This study aims to conduct an analysis of the factors that form the basis for all Indonesian people who have just participated in the general election in Leuwiliang District in 2024. A total of 10,344 people in Leuwiliang District are people who have just held general elections and have used their voting rights for the first time in 2024 from a total of 11,959 people on the Permanent Voters List (DPT). Based on these data, there are still 1,615 people who are voting for the first time in Leuwiliang District who did not come to the Polling Station (TPS) to exercise their right to vote, which is certainly influenced by several factors or certain reasons, such as not knowing the candidates who will be elected in executive and legislative positions and the entire vision and mission of each candidate. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely interviews and document studies. The results of this study are that 64% of new voters who came to the polling stations to 'vote' chose based on the social approach model and 35% based on the rational approach model.

The process of learning movement in TKA Al-Mukarromah and KOBER Al-Hasanah is a bit monotonous and tends to make students feel bored because games or learning movement such as gymnastics are only given the same. Such conditions are caused by the lack of knowledge of teachers in movement training materials, or games that contain motor elements. Based on this, it is very important for teachers in these schools to know how to teach good and correct movement to their students so that the movement given provides benefits. The objectives of this activity are: 1) Opening the insights of teachers in increasing scientific insight, 2) Providing counseling on motor movement material and how to convey movement material to students so that they do not get bored, and 3) Practicing together doing movement exercises for kindergarten children. The Community Scheme (PbM-KM) activity method is implemented in 4 stages, namely: 1) Coordinating with TKA Al-Mukarromah and KOBER Al-Hasanah, 2) Providing counseling on children's motor skills, 3) Practicing how to do good and correct motor exercises for kindergarten children, 4) Monitoring and evaluating the activities that have been carried out.

Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is a public health problem of concern because of its contagious nature. Success in treating pulmonary TB, which is very important to prevent drug resistance, is largely determined by patient compliance in taking medication regularly. However, the most important factor in the diagnosis of this disorder is the extent to which recommendations are followed. Therefore, the task of the family exercise monitor (PMO) is very important in helping the patient accept the forced teaching. The aim of this research is to analyze family members on the health status of pulmonary tuberculosis patients who come to take medication at the Tlogosari Kulon Health Center. The design in this research analysis is cross-sectional correlation, specifically to test the relationship between two variables at the same time. This sample consisted of 71 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis registered at Balai Tlogosari Kulon. At this institution, a cross-sectional correlation analysis design is used to analyze the relationship between two variables over a period of time. The sample in this study was 71 TB patients registered at the Tlogosari Kulon Health Center. Purposive sampling is a sample collection technique used, where respondents are carefully selected based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the research objectives. The tool used to accumulate data is a questionnaire, which is designed to collect information about the variables studied. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then analyzed using the Chi-square test to analyze whether there was a significant relationship between these variables. The results of the study explained that the majority of respondents, namely 40 people (56.3%), rated the family's role as Medication Monitoring Supervisor (PMO) in the good category, while 28 respondents (39.4%) showed good compliance in taking medication. The Chi-square test results show that the significance value is p = 0.003, (<0.05). This shows that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This research can be concluded that there is a relationship between the role of the family and compliance with taking medication for pulmonary TB clients at the Tlogosari Kulon Community Health Center.

The Indonesian National Army Law (UU TNI) is a legal product that regulates the role, function and authority of the TNI in the Indonesian constitutional system. In the context of this policy, the power apparatus plays a role in the formation, implementation and supervision of regulations governing the TNI. The power apparatus includes the executive, legislative, and actors who have an interest in the state's defense and security structure. In policy formation, political actors and government institutions play a dominant role in formulating regulations that balance civilian and military interests. The implementation of the TNI Law is also greatly influenced by how power is exercised, both in the defense bureaucratic aspect and in the relationship between the military and the civilian government. The tendency for politicization of military institutions can occur if there is excessive intervention from political power in determining strategic defense policies. Apart from that, the power dynamics in the TNI Law policy are also related to how control and supervision mechanisms are implemented. Security sector reform requires a balance between civilian supremacy and military professionalism to ensure that the regulations made do not conflict with democratic principles. Therefore, understanding the power apparatus in the TNI Law policy is important in examining the extent of the role and influence of political actors on the regulations governing military institutions in Indonesia.

