rute serta informasi mengenai informasi menu, fasilitas, waktu pelayan, alamat dan jenis rumah makan di Kabupaten Fakfak berbasis android.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of attractions and facilities on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents using accidental sampling technique. By using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit. So it can be concluded in this study that it was found that the variables of attractiveness and facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City.