Ahead of the election which will be held in February 2024, television is competing to broadcast various educational talk show programs, especially regarding elections or politics, one of which is TVRI Nasional. Ideally, people choose with their own thoughts and views. However, in reality there are still many people who choose randomly without logical reasons or just go along with it, even worse, they are indifferent to the election. The purpose of this research is to find out what educational messages are contained and how the educational messages contained in "Warung Pengkolan" Episode 03 are viewed from Teun Dijk's discourse analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Van Dijk discourse analysis method, wanting to know messages according to macro structure, superstructure and micro structure. The results obtained are that the messages conveyed in the TVRI "Warung Pengkolan" program are contained in accordance with the macro structure, superstructure and micro structure. In the macro structure, it is to invite, educate and motivate young people or young Indonesian voters who this year have the right to exercise their right to vote and not the white group, because our choice really determines the future of the Indonesian nation. In the superstructure, it is divided into two perspectives, the first perspective is the correct way to choose, namely by looking at the vision and mission and the work program, the second perspective in choosing we have to carry out checks and balances and look at the track record, don't be trapped by the Echo Chamber phenomenon. In the micro structure of delivering education, a speaker or resource person must speak politely and politely and use language that is easy to understand. Because a speaker's words and behavior will determine whether the message can be conveyed clearly to the audience.

This study investigated the heat tolerance of horned and polled Bali cattle under high ambient temperatures and physical exercise using heat tolerance index parameters. Eight male Bali cattle (four horned and four polled) were observed in the morning and afternoon after walking exercises under direct sunlight. Measured parameters included the Iberian Heat Tolerance Coefficient (IHTC), Benezra’s Coefficient (BC), and panting score (PS). A 2×2 factorial design (cattle type × measurement period) was used, and data were analyzed via two-way ANOVA, followed by Duncan’s test for significant interactions (P < 0.05).Results showed no significant differences (P > 0.05) in heat tolerance indices between horned and polled cattle. IHTC (106.15 ± 9.89 vs. 102.40 ± 10.93), BC (2.22 ± 0.35 vs. 2.28 ± 0.39), and PS (0.88 ± 0.83 vs. 1.38 ± 1.06) were comparable, indicating similar physiological responses to heat. However, the measurement period significantly affected (P < 0.05) all parameters. IHTC decreased in the afternoon (96.78 ± 5.56) compared to the morning (114.78 ± 5.22), while BC (2.29 ± 0.76 vs. 1.91 ± 0.77) and PS (1.88 ± 0.64 vs. 0.38 ± 0.52) increased, suggesting cattle experienced heat stress as temperatures rose. significant interaction (P < 0.05) between cattle type and measurement period was observed. Horned cattle had the highest IHTC in the morning (117.70 ± 4.28), while polled cattle had the lowest in the afternoon (92.95 ± 4.25). Polled cattle also had the highest BC (2.64 ± 0.06) and PS (2.25 ± 0.50) in the afternoon, indicating greater heat stress susceptibility. In conclusion, while both types showed similar heat tolerance under normal conditions, polled cattle were more vulnerable to heat stress, particularly after physical exertion in the afternoon.

Human action recognition involves recognizing and classifying actions performed by humans. It has many applications, including sports, healthcare, and surveillance. Challenges such as a limited number of classes of activities and variations within inter and intra-class groups lead to high misclassification rates in some of the intelligent systems developed. Existing studies focused mainly on using public datasets with little focus on real-life action datasets, with limited research on HAR for military obstacle-crossing activities.  This paper focuses on recognizing human actions in an obstacle-crossing competition video sequence where multiple participants are performing different obstacle-crossing activities. This study proposes a feature descriptor approach that combines a Histogram of Oriented Gradient and Region Descriptors (HOGReG) for human action recognition in a military obstacle crossing competition. The dataset was captured during military trainees’ obstacle-crossing exercises at a military training institution to achieve this objective. Images were segmented into background and foreground using a Grabcut-based segmentation algorithm, and thereafter, features were extracted and used for classification. The features were extracted using a Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) and region descriptors from segmented images. The extracted features are presented to a neural network classifier for classification and evaluation. The experimental results recorded 63.8%, 82.6%, and 86.4% recognition accuracies using the region descriptors HOG and HOGReG, respectively. The region descriptor gave a training time of 5.6048 seconds, while HOG and HOGReG reported 32.233 and 31.975 seconds, respectively. The outcome shows how effectively the suggested model performed.

Women who experience anxiety during pregnancy will experience more abnormal labor and can even be complicated by maternal and fetal death. Psychological conditions with anxiety and depression in pregnant women will affect the emergence of diseases and complications of pregnancy and childbirth, both in the mother and the baby. Anxiety in pregnancy has been proven to be reduced through physical exercise. One of the recommended physical exercises is yoga because it is low cost, easy to do and very beneficial for physical and psychological fitness. Yoga in pregnancy is more effective in reducing anxiety and depression, because in yoga in addition to doing physical exercise, pregnant women are equipped with positive affirmations so that mothers can accept physiological changes during pregnancy and childbirth. The general objective of this activity is that pregnant women at PMB Sri Rejeki DH Jabung Tanon Plupuh Sragen understand and can do prenatal yoga independently. The method of this activity is carried out by lecture, namely the method used as an introduction to provide knowledge about prenatal yoga for pregnant women in Trimester III and with discussion and questions and answers, as well as practice or demonstration of prenatal yoga for pregnant women. The media used is a poster of prenatal yoga for pregnant women in Trimester III. The conclusion of the community service activity is that pregnant women have understood about prenatal yoga to reduce anxiety levels in facing the labor process. This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test, where before the counseling and practice of prenatal yoga, pregnant women did not understand several things about prenatal yoga by 40%. However, after the counseling, pregnant women became more knowledgeable about prenatal yoga, namely 90%. The results of this community service activity are that pregnant women can do prenatal yoga independently at home, where before the prenatal yoga training, pregnant women were not able to do prenatal yoga independently. Some pregnant women have reduced their anxiety after doing prenatal yoga with several independent implementations at home, with the help of prenatal yoga videos.

Examination of a criminal case in a judicial process essentially aims to find the material truth, namely the complete truth of a criminal case by applying the provisions of criminal procedural law honestly and in a timely manner with the aim of finding out who the perpetrator is who can be charged with committing something. violation of law. Making a post mortem et repertum gives the full duty to the doctor as an implementer in the field to assist the prosecutor in determining the direction of the charges that will be brought against the defendant, as well as assisting the judge in finding the material truth in deciding the criminal case. This research includes normative legal research, so the legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The technique for collecting legal materials that will be used as a source in this research is library research, namely collecting legal materials by reading statutory regulations, official documents, journals, articles from the internet, and other literature that is closely related to The issues discussed are based on secondary legal materials. The presence of the Pretrial Institution provides a warning that law enforcers must be careful in carrying out their legal actions and every legal action must be based on applicable legal provisions, meaning that they must be able to exercise restraint and distance themselves from arbitrary actions. Thus, it is clear that organizing pretrial proceedings is not an easy task considering that the activities of one law enforcement agency to assess and test the work patterns of other law enforcement agencies is definitely work that must be carried out carefully and mastering all law enforcement mechanisms. The judiciary in Indonesia, one of whose tasks is to examine laws against the constitution, is what we often call judicial review. This judicial review is carried out to protect the rights of citizens who feel disadvantaged by the enactment of a law. In this case, what concerns the author is the judicial review of article 77 of the Criminal Procedure Code, which in this article is felt to be detrimental to someone who is designated as a suspect by investigators, because the article does not regulate the determination of suspects as pre-trial objects.
